Recap 3's coming. Try not to panic before then.
Dungeons & Randomness started in 2012 as a way for a group of friends to play D&D — all but one of us picking up dice for the very first time. A decade-plus later: four adventuring groups, eighteen cast members, two 400-page setting books, three successful Kickstarters, and packed live shows at Dragon Con.
The show is broken into Arcs, and each one is a solid jumping-on point for new listeners — except Arc 1, which runs about 200 episodes. Every arc explores Theria, a world built from scratch by our Game Master, Jason — six continents deep in scenery, towns, and intrigue, where every choice the cast makes can reshape the map.
By the end of Arc 5, four full adventuring parties were roaming the continent, building their legacies in parallel. Our current arc jumps forward more than 100 years, to a continent of Ellara left frozen and changed — where a single new party, Group Frostbourne, braves the unknown.
That doesn't mean saying goodbye to your favorite cast members. While Frostbourne carries the main feed forward, the rest of our cast keeps adventuring through exclusive Patreon content — new and supplemental stories across the world of Theria.
Whether you're brand new or you've been here since Arc 1, there's never been a better time to jump in. Adventure's just a play button away.
