Yeah, and thanks for listening. And enjoy the show. OK, let's do that thing where we go around the table and introduce ourselves, because people may have forgot who you guys were. I'm Jason. I'm the Dungeon Master. Going around the table, we've got James. Hey, it's James. I play Daege on the Elatran Sion. And Brian. Hey, guys. It's Brian. And I play a Mulrune priest named Rekus. And Tyson. Hey, I'm Tyson. I play a sensitive female gnome warlock now named Greta. And Danielle. Hi, I'm Danielle. I play a drow rogue named Trixie. And Lana. Hello, I'm Alanna. I play an elf named Braneth.
OK, so let's give a quick recap of what happened. So while Phallus and Braneth are in White Hedge informing, well, I guess Bree's mother of what happened in Onakol with Katie and Syl. You guys had some important stuff going on in Brightport. You banged out the meeting of the houses, so you counter on a first name basis with the people who run the city alongside of you. And you inform them of the business in Onakol and that you guys want to get mobilized and kind of get a task force going in there and smash zombie skulls. So that is pretty much where we're picking up today.
Two days have passed since that meeting. So in that time, Braneth and Phallus, they would just be arriving back in Brightport. The leaders of the houses have agreed to help you clean out Onakol. Now, even though you're going in with numbers, this is still an incredibly dangerous proposition. I know you guys know that. I told you. I just want to-- I just, you know-- I was feeling really confident about this before, and now I'm not. [LAUGHTER] Not so much. Well, this is a large city, and you're in the middle of nowhere, and it was kind of designed to house slaves and make sure if they did escape, it's like, where are you going?
I mean, it's the desert. So now that kind of works to your advantage, because it's been over a week since you guys escaped from Onakol. All these zombies have just been baking in the sun. They're not going to get any more spry, so that kind of helps you out a bit. Now, these-- the hammer hand and silver claw are going to meet you there. They have mobilized. Now, what we're going to do is we're going to pick up as Perannith and Valis get back to House Dragonkeep. They're arriving home, so you've got to fill them in on a couple of things. First, the changes with Greta and what you're planning to do here.
Now, I don't know if you guys want to talk tactics. You have a lot of tools at your disposal. I don't know what you are taking in to Onakol with you. So how would you like to do this? OK, so yeah, I don't know anything about military stuff, you guys. Well, you have a dragon. Yeah, so we're-- can Amara come with us? Yeah. I should probably ask her if she wants to come with us. Is she-- OK, people are going to laugh when I say this. Is she a mountable-- You want to-- OK. See, I knew it. I knew it. See, I didn't go there at all. My thing is you want to ride a dragon in to Onakol.
Well, I'm-- it's-- You can. OK, I was just-- I wasn't sure, because I figured if I can't, then that's fine. But do I have to give her directions or a map or something? Have we figured out the logistics of getting her out of the house first? Well, yeah, do we have a door yet? Like, is she-- Well, you have a hole. Construction workers have been working nonstop on the house. OK. OK. OK. That's cool. We don't have to explode the house just to get her out of the basement. No. All right. That's good. Though you have a couple of people who could, between Dagon and the dragon itself, you could make a hole pretty quickly.
But yeah, they're working on a door. They have a hole. So you do have a hole. That's something. So she can get out. That's fine. OK. All right. So that's good. OK. Battle plan. Like, obviously, we've got a little bit of a trek. So we're going to have to gather some supplies. Oh, OK. Correct me if I'm wrong. I think David told us that there was actually like some potions in the house. Like that there was a cure for-- There is a-- OK. --zombie disease hiding somewhere in the house. OK. Let me-- do you remember when Tala was infected? Yeah. OK. There definitely is-- yes, there's a cure for that.
I just want to make sure. There's no cure for being-- like, when you're a zombie, I mean, you're dead, essentially. Like, that's resurrection. OK. So yes. So let's guess. OK, so Greta's been studying these journals now for a while, right? Yeah, so last couple of days, basically, I've been in the basement studying the journals and also looking for a cure for my new predicament and dealing with some of the obvious changes. All right. So let's do this. Can I go find her and kind of ask her what she's found so far? Sure, let's do this. So Baranath and Valis have arrived home.
Let's do a little catch up. Let's do-- so Valis is unpacking things and just kind of unloading the wagon, getting the stuff that you guys went to get out of the wagon. So let's say Baranath goes into Theramax Old Study and finds this female gnome sitting there. Excuse me. I'm sorry. Who are you? Oh, Baranath, you're home. Yeah, welcome back. It's Galford. Do you recognize me? There's been a bit of a magical accident. I'm sorry. I just had a stroke there for a minute. Did you just say you're Galford? Yes, I was Galford. It seems that this rod that Theramax has has some abilities I was unaware of.
And while you were away, I've-- well, I don't know if I should say I'm transgendered or-- you know what, I'm a woman. [LAUGHTER] Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. I'm sorry. That's fine. Get it out of your system. I know. I'm sorry. How did this happen? We accepted a job from Hammerhand. We'll get into the details later. But I casted my rod, as I often do. And there was a flash of light, and I no longer had a rod. Oh boy. Oh boy, oh boy. OK. I can remember things that happened before, but it's-- I remember everything that happened before, but everything just feels very different.
I don't know how you get up in the morning like this, under the weight of all these emotions and extra areas. Like, you're not bullshitting me at all. You're really a woman under there. Yeah, it's starting to feel more and more like that. I've actually been looking for a way to reverse this, but it doesn't seem like there is. And well, I'll explain to you at some point a little bit more about Galford's history, but this is starting to feel a bit more like a fresh start for me. Frankly, being a man was one of my biggest problems, and I no longer have to worry about that.
All right, then. Forgive me. It's going to take me a minute to get-- oh, not a minute, a while to get used to this. Val, you're taking this quite well. I-- well, I'm a little more concerned with how you're taking it, but I don't know how I feel about this yet. So-- None of my powers have been diminished. As far as I can tell, I still have all of the magical abilities that I had before. I just can no longer be standing up. Oh, goodness. All right. Well, I guess if I can help you find a solution for this, let me know. Not to get down to business at hand, but I actually had some questions for you about what you've been reading.
Oh, certainly. Go ahead. Yeah. So I know you're looking through journals and stuff of Theramax. Have you come across any, like, recipe books for potions, for spells? I don't want to go back into On a Call unprepared. I know there's a cure hiding somewhere in this house. Well, I've learned a lot in my readings, and I guess-- Jason, can I do some type of role to find out what I learned? Yes, please. All right. What do we need here? Because you've been studying now for a couple of days, give a plus 2 to whatever history roll you roll. OK. 18. OK. You did find out where the secret stash of this zombie cure is.
There are three vials of it, and it was hidden in his study itself. So that's three treatments, basically, three uses. Now, this is something you can manufacture if given the time, but you're charging into On a Call now, so it's up to you. Time's not really on our side for this. No, I'm just going to pocket that, and we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. We can always leave the recipe with David, too. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, that's true. Well, I mean, yeah, yeah. So on top of that, you're finding out a lot about how this stuff in the West got started. You're reading a lot about Malkus Grimness and the treaty signing and more about not Brightport's link to the Overwatch, but Thermac himself and House Darksbane's link to the Overwatch and what exactly he was doing for Carter.
He, along with another mage named Seacall Loreweaver, actually helped create the first batch of Warforged in Umineiro. The second batch was pretty much an improvement in every conceivable way. They're 100% obedient. They're sleeker. They're faster. They're a little tougher. So the old Warforged are kind of obsolete models. And you're finding out-- Justin's not going to want to hear that. I was just thinking, fuck. So yeah, I mean, you're finding out like you know a lot more now about how this all got started. You're reading a bit more about group one, specifically Malkus.
Ironhide is mentioned, but that was Carter's original beef, like why he sought out someone to get help. Because he didn't have what he needed to defend the city, he thought. If they ever came back, he thought that they could actually put a dent in whatever town guard he had. OK, and what again did Carter promise to Thermac? It was he eventually would rule over Umineiro or all of just Brightport? Well, Thermac only wanted Umineiro. He actually was a pretty high ranking mage there and he was cast out. Because they could see it's like, oh, you just want power.
You're not looking to study and hone your craft. You're just crazy and want power. So he wanted all of Umineiro. OK. I forgot what I was going to ask. God damn it. Is it just Greta that knows about this stuff at this point? Well, that's up to you. Did you share that with the rest of the group that were in the house at the time? Or is this something Baranath's just catching up on now? I would have shared everything that I read up until the meeting with anyone that was in the house. And then Baranath would have only learned the stuff that when we first found the journals and first took over the house, the first meetings with David.
So I'll just bring her up to speed on some of that stuff and let her know exactly what went down with the meeting and how it went fairly smoothly. And Hammerhand and Silverclaw have already essentially mobilized and the zombie threat is the looming big bad right now. So you've really accomplished a lot in just a couple of days. Yeah, the meeting with the other houses went surprisingly smooth. I mean, they recognized the threat of obviously if the ghouls escape on a call. And I think they recognize the advantages of potentially taking over the city. It seems that Silverclaw is a little bit more apprehensive of our position than Hammerhand's.
But for the time being, we're united. Yeah. How are you feeling about these allies? Like, do you trust them? I think for the task at hand, we can probably trust them. Silverclaw less. Hammerhand, they seem bound to their word. Also, we put out a bit of a fire that would have been extremely damaging to their reputation while you were gone. And I would stand behind the deal with Hammerhand. I think maybe we could be a little bit more suspicious of Silverclaw. We may need Trixie to keep an eye on them or listen in on some of their conversations if she's willing to.
All right. Well, I mean, that's good. I mean, you're already kind of-- we've done a favor for Hammerhand, whatever that is. I'm sure it's helped us. OK, well, I mean, like, if you think this is the right thing to do, then yeah. Then we'll go in together. A couple other things. I was wondering if you could speak to the dragon. We've been feeding her well in your absence, but you seem to be able to communicate with her. And she would be an excellent asset to join the effort in retaking on a call. Yeah, yeah, you're not wrong. I'll talk to her. Ask her if she's willing.
One last thing. Things feel very different for me since my little accident. And I'm just kind of hoping this can be a fresh start for myself and everyone else in the house. Well-- I understand your apprehension, but I-- Like, not apprehension. You have to understand these things take time. It's going to take enough time just to absorb exactly what's happened. You know, I don't know. It's one of those things time will tell. Yeah, it's an adjustment. At the very least, I may need your assistance with dressing myself. I'm not giving you makeup tips. But yeah, OK.
You know, if I'm seeing a new person, then I'll treat you like a new person, and you'll get the benefit of the doubt from me, OK? Thank you. So do I call you Galford still, or-- Well, actually, I'd given that some thought. And there was a woman in my village named Greta, and she was well-liked. And I've taken her name. So call me Greta. OK, Greta it is. Sorry, just to be clear, do we have those three portions of that cure? Yep. OK, we do. All right. They're in my purse. OK, it's going to take some getting used to. OK, so I guess I'll go down and talk with Amara.
See if she's going to come with us. Sure. And on my way out of the study, I'm going to mumble under my breath, you're not prettier than me. So all over the house, there have been lots of improvements and everything. And everything you guys have asked for, they've been working on, trying to implement. In total, let me see, Baranath and Valis would have been gone almost four days. So yeah, a lot's been done. They are working on that massive door for the dragon. They're still working on the whole city being comfortable with it thing, but as long-- you guys have space.
This is a big mansion. So outside the house, as long as she takes off flying, as soon as she leaves, she's not going to step on anything. Now she's walking through the city, that's different. But yeah, one day, basically, she's just going to step out of the house and people are going to shit themselves. It's just going to happen. As long as she doesn't hurt anything, it'll be fine. People get used to it eventually. I was kind of thinking that she needs to get out. She has to be able to stretch her wings and to do what dragons do. But I need her to be able to get out and go out of the city so she can feed herself.
So I guess it's going to be a point where I'm just going to have to have a chat with the town guard or the mayor or something. Just so-- Well, think of it as kind of a dry run, too, to see how she does out in the world. Yeah. Yeah, she hasn't had a ton of experience at it. And that's-- to take away some of the tedium, that's something David would be handling, too, is he's kind of the PR rep for the house. So he's-- it's one of those things like, it'll be cool. I promise. But she's already kind of rampaged through the city once, causing massive property damage.
There's kind of a precedent there that I realize we're kind of fighting against. And now she's bigger. So it's tough to kind of-- So-- Did you ever figure out why she's getting so big? Well, that's something Thermak did. The older a dragon is, the larger it gets, the more powerful it is. Thermak did something to speed up her growth so that her blood would be more powerful when he used it. Steroids. Yeah, she was a juicer. Yeah. Is there like-- is there a check we should do or something? I'm wondering if whatever he did that's making her grow at such an accelerated rate is something that would also harm her.
Oh, she's already been harmed. I mean, like, by that-- like, she'll die a lot quicker. Right. Oh, OK. All right. That's pretty much the trade-off, yeah. Like, that's-- she skipped the first-- she's just like-- she's-- dragons live to be hundreds and hundreds of years old. So it takes a long time for a dragon to get this big. But yeah. So Onakal could sort of be a dry run for how she does outside the house. Like, we don't know if she comes along with us and then a bunch of, like, random adventurers start attacking her outdoors and she goes totally apeshit.
Or maybe if Onakal goes well, she wants to hang out there. We'll see what happens. Now, let me ask a question real quick. You-- OK. Let's-- OK, let's do this first and then I'll ask the question. But yeah. So, you know, walking into the huge-- it used to be kind of a trophy room, but this huge Amara's bedroom or whatever you want to call it, there is a-- there is a massive hole in the wall just kind of partially covered with wood. Just-- they're trying to keep out some of the elements and everything. But yeah, it's pretty much just a massive hole in the wall right now.
They're working on a doorway. And Amara's just kind of-- just kind of hanging out in the room. And you can tell she perks up when she sees you. Oh, OK. I'm going to walk in and I'm going to tell her hello. Are you touching her? Well, I just walked in, so I'm not really touching her. Right. I'm just saying. Right. But I mean, she's not going to speak back, of course, until-- yeah. Oh, OK. Oh, all right. So yes, so I have to be touching her if she's going to understand me. So I will approach her. Well, she can understand you. Yeah, the dragons, like, they understand common.
It's just, again, if she were to speak to you, your fucking head would explode if you just spoke out loud. Right. Thank you. I don't want my head to explode. That's what I figured. I'm having a good hair day. I want to rock it. Dragons sound like Terry Crews when they talk. [LAUGHTER] Ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, power. [LAUGHTER] Oh, gosh. OK, so yes, I'll walk up to her, and I'll put my hand on her neck and I'll tell her hello. Have you been getting enough to eat? I've had plenty, thank you. Good. You were gone for a long time. I was. I'm sorry. I had some tasks and some things to do out of town.
But I'm back now. I'm not going to be leaving again. OK, that's not true. All of us, we are going to be leaving the house. There's a fight that we're walking into in another city. And there's a danger of a mass, a giant mass of thousands of ghouls. And we're going to fight that. And I want to know if you want to come with us. I would very much like to go outside. Have you been out-- oh, you haven't been out yet since they started this. This would certainly be an opportunity for you to spread your wings. But I have to warn you that there's going to be some danger.
I need you to be really careful. The entire city? The entire city is ghouls. The danger comes if you're bitten. Well, OK, let me jump in. It would be extremely difficult for these zombies to do any damage to her. She's got an incredibly thick hide. Like, they're just-- like, picture-- it's just human teeth. OK, I imagine she's got scales, but I didn't want to assume that she's not susceptible to-- Right, right, no, that's totally cool. I'm just-- I just-- if there's so many of them, she could be overcome. That's true. You know? But, yeah, I don't-- I mean, there's a very slim chance of there being a giant zombie dragon.
I feel-- yeah, no, that-- that would-- yeah, that would scare the crap out of me, Ryan. Although-- I'm just kidding, go. I just-- it'd be one hell of a boss fight, group two. I'm just throwing it out there. That is a notable-- that is a notable kill, if it were to happen. Oh, gosh. I just-- and I feel, like, in character, I feel the need to warn her, just because I've-- Absolutely. Yeah, I just-- I take a lot of ownership for-- for her well-being at this point. Yeah, she-- she's-- she seems eager. Like, she wants to get out, she wants to go. All right, um, it's not gonna be long.
We're gonna leave soon. Um, has it been a while since you've flown? Do you think you're ready? I think I remember how. All right. I think that's all I need to say to her right now. All righty. Uh... Where's everybody else? Yeah, that's what I-- Riekis Trixie Dagon, where would you guys be? Um, well, as Brannith was leaving the room after she talked to, uh, Greta, uh, Riekis was kind of sitting kind of away so she wouldn't see him, and then as she left, he walks right into the room, kind of rubbing his face, a little annoyed, and then he shuts the door behind him and just kind of looks at Greta and, uh, walks up to the desk that she's sitting at and kind of slams his hands down on the table and looks right at her and just says, "You gonna pull this shit again with me?" Whoa, Riekis.
You scared-- you scared me. Um, what can I do for you? And I'm sort of looking down. I... It's very difficult for me to trust you at this point. Regardless of what may have happened, I've given you the benefit of the doubt numerous times, but you made a promise to me that we would handle the Bellarmine situation politely and in a respectable manner, and you went out of your way to make sure that we didn't. It's difficult for me to really trust you and really put a lot of faith in anything you say right now, and it's taken every bit of power within me not to reach across this table and throw you across the room.
Well, I would hope you wouldn't do that. Um, Riekis, I would hope you wouldn't do that. I mean, I can remember the things that happened before my transformation, and I think actually, in my new predicament, I understand much better where you're coming from. And I know why Galford did what he did was to protect House Hammerhand and our house and potentially save more lives, but it's funny, I really feel terrible about it, and that's a really new thing for me. So I'm trying to come to terms with this change, so all I can do is apologize, I guess. What would you like me to do?
Riekis is gonna look at him, or look at her, I gotta get used to that now. Riekis is gonna look Greta right in the eyes and just kinda stare as deeply as he can, and then just quietly say, "Don't mishandle my trust for you, and don't fuck me over." I don't want to, but I think what Galford wanted to know was why did you value Bellamon's life so much when what he was doing could potentially take down the only honest establishment in Brightport? One that I would think that I could see you even working with someday. They seem noble and honorable, and this would have damaged them immensely.
Why was it so important to you? You're a fighter, Riekis. I've seen a lot of stuff that I don't want to see again in my past, and as much as I have vowed to put my life on the line for each and every one of you, there's always a different way of handling a situation. And while, yes, the value of Hammerhand protecting this house definitely is beneficial, I don't support the idea of us stepping in the way of justice being done. If somebody has done something wrong, they need to own up to it, and I'm tired of being a monkey for other people, and I'm tired of having to do all these favors for other people when it just comes back and hurts me in the end.
Well, Riekis, I hope you can try and lead us more, because right now I'm not in a position to do much. I'm still coming to terms with this change, and it feels very, very different. You know, Galford, he told you that you can't save them all, and I still sort of feel the same way, but I'm not going to get in the way of you figuring that out. I hope our relationship will improve with my new outlook. I just hope that everything you're telling me right now is not going to be flipped if, for whatever reason, you end up having to go through another transformation.
I hope everything you're holding in front of me right now is something that you truly believe, and it's either not an act, not a bluff, not a piece of wool you're putting over my eyes, but it's something that you truly believe and hold onto after all this blows over. Well, I've got a fresh start, is I guess all I can say, and I never knew that changing gender would solve so many of my problems. I hope that I'm not weighed down by my new sense of compassion, but hopefully I can wield it properly like you say. And I'm just gonna... Oh, go ahead. I was gonna say, I'm not gonna offer to shake your hand or make any promises, but actions speak louder than words, and we have a lot of action to do.
Agreed. And then I will just kind of, I don't know, kind of give a nod of approval and then walk out of the room. So how about we do this? Let's basically cut to the portion where everyone's getting ready, everyone's pretty much prepared to go. So I would imagine that on the first floor here, everyone's getting their shit together and getting ready to... Now, you mentioned you wanted to ride the dragon to Onakol. Well, I didn't know if I needed to. I mean, it would be badass. You can do it. Just bumping some AC/DC as she's flying through the sky. You could be a Nazgul, you could do that.
That's pretty badass. That's intimidating. All right. What the hell? Can everyone get on or you can meet us there? It's big enough that you can all get... Well, she would get there way before you. Yeah, that'd be kind of dumb. The other two... Yeah, I mean, the other two houses already have a head start on you, so you'd basically be meeting them there. Yeah. So you can... Is there anywhere in between that would be somewhere of note that we might want to stop or are we just gung-ho on getting there right away? White Hedge is the only thing that would be in between here and Brightport-Onakol that would be any reason to stop.
But I mean, you're not gonna be... This isn't a huge journey because you're on dragon back. You're flying there. You're cutting the time in not even half. You'd be there in a couple of hours. Is there an in-flight movie? Whatever's underneath you. I wanna go shopping. Honey, I'm from the world. It's cool that you're gonna be the Nazgul-Alanna because one of your nicknames at work is the Witch Queen. What? I thought my nickname was much nicer than that, but okay. All right. So are we agreed? We're all mounting our flying friend here. I use that word again. We can get there safely and Amara doesn't mind supporting a shit ton of weight.
So Amara, this is nothing. Is anyone afraid of flying though? Is Valus afraid of flying? Valus is deathly afraid of heights. Oh my gosh. But I mean, he'd do it. It's just... Knock him out like B.A. Baracus. Drunk Valus taking swings at zombies. Coming to a theater near you. We'll put him in a little gondola and she can hold it with her claws so then that way he's kinda hanging below. That's way worse than if you're just on her back aggressively swinging in the breeze. So let's... Everyone's in Amara's room essentially and she's getting ready to shoot. She's basically kind of hunched down and awaiting everyone to get on.
Let's see here. Everyone is going to climb onto her back. Her back is kind of ridged with these scales so you can kinda... It's not really seating but you can kind of grasp and lay against her and it'll keep you guys from sliding all around her. Whose legs am I sitting between? Someone's gonna have to hang onto me. Now a cruel DM would make you perform some sort of check to make sure that you stay on her. Is it like a basket or like a harness or something? Well this wasn't really thought out. But I'm not gonna do that right now. Let's not do that. Well I mean it just seems cruel.
It just seems mean. We all fall and die. Do we have all of our shit with us too? Like our packs and our stuff and any extra weapons or whatever? I would imagine you have all of your stuff. It's kind of like loading up a wagon. It's just your own dragon back. So Valus does not know who Greta is. So he's just kind of... I'm gonna kind of just help out here. Valus meet Greta. Gadras. Gadras actually. You remember that other gnome you met named Galford? Well he had a bit of a magical accident and it seems he's no more and I've taken his place. And I'm sure we'll get along just fine.
Wait. So Galford's dead. What he's trying to tell you is that Galford is a woman now. The same person with different equipment. It takes him a couple seconds for it to register. I'm gonna kind of smirk a little bit at him just to see if he recognizes at least that. Not that he's really dickish but just a little bit of like, remember this face? So he just kind of like... Just like, that's the first time you've ever seen him chuckle. That's the thing that makes him laugh. And he kind of like bends down just a bit and kind of reaches out and touches your face.
He's waiting to see if this is an illusion or bullshit or why you'd be doing it. And then just, alright, fine. You can still cast magic though, right? I've retained all of my previous powers. Okay, that's fine by me then. And he's just going to mount up on the dragon I guess. So I'm gonna look over at Braneth kind of like, you know, did that go okay? Um, give it time. Give it time. Well to him, I mean like, Galford was a dick and they never got a look so now he's just waiting to see, he's like, "Oh, so now he's a chick and a dick. Just let's see." So everyone's on Amara, right?
Yep. Is Valus really scared? Of heights? Yeah. Absolutely. He's fucking terrified. Like you can tell like the way he's... Which is probably why he didn't treat the Greta situation with more... Like he didn't give it any more time. He's not, like he doesn't... He doesn't kind of, he kind of doesn't want to let on that he's afraid but you can tell like he is grabbing this dragon for dear life. Okay, I'm gonna kind of turn to him and ask, "Are you okay?" I'm fine. Just face forward. Just let's get this over with. Okay, just hang on to me. You're not gonna fall. So Amara is going to kind of knock the bits of wood that are in her way, out of her way, and then step outside of House Dragonkeep and into the city of Brightport.
And people are shitting their pants. They're... So like again, you have grounds outside of the mansion but Amara weighs several dozen tons. Like she is huge. And she's kind of getting clear of the house and just walking into the city a bit. Like you could tell she's trying to position herself so when takeoff occurs she doesn't level buildings. I just imagine this huge white creature just appearing and like any pedestrian or passerby just you know, it's just rising in their horizon in their field of vision and... And she spreads these massive wings and starts to flap them and the tidal wave of force is enough to knock pedestrians on their ass.
Like there's, I mean, this massive gust of air. And she starts to take off into the sky almost with this kind of leap forward. And for a couple seconds she kind of hovers above the city and then gives another flap and then just takes off in a southerly direction. And you can see people underneath you just like, "Holy shit!" Like that, like people were just buying fruit and just all of a sudden, "Oh, dragon!" "Oh gosh, how's everybody doing?" I'm letting out the girliest shriek ever and then I'm like hugging one of Valus's arms but like involuntarily kind of like, "Ah!" I'm like, "I don't really like my idea." He's just firing off middle fingers to the entire city as he goes off in the air.
Trixie, how you doing, girl? I'm just sitting in the back smiling. Not saying a word. But it's one of those like, you know, shit-eating ear-to-ear grins. This is a way to travel. This is style right here. This is, I mean, this isn't wagon or horseback or anything. This is dangerous but, I mean, badass. And beyond the dragonborn, you guys are the only ones that are out here riding dragons, I assure you. This is not something people do. Group one rides horses and shits their pants and we fly around on a dragon. And turn into females. You forgot that part. Yeah.
Win-win. I mean, you'd think that would make you shit your pants, but... Greta Rolla d10. Let's see if you fall to your death and you're no longer male or female. You're just a corpse. You're just a stain on the countryside. And he shits himself on impact. So it takes a while, but I mean, you're traversing at a speed that, I mean, people could only dream of. It's short of teleporting. You're, you know, everyone roll a perception check, please. Everyone roll? Yes, please. Haven't had to do this in a while, huh? I got some 18. Nice. That's a 12. 29. 32. Seven. I take it back.
You got your eyes squeezed shut. Yeah, they're squeezed shut or like they're kind of buried in Valus's armpit. Let's see here. Dagon, Trixie, and... Baranath. Among the different sights that you're seeing, you can see on the horizon in the far distance is something that stands out on the horizon. And that it appears to be a legion of warforged surrounding a what appears to be a really decorative like cart. And they appear to be heading in the direction of Brightport, kind of sticking to the main roads and yeah. How far out of town are they? This day looked to be about a day and a half, two days out, probably.
Like this is that they're pretty far away, but you could definitely see them on the horizon. You're pretty far up. We know that this is Carter because we read the letter. Would we have warned David how to handle this? That's up to you. I mean, you tell me whether you did or not. I assume we probably would have told him that Carter was on his way and to either stall him or handle him however you would if Thermac was not around. David seems quite capable of doing that. Oh yeah. Okay. Let me take this time to mention this. Carter has no power in Brightport. None.
Right. Because we're aware of his attitudes and basically what he's trying to do, right? Oh God. Yeah. That's not a secret. Okay. Right. No, he's a pretty big figure. Like you'd know about, you don't live in the West, but you know what he's doing. I mean, you know, like his press isn't so great, especially in the East because the East contains predominantly non-humans. Like there's lots of non-humans. So yeah, I just wanted to let you know this wasn't a thing where he can come and murder you all or something like he, I mean, he can defend himself, but he's not going to start a fight in the city or something like that.
You could literally tell him, go fuck yourself when he arrives, if you wanted to. Well, we're, we're the heathen races. So if anything, having us out of the house and having David just sort of, you know, stall him or whatever, or, or, I mean, he could, he could even inform him that Theramak is Ted and that he was killed by a group of adventurers and they're currently restructuring the house and you know, whatever that just that he's no longer in charge and his business here is over. Yeah. Totally up to you guys. I mean, we could come home to a house full of squatting Warforged, but we got zombies to fry first.
Yep. It's okay. They don't need to eat. One thing at a time. Can we tell approximately like how many Warforged are there with him? He looked to have at least three or four dozen. Hmm. I like those. So group one could have killed him. Meta game. We could, we could dive bomb him with a dragon. Just saying. Oh my gosh, we could, couldn't we? We could freeze him off the spot. Totally unprovoked, whatever. Surprise attack. I just, I don't want to meta the situation though. Like we kind of, we've got, it's not meta in that you do have a dragon. You do know that he's on the way you and you know who he is and what he does.
His problems seem like such a slow burn to us. I would think that would be our attitudes towards him. Whereas the zombies that have directly impacted us and could eat everybody, including Carter, seem much more like our responsibility to clean up. Also the other houses at Brightport are waiting for us. We're not just going to let them sit at the, sit and die. There's not going to be an Overwatch to worry about if we don't deal with the, the mission that we have at hand. I want to, I'm interested to see how, you know, a meeting is going to go with him in the future, but I think we got to stay the course you guys.
Do you agree? Well, I mean you wouldn't be having a meeting with him right now anyway. Like he's still days out. So I mean it's fully possible to get done. I mean like, you know, like taking him out, you know. Oh that. Yeah. Well that, that is an option. Yeah. I just, like I said, I think we got to just the course. Let's go to Ona-Kul. Um, if we are flying or I assume they're probably going to notice a giant fucking dragon flying over them. Oh yeah. Um, it isn't completely uncommon to see dragons in the West anyway, but normally they're red dragons. Um, the, well the only other dragons that you'd be encountering are blue dragons and those, those are found in the desert, but that's found like, you remember how, um, a guy's name was Charles, I believe, uh, who drove the cart back from Ona-Kul?
Yeah. You guys kind of carjacked him? Um, he was taking a very deliberate path to the desert because if you stray to the left or right of that, there are these giant blue dragons that hide under the sand and kind of have their mouth wide open. They can sense vibrations up top and they kind of spring like, like, like the tremors worms up and just try and like snap shut and eat you whole. Oh man. And then if they don't, you still have to fight a giant blue dragon. So, and they're not nearly as big as the one you guys have. Like the white dragons are huge, but they they're predominantly way up north.
So yeah, just food for thought. Walk, walk without rhythm or you won't attract a worm. I love it. Uh, so you guys have reached the point where you can see Ona-Kul. This place is swarming with the undead. Oh gosh. Um, you can also see that Hammerhand and Silverclaw are there and they brought help. How many troops do we have? Like how many soldiers do we have? Well, okay. Hammerhand looks to have brought about 150 people. Silverclaw looks to have brought around 75, but I would guess that the, the Hammerhand folks probably layered in a lot of guys who just hit things with hammers or punch or kick or something like that.
They're, they're not about skill. Silverclaw is about total skill. These guys are dedicated to their profession and they're going to cut and slash at just the right angles. Sweet. Um, but you guys brought a dragon. That's what you're doing. That's what you're bringing to the party. And they kind of busted your balls about that. It's like, okay, well, okay, we're bringing our, we're bringing everyone we have loaded for bear. What do you have? A bazooka. Um, a giant freeze ray. Part of me just wants to get her to like, just like blow cold air and freeze all of them.
And then we could let Rika's hit them with the hammer and then they would just shatter. Hammerhand and Silverclaw or the zombies? No, the zombies! Oh, okay. I was like, holy shit. House takeover. Okay. Now we've got the whole city. Oh God. Sorry. You've been hanging out with Justin way too much. I should get to say, yeah, that's a Justin move. And then we filled on a call with chickens and we killed them all. Oh gosh. Okay. I, can we, can we circle around over top here and maybe do a perception check of what's sure dealing with as far as ghouls and such? Sure can.
I think Dagon is our perception champion. 24. Very nice. So taking, taking this dragon, like, like let's do a loop de loop around the call. Silver, Silverclaw and Hammerhand definitely know you've arrived. They're all just, you can see them like pointing upwards like, holy shit. And looping around the city, you can see that a lot of the ghouls have congregated around the gate, like that front gate. They that there are pockets of them scattered throughout the city, but you're looking at maybe 20,000 of them. Like there's, it's an entire city full of them.
Okay. We still got two bombs, right? No, I'm thinking drop them right on top of that big mass in front of the gate. One bomb. It's an option. You are also riding a giant freeze ray. Again, I will. I don't know. I kind of like the idea of dropping bombs. I mean, if Amara can sort of like get down low, yeah, and blast as she's going. However, if we're going to drop bombs too, we might have to do some type of a check to see where the bombs land. And if they land right at the front gate, blow the doors off, 20,000 zombies roll out into the desert. So we've played this game before.
Yeah. We're playing with him. We're playing with Jason. So okay. If we're doing the freeze, Amara would have to get close enough. Is there a check to make sure she doesn't like, you know, careen right into the ground or into the walls or something like that? Well, she's not retarded. She she's done this before. She's a fucking derp dragon. It's like, oh, I'm a thargun. She came after you guys. I mean, she I mean, she's not let's not let's she hasn't had the practice that our dragons are, but she can keep aloft. I mean, she's not you know, she know it's instinctual.
It's you know, when Ana calls a walled city that she could potentially land, I think on one of the walls or the walls have sort of ramparts or you know, like blockways on them. Yeah. So she potentially could land and blast from a from a seated position. No, this wouldn't be all the ghouls, right? Because there's there's the pits and downstairs and all that, too, right? Well, she's not going to catch all of them. I'm just thinking if even if she gets the ones by the gate and all that, then there's still probably other stuff to do. Yeah. Anything inside to picture it like.
Like you see like a horde of ants devouring something and you step on them. You're going to get like 80 percent of them. There's still shit loads of ants you didn't get. And just so we're clear, this looks way cooler than the World War Z movie. Dude, no CG zombies in our game. Thank you. I love you. I love you, too. No meningitis either. All right. Yeah. All right. I blow and freeze them first as motivation for this. Maybe you could touch tomorrow while you are and let her know that this is all there. Max doing because she certainly does not like him. I will. Yeah.
I mean, that's why we're fighting this fight. I think that would be motivation for her. Yeah. And I'm just I'm kind of I'm sitting and I'm I'm grasping onto her. And and telling her we're we're undoing the harm that thermac has done. This is this is the right the right side to fight on. And we're going to we're going to bank rate. We're going to dive down and she's going to tell me what she does. This is very exciting. So the best summoning from Final Fantasy ever. She so first of all, she wants to know what you you want. All of the zombies eliminated. Yes, we're we're going to kill every single one of them.
And we're going to start with the ones at the gate. So you can feel her entire body bank as she as she's repositioning to to kind of sweep down further south. And she's going to make a bombing run past the gate. Like when she's done, she'll arrive basically at the front gate. Everybody hang on. Is anyone getting an image from Never Ending Story here? Yes. Totally. Like a really menacing Falkor. That's what we're doing. We're making him jump into a dumpster. So she you can feel her entire like you can you can feel her entire body weight shift as she she rotates back.
And as she's as she's coming up on the city, you can just she says it'll be done. And she opens her mouth and just blasts this this huge, thick ray of frost. And it's this this cone of coal, essentially anything in front of that dead center in front of this beam is fucking dead. Deep frozen instantly. And then there's there's kind of bits that like spray outward like a shotgun that just have incredible range. So you're you're many feet in the air, but she's just irradiating these zombies from above. And she's carving a path down the center of the city, blasting buildings and trees.
And you remember how all of Oniko had these nice water walkways that like little little bridges you can traverse. And there's these nice flowing frozen flash frozen all of it, which were muddied with blood anyway. So all the way up to the front gates. Oh, gosh. Where she she tapers off slightly and it's just carving a path through these ghouls. And most of the ones by the front gate now are are either flash frozen, they begin to crumble or shatter just because of the force. It's not just the fact that they're frozen. It's this thunderous force that kind of hits the ground.
And just after that blast, it appears as though that you have carved a huge chunk out of the zombie problem in Oniko right now. You're basically batting clean. Awesome. OK, we got to get the gates open now. Shall we shall we ask her to land on one of the walls and then that way she's got a, you know, kind of a bird's eye view if there's a straggling herd that comes out down an alley or something. Or do we want to open the doors first? Well, as you're doing this, you can see that members of Silverclaw have kind of gotten over their apprehension of like you're showing them up.
Like huge time. You're like, oh, fuck you. That's not cool. They're they're throwing grappling hooks over the walls and scaling upward to try and crack open these gates so that they don't have to, you know, bang the doors down or cut holes in them or something like that. And you can see their operatives scrambled at the same controls that Valus and and Ricus used to open the doors the first time. And as they open these gates, you could just hear ice and frost shatter and crackle as these massive gates are swinging outward. Members of Hammerhand charge in the end of the front and just start smashing frozen ghouls right and left.
Some of these some of these are frozen from the waist up or waist down. So there you just see like legs kicking in an encased block of ice or or just a helpless ghoul lying on the ground as as it's struggling to reach up for you. But many, many pounds of just frozen frost and shit are keeping them from moving. And they're just making short work of any of those that are that are at the gate. This is fucking incredibly bad. This is just awesome. I'm imagining you're going to want to land. Yes. Yeah. We got to get down there. Oh, gosh. I want to get in and smash.
Where's where's Norhorn? It'd be kind of nice to hear what he thinks of all this. He's he would love this shit. Like, he's he's at the front gates like he's he's definitely charging in with with his crew. So let's say you land by the front gates with Amara and she's your she's basically your getaway vehicle. You're, you know, making sure that these people that's another thing. He's kind of making sure that the situation doesn't get so bad that they're going to spill out from the city and into the desert because if all else fails. Yeah, that's actually a good idea to have her posted by the gate.
I just imagine like Amara us turning to her and being like, Amara, use gust attack and just her flapping her wings and just making zombies flying right up in the air. Well, there'll be a massive fortitude check. She would level every one. Placing your characters, let's say right here. Which way like is that way the front ish? Like we're going to the bridge would be the entrance. That's that's the entrance. I'm going to move a little bit higher up. I want to just make sure that I was the tank but I just wanted to I didn't know if this was like the opening to where it was or if we were going this way.
You're fine. I'm not not trying to kill you. I'm just trying to get this, you know. So it appears as though a London took. They're trying to divide the city. London took one. She went. She went east and hammer hand that he seems to have taken his people west and they're trying to like you can still see them. They're very so at the front of on a call was this famous shopping area called Yonkers Bazaar. And you know, I had to squeeze a reference in here, right? I mean, OK, so this was a famous shopping area. And of course, now it's infested with, you know, ghouls.
But let's let's kind of make this all visible here. And I'm going to start throwing zombies at you right and left. All right. Everyone roll initiative. Yeah. By the way, this new initiative roller is really cool. Yeah. All you got to do is go to the initiative roller and click the dice initiative for once. Seventeen. Nineteen, ten, twelve. Greta's girly wrists don't know how to roll dice. Me and Valis got the top two for the party. Oh my God. Oh wow. Wow. Oh, that's bullshit. Oh, those are the people at home. What just happened? Dungeon Master, Dungeon Bastard. These zombies have a five for initiative, which is way less than the party.
And let me see. Zombie, zombie, zombie, zombie, then Valis, then zombie, zombie, Rika's like there's a lot of zombies. Oh my gosh. Sounds so excited, Jackson. I... Tyson, we're on cleanup. Yeah, who put me in like the number two spot? Where's Valis? I need to sidle him right up next to him. He is right there. All right. Well, you can't... Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. She needs to be by her man. Right. And on your turn, you can do that. Okay. All right. I'm sorry. You're the bastard. All right. What kind of speed do zombies have? Not a ton.
They're zombies, so they have a speed of four. Okay. That's the only information I'll give you about them. Zombie number four is going first. He is going to sound right next to Baranath. Fucker. Fucker. And he is going to try and grab at her. Let's see here. Zombie 11. One, two, three, four. Not quite within range. And zombie number five. One, two, three, four. All right. Valis's turn. Okay. That's a burst attack. That's probably next. Shit. Okay. He's going to pop off his greatsword on the zombie in front of him. Oh my God. That'll miss. And he is going to shift back one square towards Baranath.
Classic Valis. Up to his old tricks. Don't be picking on him. Come on. Zombie number two is going right for Greta. And grab attack. Miss. Jesus. I also want to use touch up command now against zombie number two. It's a trigger reaction. An adjacent enemy attacks you. That's charisma versus will. That would be a 14 against will. That's a crit miss. Oh is it? Damn it. Yeah. Okay. Ouch. Sorry, sir. Zombie number three. One, two, three, four. Not quite within range. Rick is your turn. Okay. I'm going to, God, I was going to run up to Baranath and try to take out four, but two and three are kind of closing in on Greta.
It's amazing how quickly these guys swarm. It's awful. Yeah. So I am going to run up to number three here and then use its melee basic attack. I have that after. Is it the, no, it's the avalanche that when I'm rushing up to someone, it's plus one to your attack. Does that like when I hit, do I, can I just change that and add plus one to it when I actually, yeah, yeah. Just add a plus one to whatever comes up and then, Oh shit. I don't even, I do that right. 22 versus AC. That'll hit sweet obviously. And it automatically, okay, so you run up and strike this thing in the head with a, with a hammer and kill it.
Awesome. And then that's it. All right. Zombie number seven is going to shuffle up to here and Baranath. Okay. So I'm going to start with stinging strike and I'm going to hit zombie number four because he's way too close. Um, Oh sorry. I'm trying to figure out how to do this. What song are you singing? I don't have to sing unless I miss. There it is. Excellent. Um, so when I roll damage, I do the same thing. It all. Yeah. Same thing. One D plus six, seven and it is dead. That's a great start. That is a fantastic start. Do you want to do anything else? Uh, can I shift?
You sure can shift right here. Ray next to Valis and zombie number 12. Uh, one, two, three, four. Not quite, not quite the Trixie, but it is definitely got its arms outstretched trying to get to her Trixie. Your turn. All right, I am going to take a step forward and I'm going to use my melee basic attack against number 12. No already. That'll hit. Okay. And then do damage roll seven dead. Yeah, totally dead. So an expert cut from Trixie just levels this thing. Anything else you want to do? I'm just going to stay where I'm at. Uh, six. That's a cat line. I was just going to say okey dokey.
Yeah. Sorry. I never say that. Damn, Brits got me saying that. Um, uh, one, two, three, four from zombie number six right up to Brenneth. You know what? Let's just use a grab right now. Ah, it's a miss. Oh, okay. Thank goodness. And, uh, let's see. Dagon your turn. Okay. Uh, guys, what do you think? Go big or go small as in one or many because they're going down pretty easy. Uh, go in the direction that doesn't get any of us hurt. Well, yeah, I can, I'm just, should I waste a daily or nah. You know what? Yeah, we're killing them with seven damage obviously. And I have a feeling that we might be tackling of something that might take a little bit more than seven days to kill.
Yeah, that's kind of what I was thinking. So go with what your heart feels though. Okay. My heart feels like force punching a zombie. Does your heart feel hitting this one that's really close to me or I could do that cause I, yeah, if you force punch six and it flies back into seven, you would do damage to both of them, right? That's a DM call. Okay. Okay, wait, wait, wait. And it flies back into seven. Um, you'd not get prone. It depends on how hard the hit is. Let me see how hard the hit is. Okay. I'm going to move up here first. You see those three zombies right there and I'm like flying V and force, force punch on me.
Number six. And there we go. 28 that will definitely hit. Let's see how hard. So where are you punching it? Um, I'm going to, uh, I'm going to punch down on the top of his head in the hopes that my fist exit out, exits out under his ribs. But uh, coming down onto this head, it's, it's like a, it's like a force powered ice cream scoop. You're just powering down. You drive his spine into the ground and just kind of scoop downward. Um, just black gooey innards kind of spill out of an open chest cavity after you're done. And he, the force is so great that he bounces up afterwards and kind of falls back into seven.
Uh, that'll just knock seven prone though. Okay. You guys will suddenly hear a tricksy giggling in the background. That was so fucking sexy. Um, uh, is that all you're going to do? That is everything. Yes. All right. Greta, your turn. Okay. I'm going to fix my fabulous faux hoc so that I look just like Miley Cyrus is short haircut. Sadly. I know, but that's what it is. But essentially, uh, I'm going to shift back one if I can like that. I can still shift one if I, even if I'm breaking contact with him or do I have to only shifts in the squares around him? No, no, no.
You can shift one in any time. Okay. Um, and I'm going to use shadow claws on zombie number two. Okay. Now, and then if I add another one onto that, I would just click up on the modifier that shows up in the little box there. Okay. Cause I also get an extra one because he has no other, um, enemies adjacent to him and I'm using arranged attack and then just click the blue dice. Yep. This should be, there you go. That's a hit. Here we go. That will kill zombie number two. So shadow close, Ren's this thing. Uh, any minor action, anything you want to do? No, I'm good.
Okay. Let's see here. Zombie number 10 is going to sidle up right next to Trixie and he is going to try to grab her. Hey now. Uh, geez, that'll just miss. Stupid. This batch of zombies is highly ineffective against you guys. They've been begging in the sun. They're just, you know, they're totally cooked. We're good. Well, they've also been partially flash frozen some of them. So we'll, we'll blame that on that. Um, zombie number nine is all the way back here. Let's one, two, three, four. And that'll bring us back to the top of the order. Zombie number eight is going to move right up next to Trixie and try to grab at her.
Why am I so popular? Uh, that'll miss. You've got the tastiest brain among them all. Apparently. Hey now. Zombie 11 is going to do the same thing. That'll miss as well. Jesus, these are such a... Just low rolls two, three, four. I'm just sticking my tongue out at all of them. Now it should be noted that Trixie is surrounded by zombies at the moment. So just throwing that out there. Zombie number five is going to shift towards Dagon. He is going to openly try to bite him. Just fucking fangs first. Just try and snap at him. Now because Dagon is a moving target, so I'm going to take a negative one to that.
But that is a miss. There was a very real chance that could have hit. I was like, I can't get bitten. Oh wait, I totally can. You can't be grabbed, but you can be bitten. Which means we equal not being bitten for some reason. We're grabbed with teeth. Oh Valus, Jesus. I can't use that because that'll hurt everyone around him. Let me just use the Greatsword again. Come on, Valus. Hit this fucker. He's going to swing at number eight. Hit! Oh wow, that's a big hit. Oh, that's a crit! Dagon obliterated. All three of them. He's not a Sion. That's not the way I wish. He just flicks his broadsword out and scoops under the neck of this zombie, catapulting the head into the air, spiraling.
And this zombie is no more. I would like to use my immediate reaction. For something Valus did? The trigger is a creature within three squares of me drops to zero hit points. So can I do that? Sure. So Death Surge is a close burst three and it targets each enemy in the burst. So I roll for each of them individually, right? Yep, start with five. Is that all five of them? And seven. That'll hit number seven. And miss nine. Please hit ten and eleven. Hit eleven. Yep. Come on, go eleven. One more to go. Miss. Damn it. Okay. Okay, so I gotta roll damage now, right? Oh, they're dead.
I won't let you go through that charade. They're dead. Seven and eleven aren't dead. Rikus, your turn. Oh, sorry. Wait, wait. Okay, go ahead. As an effect, each ally in the burst gains a plus two power bonus to attack rolls until the end of my next turn. You also gain five temporary hit points. Good lord. Yeah. So it's a plus two to attack rolls and it's... Was I... I wasn't in that. Okay. Sorry. It's okay. I hopefully don't need it. Dagon and Trixie add your five temporary hit points. Right, that's... You just go to your character and on the right side you go up to the plus, hit plus, and then adjust...
You add five and then adjust ten. Bam. Rikus, your turn. Okay, so I'm gonna run up to number five and go over here into another melee basic attack. I almost called it a Billy Mays attack from the... 'Cause you have a special TV on. Yeah. And then... It's Zombie Billy Mays. It's plus... What did I do the last time? I think it was plus 13 but plus one more 'cause I'm speedy? No. Well, yes, you can do that, but it was plus one because you were avalanching. You were running at someone. Okay. And then I was running that time too. Did you add plus two for the buff I gave you?
I wasn't in that blast. Oh, sorry. Never mind. I'll shut up now. That is it. Do you want me... I'll roll ten? You can if you want. Why don't you just... Just to see how hard you hit. 20 is pretty fucking hard. He's liquefied. Yeah, just totally, just blood and guts. Like some of it spatters on Dagon and Baraneth. It's just this thick, bluey, molasses-like material. Ew. My mouth was open. Baraneth, your turn. Okay. So... Oh, gosh. Okay. Let's try a ranged attack because I don't want to get any closer to these guys than I have to. Okay. So I will use my ranged basic attack on zombie number nine.
That'll hit. Excellent. So you draw back your new bow. Yeah. Which, may I remind listeners, has no string, has no arrows. It's made of enchanted liquid, basically, and as she draws back the string that is made of liquid, the enchanted liquid arrow just kind of forms, and it just kind of lets loose and goes through the eye of this thing. And dead. Trixie, you've got a friend. Okay. And me. I'll do my basic attack again. And you said I get a buff of two? Yes. Okay. Make sure that this is cooler than Alanna killing a zombie with a super soaker. I hit it. And you have killed it.
I did? Yep. Sure did. Yeah. Dagon! Okay. I'm gonna run up to number one and force punch that guy. But I hit. You do hit. You hit zombie number one. I'm gonna spin around and backhand him. You're really flavorful with the word punch. Spitting backfist. Yeah, spinning backfist is pretty badass. You knock its head clean off like it cartwheels, it just kind of sails across the courtyard here as its body just goes limp in front of you. And its arms are clawing towards you. It's like a chicken with its head cut off. There's a few seconds of disconnect while its arms are still clawing for you and then it just stops.
Interesting. You guys have cleared the front gate of enemies. Mara really helped you out with that because that was gonna be a lot nastier. 20,000. Dude, just, I would fill the god damn table with zombies. So Norhorn and Ulanda are kind of fighting towards the east and west of you and they're pretty much wrapping up the nastiest bits of things. What exactly would you like to try to, what's your destination in the city? I would think the arena is probably still packed pretty full. And if we cleared out the arena, then that would also be a good sort of base camp.
Where we could probably close off the arena and then surgically strike the remaining stragglers in the city. Anyone else cool with that? That sounds good. Now, we're in the bazaar, would it make sense to try and loot a couple things while we're here? Yeah, yeah, you absolutely can because this was a place where people made some money. Okay, so why don't we snag a couple of things if there's weapons or money or whatever kind of kicking around? Not really so much weapons. They'd sell nice rugs and things like that. This is more affluent. This is like lots of money laying around though.
It totals out to about 500 gold that you find. Nice. Checking all the stalls and carts and everything. There's quite a bit of money. There's no potions or anything, hey? There's more... There's a couple of healing potions, yeah. There's a couple of those. Do we need to do a check for anything in particular or is that the gist of it? That's pretty much the gist. You're just checking the carts and everything I would imagine right now. This is kind of the opening of the city. There's nicer stuff hidden around, but yeah. I'm just looking for healing potions at this point.
Right, totally. Cool. So let's say you found three healing potions. How would you like to distribute them here? I'm usually farther away from you because I'm ranged. Can I have one? Yeah, yeah. I'll give one to you, sure. I would like the watermelon flavored one, please. Oh, okay. Well, sorry. All I got is strawberry and peach. Wine coolers now. I picked the wine coolers. Mike's hard lemonade. Fucking Barnolds and James. Smearing off ice. Who else? And probably Dagon. You should probably take one too. And then I'm going to hold on to one and whoever needs it, let me know.
Yeah, I'm good. Okay. HP for days. Thank you. So if we head south from here, are we heading towards the arena? Yes, you'd be, if you remember the way, you'd be heading past a lookout tower. You'd be heading past like a shopping district type of thing. And then you'd be... Now, okay. You would pretty much have to head through the arena corridor if you remember what happened there with when Baranath kind of snuck off the last time you were here. You had to bring that up. It's just for a reference point. Yeah. That would be an excellent way to get to that. But you're going to encounter resistance, of course.
All right. Any other suggestions? Do we need to reconvene with the other two houses or shall we forge ahead? It's totally up to you. I mean, everyone knows why they're here. It's just killing zombies at this point. They look to be doing okay. Okay. They don't need a home. Okay. All right. What's this here? That would be one of the... It's pretty much just a house really, but yeah. There's a lot of little houses and such kind of scattering the city. Okay. Worth checking out or... That's up to you. I can tell you what's up to you. Remember to take away your temporary hit points there, guys, too.
Oh, thanks. Because I may not be Galford anymore, but I still like pointing out things that hinder us. Oh, I never posted... You're not getting experience for that. He actually did for a while. He stopped doing it for a bit. But yeah, I got to post your guys' experience because he leveled up a little bit before everyone else. But then everyone gained enough experience to negate that anyway. But yeah, you have more experience than everyone else in your party. Just a little bit. How do I get rid of these points? Let's check out the house. Yeah, sure. I think we skipped this one last time.
Probably, you were in a mad dash to get out of the city. Yeah. Okay. How much damage did the fire do? It only took down a couple of buildings? Oh, God. The fire from the bar? Yeah. That was kind of on the other side here. Yeah. That definitely burned down that bar and an adjacent building or two. But yeah, it didn't sweep through the city or anything. Because again, there's these lovely water trails all over. So it's kind of a nice way to keep fire from spreading. It's inadvertent. It's mostly just... So here's what we're going to do. You're checking out this building.
Who's going in first? I will. I was going to say, not me. Well, do we think there are zombies in there? Because if so, do you want me to sneak up and quietly open the door and check? Instead of us just barging in and one of us being the brunt of the attack? That's probably a good idea. Yeah, that might work a lot better than me just Kool-Aid man for the door. Hey, guys. My name is Rick, and so I'm coming in. Oh, yeah. The Stone Cold Steve Austin entrance music plays. Don't you want me to do a stealth check to open the door? Yes, I want you to do a stealth check. 23.
Trixie presses her ear up against this door and definitely hears a shitload of moans and shuffling. Can we like, I don't know, maybe if I quietly open the door, can Dagon do his force punch and just hopefully get them all? We could toss a bomb in there. Yeah, but then we might destroy the stuff that we are trying to get to. May I remind you, you have one bomb. Let's hang on to that. Yeah, I was gonna say also, we don't know if there's going to be anything super duper valuable in there too. Yeah, true enough. I mean, we're gonna probably need to eventually get them.
Do we need to call the dragon? Well, you know what, I think with if we're looking at zombie, zombie extermination strategies is like take care of the bulk of them, set up a base camp and then go house to house, just like World War Z and remove the stragglers. If the door is shut and the zombies can't get out, they're not a threat to us right now. I say we shut the door and keep moving. I agree. Okay. All right. Okay. So just moving along here, let's let's load up a new map. Can we like leave our group symbol on the house so we've claimed it as ours? Just so no one else goes in and takes everything.
What you're saying is you want to call dibs. Yeah. Yes. There's got to be nicer houses than that. And then no one else will want it. Let's do this. This should look familiar to everyone. So making your way through the city, pop yourselves right in this area, right in here. This is cool because like James is coming along with us on somewhere he's never been before, but yeah, you heard it. James is outside of the door. So making your way through the city, you're smashing and whatever gets in your way, but they kind of come in pockets. If a noise attracts them, then they'll all just kind of congregate in that area.
They're not really free thinkers. And you've made your way back to the hallway, the kind of hallway that leads towards the corridors of the arena and where you were kept captive and all that nasty stuff. Now, if you remember the last time you were here, zombies were starting to escape and chase around Baraneth and you guys managed to kill those stragglers and stuff. Now imagine a week of these guys just beating the shit out of their cages, nonstop, never resting, never tiring. There are a lot of zombies in this room, an unsettling amount of zombies.
Now some of them are still caged, so I'm only going to put the ones on the table that are going to matter to you. Let's back him up one. Yeah, that's a little on the nose. They all appear behind us. Just surrounded. XP pinatas. Yeah, you'll be gaining XP from this. That's for sure. Now it's a little more dangerous here because the corridor is kind of packed with them and it's a bit more of a tight space. Whoa, you can stop any time there. I could. Like now. I don't think you heard the description. Now. Stop now. Stop. So we're up to 17 zombies for the listeners.
Let's do one more for good measure. No. Please stop it. Take it back. 17 is a nice prime number. The adjacent rooms is where we found the lullaby and the resurrection scroll, right? Yeah, we've already alluded to those rooms. Yeah. Can the zombies climb up the stairs? Because maybe we can bottleneck them and just kill them all. What are you putting on the table right now, Jason? There are a couple of mole zombies who are a bit tougher than what you've been fighting. Zombie potatoes. What are you doing? I'm pretty sure I warned you earlier in the week. Gosh, you're a jerk.
I have been called that. By Alanna earlier today, actually. That's funny. You have a stupid face. I've been told that as well. And squealy voice, too. Tell me my beard has no honor. You can feed you insults. This is exactly what we wanted. Yes. Damn right it is. You asked for it. Oh, no, I'm just being stubborn. I love this and I love how much smashy we're getting to do. All right. Let me... Seems like a good time for Web of Shadows because anything that enters the zone is immobilized. I'm also thinking that and I remember the last time we were in here I did Flames of Purity and wiped out like fucking everything that was around.
Yeah. Boy, you know, I'm glad they fixed that number glitch on the table because I don't have to manually make each one of these zombies. That would maybe make me not want to make zombies. So I can't have that. All right, everyone. Roll initiative. Mother of God, Alanna. I'm sorry, guys. Yeah. Don't take on. Four, fifteen. Stupid seventeen. That's not so bad. Let's see what these zombies do. Got an eight. Even stupider eight. I freaked out. I was like, did Valus come in with us or is he's like, guys, I'm going to hang back. You got this. Okay. And those stupid crit zombies are back.
I have to keep scrolling down. Only one zombie rolled in the single digits. Jesus Christ. That's cool shit. *laughs* We're all gonna get eaten before we even get to take a swing! Well, Dagon's first! So I- Dagon, get there and smash 'em all. Oh, I- Dagon, do your stuff. Let me paint a picture for everyone at home. Just- just excuse me. Okay. Dagon. Zombie zombie. Greta. Zombie zombie zombie zombie zombie zombie zombie zombie zombie zombie zombie zombie. *laughs* So... That kinda sounded like some sort of Tom Waits song. *laughs* Okay. So, guys. I can do... the moat.
Which will... take a turn to set off. Or I can go in and use a daily. What is- This situation might be appropriate for a daily. I- I think it will be too. I think the big thing is just eliminate the amount of people that can get to us on their first turn. Yes. So, the blast three is- Get rid of the front line. We should be good. Okay. One, two, three. My fellow potato face brothers. One, two, three. Should be okay. I don't think I'll hit anybody from here. This is thunder- thunderous exit. Close burst. Three. Okay, so you're just diving into the swarm of them. So, do I have to do them one at a time, or how does it work?
Well, you have to roll against them one at a time. So you're going down the line. So, thunderous exit. Let's see what we got here. Thunderous exit. Using that. This is gonna be a freakin' savage. We have shart of darkness, diarrhea dance, and thunderous exit. *laughs* So much poop. This episode of the DNR podcast is sponsored by Pepnobismol. *laughs* One, two, three. That won't hurt Trixie, so that's cool. So, in this blastos... Let's see here. One, two. It'll hit three. It'll hit four. Seven. And seven, and both of the moles. If you- so, let's do this. Let's just run down the line, man.
Let's, uh... Okay. Uh, get your dice roller ready. We won't even do- we'll do this manually, 'cause it's quicker. Okay. D20... D20 plus 12. Get ready. Okay. Alright. Roll for one. 14. Uh, that'll miss. And mole number one. Jesus, Cookie. Sorry. 20. It's okay. Uh, 20 will hit. Sssss- uh, zombie seven. 15. Uh, 15 will miss. Uh, zombie two. They get- they get half damage. Okay. Seven's fine. Okay. Uh, that'll miss, and- Oh, I almost made you roll on yourself. That doesn't make any sense. Uh, zombie number three. 30. That definitely hits. Um... Zombie number four. 18. That'll miss.
And mole number two. 16. God damn it! That'll miss. Alright, so... You hit one of the moles and miss the other one, and you... Okay. So, the rest- okay, so Dagon walks in and uses Thunderous Exit, which is kind of a combination of psionic energy and- and mixed in with his natural ability to channel thunder. So this is fuckin' awful to hear and see. So it's just this- this- this explosive noise that- that would come from Thunder, and then his psionic ability blasting off in this area. It turns the zombies immediately in front and around him into basically gooey confetti.
And they just kind of, like, explode and rain down. Go ahead and roll damage for me. Just- just flat damage here. Okay. 5d8 plus eight. 24. 24. Alright. Gonna do 24 damage to that one mole. He is still alive. He's bloodied though. And 12 damage to the, uh, the one that he didn't hit. *clears throat* Um, every other zombie in the area is dead. Yeah. Now. Uh, because you used to- because you used the daily on your next turn, you have to charge. Okay. But I get to teleport out of here first. Five squares. Uh, okay, yeah. I'm gonna be trying to move twice. Yeah. *laughter* And, yeah, and then next turn I have to charge obviously.
Dude, that is a- that was a good- That's an excellent opener. Yeah, that's- That'll take him a little time to get to us anyway. Wow, that- I'm happy with that. Woo! Uh, 13. One, two, three, four. Don't mind me. This is gonna take- oh, Greta, go ahead. Um, that kind of saved me too, Dagon, 'cause I was gonna try and use a daily on my next turn to immobilize a bunch of that- that pack. Um, but then the- the Rod of Wonder would have popped off, and then I might have grown a dick on my forehead or something. *laughter* That is on the list? *laughter* I could go back to peeing standing up if I had that. *laughter* I- I want you to use that thing as much as you can.
I know, it's awesome. I- I do want to- I do want to use it, but- Um, okay, so I will move up a bit, and, uh, Bloody Potato is gonna get some, uh, Shadow Claws. This guy was looking at Dagon's stuff, he's gonna move back here. And get a plus one on that too. That'll hit. That'll hit. Okay. And we'll roll for damage. Thirteen. Thirteen damage. Um, is that gonna be it for you? That is it. Alright. Uh, zombie, zombie, zombie, zombie. Alright, let me get- let me get- let me get to work here. *clears throat* Uh, zombie number five is going to... One, two, three, four, and then move up.
Four spaces. Uh, seventeen. Where's number seventeen? All the way at the other side. I'm like calling raffle winners. Twelve. The meat draw. Yeah. *laughs* Fourteen. And fifteen. Boy, there is a horde coming. The other end of this hallway looks like a meat grinder, this is terrible. That would've been a good bunch for thunderous exit. Oh my god, it's a woodchipper of ghouls. Trixie! Okay, um... I am going to... I guess I'm going to move up to right here. And I'm gonna do palming strike against... Number... that guy. Number one. Number that guy. I don't have my glasses, so leave me alone.
Number that guy. Thirty-six versus AC. That is a hit! Boom! Alright, damage. Please be nice. Eleven. That will kill him. Take that. Now, even though it's a ghoul... Sorry, Rickus. Yeah, it's a shame to see a fellow muldai. Because it's gonna kinda look a little upset. Anything else, Trixie? Nope. I'm just gonna stand there and smile. Okay. Valus is out of range, so he is going to take out the Kettenhund. And he is going to try to attack number five. Oh, that's a definite hit. Awesome. Bear Trap's gonna snap down on this thing. And he's going to drag the lifeless body towards him.
It just stops moving as it gets closer, so there's no need to finish it off. Rickus, your turn. Oh, and he's going to move forward. One, two, three, four, five. Right here, yeah. Rickus, your turn. Okay. I actually have a question. I'm looking at the Initiative Tracker. Is the other mole on the Initiative Tracker? Should be. I don't see him. Unless my eyes are playing tricks on me. Let me see here. And he's not there. Wow. Good eye, thank you. For some reason, he isn't on there. I want to be fair when I have to kill my fellow potato face. One, two, three, four, five.
I'm gonna just kinda run up a little... Is that five? Hold on. Let me see if I can remember how to count. One, two, three, four, five. I'm gonna run up and then stop just right in front of Trixie. Almost being like a little bit of a wall. But that's about all I can do because I really don't have much in terms of ranged attacks. And I can't go any farther than that. So... No problem, man. Zombie number eight. One, two, three, four. He's going to move up to Valus. And he is going to try to grab him. That'll hit. Valus is grabbed. Ooh, let me adjust. Oh, God. Number ten.
Who knew the way to immobilize Valus was to just hold one of his wrists? Four, number six. And he is going to try to grab Ricus. That's a hit. So both... Yeah, both Valus and Ricus are grabbed. Damn, that was close, too. I just looked and I was like, "Wait, my reflex went up." And number sixteen. Two, three, four. This zombie is going to... Oh, jeez. This zombie is going to bite at Valus. Oh, that's a miss. Mole zombie. Oh, Jesus. Mole zombie number two is going to shift over to Valus. Swarm, swarm, swarm. And use hand of the hammer. These mole are so tough that even without a weapon, getting clocked in the face by one of them is just not great news.
So, let's see here. Attack. Oh, that's going to miss. All right, so they are definitely swarming Valus here. Braneth, your turn. Okay, so I am going to move up this way. One, two, three, four, five, six. Shit. I am going to use an action point and move again. Oh, wow. Okay. Up here. And I am going to use turn undead. Here's the thing. You are taking this path to get there. You are going to take several opportunity attacks. Oh, no. Oh, can I not do that then? You want to go back? Yeah, okay. So, um, okay. So, I still need to use, do a double move action to make it up to here, because that's seven spaces.
Yeah. But I will use turn undead. And that is, I think, what is it? Verse two. I think so, yes. Yeah, close verse two. I was hoping it was more. Okay, so, against this mule zombie here. You said mule. Braces. Sorry. I am sorry. That will hit. Okay. And against this guy here. And that will hit. Okay. And against this guy. And that will hit. Oh, good. Okay. So, that is my verse two. And my damage is... Jeez. Twelve. Bang. Nice. Two of the zombies drop dead. The one that was grabbing Veles is now dead. And this mule zombie is bloodied. I believe you also pushed them back? Yes, because I am stooped up now.
Like, that power is bumped. Yeah. He is pushed back two spaces. Two spaces. So, let's say, boom. All right. That will do it for your turn? That is all. I am done. All right. Zombie number eleven. He is going to move forward four spaces. Dagon, your turn. You got to charge. I got to charge. Okay. Roll a d20, please. Sixteen. Wow. Okay. You are going to get a plus fifteen to damage if the next attack hits. Oh, my God. Nice. So, I just pictured a Dragon Ball Z thing where he is just calmly channeling. And you can see psionic energy crackling around him. And he is just getting his shit together.
Whatever is getting hit by you next is not going to be doing well. Oh, man. Thirteen is going to move forward four spaces. You know the drill. Greta. Okay. I am going to use Shadow Claws on number six. And, come on. Sorry the blue dice isn't wanting to cooperate. There we go. Yeah, you have to have it on the pointer, not the grabber. That's right. Okay, so I am going to call off to Rekis too and just say, "Rekis, be careful. I remember what happened to Tala." And Shadow Claws on six hits. That will hit. You will kill him. And he is no longer grabbing Rekis. Rekis turns around and starts blowing kisses to Greta.
Thank you. Thank you. I am going to facepalm. Anything else, Greta? No. I guess I can move. I will move up to -- I am done. Right next to Trixie. Yep. Now time for the wave of zombies at the end of the hallway. Seventeen moves forward four, so does twelve. Fourteen is going to -- One, two, three, four. Boom. Fifteen, same thing. And nine. Nine is going to lunge forward for Baranath and try to bite her. Just mouth wide open, kind of falling forward as he does it. So, just take a minus one to that. He is going to -- oh. Shit. Dang. Valus is going to use Bodyguard. No. No.
Valus can step in from an attack. The adjacent character, Valus, absorbed all damage from the attack. Valus is going to pull an arm -- just put his arm out in front of the zombie before it can get to Baranath and take the bite for her. No. So, Valus has been bitten. Trixie, your turn. Okay, I actually have a question. Go ahead. So, I have something called Cloud of Darkness. It says, "The burst creates a cloud of darkness that remains in place until the end of your next turn. The cloud blocks line of sight, squares within are totally obscured, and creatures entirely within are blinded until they exit." So, if I were to jump, say, like, right here.
Yes. That would blind nine, fourteen, two, and thirteen. Keep in mind it says creatures, so allies get blinded too. Yeah, but Valus and Baranath aren't in that. If I'm right here, it says, "Burst one." It's a burst. Oh, so it goes out for me, huh? Yeah, it goes out. Okay, that's it. Oh, it's a burst one. Well, wait a second. If it's a burst one, then it'll just be this surrounding area. Okay, so not fourteen. So, it'll be thirteen, two, and nine. So, if everything in it is blinded, when it says it blocks line of sight, does that block line of sight for anyone outside of it?
Yes. So, they couldn't just run in and kill them without... Well, they could run in and kill them. They'd be blind. And they can fire into it, but they're taking a negative five penalty. Oh, okay, then that's probably not a good idea. I thought I was going to be really helpful there for a second. Well, I mean, it's helpful. It's more helpful for people, like, firing down on you or something like that. That's one of those things that's like, "Oh, shit." Like, you're over by yourself and they're firing arrows at you or something. You can totally negate that.
You can keep things hand-to-hand and on your terms, and while people are firing at you, they're going to take penalties. Okay, well then I'm going to move to right here. Okay. And I'm going to use my palming strike against number nine. That will kill the zombie Jesus. Alright. That will kill the zombie that bit Valus. Dead. Okay, and then... Kill the zombie Jesus. I'm going to scoot back. Well, you move forward to get there. You can't move back after? No. Fine. Yeah, it's a new roll. They just added it. I think it's unfair. Don't be a jerk. Okay. Valus is... Oh, go ahead.
I'm just looking. Okay. Any miners or anything? Are you done? Yeah, I think I'm done. Let's see here. Okay, Valus is tearing. He's just going to recoil and look at his arm and then just give a glance over to Baranath. And he is going to charge forward. Let's see how best to do this. Shift and then... And pull out his handgun and eat a bullet. What happens if you get bitten twice or three times? Well, once you're bitten, you're bitten. Okay, so he's got nothing to lose at this point. Yeah, that's kind of what he'd be figuring. He's going to use Blade of Avernus.
And... Jeez, Blade of Avernus. He's going to pull out his greatsword and he's going to try to kill the two in front of him. So... That is a crit to the mole and a hit to the zombie. So the two in front... Both the... Let me see, roll damage. Alright, so that will kill... Yep, that will kill the one zombie. And that mole is very, very bloody. Fuck, that's all he can do, really. Let me check his... I should have popped the daily. Damn. Okay, that's fine. That's fine. Riggus, your turn. Okay, I don't want to do a daily. I have a feeling these are going to come in handy.
But what I may do is run up... If I go here... No, well, if I go one, two, three, four... It's still not... Would I have... Will any of them get an opportunity attack if I move up there? Uh, yeah. Well, how are you taking... Okay, I was taking this route. I was going to go boom, boom, there and then there. Yeah, you're good. Yeah, you're good. Okay, I'm going to go one, two, three, four... And then do Flames of Purity, which is... Standard action... Oh, were you going to say something? Oh, I heard somebody take a deep breath. Standard action, blast three... I was cheering you, sorry.
Each enemy in the blast... So, how do you want to do this? Uh, jeez, what blast? How big is this blast? It's a blast of three and then it's each enemy. So it's basically taking care of all of them but twelve, I think. No, it takes care of twelve too. Oh, cool. It's everyone in this pocket, Jesus. Although it's a blast, not a burst though, right? Oh, is it a blast? Yeah, it's a blast. So you could take thirteen, two, fifteen, eleven, and seventeen, but you'd miss ten and twelve. I'll take that risk. You might have wanted to take a different route though, so that ten doesn't have a grab at you.
Oh, yeah. Because you went under Trixie or under him beside. Well, if you do it this way, you're going to get... This is how the blast works. If you're pointed this way, you'll get two and then it funnels out. So it'll be thirteen, fifteen, two, and then it goes out from there like a funnel. Go ahead. Two, thirteen, and fifteen, I guess then. Two, thirteen, and fifteen. Okay, that'll miss the first zombie. Go for the mole. No, Facebook, I don't. And... That'll miss the mole. You swung on that same zombie twice, but let's say it hit fifteen instead. So you hit the mole and fifteen.
Okay. Oh, wait, you missed the mole. No, I didn't. So you just hit fifteen. Yeah, I just hit fifteen and I crit him. Or thirteen. Fifteen. I hit thirteen. Yeah. Crit him. It says I missed fifteen. No, you missed thirteen, you missed two, and you hit fifteen. Because you swung on thirteen twice technically, but I just went down the line. Oh, did I? I'm sorry. It's no big deal. No, you didn't. No. No, you didn't. I'm sorry. It looked like that because of the way it popped up. I'm sorry. Okay. You're fine. I'm an idiot. I'm fucking stupid. Okay? There's just so many zombies on the table right now.
It's just hard to keep track of. Alright. Now, which rune did you use? I was going to say, I was going to use the Ruin of Destruction. I just really lost health, so I'm going to use Ruin of Destruction, each ally in the blast. No, because no allies are in the blast. Oh, shit. I really can't use either of these. Well, it's fine. I still killed one. Yeah. That's it? No miners or anything? Uh, no. Alright. Zombie number 10 is going to try to grab you. And he will miss. So what do? Because he's a tard. Haha. Uh, mole number 2 is going to use Hand of the Hammer and swing at Ricus and totally hit.
Oh, you crit me. No, he didn't. He did. Oh my god, he did. So that's 2d10 plus 2. So, not too bad. Well, 22, that isn't great actually. Uh, Baranith, your turn. Oh god. Fuck, fuck, fuck. Uh, oh shit. Okay, um, I'm just, I don't know who to help. Thales is bitten and Ricus is hurt. Um, so I'm going to, uh. Well help Ricus because we have the cure. We have three cures. Yeah, um, okay, so um, I'm going to use Singing Strike on the mule, sorry mole. It's so crazy. Whatever it is. Haha. I'm sorry. You're really helping me. Seriously, you want to do this now? Like. I'm going to help that zombie whip back.
Haha. Uh, that will hit. Haha. Uh, 14 damage and you kill it. Okay, um, as an immediate reaction I'm going to use my Death Surge. Um, it is close burst three. Um, so 26. Okay, so that will hit 15 and go for 11. And that will hit 11 and 10. And that will hit 10 and 17. Hang on, I'll move my map here. And that will, wow, you just killed four zombies. As a free action, Ricus is going to turn to Valus and just utter the words, uh, yeah I know you're really in pain right now, but it's okay because Baranath is just killing everything. Uh, Valus is just kind of narrowing his eyes at Ricus.
Sorry, can I still use a minor? Sure. Okay, so minor action healing word on Ricus. And my healing word is 2d6. Um, um, okay, just, sorry, looking at my details, um, I have a boner, I just want to make sure I'm correct, I've got a bonus to my healing word. It's healer's- I thought you said boner for a second. But, yes. My details, I have a boner. I no longer have a boner. But people get a boner looking at me. You are not prettier than me. Um, healer's lore, add +wizmod to hit points healed by your cleric powers with healing keyword if they involve healing surge expenditure.
Um, Ricus, you want to use a healing surge when I heal you? Because you got 2d6 plus a healing surge. Sure, that sounds great. Okay, so, uh, does that sound right? It's 2d6+5? 2d6+5. Alright. Alright, 11. And then- 11 plus your healing surge. Alright, and uh, I'm done. Okay, um, correct- oh, I'm sorry, Dagon, your turn. I'm gonna move up 6 here. 6, and I'm gonna use ego whip on 12. So that is, uh, standard action ranged 10 on one creature. Uh, if I hit, he gets intelligence modifier psychic damage, which is 5, and he gets a -2 penalty to attack rolls, -2 penalty to all defenses until the end of my turn.
So, I'm going to- Wow. It's not bad. Dagon's OP, guys, I'm just letting you know. Next patch is totally gonna nerf Dagon. [Laughter] I got a couple- hey, I gotta charge, though, come on. You do, you do. Okay, you hit that thing. Now, if you remember you charged last turn, which means whatever damage you're going to do to this thing, add 15 to it. Which I think might just kill him. I think so. But I'll roll anyway. Maybe. Go ahead and roll, like, for funsies, let's see. [Laughter] Well done. Okay. Okay, so bits and pieces of this thing are scattered all over the walls, just like putting a firecracker up a bullfrog's ass.
Just, just pop. Just done. Uh, and that will take you out of combat, guys. Should we see the Valus's Wound? That, that would be, yeah, I mean, he's, yeah, that would be good. Well, how long does he have? Well, that's the issue. The only reason I'm asking is because if more of us get bit... Right, exactly. We're gonna have to decide who's most important. Exactly. Well, and I'm thinking if he gets bit again, you know. Well, yeah, that's the thing, is he can't get more infected, so we can just send him in there to get chewed on. Good point. And he's like human, tiefling human shield for a little while.
Are you suggesting this in front of Valus? Uh, no, I'm not. This is out of character. Okay. Galford would definitely have suggested that. Grenus probably wouldn't. Right, I'm just wondering. Galford would have exactly said that. I would say, what a dick thing to say. If I roll an under-19, when next time the Rod of Wonder comes up, I will bring that back up to him. Yeah, he's, so he's just like staring at this wound, just like, just kind of muttering to himself. I'm, I'm gonna go right up to him and say, like, let me look at that, let me see what's, what's happened.
So, Gaunas, yeah. And I'm just, I'm so, so frightened right now. So he's holding his arm out to you, and his fucking big beefy forearm is just kind of trembling where this thing took a chunk out of him. Like it bit down and tore back, just kind of like, it, it's, it's pretty fucking grody. It's pretty nasty. Okay, can I run, uh, like a heal check? Um, you sure can. Okay. For the wound, yeah. 32, yeah. Okay, so, yeah, you're gonna stop the bleeding and everything, and it's, it's, yeah, it's, it's still definitely, he is still definitely infected. Okay. Um, I'm gonna look him really intensely in the face and say, we will take care of this.
He, he just kind of nods his head, like he's not even speaking. Like he just kind of looks back down at the wound and just, uh, starts to, like, just kind of plot down the hallway. Like he's just, just keep going. Like, he knows how much time he has. You all saw Tala turn, so. Yeah. So, we, you know what, let's go to the next map. This should be very, very familiar to you guys. Um, now, yeah, uh, this would be the prisoner's quarters, the, the stretch of hallway with, with, with your old, your old stomping grounds. It was where you were kept captive in Onakol.
Now. My stomach is just turning, being back in this place again. Can we go check on Thalamen? I was just about to say the corpses of fucking Katie, Sil, and Thalamen are still very much, you would have to step over them to get to the arena. Can we bring back Thalamen's head to like make a goblet out of? Um, you do get a plus two bonus to walking these lands if you do drink from that goblet. I was gonna make a joke about resurrecting Thalamen. Just send him to the Overwatch and they can all walk these lands together. Baranith can resurrect people now. She's a level eight.
She could theoretically, if she wanted to, resurrect somebody. I can't think of anybody at the moment, but she could. Get it out of your heads guys. I'm not, I'm not using that. I'm not popping that shit. Did you hear the description on, on group three about how awful and gnarly that is and what it does to you? Psychologically anyway. Um, the door to your right, you remember leads to the pits, which was, the door has been battered down where zombie Valis and a horde of your, your former compatriots knocked the door down and chased you down this hallway towards the arena.
The door in front of you, you never, you, you, you, you, you never went to, you never really checked out. You had more pressing matters. And then of course down the hallway and around the corner leads into the arena. That's, that was the destination you wanted. So what would you like to do? Okay. Should we check out that room just to clear it? I guess so. I mean, we wanted Smashy, we want our XP, but I don't know. Are we, what room are you referring to the pits or the room we didn't go in? Well, the pits, you know, it's in that, well, this room, right? The room right in front of you, the room to your right is, yeah.
Everything that was in the pits came out to us and we killed it in the alcove. Remember? Okay. Yeah. Unless something else somehow got down there. So what do you guys think? Should we check out this room here or do you want to just carry on? Let's check out that room. Yeah. I don't want to leave any stragglers. I don't want any surprises. All right. Ideally if we can, if we can reclaim the arena somehow, I mean, obviously it's going to be crawling with them, but if we can set up some type of a stronghold in the arena, eventually that would be great. It'd be kind of like the, what was the super dome in New Orleans after Katrina?
Yes. Something, yeah, like that would be home base. The sports ball center, I think it was called. Yeah. It's the Tom Rose Bowl room. Yes. So this is a big heavy door in front of you and it appears to be locked. That appears to be Brian batting at his mic like a cat toy. It was not me for once. Oh my God. So what would you guys like to do here? This is a, this is definitely a big old locked door. Well, if it's locked, then I guess we need our expert lock picker. Ah, yes. Okay. Dagon, do you want to roll perception? 25. Dagon does not hear anything on the other side of this door.
I'm totally up for smashing the door open. Yeah. Do you want to just get in? Like, I just want to be sure. Yeah. Purple source racks Kool-Aid man. Okay. Do it. You want to make a run at this thing? Just an athletics check. Run at it. 26. So with a running start, Rika's barrels his shoulder into this door and blasts through to the other side. The shock master. Just he shocks the world. Except he didn't fall down. This look, this was the intended badassery of it. Like this was totally what's needed. I want the shock master. This glittery stormtrooper helmet just flies off.
Yes. James, I will send you a link to that. So you'll know what I'm talking about. I don't know what the hell you're talking about. Send one to every one of our listeners too. Yes. Yeah. I will post the shock master for all of the DNR fans. Okay. There is a staircase leading down on the other end of this door. It's kind of an alcove with a spiral staircase leading down. There appears to be nothing else in this room. Do we want to go down that staircase? This will be down to the pits. No, this is a different room. You've never been here. Can we do another perception check?
Just kind of listen. Like, just kind of move to the stairs and listen down. We did just bash the door down. So whatever. If there's anything down there, it knows we're here. At the same time, we came in this room with the intent to search, so it's not like we're not going to go downstairs. But we might as well try to be safe about it. Maybe scuffling now or something about... Someone else want to do it or...? Yeah, I'll roll. 27. There is definitely movement downstairs. Oh, fuck. There's definitely like shambling and kind of scraping of feet. You can hear it.
Kind of echoey still on the stone. Okay. The door is busted, so if they come up the stairs, they're coming out anyway. So we're going to have to exterminate them. Okay, we're going to have to. Alright, let's go. Alright. Just like that? [laughter] That's it? Yeah, as I say, are we going to try to sneak down so we can kind of get the advantage or something? There's no sneaking. You just busted down the door. Yeah, but you didn't say they were running up the stairs. Well, I was going to say, we heard scraping of feet. Did we hear moaning? Oh, yeah, definitely. Okay.
You just said scraping of feet, and I was like, maybe someone's just waking up from a nap. Right. A nap. That's just Roger. He's been here for a while. Everyone sleeps through the zombie apocalypse. Right. Well, you guys did. He was drunk and just slept through the whole thing. You guys kind of did actually sleep through the zombie apocalypse. Alright, so here's what we're going to do. We still have one bomb. You do. Go ahead and place your characters right in this area, please. I have a feeling the bomb might come in handy for the arena. Mm-hmm. Because we're going to have -- unless this is like every zombie ever created, I feel like -- which it may be.
I don't know what Jason's agenda is. But I feel like -- It's always full. I feel like with the arena, it's going to have much more. Well, and also the arena is an open space, so we could always go back for Amara if we really decide it's too much for us. Right. Well, if I have a horn of summons, I can call her. That's within a mile. Ooh. Technically, she's a member of the party. Oh, fuck. That's a -- that's a pretty baller move. I'm going to be honest. That's pretty badass. Oh, yeah. No, that's done. Okay. Can I ask what these funky things are here? The statues? Yeah.
Those are statues. Oh. [Laughter] Okay, hold on. Alana's middle name is Obvious. She's been risen to the rank of captain, I've heard. Yes. In this room are several statues kind of lining the walls. This was pretty locked down, and it appeared as though they did not want people in here. On the far end of the room, there is this circular stone slab on the ground with a stone archway kind of leading over it. And there are -- there appear to be about six or seven symbols kind of scrawled on the archway, kind of etched into it. Who -- let's see. You know what?
Dagon. Mm-hmm. Give me a history check. Okay. 23. 23. You recognize what this is. You have read about several gates that are scattered about the world of Theria. [Laughter] Oh, wow. Oh, wow. That are apparently a rapid transport system. And if you know how to use them, you can get from gate to gate with a massive amount of power or focus, but you're not exactly sure how it works, but you do know what it is. So I would imagine you relay that to the party. I do. I will. But I wouldn't know how to use it. You have an idea. Like, you have an idea -- like, you just know that it needs a massive amount of power.
You don't exactly know how to -- like, the finer points of it. Okay. Are there any clues around? Like, is there, like -- like, I'm looking for a way we could find out how to use this. Right. There appear to be some tables with research books and such. This appears to be a work in progress. Like, people were working on this. Yeah. Also, there are several zombies in this room that are going to converge on you. Hold on one second. Let me start adding. So, okay. Do we have time to start this fight, or would you like to just kind of leave it here and pick it up the next time?
Let's fight. Depends on your definition of "several." Of course, Alana's off for seven days and the rest of us have to work tomorrow. You're off for seven days? She gets a week off every month. But she works 12-hour shifts, so it works out. Right. I work 12-hour shifts. I mean, I'm game, but -- I'll tell you what, the Dungeon Master just halves the amount of zombies for the sake of expediting it, and we're good. I'll check with him real quick. No, he said no. I rolled a flat D20, and that's true. You just half the amount of zombies. Well, how do we have this talk?
Everybody roll for mercy. I get a plus 45 for mercy? That's weird. All right, so let's try and speed through this somewhat. Ooh, let me add Valis. All right, zombies. Let's move them up a little closer so we're not wasting time. I was going to say, you're like, "Let's speed this up by putting them all up against the wall on the other side of the room." Yeah, let's say that they would have heard that commotion upstairs. There were a couple of moles down here too, maybe doing some heavy lifting for them or something like that. They get a surprise "Ugh!" because of the commotion.
No, no, no, they don't. Do you want them to have a surprise? No, no, no, no, no, no, no. They get a surprise moan, not a surprise attack. Yeah, surprise moan. But the moan is coupled with the attack. It's a package deal. No. I want to see their character sheets. Yes, print them off each individually and send them all. Hey, it's not enough that I do all my dice rolls publicly. I've never done a private dice roll on you guys one time. If they miss, they get half a moan. Ugh! Dagon, you've got--you always take the initiative, buddy. It's too bad I can't use the thunder as exit again.
Let's see here. Dagon, your turn. I am going to move up to this mole. I'm going to force punch him. Okay. That is the most confident word, like, speech I've heard from this party ever. Move to this mole and then I'll force punch him. Oh, I hit him. That'll hit. Roll for damage, sir. I'm just going to put a tree here. Just a happy little tree. You did right? 19. 19. Holy shit. Okay, 19 damage and that's going to knock him back six spaces. Ooh-ha! One, two, three, four, five. Now, that's also going to plow through number seven and knock him prone. One, two, three, four, five.
There we go. Boom. And prone for number seven. So, bam. And go ahead. Did you roll damage, too? The 19. Yeah, you did. You did. Cool. I'm just making sure it took off. Okay. All right. Zombie number seven's turn. He's going to use his move action to stand up. And that'll pretty much -- he's going to move forward and he can't do anything now. Zombie seven's going to pop his action point. Um, all the zombies get action points now. I didn't know if you knew that. Gets an action point? Yeah. Riekus, your turn. I just want to see where you'll draw the line. It's like, fuck you.
I just want to -- Okay, I'm going to run -- Riekus is going to run up to zombie number five and, uh -- Oh, gosh. I got to go back to Powers. Sorry, I was on the initiative tracker. And take a swing at zombie number five. Institute is running. Oh, shit. Nope. I don't want to do that. Hold on. Um, math is difficult. That'll hit. Almost a crit. That was my -- I'm looking out for you, Justin. And -- That'll totally kill him. Oh, yeah. That and -- oh, no. Okay, yeah. That would totally kill him. Yeah, that would totally kill him. Zombie number six is going to move up to Valis.
Not that there's much they can do at this point. And he's going to try and flat out bite him. That'll hit. That's a crit. God damn it. That sucks. Right in the jugular. Yep, 24 damage. So, fuck. That's what I want to say. So, fuck. Ooh, okay. Valis is the new pincushion. Valis is going to end up dying where he died before. No, no, he is not. Wouldn't that suck? That's a miracle. Like, he's meant to die and own a call. I can't stop it. No matter how many times we -- he can't stop it. He will die and own a call. Yeah, it's like Judgment Day. You can only push it back. Yep.
For Trixie, your turn. Okay, so I'm debating if I should go save Valis or go save Dagon. I'll be okay. Are you sure? No. Okay. So then I'm going to run up to right here. Run a whole square and do palming strike. I'll be insulted. Hit. I'm trying to be helpful. Not me, Dagon. Oh. Shut up, Dagon. A drow helping an eladrin. Ooh, that's -- Yeah. Oh, well. He's going to get pissed off. Too late now. Trixie kills these other -- I'll be directly in front of Dagon. Saves his pale ass. I hear a scoff echo. I'll say it. I'll turn and say it. I can fight my own fights. You're welcome.
Uh -- Burn. Okay, Valis in a fit of rage after being bitten a second time. He's going to pop his daily, and it's called From Hell's Heart, and he is going to take his broadsword and just ram it into the gut of the thing attacking him. And -- Jesus. Okay, please hit. Just please hit. And -- Yes! Almost a crit. That is 4d10 plus 10. 4d10 plus 10? Wow. 35 damage, and his sword is going to erupt in fire and deal ongoing 5 fire damage. So it doesn't matter. This corpse is a corpse, but -- This just happens to -- he hit the one zombie that has, like, 100 hit points.
So he jams the broadsword into the gut of the zombie, and then the fucking sword ignites, and it's just a burning pile of dead on the floor, essentially. So that's -- yeah. And he is going to kind of drop back one space towards Baranath, and zombie number three is going to attack Rikas. Douchebag. He is going to try and bite at Rikas. That -- ooh. That'll just miss. My heart cannot take this. Greta! Okay, I'm going to move up to here and use fascinating shadows on Mule, zombie number one, and also it should hit zombie number two there, because it's a blast five.
And I can click two people that I'm attacking, right? Actually, you have to click them separately. Yeah, you have to click them separately. Okay. So there's for number two. Hit. And there's for the Mule. Hit two. So zombie's dead right away. Roll for damage on the Mule. You know what? That's just not working. Hang on. Let me just do it in the regular one. That's 1d8 plus 8. 13 damage. 13 damage. All right. You're done. Actually, you know what? I'm going to use my action point and move one, two, three, four, five. Mule number one, his turn. He is going to sidle on up next to Valus and use Hand of the Hammer.
So while I didn't actually say tiefling the human shield out loud, I just did it. That is -- ooh, that's going to miss. And, Baranath, your turn. Okay. So we're going to go with Singing Strike against Mule. Oh, one here. That'll hit. Excellent. I keep waiting for you to miss for that so you'll have to sing, but that's -- Eight damage. Eight damage. Anything else? Healing Word on Valus. That's 2d6 plus 5. 13 and a Healing Surge. Bam. Gorgeous. And I'm done. Zombie number one. One, two, three, four. Right up to Dagon and he is just going to try and bite him. How do they know not to grab?
It's instinctual. Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. They're being controlled somehow by some master of this dungeon. Number four is going to note your smarminess and he is also going to just try to bite. That's a miss too. Wow, a crit miss. Smarminess is how you fend off zombies, apparently. Dagon, your turn. I'm slathered in a level. Okay, well. Force Punch number four. Okay. 29. 29. Okay. You punch this zombie and it flies backwards into the statue on the far wall and just kind of smashes it. The bits and pieces of the statue are going to fall over on it and crush whatever didn't get crushed by your attack.
Excellent. And I'm going to shift back. Probably a good strategy there. Rick, it's your turn. I have a question. So if I do anything besides trying to go after Zombie number three, which is more or less saying if I move, he's going to get an opportunity to attack, right? Right. Okay. Unless you shift. Hmm. You know what? No. You could shift one and hit Mole Zombie number one and not take an opportunity to attack. Okay. We'll do that. And Riekus is going to look at this Mole and just start shaking his head and he's going to use Word of Befuddlement. It is to D20 plus 12.
Oh, wait. No. Yeah. So I do that and I'm going to hit him. And then it's 2D10 plus 10. 16 damage. You have more than one hit. Yeah. What else is it? Oh, yeah. Either I can do I think I'm going to do a Ruin of Destruction until the end of your next turn. The first time any of your enemy or any of your allies hits the target, the target makes a melee basic attack as a free action against the enemy of your choice. Okay. Well, that's not really going to help out, but okay. Well, the other one. It's one of the other. Yeah. No. Hmm. I got to start reading up on these a little bit more.
Can I change real quick then? Sure. Ruin of Protection until the end of your next turn. The target takes a minus five penalty to attack rolls against allies who aren't adjacent to it. Okay. Cool. That helps out a little bit more. All right. Mole number two is going to walk right up to Trixie and use Hand of the Hammer. Miss. Okay. Well, then never mind. Because you said no. Trixie, your turn. All right. I'm going to use I'm just going to use my Palming Strike again because it's working out so well. I'm going to use it on the guy in front of me. Makes sense. And a hit.
Okay. Excellent. Very nice. Thirteen. Thirteen damage. Yep. You bloodied him. Anything else you want to move? Can I shift back? You sure can. Okay. I do that. Okay. Valus's turn. He is going to use his Greatsword against the mole in front of him. And that is a hit. Damage. Wow. Okay. Then that killed the mole in front of him. Can I use my trigger? You sure can. Okay. So back to Death Surge. And I am in range of this guy. Who's he? Wait. That's a burst three, right? Yeah. Other zombie too. That'll be everyone. Oh. Okay. So just do one and then three. Oh yeah. That's a hit on the mole too.
Yeah. I didn't see that. Yeah. I keep thinking that's Rika's. Here we go. And do I hit one, two? Yeah. Oh. Yeah. You're within three. That's a miss. Oh damn. Okay. I like how he always sounds so tentative about all these things you're killing. Like, Baranathas, besides Valus, you're one of the most violent people in the group. But she feels bad about it. I'm taking shit out today. I'm performing today. So two and three, taken damage. Eight damage. All right. Let's see. Greta, your turn. Okay. I'm moving one, two, three, four. And shadow claws on zombie number one. Okay. And that's a hit.
That is a hit. So that will kill zombie number one. The only thing left in the room is that mole. All right. I'm done. Baranath, your turn. What? Really? Oh yeah. Because that wasn't my turn. That was just my trigger. Okay. I'm going to use my ranged basic attack against this asshole right here. There we go. Faddle hit? All right. Four. Four damage. Oh, not quite enough to kill him. Do you want to move or anything? No. I'm good. I'll finish him off here hopefully. Yeah, you can have your kill back take on. Force punch. Come on, liquefy this fucker. Yeah. That is a hit. 19.
How are you hitting him? I'm going to bring both fists around into his ears. I was just about to say, do the incredible Hulk clap, you know? His head liquefies and his body just starts spasming and shaking around as it falls to the ground and just stops moving. That will take you guys out of combat and I think that's probably a pretty good time for us to stop for the night. So much smashing. Beautiful. Good smashing. Annical is looking even like a better stronghold now that there's a portal here and maybe some information about the portal too in this room.
Terrible. Yeah. I feel like Rika's is going to take some emotional damage for the fact that he just watched his own people be killed in front of him. They were zombies. Yeah, they were. Well, yeah. But like these people, we can kind of assume that there are a lot of innocents that are ghouls now that we're taking out. I realize you have a connection to people who are of the same race as you, but... Everyone we've killed potentially was a good person. Yeah. Potentially. Fair enough. Yeah. But there's nothing left of them now. But I mean, at the same time, yeah, like you see, you know, you must be looking at their faces too when you strike them.
Yeah, yeah, that would be painful. But oh boy, did I have a good... I had some good smashing there. Actually, our rolls were pretty good, considering we were facing a pretty large force of zombies. We didn't have a lot of misses. I mean, obviously the zombies don't have a particularly high AC or, you know, fortitude or whatever. So, and our damage rolls, we're killing them on one hit because it would be like, you know, one D10 plus eight. You're already doing eight damage. It's, you know... So wait till you get to the arena. The arena is this, the Avengers moment.
This is going to be just knock down, drag out fucking craziness. I just want to prepare you for that. We need to call Amara in. Like I feel like it will go tenfold better. Oh yeah. Got her involved. Oh yeah. We'll get in there and we'll assess the situation. The arena's top- Hey, let's not smash down the door this time. Well, we already unlocked it. That is true. Right? The arena doesn't have a roof on it? No. So she can get in. No problem. She could ice blast them. I mean, or we could drop the bomb and, and get some, hopefully get some fire damage on them too. If we want to use the bomb, but there could be some type of crazy boss fight against the 30 foot tallow or whatever.
Could you imagine if we were fighting like zombie gelatinous cubes? Fucking I would get absorbed into one and never get to hit it. I hated that so much. I was just in there with Tyler. He's like, Hey, I got swallowed too. You sound more like Eeyore. Well, there was kind of some Eeyore in Tyler last time or in the last night. No, no. Yes. Last night. Oh goodness. No. Oh goodness. I, I remember that fight. I remember that fight and Riku's was pretty frustrated. So yeah. Well that was the not since the great Tyler Wilson has anyone been engulfed this long. Yeah. That, that and Laura, like those are the two, I remember those two frights, frights, those two fights frustrated the shit out of Brian.
Yes. I get absorbed into a cube and I get, I can't fucking hit a chick that just decides to dance around me. Well, she's dancing with like twin blades, like cutting into you as she's spinning and car. Just imagine like she's just like doing some mariachi dance with like clams and it'd be like going around me and cutting me. I pictured that like, she's singing along to you. She's making her own music. I pictured the Twi'lek kind of stripper from like the star Wars cantina and she's all dancing and flipping around like that. This was some good fighting guys.
That was very satisfying. It was very hard not to be a dick. Comes so naturally to me. Save my commentary. I'm very, very worried about, about my boy Valis though. Yeah, we're going to have to, we're gonna have to look at him. On the surface, you guys have three, three uses of this cure thing and I mean you, you can't have resurrection, I'm sure listeners are going to think that like, Oh, you're really softballing it. The arena thing is just gonna, you're gonna, you're gonna hate me. Like, look, if you survive it, the XP you'll get from it is retarded. So we shouldn't have broken that door down because now we can't lock it and rest.
Maybe we can push a statue in front of it or something. Cause it would really help to have that daily back. Well, there is a, there's a cell that we are pretty familiar with. That's true. That's the digitation baby. We can have some good tasting water. Yucky. Yeah, that was awesome. Good job you guys. Yeah. I hope hammer hand and silver claw are doing just as good on the outside. Yeah, I don't want to fight a bunch of zombie dwarfs and like zombie drought. Oh God, how much would that suck? I mean, really? What if they all turn and we had to get rid of them? You guys realize we're just doing Jason ideas now, right?
Yeah. Trust me. I think I stay up nights thinking of ways to Dick you guys over just like, just because if I don't, then I get the, that was easy. So it's like, okay, fine. Yeah. I mean, this thing, I never felt like any of this was easy because it could have barely very easily gone different ways. I don't. Yeah, it's not easy. Just go in. Brian and Atlanta always have like a good dose of healthy fear that kind of covers for all of us. You guys know I'm not trying to kill you. No, no, no, no. My fear is due to the fact that I love ricus and I love playing this and I would be really sad about dying.
That's a good thing. That thing you're attached. Yeah. You got like 62 HP. It's going to take, it's going to take a lot of work to take you out. Yeah, but one bite from a zombie. Don't even entertain the thought. We're just going in smash. Hey, we're pretty experienced at killing wool zombies. You'll be fine. Thanks. Thank you. Thanks.
