New episodes Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Only on Peacock. Hey there, DNR listeners. My name is Kevin Rogers. Some of you may recognize my name from the Facebook page, some of you may not. I imagine, however, all of you are wondering where Jason is. Well, he was not feeling well today. He asked me if I could cover for him because he still wanted to make sure this episode got made. So, I said yes and here I am.

Now, before we get started on this episode, I just wanted to let you guys know I'm 100% full of s***. I will not be DMing this episode. Jason will still be here, I promise. But I am here for a very specific reason. That reason? I am trying to raise money for a project I'm working on. It is called Starship Spaceship. We are using Kickstarter to help fund this project. If you go to Kickstarter.com, on the search bar just type in "Starship Spaceship." Two words. Very easy. Starship Spaceship. We have a lot of really great rewards on there. There's a funny video on there.

We'll be updating it as it goes along. We are about 50% funded currently and we have about halfway to go. If we can get to that 100% funding and beyond, I want to do something kind of special for the DNR crew. I have something in mind for them. I don't want to spoil it for them. I don't want to spoil it for you guys. But, if we can get it done, I'm going to get them something. So, with all that being said, help out where you can. Donate. Pass it along to friends and family. Post it on your Facebook page. Email coworkers. Whatever it is that works. Anything helps.

So, if you guys can, please, please, please do. With all that, let's get to this episode because I've been waiting about two and a half years for this. Alright. Thanks guys. Bye. Howdy everyone. I want to thank everyone who participated in this episode today because I know it was a hell of a lot of work. We all sat around for eight hours Sunday and we recorded our asses off and everyone really just kind of knocked out of the park and took swings. It would really mean a lot if you guys kind of shared the episode. Like, go to Facebook.com/dungeonsandrandomness and hit that little share button.

Share it with your buddies. Let them know that you are listening. So, without further ado, I'll let you get to the episode. Thank you very much. Hey everybody. This is Tom. I play Yanwood Firestomp on Dungeons and Randomness. Just want to drop in and remind you all to follow us on Facebook. You can follow us on Twitter at DNRPodcast. You can follow us on YouTube at Dungeons and Randomness. And you can check out our website if you want, dnrpodcast.com. But we're having some trouble with that. Thanks for listening. Subscribe and like us on iTunes. And, yeah, love you.

Let's do that thing where we go around the table and introduce ourselves. I'm Jason. I'm the Dungeon Master. Going around the table starting with Kat. Hi. I'm Kat Charlie and I play Phe the Changeling Thief. And Dan. Hi. My name is Dan Phelps. I'll be playing Duncan Joy Batam, Dwarven Bard. And Tyler. Hi. I'm Tyler. I play Thorosongsteal, a human scout. And Justin. Hi. I'm Justin Massey and I play Ironhide. And Bree. Hi. My name is Brianna Richardson and I play Judsy of Grace. And Tom. Hey. I'm Tom. I play Yanwood Firestomp, a minotaur fighter. And Izzy. Hey. I'm Izzy and I play Una, the half-elf paladin.

And last and certainly not least, Robert. Hey. I'm Robert Weaselhan. I play Malchus Grimnast, Tiefling Warlock. Okay. I'm not even going to bother with a recap today. Because anybody who's listening to this should know what's happened up until now. The last session was a group three session. Like, all of group three got back together very briefly to do some stuff. What we're going to do today is... We're going to start with group one. Now, timeline-wise, you would be behind group three. So, what we're going to do is... It's going to take you a week anyway, a little over a week, to get back to Winterhaven.

And we have to deal with a little something first. So, here's what we're going to do. Just outside of Donhurst, on the road. Near the road. You guys would have made camp. You're a few days away from Orash, like, making your way back. Now, as you all kind of wake up and you're kind of stretching and getting your shit together... You would notice that Draconis is missing. Now, even though Ironhide doesn't sleep, he somehow missed the fact that Draconis just slipped away. Now, it wouldn't be too hard for Draconis to get past Ironhide. He's not the most perceptive.

And Draconis has... Well, I mean, he has that blur ability where he can just become invisible. I was just resting my eyes. So, it wouldn't be too hard for him to slip away in the middle of the night if he really wanted to. Now, why he slipped away is a bit of a mystery, but you guys just did deal with some heavy shit in Orash. And... who really knows? Everyone roll a perception check, please. Natural 22. Jerick, not very perceptive until right now. For some reason, right this second. I'm the best. Almost. Yenward is the most perceptive out of all of us. Coming up the road, and only Yenward and Ironhide would spot this, but coming up the road is a tiny horse.

And on the back of said tiny horse is a dwarf. A very familiar looking dwarf. Except to me. Oh, great. Ironhide would definitely recognize this dwarf as Duncan, which makes no sense to Ironhide, because Duncan died a while back. I'm just gonna put on a sour post, because dwarves make my stomach turn. Right, yeah, you're not really... Are we able to do stuff right now? You absolutely are. He's coming up the road towards you. Should I run a perception check too, to see if I see them? Please do. Okay, let's get there. Sorry. Let's blindside him if he doesn't. Let's rob him.

Ten minutes in, and Duncan's dead again. I haven't done this in a while. Where's perception check? Skills. Yeah, you go to your skills and... Gotcha. There it is. Then you can see if said skills pay the bills. Ten. They do not pay the bills. Natural ten. Dude, is that gonna be a thing you're gonna do every time someone rolls something? Hey, no one knows. Ironhide's gonna scream "Zombie!" and he is going to charge. Seriously? Dude, somebody came back from the dead that was dead for seventeen years. Yeah, but I mean, not to you. Well, the last time Ironhide saw him, it was Shadow Duncan, and he had to kill him, so maybe...

To you, it would only be a few weeks he's been dead. A little over a few weeks. In their time, it's seventeen years. Right, okay. That's relevant. He'd still die, he'd still be a zombie. Yes, he still did. I don't know how many zombies you know that ride horses, but okay. The last time we saw him, he was like a nightmare figment. Okay, so you're going to attack Duncan. Yeah. Well, not much to do, I'm gonna charge. So do I, I guess I don't notice him attacking me? Not yet. Even though he's yelling? Well, if you're yelling, then that's going to draw attention, and then Duncan would notice.

He's just going to keep riding towards him. "Hey, buddy!" Just a second. Just a second. Um, Duncan screams, not in the face, please don't hurt me. Okay, does anybody else want to say anything like the n-word? You get a plus one item bonus to an initial. Alright, the rest of the party would hear Ironhide screaming and running towards Duncan with his sword drawn. I'm not going to stop him from killing a dwarf, fuck him. Okay. Thor will run up as well, to see what's going on. Oh, I thought you were going to attack. Okay, at this point Duncan jumps off the horse and hides behind his ass.

Like he's clutching the horse's legs on the ground, because he sees a giant robot and... Okay, Ironhide's going to come up, like, short of him, and just, like, cock his head. He's like, "Zombies aren't supposed to do that." He's supposed to be like, "Oh." Sack don't punch. Okay, so like, he's just going to stand there with a very physical look on his face, like, "WTF, what's going on here?" Yeah, Duncan's just trembling up behind the horse, trying not to die, like trying to hide himself. Maybe even trying to make him think he's not there anymore or something.

If you close your eyes tight enough, that happens. Yeah. If he had a white flag, he'd raise it up in the air. Okay, what's going on? Uh, Duncan slowly makes his way back around, and he makes out Ironhide... Holy crap, Ironhide? Duncan? Yeah, it's Duncan, I've been looking for you for like, a week now. Why are you here? What are you doing? Why are you alive? I... I don't know. I remember falling, and then I woke up in a tomb of some sort in Winterhaven. And then I found out that Winterhaven worships me, apparently. And they sent me out to find you guys to join up with you, so that's what I was doing.

Okay, Ironhide's gonna go back to the group, and he's gonna say this just loud enough for them to hear, but not Duncan. I think this is Overwatch's doing. What do you think? Who is he? Duncan was one of our traveling companions earlier in the journey. Travel with one of them? Travel with one of you. Oh, fair enough. He met an unfortunate end, at least to our perception, falling down a chasm. He was greedy and got himself killed. Don't you hate that trait in person? I was just gonna say, "Yenward, you remember Rod Swell?" Uh-huh. "Meet his kid." Kinda short.

Kinda not human. It's, uh, complicated. Malchus walks up to Duncan and says, "It's really you, isn't it?" Yeah, it's... "Malchus? You're Malchus!" I haven't seen it. Wow, yeah, it's me. It's definitely me. Um, I mean, here, Ian is in charge of Winterhaven, or is married to Talia? Think of the rights? Yeah. Ian's married to Talia now, and has a hand in running Winterhaven. That's where I came from, if that helps at all. That gives you any kind of proof. Got an idea. He's gonna walk up to Duncan. Ironhide's gonna walk up to Duncan. He's slowly gonna hold his hand out to shake.

Duncan puts out his fist. Alright, he grabs his hand. He grabs his fist. Okay, alright, that was a test. Get down, he's gonna punch you. Alright, that's good. I think this is actually Duncan. Oh, so, you've been looking for us, then? Uh, I was told that there's some kind of war happening, and that you guys may need my assistance, and I thought that maybe for some reason I might have been brought back to do so. That certainly is fortuitous. Little three foot tall fellow, you're gonna be a ton of help. Who is this guy? Who is this guy? Oh, I'm sorry. This is Yenward Firestomp.

How you doing, little buddy? He looks up at Yenward, he's smiling, and he just kind of puts his fist out to him. Okay. No, no, no, you have to hit it back. This is what we do. There. There you go. Even me, I see. Well, I'm Duncan, and I guess I'm, I mean, if you guys have me back, I have nowhere else to go. We can use a mascot. Yenward's gonna stop using Stormrender and just lawn dart Duncan at people. Duncan takes a look over at Thoril, and sees that he's human again, because he was a vampire, right? Last time I saw him? Yup. Yeah. So I, and I looks over and goes, "Hey, I see you got fixed.

Good for you. How's that working out for you?" Um, better, I would guess. I'm fixed too, I'm alive. So we have something in common. And I don't know how it happened either, so, yeah, we already got something in common again. What do we got to do next? Like, where are we going? 'Cause I've just been walking in circles out here. They told me to go east, and I did that for a little bit, and it didn't pan out, so I started coming back. I don't know. I'm completely lost at this point. Gotta go back to Winterhaven. Meet the rest of the army. Okay. Well, guide me, 'cause I'm in your hands at this point.

Oh, oh, Winterhaven! Winterhaven, I forgot, I have to tell you something. Um, I talked to Ean and Talia, right? And, uh, they, they want you to come back. And, um, they seem to be on weird terms. Did you guys know that? Like, there's trouble brewing there, it looks like. It's the last thing we need at the moment. Yeah, Ean doesn't seem too happy about it. I don't know what you guys did, but Ean seems pretty pissed at you guys. We existed. Yeah, he wasn't very happy to see me, so, uh, but, seems like she's got him on a short leash, though. I noticed that. She chewed him up pretty good.

Thank you for the warning, anyway. We'll see what we can do with it. Seems like as long as she's around, though, I don't think you have to worry too much about him. Alright, let's get going. Um, let's catch up with group three. Seems our role-playing hats are a little rusty, you guys. A tiny bit. I think we're all a little eager to just, like, get to the really hyper-critical parts that might be good. And then we start fighting. It's coming. Then war! Let's show 'em how it's done, boys. Aww. You played that, that's not fair. You go get 'em, mister. Shh! I don't think group one handles emotional stuff very well, so I don't think we were ever gonna get, like, sappy or anything about it.

Also, also, it doesn't seem like they're very trusty, either. And with good reason, so. Catching up with group three, if you remember on the last episode, you guys helped defend the White Ravens headquarters from a fleet of war-forged, uh, several Titans. Now, there are a band of elves and ravens there that were backing you guys up. So once you guys took out the heavy opposition and the Titans, they could kind of defend the cave a little bit better. That's an awesome little choke point where they have to funnel in and pretty much get ambushed. So, Po, Liara, contingent of ravens and elves, along with Erolib and Mason are going to stay behind and guard the HQ while Unafi, Jadcia, and Brianna head back to Kal'Koz.

So there's kind of this little goodbye and wishing each other luck, and Brianna and Liara kind of hug it out, and then you guys are kind of on the road back to Kal'Koz. Now, once you get back there, a runner has come from Aubrey, who was sent out to, do you remember the stuff you bought from Artemis and you were just kind of waiting for it? Yup. So that stuff has arrived. So to remind everyone what you've done after you killed Kael'thorin, what everyone would know as the last remaining black dragon in Theria, you skinned him and took his scales and took them to Artemis to make some armor.

So, Fi and Jadcia are going to get new sets of armor that they're already on your character, you're all set up, so it's just black dragon scales. It's essentially versions of what you were wearing before, but just black dragon scales. So this is kind of ominous looking. Valus is with you too, by the way, sorry. Totally, totally forgot. So, Una's going to get this overlay. It's not really a new set of armor so much as it's just going to go on top of that elven armor she already has. And Valus was also, if you recall, waiting for Artemis to get him something.

So he purchased a new sword, which is pretty much a newer version of his broadsword with this serrated bottom half, which looks like it's for sawing through bone or something ominous and terrible. Could have used that later. Yes, earlier. Yeah, he could have totally. For those of you who don't know, in group one, Valus, well, we'll get to it. I'm sure it'll come up. Standing near Kal'Koz, you can kind of see Bree clasp this necklace she's wearing. And then the thing starts glowing red. And she's going to turn to you guys and say, "Okay, we are officially out of time.

I don't know where Malkus and his group is, but we need them now." So wherever they are, hopefully they're close enough by that we can meet them here and then move on to Winterhaven. What does that necklace do? Well, do you remember when you guys fought me and beat the living crap out of me and then took me to the Overwatch? I lost this in the field and the runner was kind enough to get it back for me. Malkus has an identical copy of it and it's going to lead him straight to us. You guys, roll perception checks for me, please. Oh my god. Wow. Five. With a plus four.

Let's see. Una and Fi are going to... well, five is terrible. Otherwise, yeah. Una and Fi are going to notice a drow woman approaching the party. And she seems to be able to walk through this camp. None of the elves are fucking with her. Staring beyond her, just at the edge of the clearing where Erolove and Gavin and Marcus all were standing. Right at the edge where that army is are hundreds of drow. And this woman is going to walk up to the party. My name is Ork Lad. I'm looking for Brittana Moonshadow. Have you seen her? Have we seen her? You have not. She would be in Winterhaven, just to let you know.

Okay. Very guilty shaking of the head. I'm glad I didn't notice this. Just staring at my shoes. She's going to speak directly to Una this time. We've heard rumor that you're taking the fight to the Overwatch. Is this true? It is. Excellent. We wish to join your fight. You would be more than welcome. Can I ask what your beef is with the Overwatch? They slaughtered many of our children not long ago. We're going to have to tell her. Now that's a choice you have to make. I'm going to look at Fie and Judzia and take a step towards the drow lady. Me? Okay, go ahead. You might want to discuss this with your teammates.

Be careful which words you choose. His name is Marcus Sauna and he's the one who did it. We know the man responsible for this. He has two past children. Please? Okay, let me do that again. I know what's going on, but do it. Take a little step up. We know the man responsible for the deaths of your children. And if we have anything to do with it, he will die horribly. Hmmm, that's not quite a... Well, it's not a bluff check. See, the first part, if you would have just left it the first part, not a bluff check. Now that you... I mean, that's basically insinuating that you would kill Fie.

Because Fie is the man responsible for it. Flat out, bar none. Hmmm, I meant Marcus. I know who you meant, but that's not the truth, so that's a bluff check. God damn it, okay fine. Pray, guys. Okay, plus one for seducer perk. Are you hitting on her? I'll wink. That's... Hey, this guy murdered all of his cock kids. He'll die horribly, babe. Right, that's what I'm saying. We can always make more. She's gonna be a little perplexed that you winked at her, like that... I don't understand, why are you winking at me? Do you know the person responsible or not? Like, she's taking that as like...

Like, yeah, sure, we know. Like, it's very strange that, like... Damn it. Okay, I'll like, serious up. His name is Marcus Sana. He works for the Overwatch. Go ahead and roll another bluff check, please. That's not a bluff! It is, because again, it's the same thing that you said before. Fine, fine. 25. Eat a dick. Okay, well, I'm not gonna eat a dick, but okay. 25 is an excellent bluff. Then we shall follow you into battle. Brianna's just kind of looking at all this go by, because... She's technically, like, I mean... She really wouldn't be the person in charge of the elves or anything, so with Brittanagon, it's more like, that has nothing to do with the ravens, but at the same time, it's like, Una's not really in charge of anything either, so it's where she kind of took the reins on this.

Do I notice her looking around like that? It's not, it's not like, she's just kind of like shocked that that went so well. Ah, okay. Because... I'm shocked that that went so well. Well, the day's not over yet. So, Ora is going to kind of rally her troops and kind of start marching into this field, so right now there are elves and ravens. A bulk of the elves are gone. They have headed off to Winterhaven. Some time passes. Group one, right about the point where you... Okay, are you going to be going back through Durn Hollow? I'd rather not. Now, your options are go through Durn Hollow, or go around Durn Hollow.

If you go around Durn Hollow, that's going to add a few, like, that's going to add two or three hours to your... Yeah, let's just go around. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, two or three hours is nothing. Okay. Now, to group one, they would have no knowledge that what's going on in Durn Hollow is what's going on. You're basically avoiding Durn Hollow because of that awkward, like, sorry, burned your town down. Whoopsies, guys. They just got really, really heated back there and, you know, don't want to go back there. So, somewhere after Durn Hollow, that's when Malchus's necklace would be going off.

Now, there's kind of this, there's a pull to it, kind of like, it's just kind of like you can feel it in you. Now, it doesn't, like, the necklace doesn't pull at you or anything, but like you can feel the direction in which it's trying to direct you. Like, you can feel it's pointing you in the direction of where the other necklace is. And it's going to lead you back to the Evergreen. So, unless you guys want to deviate from that, it's going to lead you right back to Kalkas, and the two groups are going to kind of converge. The necklace, the necklace that is linked to Brianna's here is, she's calling out for us.

I have no idea what you're talking about. This necklace is linked to another similar one. They can sense where each other are and point us toward each other. Brianna is very important to the resistance against the Overwatch. The little girl? Yes. From the swamp. She has, she has developed quite the set of powers. I suggest we follow the necklace. Either Brianna is there or if something bad has happened, whoever has the necklace is there. Hey, Jason? Yes? Can I ask a lore question real quick? Sure can. Did Talia or Ian explain to me that they disappeared for 17 years?

I know that they explained how much time had passed since I died. But do you remember if they explained to me that they reappeared after 17 years and all that? What, the party? Yeah. Yeah, that was more, yeah, that was like briefly going over. Duncan didn't seem too fazed by anything. I think that was the part where we did the, like, the exposition dump. Yeah, the exposition dump. So yeah, you'd know, yeah, you'd know that they disappeared for 17 years and came back. Like that's, yeah. Okay, I just wanted to make sure that was part of that. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.

Okay. So I'm not, well, I'm not struck by the fact that they don't look any older than they did, so I just wanted to make sure. Yeah, well I figured that's why you weren't shocked at all anyway, yeah. Also, do you guys want to address Draconis? Because you didn't talk about Draconis at all. He's disappeared and no one seems- We didn't know who he was. No, I'm saying you guys didn't mention it. Like, I just barged in so it wasn't, you didn't have time to talk about it. Yeah, bigger things happened. Like he's gone, "Holy shit!" Dead man walking. To be fair, I really think it would be like a moment where it's like, "Where's Draconis?

Eh, fuck him." I imagine, I imagine kind of in the story background, we searched the general area and we just came to the conclusion that we had to keep moving. Okay. It's not the first time he's done something shady. Besides Ironhide, maybe Yenward, like I know Valkus and Thorold just be like, "Eh, fuck him." It's kind of true, there really wasn't a strong attachment to that. Sadly. The drug addict that ruins everything for us disappeared? Oh. He had his problems. Well, his search partied again without a finder. Oh, darn. Jesus. He had his problems, but he was a cool guy.

I liked him. Like, I think Ironhide's the only one that actually got along with him. Fucking chunky. Fucking awful. Jesus. See, that's why besides Ironhide, no one would give a shit. You know, we have a minotaur on our team that can't fucking read. Sort your problems out and then worry about other people's. I'm not an arsonist. No, but he also saved, he saved Ironhide when no one else did. Yenward never tried to set children on fire, so there's that. I have to point out. Nobody killed a defenseless man. Let's just move along before we get 20 minutes of argument.

He had defenses minutes prior, so. Let's just move along. I'm just kidding. Then Malcus set him on fire. All right, all right, all right, all right. On our eyes. Kalkas. All right, here we go. Group one, we'll see. Group one is going to make their way into the field where Kalkas is. And they're going to make their way past a lot of elves and ravens and, and, and they, you know, they're going to be recognized and kind of let through. I want everyone to roll a perception check, please. Okey-dokey. How did we get six rolls? Una had to also. Everyone. Ah. Yeah. Una is most perceptive.

She is, actually. I'm second. Wow. Okay, well. Somebody has bad ice in there. So go tie my fucking shoes again. Let's do this. I'm looking down. She's still tying the shoe. She tied one too tight and it's like, that's going to throw me off the entire time. She has lots of buttons. She just looks like Elizabethan whore. Hundred shoes. Walking into, walking into this field, Duncan and that's it. No, wait, I'm sorry. Duncan and Ironhide are going to see, are going to see Brianna and the, the, the very large tiefling standing next to her. The, there's a, a Paladin, a Warlock and a one-armed rogue standing, standing near Brianna.

Now from group threes and group threes and Valus, Brianna and Una are all going to see Malchus and his party kind of enter the field. Duncan points at Valus and yells Malchus too. And just points to Brianna. Malchus too. Another Malchus. Ironhide's going to see Bri. Like, do I have to inspect what she looks like or no? Well, this is part of the perception. So from group one's angle, I will mention that Bri is coated in bruises. Like her, her face has been lumped up. Like she is, she, someone, someone really tuned her up, really went to town on her. I'm going, like Ironhide's going to start like, just look right at her and start traveling next to her really slowly saying, "Looks like I'm not the only one that has a hard time dealing with her out loud." In front of her?

Oh yeah. That's how you want to start this off? Yes. Okay. Wow. Okay. He's going to say it like a jokey matter, but like it's going to be obvious that it's not completely a joke. Yeah, Ironhide turns to us and says, "I told her she doesn't listen." No, I didn't say that. I'm not, I'm not. Two black eyes right now. I ain't still on her head, bud. That's what happens when she doesn't shut up. He's going to say it like, "Ha, looks like I'm not the only one that has a problem with her." Like, you know, problem. Right, more cruel joke. Problems with problems. Problems with problems.

So, Bri's kind of looking at Ironhide, "You fucking asshole." Just more, just, um, and there's, she's kind of studying him. Like, you, like, every time she thinks that there's some hint of humanity in Ironhide, it's like, "Well, I mean, okay, maybe I just misunderstood you." He says something to her so fucking awful that she retracts the statement in her head. It's like, "No, he's a monster. He's a fucking soulless golem that needs to die." Just, just for a second, and then she, she's going to stand there and just look at Ironhide like, "You, like, are you that unbelievably cruel?

Like, really? Seriously?" And then... Is Thor close enough to just thwap Ironhide in the back of the head? She's, she's going to break away after, just like, it's more like, like, just staring at him waiting for, like, the "haha," but it never comes. Just, "Okay." And then she's going to make a beeline for Malchus and, and kind of throw her arms around him. Yeah, Malchus hustles up to her and he's like, "What, what happened?" Uh, it's, uh, it's been a really interesting week or so. I'll, I'll catch up in a second. I gotta introduce you to some folks. Phallus is gripping this small knife on the side of his belt.

Just this, this, like, he's standing there and he's got this death grip on the hilt of it. Mm-hmm. Does he look kind of familiar? Does he look, uh, does he look anything like he did as a child? Uh, yes, you, you, I mean, this, yeah, you, again, you kind of failed your, your perception role, but at the same time, like, he's standing there with the part. You, you, you, you're standing there with them now. So this is typical grimness. Uh, Malchus, Malchus, uh, kind of catches his eye and, and, and looks at him and has this moment of recognition. And, uh, he says, uh, he just kind of looks at him and he says, I'm not sure this operation can handle two grimness brothers.

Um, and he's smiling, like he's smiling. Like it's some, like it's, you know, he's kind of like smiling. Right. Phallus is not. He is just, there is a death gaze coming off of this fucking, now it should be noted for those of you who don't listen to group two or three. Phallus bears a striking resemblance to Malchus, but is almost, well, I mean, he's 17 years older than him now. And, uh, how tall is Malchus again? Uh, I have him listed as five, 10. Okay. Phallus is six, nine. Oh, jeez. Uh, very imposing. Um, Phallus sucked up the physical end of the gene pool.

Malchus sucked up the mental end of the gene pool. Um, and he's, he's standing next to Jadzia. Like he's kind of hovering close to her. Uh, and Jadzia can hear this low guttural, like growl coming off. Like he doesn't speak. It's just, just, just like, like just animosity coming off of him and you can kind of tell it's, it's, it's taking everything. Like he's not advancing on you, but like he, it seems like he's thinking about it. When, when Phallus doesn't like respond or anything, Malchus just kind of like cocks his head and he's like, you are Phallus, aren't you?

After, after, after a few seconds, like he's just standing there staring at him. Yes, Malchus. And that's that, like he doesn't, he doesn't say another word. It's just, it's just more or less, yep, now shut up. Just don't talk to me. Just, he's very just focused. Um. Yeah, Malchus kind of squinted him and then it's just like, uh, in Malchus's head, he's like, I'll, I'll file this away for later. I'll figure out what his deal is. Uh, Priana's kind of kind of like sidle up next to Malchus. Uh, you two know each other, obviously. Una, Fi, Jadzia, like she's going down the line.

This is Malchus, Thoril, Yenward, like going down the line. Wait, where's Draconis? He has chosen to be Tardy. And then she's going to get down to Duncan. Duncan has a big giant smile on his face. And then, and then she just stops. Like she just stops dead. Duncan? Yeah, I'm guessing you're Brianna? Yeah, I, and there's, she's kind of like pausing for a couple of seconds. Like, how the shit? Like. Does she, does she ask that or is she just? No, she's just kind of like, there's like kind of slack jaw, just like how? And I look at her and I go, look, I don't know.

Nobody knows. I woke up. I got sent to help these guys. That's what I'm doing. And then she's just kind of like rush forward and like throw her arms around. Just kind of throw her arms around Duncan. And this would be the only person in either party that she's taller than. So she's just kind of like, she's kind of like bent over, like, like, like kind of hugging down at Duncan. Like really, really tight. Duncan hugs back very firm. After a couple of seconds, she's, she's going to break it. Please tell me you guys got some kind of army because we have a really nasty situation.

When she says that, Malkus actually really kind of lights up and he's like, we did well for ourselves. There will be many in the fight. Alright, right now, thousands of war forged are gathering outside of Winterhaven. The latest reports we got, it looks like they're, they're moving far outside the city. They haven't motioned towards it yet. They're not attacking. They're not... Then we need to send the word now. We told all of these people that we would tell them when it was time to amass. We need them to get on the roads immediately. Wait, I thought that's what we were doing on the way back.

Oh, we did it as we went? Yeah. Yeah, that would make way more sense. If we do it now, we'll never have that. Yeah, you're fucked if that's, if you waited till they actually started moving. I'm sorry guys, I barely pooped up. You had one job. You guys would be mega fucked if that was the case. Okay. We got like five. Right. I knew we forgot something. I had my heart in the right place. No, no, no, you did. It's fine. A bulk of the elves already took off for Winterhaven with Brittana. I'm getting ready to send the ravens now. It's, I really hope it's going to be enough.

It will be. We will dismantle their rule. Yenward? Yeah. You remember the titan we were supposed to protect? Oh yeah, I can't wait to see it. It's all I've been thinking about all the way back here. The Yenward too, and I make like big hands like a Marquis. She's gonna kind of like motion over to the field like, tada, like it's just scattered bits of fucking metal and debris. I'm just gonna like run away with my head in my hands. Like are you just wandering off towards the... I'm running away from the king. That's how we lose Yenward. He just wanted to fight.

Brianna's gonna follow Yenward. I'm really sorry. We tried everything. Trust me. And it's a long story. What happened? It was in more pieces than this when I left. And then I gave you all my money to fix it. And now I come back and it's in more pieces. This is the opposite of what I paid for. Um, Bri's gonna kind of turn to Unifee and Jadzia. You guys want to explain this one? Perk me or something? Can we do a perception check here? V steps forward and says, up until... Looks like he's missing pieces too. Go for it. Up until a few weeks ago, we was within the Overwatch.

But obviously we have since defected. One of our group was responsible for it. Which one? You three, which one? Marcus. Which one is Marcus? He's still within the Overwatch. Do me a favor and roll a bluff check. That's a 30. Okay, yeah. His passive insight is a 15. Yeah, that's totally done. So yes, okay. As far as Yenward knows, it was a man named Marcus Santa who blew up your precious... Okay, I only have one more question. One more. Who's paying me back my money? I guess that's the little gnome. He got here a few days ago. All he's done is take naps and eat. He really hasn't done anything.

Let's go wake him up. Okay, and she's gonna... Now is this the thing where everyone's following or is it just Yenward? Everyone can follow. I'll follow. Can I just inspect the Warforge? The giant titan that's dead? More tiny bits and pieces? Yeah. I just want to look at it and just... My shit that's all over the field. I just want to pick up a piece, look at somebody, whoever's closest that isn't one of us five, and just throw it right down in front of them. Like, good job. Like in disgust? Like, yeah, this is great, thanks. Wasn't their fault. He doesn't know.

It's not great, that was mine. Duncan feels bad because he sees how sad Yenward is, so he straddles up next to him and sings Three Little Birds by Bob Marley as they're walking towards the nook. While we're walking, Malkus kind of sidles up next to Fi, who... Fi was the one who said that they were defectors from the Overwatch, right? Yep. Yeah. Defectors, huh? Yes. On what grounds? What turned you around? What changed your minds? Una was the first to defect. We, myself and Jadzia, stood by her. I personally, at that point, didn't intend to defect, but the information that we have gained regarding the Overwatch has swayed our vote against the Overwatch.

And I now have a personal grudge against them. You condemn their activities the way they oppress the other races of Theria? Yes. And I am one of the other races of Theria, so there is no way that I could go back even if I wanted to. Are you looking human right now? Yeah, probably. Yeah, yeah. Malkus kind of cocks his head and... sorry. Fi does the devil horn things again. Roll a bluff check for me, please. 27. So these are, yeah, pretty damn convincing. Just demon horns or tiefling horns? Tiefling horns. Oh, okay. So, yeah, he's gonna just sprout horns from his head, like, kind of spontaneously.

Okay. Are changeling, like, is the idea of a changeling a known phenomenon, or is this, like... It's known, but kind of rare. It's right up there with, like, Sion. So, would it be reasonable to Malkus to say, "Oh, so you're a changeling?" Yeah. Like, what was the bluff check for, I guess is what I'm saying. Well, it's more or less how good he is at mimicking what he's trying to mimic. Oh, okay, okay, okay, okay. Thoril was gonna walk up to Malkus and Fi as they were talking and just kind of pose the questions. You defected because of their ideals and what they were doing, but you were more than willing to sign up in the first place and join their cause?

I personally grew up there. My brother was within the Overwatch. The reason that I was in the army originally was the alternative was the death penalty. Um, Breanna's gonna kind of speak up. Alright, we should probably get this out of the way now so that there's no confusion. Um, Una, Fi, and Jadzia are kind of partially responsible for the bruises. Um... What do you mean by partially responsible? Yeah, that was me. Well, partially you. Poe did the rest. Okay, long story short, while they were with the Overwatch, and they didn't know who I was or who I was attached to, um, they followed me and they must have seen me talking with Liara or some of the other White Ravens and they decided to try and capture me.

We had a fight. They ended up winning and they captured me and took me to the city. They kind of tortured me. Malkus swallows hard. Thrall's just gonna stare daggers at Una. Not looking down. Looking straight into his eyes like, "Okay. Yeah, I did." To their credit, they helped me escape and after Fi was brought back to life, I kind of killed him in the fight by accident. I wasn't trying to kill him. I was just trying to defend myself. Duncan looks at Fi and goes, "I came back to life too." So we came back to life. Yay, resurrection buddies. As soon as... Duncan, go ahead and roll a perception check, please.

I did. It's not going through. Let me pick up the dice here. It's a d20 plus six. My perception check was terrible, so... Okay, never mind then. Doesn't matter. Thrall, you had a question? Yeah, since Una's kind of the only person actually looking us in the eye, Thrall's just gonna look at Una and ask Breanna, "Let me ask you a question. How exactly did these people go from torturing you to standing here on our side?" Well, it's been a pretty full week, to be honest. Shortly after... Okay, I don't know how to tell you guys this, but Rodswell joined the Overwatch.

Wait, whoa, whoa, whoa. Who? Rodswell, he joined the Overwatch. Rodswell who? Joybottom. He doesn't even make the correction. Doesn't even bother. He's just dumbfounded and speechless at this point. Your father traveled with us for some period of time during our journey. He recently decided that our actions gave him a crisis of conscience. He left, but he did not say where he was going. He came straight to us. Rodswell, Joybottom, Mike. Breanna's just kind of shaking her head. I never actually spoke to him. It was Una, Fi, and Jadzia, but... Well, how can we trust these people?

We don't know them. I'm sorry, all due respect, we don't know them. They're just jumping over. How do we know that they're not just coming over here trying to stir this up? How long have they actually been defected, by the way? It's been about a week. A week? I understand how it sounds. Believe me, I hashed out whatever we had to hash out. Already. Trust me. You haven't revealed to them any critical information, have you? You've kept them on a need-to-know basis. They've been traveling with me and Liara for pretty much since they left the Overwatch. I trust them, and so does Liara.

After a week. Hey, fuck you, buddy. We paid for what we did. I'm sorry, I'm sure you guys are nice people, but you have to understand, this man saved my and my mother's life. Took us out into somewhere where we could be safe and raise me like his own child. And now you're telling me that he's on a side with... Everything that I've been told about the Overwatch is that they're racist bigots who just go around killing everything non-human. So you have to understand if I don't quite believe you. Yeah, forgive us for, you know, we just found out that one of our key party members that we spent months around defected to the enemy.

Allegedly. Allegedly. And then we're supposed to believe that someone who's defected for a whole week is to be trusted. Someone we don't know. Brianna's gonna speak up. Okay, firstly, it's not allegedly. He's in the city right now, and unless they killed him, then he's living comfortably. He's the one who resurrected me. He completely sold us out. He told everyone where the White Raven headquarters was. We've spent the better part of a week defending it. So what's to say that these three right here aren't gonna sell us out? Especially at a critical time like this.

It wants to say that he wasn't taken prisoner and that all that information was beaten out of them the same way they beat you, Brianna. Well, let me ask you a question. What happened in Durn Hollow? I don't know. And she's panning over to she's panning over to Malkus. Some members of both parties involved chose to escalate things. Was Merle alive when I knocked him out the window? He was. And you could see her like you could see her you could see her tightening up. Malkus, Malkus shows no remorse. Zero remorse. He's gone now. He was an enemy combatant. He tried to strangle my friends.

Keep that in mind. She's gonna step right up to Malkus. You told me he died in the fire. I took care of it. You lied to me? We needed to keep things moving. She's gonna look at Malkus for like a long beat. You wanna clear some air right now? You wanna ream me out? Do it. Get it out of your system. And then she's just gonna look down and shake her head and then start backing up towards Una, V, and Jadzia. Just to kinda back up next to them. Una's gonna reach out and put her hand on V's shoulder. It should be noted, Valus has been staring daggers at Malkus this entire time.

Just silently, just walking with the party, but silently just staring at him. Can Ironhide say something right now? Sorta under his breath. Turns out the demon is a liar also. Malkus, go ahead and roll a perception check to see if you hear that. I hope he hears it. Well, did you want me to hear it? Was this loud enough that he would hear it? He might have to, like, he wants to be heard, but at the same time he's gonna want people to work for it. This is just something for him. He's getting a kick out of it. Like you're watching the two parties? Oh, okay. That's the fact that Malkus is getting his.

So, perception check or no? Perception check. No, have at it. Nope. Okay. Natural seven. Then that was just for Ironhide. Probably for the best. He got a kick out. Yeah. Spoiler. Now, Malkus is kinda seeing where this is all going, and so now he just gives Valus daggers back. Are you guys continuing towards Gradic, or is this a situation where you wanna hash this out now? Like, this is kinda falling. This might just be one where, like, he goes off, like, like, Yenward goes off to find Gradic. And we're just right here, just enjoying this. Oh, I've been assuming that I've already been let off, and I'm not part of this scene.

Oh, okay. Then, um... That's why I thought it was weird when Brionna started talking, I thought we left. Oh, no. Yeah, well, I mean, like, you were walking towards where Gradic is, and that kinda conversation got sparked up along the way, and it turned into this awful, awkward thing. It's beautiful. So I guess now, at this point, Yenward's gonna keep walking, and we're kind of huddled together. Yeah. Well, okay, Yenward, in this little lean-to is a tiny little gnome, kind of curled up on a, like, it's kind of like a bed of straw. And the door's, like, wide open, and he's just, like, clearly napping decadence.

Can I fit in the lean-to? You can definitely duck inside, and, like, you take up pretty much all of the space, like, you just kind of walk in, it's like, "Oh, right," like, it's just, like... If he were to turn around, he would see nothing but fur, like, that's... Sure, that's what I want, yes. Okay, I'd like to jab him in his buttock with my horn, and say, "Oi, little man, get up." And he's like, "Ah!" Just kind of... So he's doing that thing where you're, like, holding your lower back, like, "Ah." And he's gonna turn around to chew someone out, and just be staring at, like, Minotaur Caff.

Just, like, you have blotted out the sun, like, there is no light in this little shack now. And he's gonna, like, his... the look of anger kind of, like, turns to, "Oh, shit," as he, like, slowly pans up. And kind of looks into Yenward's face. You... Tower doesn't even begin to describe how... the size discrepancy between Graddock and Yenward. You could wreck this little man if you wanted to. We're gonna see. Does he want to say something first, or...? Uh, he's kind of like mouth agape, like, staring at... Ah... Okay, hi. I'm Yenward. I'm the owner of that thing that's in a million little bitty pieces that I paid you a lot of money for.

And I'll... let me... let me catch you up on my story. Since day one, since 20... for 22 years, I was in a little, little tiny hallway, and little short men ordered me around. And I finally got out, and I was able to straighten my back out. And even littler men sitting on giant thrones of skulls of my people, talking down to me. And now I come here, and another little man is trying to fuck me over. So you produce me a robot, you produce me money, or you're not leaving this hut. And as you're rattling on, you can see this little... like, you can see this little little... like, kind of compose himself.

And he's kind of like fixing his shirt, just kind of like, "Okay." And he sticks his little hand out, "Gratic the Wanted." I like to thump his fist away with the finger. He's just kind of like, he's composing himself. Okay, our contract, as I understood it, was that I would be paid a sum of money, which I already have, and don't have on my person, sir, to travel out west to fix your... Can I interrupt him? Sure. I'd like to take my thumb and forefinger and put it around his little head like a vice. But not squeeze it. I don't want to squeeze it, I just want to hold it there.

That seems like an intimidate check. It sure is, here you go. Jesus Christ. That's a 29. And he stops his sentence dead, it's like, "Ahh." Like, he just shrinks down, like, he's waiting for you to crush his skull, and you don't? If you'll let me finish, I have done nothing wrong to you. Like, just squeeze a little bit. Give me another intimidate check. 25. And he's gonna go, "Ahh." Like, he's terrified, and at the same time, his dedication to being a scumbag is so high, that, like, you haven't killed him yet. Here's the thing. And he's kind of, like, shaking now, he's, like, waiting.

I have a no refund policy, and if I give you a refund... I will turn your head into a salad bowl, you little fuck. Just definitely intimidate check. You're getting progressively elated. Still works, he's a no. So, are you applying more pressure, or is it just, like, booming? I'm keeping it steady, he's getting ahead of me. Right, like, it's just booming Minotaur voice in this tiny cabin. And every time you do, like, he's, like, he's hunching down a little bit more, like, he's folding up just a little bit more as you're, like, applying pressure. And, like, ahh, just, like, he stops his sentence dead again.

Although, maybe there's another deal we could work out. I'm listening. Maybe I could make something else for you, or find some other weapon. Loosen my grip a little bit. Oh, thank you. You'd have to give me some time. Squeeze a little bit. Give me another intimidate check, please. [Laughing] Umm... Uhh, and, and, and again, like, just, like, like, as he was loosening up, like, you start squeezing it and he goes right back down. I can't just magically produce something, you know, it takes time. Just, I, I'm trying to work with you here, I'm, I'm... You're not getting the money back, I don't have it.

I'm just, I'm just squeezing him, staring him down. He can keep on talking to us in the wild. Again, it should be mentioned that contractually, I have done everything that was asked of me. Now I'd like to take him up by his little head. Okay, that's, wow. Give me an athletics check. Although this shouldn't be fucking tough at all. Okay, yeah. This is causing Graddock tremendous pain as you are squeezing his skull and picking him up by it. And you see his little legs kind of kick and dangle as, like, he has both of his, he has both of his little hands, like, wrapped around Yenward's hand and he is going to try to pry apart Yenward's hand.

This'll go well. [Laughing] That did not go well. That's a five. Yeah, he is, like, he's just kind of struggling against this vice-like grip on his skull. And he has just stopped talking. Now he's just struggling. Let me tell you about our new contract. You're working for your life. You better make it quick. And I'm just gonna flick him against the wall and leave. Okay. He is going to land against this wall and then kind of, like, slump down into this straw bed. He is very obviously, like, kind of terrified/disheveled/hurt. And as you walk out the door, he is going to kind of scramble to his feet and try and slam the door behind you.

I'd like to peek my head in one more time. Okay, make an athletics check. He is going to lean against the door to try and stop you from doing so. I slammed the door in my face. Okay, he did very much slam the door in your face. But you could forcefully open... I just want to, like, I picture his back against the door and I'd just like a horn to come through right by his head. And then I leave. Oh, Jesus Christ. Well then, let's do this. You can do that. I'm not trying to hurt him. I'm going to leave after that. I don't need to roll for that. I don't want to risk killing him.

Well, that's what I'm saying. If you're going to stick it through the door, I would have you roll for that just to... You know, it would be an intimidate check. It would be something you're really good at. I wouldn't have you make an arcana check. Right. Give me that. This horn is going to come through the door and go right under his armpit and kind of nick him right under the armpit. It's like, "Oh, Jesus!" You have stuck it clean through the door and he is hanging on it, essentially. His arm is like... and he is going to panic and scramble away really quickly away from the door.

Good. Do you shout anything to him? No, I left. Okay. It was my parting shot. So, Grattic has effectively pissed himself. It is a no. That's interesting. Let's catch up with the rest of the two parties here. Because I feel like there is some tension in the area. Do I have time to get a bathroom break? Can I just be out of the scene? Sure. Go ahead. I'll be right back, guys. I feel like there is some tension between these two groups. Rightfully so, maybe. Okay, so it's been revealed that Rodswell has defected, obviously, and went to the Overwatch and sold out the ravens.

Sold out his own party. And I guess the thing that is up in the air is, like, why would you trust that information? That kind of thing. On Duncan's part, yeah. He is trying everything he can not to believe it. Is this a thing that, like, is Malkus of the mindset that they would be telling the truth? Or is it... Malkus is of the mindset that these people are superstitious, but as long as they are kept in a grunt-work, frontline combat capacity where they can't potentially betray any information back to the Overwatch, we'll test them and we'll see where their loyalties lie.

Is that something you're voicing out loud? Is anyone asking me? Malkus did as much say, like, you know, keeping them on a need to know, so on and so forth. Okay. I feel like I didn't necessarily get the most satisfactory answer on that. Well, that's what we're doing now. Okay. So, a long awkward silence kind of sets in after Bree kind of backs up and she kind of chooses her side, it looks like. Ironhide is going to speak up. Uh-huh. And he's going to say to Group 1, the rest of them, like, "You guys didn't see Rotswell turning on us, really." He's asking the group.

Is that like a really, like, really? You didn't see... No, no, no, he's asking the group, like, did you, like, because it kind of makes sense. Duncan's just kind of looking at Ironhide angrily, but not, I mean, he's not going to hit him or anything like that, but it's hard for him to take in all at once. Thoril's just going to continue eyeing Brianna as she backed up into the other group. Okay, I'll run it down for you. That's in character. Um, alright, anybody remember Aubrey? We could have had fucking vampires with us. This war could have been already over by now.

They could have slipped in, killed Carter and anybody of the, uh, high-ranking generals. Over, just like that. We couldn't have those, though, because the priest didn't want it. Thoril's going to turn to Ironhide and just say, "Now's not the time to be discussing what could have been. We have an army." But that's not exactly the biggest thing at hand here. Brianna's going to speak up. The highest-ranking commander there is dead anyway. Who's that? He just, um, and she's going to kind of look over to Jadzia. His name was Patrick Grace. They hung him as a traitor earlier this week.

He was a white raven. He was one of us. And through no fault of his own, one of his subordinates wanted him out of the way, apparently, and they framed him and hung him as a traitor. Malchus wants this. Look, I don't expect the two of you to get along. To be honest, I'm sure we can go back and forth all day, but right now we should probably get ready and get on the road. If you have anything you want to say to us, then go ahead. What can you tell us about the inside of the place? Did you actually see any warforged? What did they look like? Did they all look the same?

What were they like? Were there any different ones? There were a lot more Titans. The same type of Titans that were in the Evergreen? Yes. Is that is that a thing? Yes. OK. Yes. Yes. Same type. We fought three defending the headquarters. Wait, who? You and a small army did, right? The three went down to our group. Your group killed three Titans. It's a big group. Well, I'm saying like mostly you three and a few other guys. Including Brianna. And Liara and Valus. And some white ravens and Mason and our love. The others. All right. These are like you guys and like he's going to look at you guys and like slowly consider you as like, all right, not bad.

Not bad for some doobies. All right. It's going to grin. Brianna's Brianna is going to kind of approach MALCUS. Look, we could sort this out later, but right now we need to get to Winterhaven. I agree. And she's going to kind of turn to Group one. And any of you have a problem with that? Let's go. Duncan looks down and shakes his head. Essentially coming out like north of the forest to avoid this this huge amount of warforged who are pretty far away from the city. But at the same time, you don't want to get anywhere near them. That's a that's a wide berth you're given them.

So while you're riding there, you do have time to to kind of chit chat back and forth. Otherwise, it's just her silence. I will try to maneuver Una as far away from anyone who could overhear us as possible first. And then she's just going to kind of lower her head and just ask, why did you lie to the drow? I didn't want to. I honestly didn't. But I didn't want to jeopardize them maybe joining and helping. That wouldn't do anything for anybody at this point. And God forbid they join or they fight against us or something. But I'll tell them when it's over.

They will know the truth eventually. Have you reconciled what we did? No, especially now that I know that we actually killed those children. We didn't know before it could have been just injuries. It could have been nothing. But now we know that we actually murdered children, especially children that are related by some link of blood to me. It's atrocious. And the only way we can possibly make up for what we've done is to fight as hard as we can for these people. Are you troubled by it? Jensie is going to nod and she's going to say, I'm the one who lit the bomb.

At the time, I didn't know there were children. But even once I found out, I didn't bat an eye. I thought that they had no souls. And then she's going to kind of like touch one of the jewels on her hat. She's going to be she's going to say, now I know even the most terrible men do have souls. Not sure what to do. We can't be blamed for things like that. I want to be there when you tell them, of course. Duncan kind of catches up to Brianna, which is kind of hard because he has that little tiny horse. He works really hard and catches up to Brianna and he rolls up next to her and he looks at her and he he just he kind of looks at her, but his head's kind of still pointing down.

He looks like he's thinking kind of sorry. He just goes, I I'm sorry if I seem hostile back there. Now, I get it. I didn't want to believe it either. But there's I mean, there's really no other explanation. I don't I trust the three of them and I don't I don't think they'd lie to me. I mean, even if you're looking at it from a situation where they don't have anywhere else to go. But I've I've fought next to each one of them and I I trust them. And I understand that, but I'm going to choose to believe that there's another explanation, because if I don't, I'm not going to be able to get through this.

I I don't know what happened between him and the party. I don't I don't know why he left. I can't I never got a chance to talk to him. I just I just know that he did bring back fee and I know he was forced to fight the tournament of champions. There was there was someone who lived in the Overwatch at the time who was a raven. And I definitely trust him. Well, I came back to life and I don't know why I came back to life. But the first thing I was told to do was come here and help these guys and I'm going to do it. But to do so, like I said, I have to believe that there's another explanation.

I won't fight you anymore and I won't yell and I won't fight your friends and I won't yell at them. But this is just what I have to believe to keep going. She's going to kind of like shake her head. All right. I really hope you're right. Also, I have one more question. And he looks over at Valis and he looks back. Are they all related? And he doesn't mean it like he's actually ignorant of this. Like, he doesn't mean it like he's right. Well, I mean, you think it's all the same. Well, he's only met two teethlings and they happen to be related. Right. Yeah. Let me tell you about a guy named Darmok.

No. She's got she's she's kind of like she can tell by the look on my face that I'm ignorant. It's not, you know, right. Like that. Her knee jerk reaction is like, well, that's fucking racist. But like she she's kind of like looking at. No, no, Duncan. Now, all teethlings are related. These two are, though. And I just I just found out that Malchus has any family. Like he he's never, never talked about him. He's never mentioned him. I was just as surprised as as you guys are, really. OK, because I was going to ask them, but they're pretty scary and I thought they might hurt me if I did.

So I thought I'd ask you. So let's just let's keep going. I'm glad we can. I'm glad I understand. Are you going to stand me a little bit more now, though? I didn't want you to be angry at me. So she's just going to kind of lean over and like pat him on the shoulder and just like kind of it's like that's it's no problem. Just kind of just kind of like, yeah, that a boy. That's fine. OK, let me describe the scene at Winter Haven, because things are things are looking ugly. It's kind of these nasty like, you know, these really vicious looking storm clouds kind of like kind of settling in in the distance.

You can see thousands of war forged. And these are these are the Overwatch war forged like numbers in the thousands. They're just kind of not as far as the eye can see. But there I mean, there are a this is this is beyond formidable. Now, clustered around Winter Haven itself are a lot of these races like you can you could tell like like groups like the Minotaurs got tired of waiting for you. And once they knew they were going to be in a fight, they just kind of like made their way to Winter Haven. You're not exactly sure how long they've been here, but it looks like fucking Woodstock outside of Winter Haven.

It's just and it's kind of a cross between that and a middle school dance in that none of these races are interacting with each other. There's like there's a cluster. There's a cluster of. Chaperones are trying to pull them towards the middle. Right. And like no one's getting this party started. There's a cluster of like Minotaurs off to the off to the side. And like there's there's this this this large cluster of Dragonborn and there's a big old grouping of dwarves. They're they're actually more towards the front. Like if there were to be an attack, these dwarves were there.

Like they're they're there to catch it. Like they're they're kind of waiting. And they're they're all just kind of like hanging out and drinking and fucking around, like waiting for this like kind of show to get started. The drow are just arriving. There's a shitload of elves, but they're they're they're more or less keeping to themselves. And there's one more group. And they are standing square in front of the gates of Winterhaven, and that is a cluster of war forage that aren't from the Overwatch. You can tell right away they're not from the Overwatch because they look a little bulkier, a little clunkier, like a little like a little less.

Right. A little less sleek, a little sexy, like they're they're just they look like they'll do. That's what you're saying. Yeah. Bill Ford. So that's that's kind of the situation you're walking into. So you guys are kind of riding up and these like you could see like delegates of each one of these armies, like kind of like regarding you and and and kind of just kind of like keeping an eye on you. I was Thor was just going to write up to Brianne and just say, listen, we've been through a lot to find out that someone that we've been writing with for months turns around and joins the Overwatch.

And then we come back after two weeks to find out that someone has been three people who have been around for a week that defected. I I'm going to take your word for the fact that we can trust them. But right now, the way you're talking, making me think you're just losing your damn mind because at this point, I don't know who to trust. And right now, it's not them. Something just absolutely isn't adding up. How how how does someone go from torturing you and then letting you go to joining your side? I hear that's that's what I want to know. How close would Una be to Bree?

I mean, this is like a lot. So she'd probably be writing closer. We'll say three probably as well. OK, this is going to get bad. Do me a favor. Una, roll a perception check. If it's if it's 16 or higher, you heard what he just said. You guys do that as well? Yes, please. Go ahead. Oh, fuck. This is classy. You have a better perception than I do, too. So Una did. Una did hear what Thoril just said. And are you going to are you going to say something or is it because otherwise Bree's just going to kind of launch into an explanation? I'm going to like get closer. Like I obviously heard and just like start staring daggers.

But I'll let Bree respond. Look, we we already dealt with our trust issues. And like I said, it wasn't long ago at all that me and Una didn't see eye to eye on things. And we we dealt with that. The best I could tell you is I trust them. I get that you don't. You don't know them, but they don't know you either. And I'm asking them to take my word that you guys are OK, despite all the negative, awful things they've heard about you. Well, to be fair, right now, they're kind of on our side, so they don't really have much of a choice to trust us. And that seeing is how they're absolutely joining our cause.

To be honest, they've only been around for a week. And anything I've ever heard about them was nothing but awful as well. I'm more than happy to kick them to the curb. You know what, bitch? I fucking saw you in the tournament of champions. I had nothing but respect and fucking delight that you were in this, involved with this. And then you come around here and and shit on us for doing what's right. Hey, she bitch, I don't think this concerns you right now. You're talking about me. That fucking concerns me. I'm just a little concerned that you take one of our close personal friends, torture them, and then all of a sudden everything's hunky dory a week later.

Look, torture. It was a couple punches and I'm breathing. Breeze kind of lean it. I mean, it was torture. Like, like she's like, this is for a thing. This was what I'm like. This is more a thing between Bree and Una. This isn't for Thorold. This is more like, well, I mean, it was I mean, this I mean, it was exactly what it was, but like she's trying to like very gently. She's trying to like lean over like I would imagine your horses are kind of stopped right now. Like this is very much a thing where like Breeze kind of like trying to kind of like gently grab it.

Una's like shoulder. It's like, yeah, maybe we should like not do this. Like maybe we should just back away. She's like, please, please don't hit me. But it kind of was torture. Yeah, I love it. Una's going to like nod like, OK, yeah, it was torture. But like kind of like not like shrug her off, just kind of like, look, I will deal with a certain amount of disrespect and then I won't deal with it anymore. And this motherfucker is pushing it. Bree is going to kind of like look to Thorold. It's like, OK, can we just can we knock this off? You seem to have been hiding quite a bit of what's happened in the last two weeks from us, Bree.

What else has happened that you're not telling us? Now it's Bree's turn to kind of narrow her eyes at Thorold. Look, I'm sorry, I haven't had the chance to write up a full report and give it to you. We've been kind of busy. Thorold's just going to continue to stare daggers at Una. Once again, at this point, oh, sorry. No, go ahead. I was going to say at this point, Duncan has at least stopped his horse and he's kind of motioned his head towards Group one, kind of going like, hey, do you see this? Is he what's going on back here? Are we sure we want to just keep going?

I'm sure they're hearing it like this, that neither one of them are being very quiet. Thorold just continues staring at Una, but talk to Bree and just say, like I said, I'll trust your judgment, but right now it's not exactly showing me that it's worth anything. Do I need to prove my worth to you? Because if we're going to fight together, I can't have this fucking attitude from you. Thorold's going to step down off his horse. Yeah, yeah, Una, follow suit. Okay. Breeze? I got 50 on the big guy with the tattoos. Does he still do that thing where he hits him and then he hits him again afterwards?

Do you still do that? Yeah. Oh, yeah, absolutely. Okay, Breeze is going to stop dead, get off her horse and try to like, kind of go to Una. It's like, okay, look, I don't really think, like she's whispering like, okay, look, I don't really think fighting each other is going to do a lot right now. That's not helping anything. Does Thorold hear this? Roll a perception check. If it's 16 or higher, then yes. 16. Okay, you did just pick it up. Alright, Thorold's just going to say, you know what, I think it's going to help a lot, because here's what's going to happen.

Me and Una are going to go out of here and whoever gets knocked unconscious, that's fine. I won't kill you, you don't have to kill me, but right now I really feel like putting somebody in their place. Okay, how tall is Thorold? I believe he's about 6'2", 6'3". Let's see. Let's see. Oh, it doesn't say, but I think it's kind of been 6'2". Kind of like a thin build, kind of like... Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Okay, okay. Una will step forward, kind of like brush Bree's arm, like, I'm sorry, motherfucker challenged me. And step forward, so she's really close to Thorold, and say, you know what, little man?

Let's fucking go. Duncan starts playing Street Fighting Man by Roy Stone. Okay, okay, Thorold and Una, I guess we're doing this. Yep, we have time for this one. Shouldn't take long. I've had single digit rolls, this is a point in time where I'm really hoping I got those out of the way. I just felt like, I love how no one from group one is trying to even stop them. Just like, okay, whatever. They're placing bets. Like, Marcus is fucking used to it. Marcus is like, we're just going to work this out now, so we just don't do this during the fight. Thank you, Rob, for catching that.

Thank you. I got your back, Izzy. I guess we're doing Una versus Thorold. You guys are in the initiative tracker, go ahead and roll initiative. Dice got smelled on me today. Don't get me wrong, I mean, I'm not going to stop this, but Marcus is sitting there just like... It's funny because I have +15 diplomacy. He could scream, "Stop it, stop it, stop it!" I imagine Duncan and Ynward are very excited about this. I'm curious as to what Ironhide is doing, though. You'll watch. Okay. So like, Bree just kind of looks exasperated by this whole thing and she's backing up like there is no fucking time for this.

Valus, who is kind of constantly... everyone should notice that Valus is constantly hovering near Jadzia. And he just kind of leans in at one point and is like, "Why are they fighting?" More like, "Why is this happening?" Not concern or anything. It's just more like, "Why?" Jadzia is just going to shake her head and go, "That's pretty much all Una does." And he has to lean down to talk to Jadzia and then he kind of stands back up and crosses his arms. All right, Thorl, you have a 23 to Una's 9. You are first in the initiative. Go right ahead. Step of Mourning Mist, my daily.

I'll teleport right up to her that gets me a +5 power bonus to my defenses. Real... I am disappointed, Tyler. This is their decision. Let them... All right, so that was my move. I'll do... All right, but if you eat all your dailies right now, you are not getting any more, okay? I don't have much in the way of dailies. Dailies don't prefer on trees, Tyler. I know that. Jesus, my aspects don't fucking mean anything here. Well then, I guess that just takes me up to melee basic attack. You had better not ask your mother for dailies when I'm not around. I'm going to tell her that you had them.

That is a hit. That's a hit on Una. Oh no. Oh neat, it has a little hit thing now. Yeah. Right here just takes a clink of ice and a glass. That's my beer. Somebody just toasted it. That's my beer on the coaster. New damage. 21 damage. Power strike gives me an extra 2d8 in damage. That works. Nine more damage to Una. So after the first hit, Thoril's just going to say, "I'm going to teach you some damn respect right now." Let's talk like an old man. So that's 30 damage. That is 30 damage to Una. That is fucking respectable. God, Rob's going to hate me after this. Let's do offhand, obviously.

Oh, I get a +1 to that as well. Call it backhand for this particular fight. That is a hit. That is a hit. It should be noted that Una's AC is a fucking 27. I just want a 22 damage. That will bloody Una and take her down to 29 health. [inhales] Would you like to action point? I'm going to action point. Oh, fuck. [sighs] Okay. All right, melee basic attack. Come on. God damn it. Please. Oh! That's a miss. Heroic effort. Cocksucker! That's a hit. That is a hit. So let me just be clear. You have used your action point, a daily, and heroic effort. You stink, dude. Just making sure.

To be fair, I've only used one daily and I guess my action point. And your heroic effort. Yeah, but that's an encounter. Okay. Fair enough. Hang on. I want to see, just in case, if there is any possible thing that you could do. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Hang on. [laughs] Well, it did hit, right? To make sure this doesn't go past this turn right here. I'm going to hunt you down and kill you. [laughs] Me personally. [laughs] All right, well, I guess I can just do damage. Shit, I already know that's not going to be enough. Could be 20. 20. Down to 9. Jesus, 20 damage. That brings Una down to 9 hit points, ladies and gentlemen.

That's everything you can possibly do, isn't it? Unless you want to shift. I'm going to turn the... No, I'll stand right here. I'll stand right here. All right. So you just walloped the shit out of Una. You have done... Wow, you've done a tremendous amount of damage there. Is there anything you want to... Your turn, bitch. Whoa! Okay. I'm just going to take that damage, just fucking stand there and let him just get his hits off. I respected you beforehand. Not so much now, you limp-dick little bitch. And... He talked about your... [laughs] Before I even heal or any of that shit.

Let's go... Marder's Retribution. And I get a +2 to all of my rolls because it's the first round. Not that it matters because it'll probably miss, but what else? Sorry, +2 to that too. Yeah. Ooh. That's a crit. Oh, god dicks. Oh my god, how close that was to a crit. [snorts] Oh, fuck! That would have been beautiful! Okay, whatever. That could have murdered the roll. It's okay. I'm sorry, what are you using again? Is this Retribution? Yep. This is Retribution. Oh, god. This is the "get your cameras ready" folks. Um... Okay. And... Una is going to swing the hammer and just beam.

Like, the biggest, most beautiful smile. 47 damage. Okay. Now, it should be noted, Yenn-Wert, you'd appreciate this, that there are three weapons of Chord kind of scattered on the west coast, mostly localized. Uh, you have one of them. Yeah. Una has another, which is why she hits like a fucking freight train with a certain one of her dailies. Um, and then the other one is out there somewhere, so... Find that. So you can dual wield. Um, that is... Hold it right now. 47 damage. Um, do you want to action point? I'm still working on stuff. Oh, sorry. Power... what's it called?

Um, divine strength, minus four to that. Because Chord loves me. That's another four damage to Thoril, that brings him down to 21 hit points. Okay, um... And... Let's see, um... Lay on hands? Okay. That's a good question. Uh, because of your cloak you get to pop two surges instead of one, and because of your feet, you get plus five to temporary hit points. So, good lord. Okay, um... Bring Una back up to... And... Okay, do I try and kill him, or do I be scary? That is up to you. Another hit like that would murder Thoril. Um, okay, well... hmm. Although like a melee base.

Yeah, okay, fuck it. Una's gonna lay on hands and then visibly become unbloodied and just grin, "I'm a healer too, bitch!" and then action point Thundering Smite. Thoril's gonna spit blood in her face. And I still get a plus two because it's my, um, it's still the first round for me. Yep. Okay, it's a miss. But, half damage. Oh, fuck! Oh, so close! So close! Oh my god. That will take Thoril down to two hit points. Um, okay, so if I see him visibly down that much health, just be like, "Give up now." Thoril, your turn. Hang on. I'll need half a second to just kind of think of something real quick.

Go ahead. Okay, while Thoril's taking half a second, Duncan looks back at the rest of the group and kind of goes, "Hey, this is fun, but we might have bigger fish later. Should we step in here and try to do something?" Just because your guy's losing doesn't mean you need to be a Swiss sport about it, Duncan. Let him fight it out. Okay. Your guy's losing at this point because it's pretty neck and neck. My guy's winning. Not so much anymore. Well, I'm saying, like, now you have your turn. Like, Thoril has his turn, so it could go either way. Um, Thoril would actually like to, if I can do it, do a religion check on her tattoos just to kind of notice that she has the court symbol on her hands.

Sure. Nine. Never mind. Is that a standard action? Uh, yeah, that'd be a standard. That'd be a standard. Oh, fuck me. Well, if it was a standard action, I wouldn't have done it. I thought it was a minor. All checks have been standard forever. Nice hands. You notice them as they're going across your jaw. Don't you remember Ironhide giving up, like, 12 turns to try to make you guys not kill the vampire? Yeah, I scream, "Stop it, stop it, stop it," as well. Didn't work. All right, well, that was my standard action then. So, I'll just kind of take a minor and just...

All right, since I didn't attack, Thoril's going to look at her and say, "You have two choices. Honor or mercy." Okay, um, same thing. Una's going to raise the hammer, or she has the hammer raised. Like, she's going to smash his fucking face in. And then she's just going to bust out laughing, just like, just joyous. Like, if she were a dude, it would just be, like, belly rolls of laughter, just like, fucking so amused. And then she'll, like, reach down and, like, haul Thoril up. I'm guessing he's somewhat down, if he's at two hit points. And lay on hands.

You're going to use your second lay on hands? Yeah. On Thoril. Uh, so, yeah, I got you. Bend down to heal yourself until it's a totally flaunt effect. You can heal yourself. Fuck you. Defeat even more. Right. Bro, the damage you did, well... Boy, that's going to make, uh, okay, okay. So... Just kind of clap him on the back, you know, like, it's cool. And, um, like, as she's helping her out, she's going to say, "I choose both." Thoril's just going to have a bewildered look on his face, and, uh, I'm assuming that I'm kind of stood up by this point. Um, he's just going to sort of look at Una, and then turn and get on his horse.

And then start riding to the rest of the guys. I'm going to, like, snicker and point at him. Yeah, we just gave him shit, dude. Pay up, little man. Whoa! Like, just like... That's a girl. Oh, you got beat up by a girl. You got beat up by a girl. One time... Oh, man, you got beat up by a girl. Um, Una's just going to, like, toss their hair, um, and get back on her horse. Just kind of, like, just kind of, like, grinning. The lay on hands, what does that do to the, to my hit points? You could just spend, however many surges, whatever. You could just spend a healing surge.

As soon as you said Una tosses her hair, all I could imagine was, like, having that entire fight scene play out for, like, three or four minutes straight on TV, and then a shot of Una tossing her hair, and it's, maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline. Was this in front of all the armies and everything? Was this in front of all the armies and everything, too? So every... Oh, yeah. So were they, like, cheering people on? Like, the world is... This is, yeah, I mean... The world got bit down in front of everybody is what happened. This is kind of a, this was a massive public display, like, this was definitely, like, like the dwarves especially, kind of like, yeah, just like...

And here's the thing about dwarves. You know how they're kind of racist, like, kinda, but like not, okay, they're kind of sexist, too. Like a little bit, so Thoril kind of gets his ass whipped a little bit, and it's by a woman, so they're just like, oh, just like kind of like, like really just exasperating the situation, kind of not making it any better. Got beat up by the icebox. That's a little giant reference, holy shit. That's fucking great. So okay, Breeze kind of kind of goes over to Una, and it's like, okay, can we, that's great, can we wrap this up now?

Can we please get inside? Yeah, yeah, yeah, let's go, let's go. And she kind of gives Una a look like, Jesus Christ, like, like I'm trying to, I'm trying to... So bad, Breeze champ. I'm trying to, I'm trying to speak on your guys' behalf, and you guys are fist fighting each other, and I guess you guys are approaching the front gates, right? Never missing a moment to ham it up to the crowd, Duncan plays "Boys are Back in Town" as they go up to the gates. Oh, man. You would do it. No, I, no, hey. These Warforged are kind of blocking your path, and there's one who's kind of standing out in front of them, kind of just kind of like, you can tell he's either leading them or speaking for them, but they are definitely blocking your way into Winterhaven.

I'm sorry, is there something wrong? You're talking to him? Yeah. Um, so this guy is kind of got his arms crossed, just, just like, he's kind of taken Malchus in, and he's just kind of like assessing him. I'm sorry, could someone please shut this fucking Tieflings cock coaster long enough for me to talk to the real man in charge? Oh, he called you out the cock coaster. And he's looking, he's like looking around Malchus, like he is not even, like he doesn't respect Malchus as an entity, like not even a fucking like person, like he's like looking around Malchus, like, and he kind of, he kind of spots Ironhide, and he kind of, he kind of motions with his head like that dude bro, like, and then he kind of like motions towards Ironhide.

Ironhide's gonna laugh out loud, just, ah, ha ha. Right at Malchus. Sing a laughing at fucking? Yeah, right at Malchus. Okay. Alright, Ironhide's gonna open up and say, it's good to see you, it's been a long time. And he's gonna kind of like, he's gonna hold his hand out to Ironhide. He's gonna grab it. And it's almost like that predator handshake, that fucking, that Carl Weathers Arnold Schwarzenegger like that super dude bro-ish. You just gotta slap that just like, you son of a bitch. You have to be old enough to get that reference. Half the cast isn't. Um, beyond who that was a shot, it wasn't a shot, it's just, yeah, it should be insulted that they're so young.

How dare you. Oh, the youth, it hurts. It burns the skin, okay? Alright. Alright, so I imagine we're gonna walk off now and actually have a civil conversation with each other. Oh, do you want to just like pull them aside away from your party? Yeah, let's get away from these meatbags. Hey. Alright, so he's gonna kind of, we got your letter, so I guess we're fighting the War Forge from the Overwatch. He's like speaking real low, just like, just for, just for Ironhide here. Yeah, it goes a bit deeper than just that. Alright, break it down for you. We went to several places, Dwarves, Dawnhurst, went to the Elves, Priests, Dragonborn, we got some help.

Then towards the end of the journey we went to Umin Yuro. This is where it gets complicated. Turns out they know what the Overwatch has been doing. He's gonna wait for him to say stuff. So he's just kind of, he's kind of like, he's taking it in. Really what'd they do about it? The mages, no, they didn't do shit. They're not gonna help. It's not their fight, they said. And he starts looking around, said they're not involved at all. Oh no, it's not their problem, they said. They did tell us one bit of information though. Turns out there's a beacon deep inside the Warforge, or deep inside the Overwatch.

These fucking Warforges are slave. They're all slaves. They can't control what they're doing. And again, he's just kind of like looking around. So what'd your party do? Oh, they did nothing. Typical fuckers. I tell you, I left Odessia, tried to search around to see if there's anything redeemable at this fucking place, there isn't anything. That fucking T-flame back there, he's a fucking mage just like them. No fucking better. In fact, those fucking mages talked to him like they were fucking tight the entire time. Like he's the only one with common sense. So he's kind of, okay, he's kind of like taking it all in.

And then he looks over at Malchus. So what do you want to do about him? I want to destroy that beacon. I can't give a shit less about that demon. Tell you the truth, the whole group pisses me off. Not one fucking time did they ever say, "Oh, well that really sucks that you were fucking slaves. That you were created just to be slaves for Umenyuro." Nothing. They heard everything. They didn't say a goddamn word. Okay, let me ask G1 a question, or any of you guys really. So this takes place, he calls Malchus's mouth a cock holster. That was pretty funny. So then they kind of just, Ironhide pulls him aside and they're having a lengthy conversation in front of you, but far enough away that it's obvious it's supposed to be private.

They're mostly back there also pointing at him. Right, it's obvious that Ironhide's in it, he's like, "These fucking guys!" He's pointing at them and it's like, "Fucking that!" You can see he's upset, so you can tell they're having a conversation about you, but not with you. So, what's going on with the party while this is happening? Are the rest of the War Forge still trying to stop me from going through the gate? They're not, they're just in the way. They're more like- You're gonna have to move around. Right, it's more like assholes hanging out on a street corner and you gotta move around them.

It's more just a show of dude-bro-ish force. I'll go around them and just leave. Duncan's always nosy and curious, but could he run a perception check? You wanna start moving- Okay, you're moving towards them and then you're just gonna make a perception check as you're going around them to see if you can pick up what they're talking about? Yeah, I mean, I don't have a high perception, but it sounds like something we do. Good, give it a shot. Just being nosy. Yeah, it's 19, so. Yeah, you're picking up bits and pieces of this conversation. He is definitely talking about your group specifically, not really Duncan, but your group specifically.

It is very much a negative conversation, just talking to- They don't fucking care. You're picking up a lot about Malkus. See, the thing is, Duncan has no idea what's been going on. He doesn't realize there's this kind of tension. When they left, he left everything was kind of cool. He feels a little weird and kind of insulted, but he's not gonna stand up to them or anything like that right now. He's also gonna mention that those Warforged are slaves and we need to help them. That's why I brought you out here. All right, so we get through, I guess we're defending the city?

Defending the city and then we're attacking them. That's the plan so far. So the gates behind you are kind of swinging open because they recognize Malkus and they're kind of opening up. And he's gonna kind of motion towards the gate and just, "You know, they wouldn't let us in." Yeah, there's a bunch of bigots in there, so don't expect a good time in there. He's gonna, unless Ironhide has anything else to say, he's going to follow you. The rest of these Warforged are going to stand outside and he is going to follow you guys inside. Oh yeah. Okay. Jatzi, you can definitely history check if you'd like.

Cool beans, I am curious. 24. Well, again, Jatzi is kind of up on magic mojo, so she would know a lot about the history of Uminyiro and the original Warforged, how they were created, why they were created, and that they have kind of fled to Odessia. They just kind of walked in and took the city over. There was a thing that's like, "Yep, well, this is ours now," and they just kind of took it. Nobody was there. Right, but I'm saying it wasn't theirs. It was abandoned and whatever, but I mean, you took it. It was a very minotaur thing to do. Eh. Well, it was.

It was. It was. It was. That's as much as you know about them, like this specific Warforged you really don't know. They kind of keep to themselves. It's not like, "Oh, legend tells of it." They're not fighting battles. They're not doing anything. They kind of just live by themselves. Yeah. Let's see here. Inside the gates of Winterhaven, where are you guys making your way to? Honestly, I think Group 3 at least would want to get feed that arm before the battle. Let's plop that in. Yeah. Just, yeah. What about Group 1? I guess we're heading to Ian, right? That would be your main destination.

Okay, so we're going to have to talk to the other groups, right? Or is this just like... Well, the way this is set up is that it's kind of... All of these world leaders, all of these will be delegates for their race, and they're going to get together and try to hash out this plan. Oh, Ironhide's going to stop, break out the duffel bag of potions, and give Titan Grip half of them. Wow, okay. Are we going to have time to rest up and stuff before this battle, or is it going to be like, immediate? It's kind of looming. It's not like, "Everyone get some sleep, and we'll pick this battle up in the morning." That's why...

I mean, you don't know, is I guess what I'm trying to say. You're not entirely sure. Okay. So, I kind of talk into the group. I go, "Look, I have no reason to go and talk to Ian or anybody else." So, I think I'll hang out, and I look at Thoril and Yenn, and I say, "You guys want to kind of chill out with me for a little bit? Maybe go to an inn?" Okay. Thoril's just going to silently follow. "Come here, girl." I would like to have an aside with them at some point, but you guys can carry on. Thoril's not having a good day anymore. Come on, I'll buy you a brew.

Let's go. Come on. If a debris is splitting from group one, can I just really quick whisper debris or something? Sure. Cool, I guess. If we are entering and stuff like that, just be like, "Hey, do you want company to go see these people? Would it help?" Yeah, that actually would be really nice. Yeah. I'm really not looking forward to talking to this man. Valus? Okay. How far away is Malkus from group three right now? However far away he'd be if he continued on to his destination after Ironhide took the other guy aside. Other dude, that's his name. It's okay. I wasn't even going to pick it that way.

It's broseph, but you know. So let's do group one first. So let's catch up with them at the inn, I guess. So I walk up to the bar and I say, "Round on me. You guys order whatever you want." Hey, please. Oh, glass of hey. And Thoril's being silent, so I go, "Just get him something real strong." And the more he's a girl, he enjoys it. Something with an umbrella in it. Is that something Yinward says? Yeah. Okay. So, he's going to grab some ale for Duncan and then come back with a nice skinny glass of wine for Thoril. And he sets this big bowl of water out for Thoril, or for Yinward.

Just something for him to... The guy clearly does nothing about minotaurs. I guess you could laugh at that, I guess, if you want. Does he say that or does he just give it to him? No, he says it. He's like, "I guess I get lucky." I just want to look at him in an equally puzzling look. I want to shoot back at him, just like, "I guess I could," and just like... Been hilarious. It was like a dog dish. He just says, "Thank you." Did the bartender walk away? He's going to walk away. First off, Thoril, you lost a fight to a girl. I just need to point that out before we start...

You beat away a girl? Are there some serious trust issues going on with this group right now? A lot of things have happened in the last couple of weeks. A lot of people have done some things that are at the very best questionable. Okay. And then I come... Go ahead. And then I come back and find out that people that I thought I could trust turned our back on us. So I think there might be some, just a few trust issues. You can keep talking in riddles and that's fine. While I was performing for my adoring public out there, I caught a listen of what Ironhide was talking about.

And I don't know what happened between him and Malkus, but it sounds like as soon as this war is over, he might go after him. And it doesn't sound like he cares much for anybody in this group either. Well, the Malkus thing isn't surprising. Yeah, the Malkus thing isn't surprising at all. I didn't do nothing. And to be fair, one of the few people, one of the only people in this group that I think he actually trusted and got along with is nowhere to be found. Okay. I'm letting you know from the sound of things, sounds like he'll be with us through this fight and through the war.

But I don't, like I said, I have no idea what's going to happen after this. And I thought I should give somebody a heads up because I haven't been here. I don't know what the hell is going on with you guys. Frankly when this war is over, I don't care what happens, who stays, who goes. I'm really just ready to get this over with. From the hatred in his voice, I don't know if it's from the hatred in his voice. I don't know what's the matter with him leaving or what, or just taking you guys out too. I don't see him taking us out, but I know he has at least a general disdain for Malkus.

We've had a slight incident. He might take him out. That's fine, but I'm telling you, like I said, it didn't sound like he had much respect for anybody. He was, I mean, given it was mainly on Malkus, but just want to give you guys the heads up. I don't know what I did, but he was talking about the group as a group. The last couple of weeks of building an army have just been taxing on us. Think that's pretty much just about it. Okay. I just thought I'd give you a heads up. Can I run a heal check on Thorold just to give him a little bit more here? He can just like heal up.

Just bleeding into my wine. Right, yeah, he can heal up. Like I imagine that's a thing. I have the thing where I can sing a song for him and he can get my charisma bonus modifier on his voice. Right, like I mean if you want to sing him a song while he's fucking chilling, that's fine, but I mean yeah, it's kind of a given he could just pop certain points. I'll just pop three surges and that'll get me back up. Good, good, good. Well, you could do two and use my charisma modifiers if you want. Oh my god, just let him sing a fucking song. No, I don't have a song.

I wasn't going to. I don't have a song. Oh, okay. I'll use two of them and let him do his thing. Yeah, there you go. He's all fixed. Modifiers there. Let's catch up with I guess it's Fianjezia going to En Valles. En Valles, yeah, En Valles. I wouldn't go with Fales Dinkum. So I suppose I know where it is even though that makes very little sense, but I'm the one who said that I knew, right? Well, you knew of it. This is more like I know the city in which this thing is. That doesn't mean like I know it's on the corner of blah blah and blah blah. You got good way out.

Does that streetwise check? You could do that or you could just, I mean you could ask around. Like it's one of those things like we assume you find the shop pretty much easily. It's a shop. It's not like it's a secret spy den or something. It's a shop. They want you to find them. That was just a really bad pun. Streetwise. Sorry. Alright, so we find it and who's taking the lead on this? I mean you're the one without an arm. Yep. Yeah, okay. So I walk up to the counter and put one hand on the counter and like reach out the stump and go, "I need to get a new arm." There's this halfling man behind the counter.

The name of the shop is called Merkin's Limbs. Let's you kind of know what this guy does. And he's kind of like taking fee and... Uh, okay. I can totally do that. How quickly can you do that? Well, that all depends on how much you're going to pay me. See, I could set you up right now and in the next couple of hours you'd have yourself a nice brand new limb. Like you understand the whole process is pretty taxing and not really cheap, right? I didn't expect it to be, but I can deal with the experience that it comes with. I had it chopped off in the first place after all.

Mind if I ask how that happened? Theedox over at Vallis. Innocent whistles. Vallis is like, "Come on, man." And then there's a beat that goes by. I cut it off. Like very... Just like... Just like kind of mumbling it. And he kind of looks at feet. Any particular reason or you just piss him off? He looks at Jadzia and then looks back at the guy behind the can and goes, "We took a vampirism out of Jadzia and the sacrifice went into me. We didn't have time to deal with it properly." Okay. Well, look, it really isn't here or there. Now, I'll tell you what, go ahead, pick yourself out a new arm and let me know what kind of quality you're looking for.

How much you got to work with? Because I can give you something in a nice silver and then we could go as far down as wood. I have a nice pine arm I could set you up with. You're a fumites. Do the... Just... Sorry. No. Just tell him that you have enough. Get the nicest arm. We'll figure it out. Yeah. So he's just gonna say, "Show me what you got and we'll see what takes my fancy." All right. So he's like kind of... He's kind of like, "All right, you're a lefty." And he's pulling... There's a counter in front of you and he just starts pulling out limbs to kind of...

And like he said, there's this really nice kind of like a whittled arm. It's very nicely done, like sanded and polished and everything, but I mean, it's wooden. And then he's kind of like setting it... There's one that just pretty much looks like a portion of a suit of armor, something like that. Just the whole arm down to the gauntlet. And then it goes all the way up to this gorgeous polished silver arm, like this gleaming... This thing is gorgeous. And it's kind of like... On top of the silver, there's this armor overlay. Like this thing is... You could block shots with this all day, it looks like.

This is a gorgeous arm. Okay. Quick question. The dragon scale armor, how far does that go to the wrist? Well, it would be the same as your armor now, pretty much. That's what you're wearing. It would just kind of cover the arm down to the wrist. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, because I mean, Fi wouldn't get anything too fancy, because too fancy would stand out. Yeah, so he'd be looking more at something that just looked like it worked and it would hold up. But not quite like wood. Well, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Something in metal, but... So okay, so you're looking at more like a steel, like a nice steel arm.

Okay, so like a mid-range, you're looking at a mid-range limb here. Yeah. All right. So you kind of pick it out and that's the one I want? Okay. And he's kind of like putting the other ones away. And you said you want me to put a rush on this? Yes. All right. And like he's adding, like he's writing all this down on a ledger. And he kind of like, "And this is what you will owe me." And he kind of turns it around. It's 12,000 gold. Well, shit. I have 48. No, Valus gave you the 300 back. Okay, I have 300. That doesn't help. No. Can Valus like, can like Judsia kind of like nudge Valus and be like, "Go, go get him." He's like, "Okay." So Valus wasn't let in on this plan at all.

Like this was like, like this is like you're pointing at something, it's like, "Kill it." Like he's kind of looking at you for a second. And let me roll perception to see if he understands. All right. So he's like, he's picked, right. He's kind of like, because if that were a low roll, he was just going to try and murder this guy to like take the arm. Like he was, like, so this is okay. Like he gets that you kind of want, you want him to like threaten this guy. But at the same time, he's like, like, he's kind of like, he's like, "You didn't tell me this is what we're doing.

I thought you were going to pay him." We're in a fucking major city. And he leans down to Jadzi and he's like, "Are you sure this is a good idea? Like this could cause some very unwanted attention." Jadzi is going to kind of grit her teeth and be like, "That's how Uma does it." We don't know what to do without Uma here to barter. I mean, I have a plus 10 in bluff, but I can't think of a lie that I could tell him. We could pay him back later. Yeah. That would have to be a damn convincing lie. Does Thi know that Valus gave Jadzi back the 300? Well, it wasn't super public, but I mean, like, yeah, I mean, I guess it would just kind of be a thing between Valus and Jadzi.

Thank you. I mean, I'd pony it up, but that's not even near what you need. I'm doing my part. Dude, I'd put some money into that. Like, I mean, he's bettering himself. He's making himself more Worf-like. That's admirable. They come in here and help us. No, I'm kidding. Okay. So Thi will step up and she will say, Hey, look, heard about the Overwatch, right? Yeah. You know they're coming for you, right? Yeah. This guy right here. And she's going to pat Thi on the back. And by the way, she's trying to act like Uuna. Because this is clearly impersonation. This guy right here.

And she's going to smack him on the back and be like, he's going to protect you from the Overwatch, but he needs both his arms. So how about you get that attached? We'll give you a down payment and we will come back and take care of it later. Roll a diplomacy check, please. Fuck. Great. That's convincing. I like it. I am not Izzie. I can't be Izzie. I imagine right after that, without even taking a breath, she says, sorry. I'm sorry. Like she trips and falls and hits her head. I'm afraid I'm going to need cash up front. You understand that this is a service I provide that no one else really can, right?

Can you fight Overwatch by yourself? No. Can you defend the shop on your own? Valis is going to step right, like he's going to kind of sense where Jetz is going with this and kind of like, he's going to step right up to the counter. See, Valis isn't good at perception. What he is good at is intimidation. Please let it be a good roll. Please. Let's see here. This has crashed and burned so far. 26. Yay! So, Valis is just kind of like, kind of like saunter up to the counter and just start cracking his knuckles and just like, he's fucking huge anyway. And this little, this, this, this, this halfling guy is just kind of like, he's kind of sensing where you're going with this.

Okay, what I could do is lend you the arm. And if you should happen to come across some money, you could pay me back. And after we're done with the sole defense thing, you could give it back if not. How does, how does that sound? Good, Jetz is just going to clap her hands and say, wonderful, wonderful. Now attach the arm and she'll give him the 300 gold too as a down payment. Okay. Almost insulting, but. It is. It's kind of. It's like, I'd like to buy this car. Here's a dollar. Yeah. I like it. So. Within the shop, like, is it just like arms and legs and stuffs on?

Yeah, like appendages, like you, yeah. I think except heads, like you lose your head, you're not really going to need that. Well, he has separate heads up there just like, look at what else I have. You want this? It's rotten, but you know. Right. Um, does it look like there are like any of them are modified in any way? So like, um, it's like instead of that, instead of the hand, it's got a blade on it or it's got like extra bits inserted into it. No, not really. Just because a hand is much more useful than just a blade. Cause like you can't, can't pet a cat with a blade hand.

You can't like, I mean, it's just kind of like a hand is way more useful. It's it's most people are just trying to get back to normal. Yeah. Like they're not. Yeah. So it's not like they're looking for like modified hands and shit. Like it's more just like, look, I want it as close to normal. Like get me back to as close to that as possible. Mertin's going to kind of go over to the door and lock it. This is the part we need to kind of keep hush hush. Do you know anything about prosthetic limbs? Nope. All right. Now I designed some of the best ones you've ever seen.

Trust me that way better than that junk you'll get outside these walls, but to bond it to you, we kind of got to use a tiny bit of blood magic. He's going to look around at Jadzia and then back at the shopkeeper. It's just one spell. It's it's that I've memorized it. It's I promise nothing will go wrong, but people tend to get a little antsy when you mention blood magic and you know, yada, yada, yada. So I just want to kind of brace you going to have to make a few small cuts. Yeah. If he is going to take a deep breath and say, okay, but if I'm not satisfied afterwards, we already had one bad encounter with a blood mage and he's buried in five separate holes.

And he's like, you've already intimidated him once. Okay. Fine. And he's going to go to work bonding this arm to your body. Good Lord. We got, how about we catch up with Malkus and okay. Who's traveling with Malkus right now? So where the, I guess this would be to Ian. Yeah, I'll go. Okay. So Una, Bree, Malkus, Ironhide, and that would be it, correct? Yeah. Okay. Uh, what about, what about Ironhide? Uh, I only heard his name once. The other war forge. He was never introduced. Yeah. He was never introduced. Yeah. Well like he'll be, he'll be making his way with you guys.

Yeah. Were we waiting for me? Yeah, just for a minute. Okay. Let me take a pill really quick and then we good. Chill pill, right? Yeah. A Valium. I wish. Bad pill. See, this is, this is the time I wish you watched House. So you can make a pill popping joke? Yes. See, I know enough about House to get that. Oh, okay. It's a Vicodin joke specifically. Yeah. She'll just start walking around with a cane. Yeah. Dude, I already practically used to have to. You're already curmudgeon. Like that, I mean, it fits right in. Two out of three. Okay, let's go. Let's do this. The war forge that, that Ironhide was kind of talking to is going to kind of split off and kind of make his way through, through this place.

Now this would be Winterhaven Hall, which if you remember, there was a, there was a, that, that, this is where you guys signed the treaty and approaching this place, there's, it's kind of like high security. And again, they see, they see Malchus coming and they, they know of Malchus and there's, there's kind of a guard by the door just, and he kind of nods at Malchus. You here to speak to Ian? I am. All right. And he's, he's going to kind of open this door and, and, and let you all pass. Now inside Winterhaven Hall, it's kind of divided. It's kind of this manor type of place.

When you guys came back from Drax Tomb, you were all just kind of getting, you're getting settled and they took you here. This is, there are like walking through, there are these huge murals dedicated to those who have fallen. Like there's this banner that, that depicts it and it's Lord PageRig and, and like it's, there's this huge painted mural of the burning walls of Winterhaven and a mixture of like humans and Warforged going back and forth at each other, this, this huge fight and pretty much every member of group one hanging on the walls. Oh, like they killed us.

Right. Like you're dead. To kill morale. No, no, no, no. It's, it's this dedicated to those who have fallen. They, they, they held, they, they, they held group one in high regard is when it's like you guys were Knights of Winterhaven and that this is a, this is a thing where you... Oh, I thought you said like we were hanging from the walls. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I mean as pictures, like you were, yeah. You've been here before. We've described this room, but like, yeah. Um, uh, Maucis, Ironhide, Una, go ahead and roll a perception check please. I will percept what I can.

Percept. Yeah. 17. Natural 17. Uh, so Una is going to notice that he is the E that uh, that's, that's a street name. Uh, that, that, that Brianna is extremely tense, like kind of going through this room and like she's kind of looking around and, and, and taking everything in, but like she's very visibly uncomfortable. Um, can I like reach out and like take her hand? Yeah, sure. She'll do that and just kind of like give it a squeeze. Uh, and, and she's going to kind of look down for a second, like, like she's kind of like, like, Oh, okay. Like, but she's going to kind of like kind of grip your hand back at the end of this hall.

There's the dining area, like this, this large scale dining area. This is kind of where you guys like formally signed that treaty where like it was Carter's people and your people kind of met in this, this large banquet room. And just before you get to these doors, Brianna's just kind of like, she's kind of like stop short and she's, she's, she's just kind of like, she's kind of pull back for just a second. Just, okay, give me, just give me a second. It's fine. I haven't seen Ian in a few years. And she's, you could tell she's very upset and like her hands are doing this flickery thing where she's trying to like not, she's trying to not be angry.

Like it's not, it's not like she's getting ready to cry. It's more like she wants to lash out at something and like she's trying to like take deep, like these really shallow breaths. And it's just like trying to like, just like get, get herself composed. Can I roll for something? Uh, what? Dungeoneering. Uh, no, uh, diplomacy. Okay. All right. First I'm going to roll and then I'm going to speak. Yeah. 19. Almost correct. Um, he's going to say, is there anything you want to talk about? Like really awkwardly. Because diplomacy is not really ironized. Well, no, it's who he's saying that to.

It's like, what's up kid? Come on. It's not going to be nice. Um, she's going to kind of look at, like, it was a weird thing for Ironhide to ask, like more like she's waiting for the insult, but like she's just kind of like waiting for it and it doesn't come. I'm really trying everything in my power right now not to walk through those doors and kill that man. So I just need a second here to kind of get, get things together. Fuck, if you swing then I'll be right with you. And uh, she's, she's going to kind of look at Ironhide. Why would he do to you? He got himself in every problem that he's ever had and he blamed it on us because it was convenient.

We have something alike you and I that way. What does he do to you Bree? You uh, you heard about the siege of Winterhaven, right? Yeah. So the night the warforged attacked, the walls were on fire and it just complete panic and anyone who can pick up a weapon kind of charged the gates to, to keep the warforged out and defend the city the best we could. My, my, my dad actually was one of the people who did his best. He had a sword. He wasn't really trained particularly well, but he fend off wild animals from the camp when we, when we lived near Overdale.

So he took up arms and stood by side by side with a pretty large grouping of, of people and Lord Page Rigg and Ian. He told me to stay back, but I, after a while I got worried. I tried to find him. Him and Page Rigg and Ian and a few others were pushed down this alley. They, they, they were cut off from everyone else and they had to defend themselves from a grouping of warforged that had them trapped. By the time I got there, most of the warforged were cut down, but they, they lost, they lost a lot of people. Ian had no idea that I was standing there and he took the opportunity to cut down Lord Page Rigg and because my father happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, he killed him too.

Malchus's eyes just go wide. He had already been married to Talia for a while and I guess he got sick of waiting for Page Rigg to die. Fucking coward. After the siege, everyone pretty much regarded him as this hero, for lack of a better term. And not only did they practically hand the city to him, he convinced everyone that I was mentally unstable. I tried to tell him what happened, but I, everyone already knew I was having nightmares and even though I did my best to hide the powers, it didn't matter. It wasn't hard to convince everyone that I was crazy.

The only one who would listen to me was Talia and I guess Ian picked up on that. I had got done talking to her one night and Ian cornered me. I don't know why I didn't just put a hole through him, but I couldn't. I was just too scared. And he threatened me and took this torch off the wall and extinguished it. And then he gave me this and she kind of brushes her hair aside and you can see where there's this fairly decent size burn mark, like right near her eye. I left the city that night and I haven't been back since. We have to kill this man. He will die.

No questions, just murder. But now? Right before the war? Right now. Throwing things into disarray? Malchus, no words, just murder. This instant. Malchus looks at Brianna. What do you want? If this is what you want, I will not stop it and I will help you. But I want you to say that you want this if it is what you want. She's kind of taking a deep breath and like composing herself. Like she really hasn't talked about this with pretty much anybody. There is much at stake, but we will endure it and we will do whatever it takes regarding the Overwatch. If this is the path we're going to walk, I am 100% by your side on it.

She's gonna like, she's been staring at her feet now for a while. And she's gonna look up at Malchus and then over to Una. We can't make this about me. We'll deal with Ian some other time, but killing him isn't going to do anything but hurt the war effort and make an already tough job completely impossible. That man cannot lead anyone. He will fold. And she's gonna look at Ironhide. You just spent weeks building an army. We spent weeks building an army, yes, but nothing like what the Overwatch has. You're gonna throw up everyth- This man has to die. You can't have someone like that leading an army.

Look, again, I get the sense this whole thing's hanging on by a thread. Can you imagine what would happen if we walked in there and just murdered the Lord of Winterhaven? Do you have any idea how that'll make us look? Not to mention, I mean, the bulk of this army is Winterhaven soldiers. What do you think's gonna happen then? No one wants to kill him more than me. I've waited this long, I can wait a little longer. And she's gonna kind of turn back towards the door and just take this really deep breath. Rianna, you do not have to be in this room with us if you think that he would look at you, manipulate you, bring back the memories and use them against you.

Don't patronize her. She's the strongest person I've ever met. She can handle this. I mean, no disrespect. It's fine, Malchus. I'm supposed to be representing the ravens. I can handle this. It'll be fine. And she kind of like pats Malchus on the shoulder. And she's gonna reach back out for Una's hand. Una's gonna take her hand and give her a kiss on the cheek. And she is going to start walking towards this door again. When we walk in, is there like a check that we need to make in order to check things out like the entire room in seconds or no? Or is that just gonna come in?

Make a perception check. I'll make a perception. I don't know, 11. Should we all make a perception check? Yeah, go ahead. Go ahead, everyone, yeah. Yeah, my perception rolls are awesome. Sorry. Yes, pretty good. Are we trying to get the atmosphere of the room or are we trying to spot hidden things? Isn't that more- We're trying to spot things like a chandelier or something like that. It's more or less just like scoping out the room when you're walking in. That's it. Oh, I'm more interested in getting a read on the people. Can I just do insight instead? Sure. Okay, I want to read the people.

Tyler, why did you run in a perception check? I'm paying attention. Can I make up for Mokus's insight and also try and roll in? Go ahead. I want to do it too then. Well- Holy shit, that's almost quick. Yeah, Ironhide. I have insight on Ian. He is a traitor. Nature. All right, what's going on, Jace? What do we say? Well, I guess Ironhide would be the only one to pick up the- so walking into- this is very much a war room situation, and they've kind of got these maps kind of like spread out on these dining room tables, like these big banquet hall tables. And they- each of these world leaders, and panning around the room, it's Ratana Moonshadow and Larys Darkhoof and Alexander Holden from Aubrey and Taegerd Stonesunder and Daniel Fiore, Ur-Klad, Kerrik from Ur-Ash, Ulfan Titangrip who was the warforged that- that Ironhide was interacting with.

And you also spot a Lannan Duskwalker from Uminyiro, which is a bit of a surprise because you didn't see any mages, you didn't see anyone else from Uminyiro, like it just- like you just see him. And then standing behind one of these tables is Ian Cerberus, and he seems to be kind of- he seems to be kind of distracted, like they're trying to plan out like how they're going to- how they're going to best defend these walls. And he's very much holding court with these people, very like, "Here's how I'm gonna do it." Like he's very much like presenting himself as like he is the face of this operation.

This is his city. He's the Master General pretty much. He's the guy. And after you walk in he's going to kind of look up, and he's going to make eye contact with- with Malchus right away. And it's more like- like he's just like, "Ugh, you?" Like he's just not- he's not- never been a fan of Malchus really, never been- and then he's going to see Brianna. And he's got kind of this, "Oh shit" look kind of come across his face, and then he's just- he's going to kind of compose himself and narrow his eyes, just stare daggers at this girl. How would you guys like to handle this?

What's Bri's expression? Bri is kind of the face of composure. Like she's really just- just poker face. Just kind of a- just like- just like determined. Malchus plays it cool too then. Una will unsheathe her hammer. I don't really think there's a sheath for it, but if there is- Not really. Take out. Take out the sheath. She has that and the sheath. So you are- you are gripping a weapon walking into this room. Like you're pulling out your weapon. Yeah, subtly. Not like- you know, just keeping it in my hand. Just keep twirling this pistol on my finger. Like one would subtly pull out a legendary hammer, yes.

Right. It's kind of like you're gripping Mjolnir there. Like it's- Yeah, no. It's obvious she's holding the hammer, but it's not like- intimidation is not written all over it. Well you just drew a weapon in a- you just drew a weapon in a fucking- like it is kind of intimidating. Yeah, with leaders around. Like these are the guys. You just kind of walked in like, "Okay, let's get this party started." And you whipped out a weapon. Like I'm just making sure you- I'm bringing out my machete for no reason. Right. Yeah. Okay. But not like to roll an intimidate check or anything.

Just- Right. Ian's going to take notice of this right away. She's got a gun. She- everyone down! No, he's gonna- and he is going to- he is going to kind of reach down with his- well, hand. He doesn't have a good- I guess it's his good hand. Like it's his only. And he's going to reach down and grab the hilt of the sword that's hanging at his waist. Do me a favor and roll a religion check. Nuh-uh. You asshat. I- How would you get that? He doesn't deserve that. Not about what you deserve. It's about what you can take. Well- He took that from a body. There's no way he earned that.

It always helps to know which- what loot the monsters have in advance. Well, he's on the list. What's going on? Oh, I just realized that Oona has to kill him now. Yeah. No, I totally got it too. I'll look at him. Defiling a weapon of Kord with his existence. Oh shit. He is gripping a sword called Kord's Gale. Which is said to be infused with the speed and fluidity of Kord. Where Yenward's Axe is pretty much just brute force and like the lightning of Kord. Like that whole thing. Yeah. Oona's hammer is just stone crushing might. This is said to be the lightest sword ever created.

And it kind of like it thrusts with this incredible power. It finds its target every time. It's a ridiculous sword. And he's just kind of gripping it like just put the hammer away bitch. Like he's really looking at you like he almost wants you to try something. Cause he's looking around and it's like what are you gonna do? Like we're in the middle of my city. We're surrounded by witnesses. What are you gonna do? Cause he has no idea who you are anyway. I can tell you how we could sell this. We all came here- this is out of character course. We all came here to defend this city from day one.

He said okay I'll tell you what we're in as long as you bring an army to us. This guy's a fucking coward. If we can get the crowd on our side we can take him the fuck down. I still wouldn't kill him. Oh god that's so delicious I want to kill him but Bree said no so we're gonna be nice. Oona's just gonna like visibly just like enraged but like biting her lip like struggling not to kill this man but she's not putting the hammer away. And after a couple of seconds where it looks like nothing's gonna happen like you're more gripping your like like a security blanket type thing it just makes you feel better like having it out.

He is actually just gonna let loose the hilt of his sword and just kind of like relax like you're not a threat to him. And he's going to look over at Malchus. Is this a new member of your party? One of many. What's the status of things here? Well as you can see the Overwatch are moving in they do plan on attacking the city and it looks like they're going to do it tonight. We have no idea why they've stopped but if I had to take a guess it looks like they're waiting for enough troops to try and wipe us out in one shot. So then we march first. That's what we're trying to decide.

The decision is made we march first if they're waiting for more numbers to arrive we attack them while they're divided. What is there to discuss? Firstly I don't remember asking you. I am telling you Ian it is terrible terrible tactical decision making to wait on this. If what you're telling me is true we go now. We don't even know how many of them there are. And there will be more. Breanna's gonna speak up. We know how many of them there are. And she kind of catches herself mid-sentence like oh shit I'm speaking. It wasn't even a thing where she planned on it's just like they know the ravens know.

And she kind of composes herself. Hovering outside of Winterhaven there are 15,000. Within the city walls of the Overwatch there are at least that many. That's not counting any of their human soldiers. They also have catapults and we're getting reports that they have something on some wheeled transport. Something big but we don't know what it is. And how many do we have? Do we have a census of our forces? Let me run down the actual numbers that you guys have collected. There are 1,500 elves, 1,200 minotaurs, 45 clerics from Aubrey. Which by the way aren't fighting in battle they're just kind of hanging back and being like field medics. 2,200 dwarves.

Jesus. One thousand soldiers from Donhurst. 1,500 drow. So maybe lying to them was a good idea right now? 1,300 dragonborn. 1,300 dragons. How many dragons? None in sight. They're probably not going to be in the room with us. Not right now. I'm trying to settle my nerves. They're probably somewhere else. They're probably hanging out somewhere else guys. Let's see 900 warforged and 5,000 troops from the city of Winterhaven. So nearly even. For this fight. Uh Ian, it's just kind of like thinking about what you're saying. You understand it would be safer for us to just stay behind the walls, let them come to us.

Don't be a fucking coward. Hiding really pathetic. Uh Ironhead's gonna speak. I'm gonna say what preparation have you done outside of the wall? Oil pits, anything that we can light fire to and knock out some of their numbers? Anything? We've done nothing outside of the walls. I told you as much. No traps at all. Bombs anything. What the fuck have you been doing? While we've been building an army, what have you been doing? Hiding. He's just glaring at Ironhide. And without breaking eye contact with Ironhide, he's gonna say to Malchus, you're really gonna want to get your people in check.

I'm gonna do an inanimate check. Intimate check. Intimate check? Like he's gonna be intimate. I'm gonna start taking down some leather. Oh yeah? Now are you pissed? Push a bra strap off your shoulder. Okay here we go. Eleven. Oh that's not very intimidating. What do you say to intimidate? I'm just staring at it. Oh yeah that's not incredibly intimidating. Alright well can I roll intimidate? Can I roll intimidate? Go ahead I guess you two. Glare at him. Oh 18. 18 too. 18. Well Malchus says, Malchus says, I would get him in check Ian if you were wrong. You can lead your people wherever you like.

My people are staying behind the walls until it's absolutely necessary that they fight. So the people of Winterhaven are cowards? No just the leadership. Malchus just turns and leaves the room. Oh fuck sorry. Talking to the master of cape switch, walk away. He's gonna say something like, don't hit me. No I take it as like fuck you. Like you're not. Are there other people in the room? Like other leaders? Oh yeah there's other, yes the place is filled with it. Okay I'm gonna ask the miniatures and I'm gonna ask the minotaur leader and I'm also gonna ask Titangrip.

Like, what the fuck would you guys do in your situation if you had this? Like how would you outfit the grounds outside of your castle? And like Titangrip's just kinda looking at you, if you want us to attack just we'll attack. Let's just go do it. Why are we waiting on him? And Laris is like, Laris has no idea like who you two are really. Like he knows Ironhide but like he does, I mean like we met not right. Like you're not tight. But he's just pretty much of the same opinion just if you wish for us to fight, let's go. I really don't think that, like it's a thing where they're not really here to listen to Ian so much.

Like they're here to defend Winterhaven and help. But Ian's kind of taking liberties with like well you're all under, come on rally up. So they're not digging him too much. So it would not be hard, it would not be hard to kind of steer them away from the city and lead an attack if you wanted. Are there any leaders like of Winterhaven or like generals or like? This is pretty much Ian's domain, like everyone from like they're all under him. Damn it. Yeah this is Malkus. Yes. You've left the room correct? Yeah if nobody else is stopping me my intention is to try to rally back up the rest of the you know PCs and start working out a plan.

Like I assumed that, I mean I left the room before the leaders were saying they were totally cool with attacking now. So Malkus' plan is let's rally up the big damn hero types and let's go sabotage something in that enemy camp to like weaken their position so that when the army does hit them. Well let me be clear, this isn't, this is, these are just battalions of these, it's not a camp. They're standing there waiting, they're not camped out and telling stories. Picture the Urkai from like the Battle of Helm's Deep, that's what you guys are facing. And this is an open land also, we can't sneak up on them from like, from like yeah.

There's no trees or anything like that to hide on. So okay wait, Malkus leaves the room and Aladdin is gonna kind of follow him. Oh the mage? The mage from Umenyaro, like the guy who runs Umenyaro and he's gonna try to call out to Malkus, Malkus. Malkus will stop for him. These two are, these two are alone. I'm actually glad I have a chance to speak with you privately. I'm glad you showed up. We've discussed it and we wish to offer you some aid. And he's kind of like whispering, like he's keeping it quiet. This is good. We feel partially responsible for the warforged threat you're facing.

I've seen you interact with your fellow party member. I can tell that you have no love lost for the warforged. You are not wrong. You understand that they have no place in polite society. They were never created to mingle with any other races. And he's going to kind of reach into his robes here. And he's going to produce this sphere, which is a little bigger than like a hand grenade. And he is going to kind of hold it up in front of Malkus. What if I said that you can avoid most of this bloody conflict? What I hold in my hands is something that can kill 95% of the warforged outside of these walls.

Malkus just smiles. Once released from this sphere, there is a spell that will corrode and destroy every warforged. It will continue to spread. Once it's released, there's no stopping it, you understand. This is not a decision that I would make lightly. As in, it is self-sustaining, it spreads throughout the world, it has no limit to its radius. That's correct. It's meant as a failsafe. We have no ties to Theria. This is your decision. This is your war. We want no part of it. But we do feel partially responsible. The warforged are a black eye on our city. They were a mistake to be created, and they're spreading like locusts, like a plague.

I will warn you, this will not discriminate between the Overwatch warforged and the ones in your party. Yeah, yeah. That's Rob, by the way, that's not Malkus. That's... Oh man. How do I use it? The two sides of the sphere must be turned. When the insignia matches up, it will release. After that, there is no stopping it. I will repeat. It will act quickly. How quickly? It will... Minutes. Incredible. It will fall, most of the warforged outside of these city walls. It will give you more than an edge in combat. This will do nothing against their actual human. Your human opponents will still stand, but...

Will it have an impact on the obelisk? The beacon. Yes. And this will have no effect on it. And that's where they're manufactured, yes. Our guess is they are creating new warforged within the Overwatch. Somewhere in the city. Again, it won't matter. Some of the warforged have a higher magical tolerance. We haven't exactly been able to work out why. Again, this will eradicate 90-95% of them. You should be able to take out the rest with ease. Indeed. I put my hand out for it. And he is going to hand it over. And I slip it in the safest, deepest pocket I have. Alright.

The rest have already met up. Duncan. Yes. You said you wanted to try to convince the good people of Winterhaven to leave the gates and support you. Just be like, "Fuck what that guy said. Follow us." So I'm assuming we've been told everything that happened in there. Yeah, let's say that everyone kind of caught each other up. Okay. So, yeah. Duncan looks over at that giant army that's standing inside the gate and decides he's going to take one last try at seeing if he can get them to come with him. So he goes... I guess there's still that kind of town hall thing that people stand on to get hung and fight.

No one gets hung in Winterhaven. Right. I'm sorry. They fight each other for no good reason in front of the crowd. Yeah, they toss each other off of it. That happens. So Duncan jumps up there and he whips his axe around, which is also a guitar for those who didn't know. And to get the crowd's attention, he plays Thunderstruck by AC/DC. Also to kind of get them into a tizzy. Right. Okay. So he's pumping up the crowd. How's the crowd reacting to this? Well, okay. Let's roll a diplomacy check. Just to the song? I thought the song was just to get them to see if they can get riled up.

But you want to do it? Everything has a check. Okay. We'll do a pony circle. 27 on that song. 27. So they're rocking out. They're digging it. Okay. So after the song's over, flip the guitar back around. I raise my hands in the air and I say, "Everybody, you should know who I am by now. But for those who don't, my name is Duncan Joy Batam. And I am here to talk to you about what we're going to do right now. If you look outside these gates, there are people from all over this great land who have decided to converge on Winterhaven to defend you and defend everything that is good, right, and just in this world.

They are prepared to give their lives. And they're not just human. There's minotaurs. There's warforged. There's dwarves. There's drows. Practically any race that you can imagine has all come together for one reason, and that is justice. And today, justice will be served. They've come from all over, and I myself have come from the grave with the sole intent of saving you and saving this land. I was sent to get a group of people, and I came back with an army, and I've done this for the people of Winterhaven. Now that we are all here, people in charge are asking you to stay behind the lines to defend this land.

And I understand that. I understand being fortified. And I will not judge you if you choose to do so. However, I believe that there's more to you than that. I believe that every single person here has it in their heart to come with us and take the Overwatch on head on. Without these people and without these numbers, we may not have a chance. But if you come with us and you help us today, we can destroy the Overwatch before they have the opportunity to destroy your town and to destroy your children. Now who's coming with me? I put my arms in the air. Do me a favor, roll a diplomacy check.

Oh, again. If it's 30 or above, they're gonna follow you. Oh, it's gonna be... Damn, it's 19. Close. Who just stares at him silently? It's not that they're not with you. It's more like you're asking them to disobey a direct order. Like Ian's kind of got kind of a tight grip on this place. Unless he's conversing with you two. Like you constantly try and bitch this guy out. Is Ian expected to ride into battle with the army or is he expected to stay back in command? He would actually be riding into battle with them, but this is a thing where he's going to lead them from behind.

He's there, but if they breach the walls, if they get to the walls, then that's when he's gonna step in. Like the first time this kind of happened, he's of the mindset, "Well, that worked pretty well the first time. This is way different." So yeah, they're not going to be following you. None of them? Not even with the 27 to start off? That was really good. Not a few stragglers or anything? Well, I mean this would be... Like you'd get a few of them. Like you'd definitely... Like there'd be some people just like, "Look, man, it just makes sense to meet them out there." But most of them are going to stay...

Like you'll get probably like four or five hundred. Okay, hey, that's a win, right guys? Four or five hundred? We good? Something. It's something, right? I'll take four or five hundred. And then so I rally up the men that are with us now and I say, "You men, you're the chosen ones. You're the ones that are going to save this land. The others, you're cool too. We're good. It's cool. I understand. Not mad at you. Don't worry about it." Not the beloved. Yeah, not the beloved. Don't want to piss them off. And I guess we head out. Okay, you guys are going to get ready and leave the gates of Winterhaven and kind of enter the battlefield.

Jatzia, you said you wanted to talk to Valis really quickly? Yeah, really quick. I imagine it's just as like we're waiting for the gates to open to leave. And she's just going to look over to him and ask him why he's fighting. And he doesn't seem to have a really good answer for that right now. Like he's just, "There's someone to fight." That's so cute. Okay then. There's just really no good reason. Like, if you're looking for a deep moral quandary or like a malkus-esque, like, "I fight for the bit." Oh, he's just like, "No, there's dudes to fight." Like I'm looking at him.

Like the emphasis of malkus. Pretty much. Like it's like, "No, there's dudes. We're going to fight them." Like that's kind of what we're doing. Like he still has to speak to Bree, but there has been literally no good time to tell. It's like, "Hey, your sisters are dead. I'm just going to let you know." Like what the fuck is he supposed to do when like there's no good time? Yeah, there's nothing. And then it's- That's troublesome. Like he's kind of grown attached to you and the party. So it's like, he's just like, "Well, you're going. I don't want you to die.

So like, all right, I guess I'm going too." Like there's really, he's kind of still attached. Like his business isn't wrapped up. And at the same time, you're about to get destroyed with Warforged. So it's, to him, it's like, "Okay, there's dudes. Let's fight them." We're going out. Might as well go out in a fight, you know? Right. That's totally, yeah. That is freaking adorable. Okay. Well, she's going to be satisfied with that answer and just be like, "Yep, thought this would be quick. All right." Okay. How close is Malchus to Valus? I don't know. Is Malchus, or is Valus trying to get close to Malchus?

He's going to seek him out, yeah. This is definitely, I don't know, is he interested in me? So there's this calm before the storm, like quite literally. Like it's starting to kind of drizzle and everything, but like there's very much like shit is about to go down. And like there's this like tense silence. Valus is going to walk over to Malchus. Almost like just, it's like, "Okay, fuck this. I'm done with this." Like he is going to walk over to Malchus. I had a very long time to think about what I'd do to you if I ever saw you again. Oh? My first thought was to take this knife and stick it in your side over and over until you were dead.

And then I had a second thought. These people think you're a hero. They think you're here to save them. I'm going to fight next to you today, and I'm going to make sure that no harm comes to you. I want you to live, Malchus. I want you to live long enough for these people to see you for the fraud that you are. He's just kind of looming over you as he's saying this. There's an intensity like he wants this like that in his head. That would hurt Malchus way more than sticking something sharp inside of him. To strip away everything that he's kind of been built up to, this pedestal he's been placed upon.

That would hurt him way more than killing him. Valus, there's only one problem. I have nothing to take away at this point. I don't think be a hero. Half of these people think be a monster. Half of these people use me as a convenience to get out under the thumb of tyranny. I have already lost everything. He's kind of like lean in very close. There's always something more to lose. And unless you stop him, he's going to turn and walk away from you. Valus, rounded the initiative tracker. Okay, everyone go ahead and roll initiative. Roll initiative. Ha, eight. Alright so Thorold basically goes over to Una and just says, "Look, I'm not going to be good at this type of thing.

So emotions run high and Bree says I can trust you so I'll take her word for it." And then Thorold extends his hand. He'll shake his hand. We're good, man. I'll have your back on the field. Alright. So that was sweet, guys. So this thunderstorm starts rolling in as the War of War of Charmers just starts converging on Winterhaven. And they start marching and then after time they just charge. Whatever they were waiting for is done. They're just charging at this city. And to their credit, every one of the races that have been standing here, that middle school dance thing where they're just kind of pulled apart, they all charge into battle together and they kind of meet these Warforged in the center here.

Oh fuck, Valus. Anyway, he'll do okay in combat. So you guys are kind of caught in the middle of this huge shitstorm. It's you and a cluster of Warforged enemies here. And what's going to happen is, because we can only squeeze so many in the initiative tracker, you're going to deal with a certain number of these. I'm not going to tell you what. And then we're going to move on to something a little different. So Warforged knight number five. Yeah, number five. Six. Going to move right here and use Knight's Honor against Yenward and Duncan. It's a close burst one.

So let's do Duncan first. Oh wow, that's a miss. That's a hit on Yenward though. 20 damage to Yenward. Thoril, your turn. I'm assuming both of those guys can probably handle him. So I'm going to run up here. Cut off number four. Let's see, I'm just kind of looking here. I'll do Aspect of the Cunning Fox. So that way I can shift in case I miss this. Then I'll do melee basic attack and that'll miss. Wow. That's going to miss, sadly. So I will shift back two squares just to kind of give myself some room here. But you moved to get there. You moved to get there. Yeah.

Oh, I can't shift as well? Yeah. Well it says I can take a free action to shift. Even after you've moved? It says whenever you hit or miss with a melee attack or ranged attack on your turn, you can take a free action to shift up to two squares. Oh, okay. Okay, cool. That's cool. So I can do that? Yeah. Okay. Shift back. Okay, your turn. Okay, okay. So Wild Repulsion, which gives me resist five damage. And then First Strike gives me combat advantage against anyone who hasn't moved, who hasn't acted yet. So, and then I'm going to move six. One, two, three, four, five to there.

And then just a melee basic attack on number eight. And that's a miss. That's going to miss. That's all I can do. Alright, Warforged Knight number four is going to move right up to Thoril. And going to use his longsword against Thoril here. That will definitely hit. 11 damage. Yenward, your turn. I'm sorry, I wanted to use Cleave on number five. Oh, yeah, that'll hit. Jesus, 37 will hit. Okay. It's a 2d10 plus eight. I can see that part. Come on, say it, Justin. Must have... Yeah. There, the monkey grants for you. 20 hit points of damage. Anything else? No, I'm good.

Alright, thus begins a very long... Here we go, one, two, three, four. Warforged number one is going to charge into a melee basic attack against Jatzia. That will hit. Christ. Fucking shocker. 11 damage to Jatzia. Oh, man, Warforged Knight number two is going to move up to Ironhide and use Knight's Honor. 31 will hit. 10 damage. Alright. Let's see, Knight number seven... Great time for you to start rolling good shit. They have a really good attack, plus 19. Yeah, did you notice that three times in a row he rolled a crit one on his attack and still hit for 11?

Oh, for damage, yeah. Yes, yes, damage. Okay, I was going to say, if it was attack, I was like, that didn't happen. Not hit, but they hit pretty hard. He's going to take 18 damage from Warforged number seven. This is not fucking around. Should I put back the resist five whenever you deal damage to me? Yes, please, yeah. Cool. Yeah, it's going to automate it. Yeah, this time. Warforged Knight number six is going to move forward and attack Una and Brie with Knight's Honor. Oh, Jesus, 37 is going to hit Brie. And 35 is going to hit Una. God damn. These are coming up with almost crits right here.

Each one of those. Fourteen damage to the two of them. So, if you want to shave that off there. Malkus, your turn. So you said there's a battle raging on all around us, right? There is. What manner of bonus would I get to stealth to kind of just disappear into the chaos if I wanted to? Plus five. Plus five. Okay. If you let it go in another round, I'll give you another plus two because people are so in, so like into what they're doing. They're killing whatever's in front of them. They're not looking around. So they're going to grab my ass if I keep looking at this guy.

They're not going to do that. Yeah. Each round that you let this go on, I'll give you another plus two. Okay. Okay. Let's go with. Let's see. That is, that's Brianna. And who's flanking there? Oh, Una. I'll jump in and flank with Una. Okay. We'll do, soul eater. That's my sortie one. Choose targets. Oh, that's right. Okay. We got the system here. Yeah. It's an automation thing. All you do is click the target you want to attack and then yeah, that's going to be a miss. Good job. Okay. Cool. Other people have missed. Anything else? Oh yeah. That'll do it. That'll do it for now.

Okay. Okay. War for tonight number eight is going to use his long sword against Fi. That'll hit and damage 12 damage. Bri is going to use, oh come on. This is just a gimme. Let's use psionic punch against number six standing in front of her and that will hit 27 damage. And he is going to go flying backwards into his friend here. Both of them are going to fall prone. That's kind of bloody war fortune number six. Question. Yes. Did the automation thing add my flanking bonus? The plus two? No. Would that have hit? 22. It would just hit. Yes. Okay. Actually I didn't, I didn't think about adding the bonus.

That's cool. Yeah. When you, when you click the little thing, just tick up to. Gotcha. Uh, so D12 plus 14. The correct. Okay. I'm going to do that too. That just kills him. Yay. So. Okay. It was the first time we used this automation in the group one. That's all good. That'll do it for Bri. Jadzia, your turn. Okay. I am going to attack number one right in front of me with a diabolic grasp. Yay. Fuck. Crit miss. Yeah. All right. And then I'm going to, I was going to try to push that on me back for Valis, but since that's not going to happen, I'm just going to kind of give Valis a look and tell him not to die.

And then I'm going to run like a little bitch because Valis knows this how I fight. One, two, three, four. Just going to get an opportunity attack. Five. Oh shit. I forgot about that. I'll take it. Bam. I'd rather run. Do I get a plus two as I'm running or only once I've finished running? Once you've finished running. Okay. So I'm going to engage more than one. Like, yeah, you're, yeah, you're making, uh, so, Oh shit. I'm fucked. Crit. Hi everybody. That'll probably take me out. Well, hold on. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Uh, 18 damage. So that'll take you down. That's not, that's not bad.

That's not bad. Okay. These guys can hit, but it doesn't look like they can hit really hard. We're just going to keep wiggling you down. What do we mean? Uh, Ironhide, your turn. And now I'm concealed. Okay. Uh, on, uh, workforce night two, I'm going to use green. Fine. Oh, what's the new automated says? Choose Tom. Oh, just click on him. Yeah. And then just roll the little dice. Do I have to give like a plus or no? Is that already there? There's you don't get applause. Oh, almost it. Almost grit. That was the caveman version of that thing. Oh, almost good. That was in no, no, no.

That's why something else. Nine, nine damage. Anything else? Um, wait, uh, I'll just Mark him the GS of assault. Okay. Uh, Duncan, your turn. Okay. If I move two down, is that an opportunity to tax? And I'm not actually going outside of the range. You can only shift one. I can only shift one. So I couldn't flank them basically. Right. Okay. Then you're going to take an opportunity. Right. That's fine. I'll stay here. Um, I'm going to use a daily, uh, him of the dairy and something. I can't see the whole thing. Um, so I'm going to attack. Okay. Damn. Missed. Okay. That's going to be a mess.

Okay. Anything else? Uh, fuck me. I'm going to fuck me as a minor action. Um, okay. Um, can it get, can it get awkward in here? Can you hear some weird noises? Yeah. I don't really have anything else to do. So no. Okay. All right. Valis. Um, he's going to use twist the knife on, uh, war forts. Number one here. Uh, so swing and that will hit. Uh, so here's how twist the knife works for those of you who haven't listened to the show. Um, if he hits, which he almost never does, but if he hits with a small blade, uh, he kind of reaches and stabs it, whatever his kidneys or whatever.

Uh, and he gets to do it again. And if that hits, he gets to do it again and he gets to do it three times. And then the target falls thrown prone if he lands the third hit, which he hasn't yet. So we'll see how well this works. Uh, 16 damage. Uh, the second one missed. Okay. So yeah. Yeah. Um, so he did hit once. Uh, that's going to wrap it up for Valis. War forts knight number three gonna sidle right up next to Thoril, uh, and use his long sword. That'll hit. Uh, 16 damage. Uh, Una, your turn. All right. Okay. So, um, let's go look at back at Bree go, you bad ass.

And then run up here next to, it's more forged eight. Yep. Okay. Uh, yeah. Zoom in there. Um, and Valorous might, um, I get plus two because it's the first round and do I get plus two for blanking? Yes. Okay. So plus four. It'll help me out a little bit. That's a hit. Thank fucking God. That would suck if you say bad-ass and then like you go up there. Um, yep. That is 34 damage. Each enemy within three squares of me needs to attack me. Okay. I'm sure we can work with that. Uh, that is the end of the round guys. Here's what's going to happen from the back of these ranks of war forge.

A volley of arrows is going to kind of descend upon the area. Um, and because they're so far back, it's really scattershot and all over the place. Uh, but I'm going to target three people randomly here. Uh, let's see. Don't say that. He's going to pick you. Okay. Seven, eight and four. Let's see. Four, seven and eight. Let's say one, two, three, four. That's going to be iron hide. Jadzia and Fi. My mantra worked. My fail. So I'm going to make attacks against, what was it? Uh, iron hide, Jadzia and Fi. Yeah. Um, so d20 plus 13. Uh, this is versus AC. So iron hide first. 28.

Jesus. Uh, Jadzia, 23 versus AC. Yep. Uh, and Fi, 28 versus AC. Jesus. AC didn't cry. Yeah, true. Uh, 2d8 plus five. Uh, you're all taking eight damage. So go ahead and shave eight damage off. That ain't bad. Hey. Uh, war fortune knight number five is going to use his longsword against Duncan. How do I take, uh, um, health off? Oh, I see. Sorry. It's been a while. That's a hit. Uh, and damage, uh, 15. Thoril your turn. All right. I'm still liking the fact that you can, you've been getting good rolls. Um, never happens usually. Just had to be this fight too. Um, you know, I'm going to use my minor action, uh, for Oak skin.

So, uh, I have a, uh, three resistance to all damage till the end of the encounter. Uh, then I'll use my melee basic attack on four. Hang on. I'm just making sure. Yeah. Cause I use my minor on Oak skin. Um, four. That'll hit. Cool. Um, so damage to him. 22. Nice. Uh, offhand. That hits. That is a hit. All right. And damage there. That'll be 23. Nice. Anything else? Uh, I think that does it. Okay. V, your turn. Oh, good. Okay. Um, okay. So, uh, just a melee basic attack against number eight, who I have flanking. And he's prone, so you get a plus two. Oh, uh, no, no. You rolled a two.

So that's, that is everything. All right. Uh, war fortune night. Number four is going to use his long sword against the oral. Uh, that's going to miss. Cool. That'll do it for him. Yeah. Inward your turn. Okay. Um, I'm going to stay where I'm at and I am going to, where's my tech there. Use reaping strike on number five. Sorry. 20 plus 17. The thing got covered up 35. Pretty sure that hit. Oh yeah. And damage. No, it did not. I don't get to use the new little tool. Hmm. It's fine. I don't get to use anything. There. Uh, 23 damage. 23 damage. Uh, that will definitely bloody it.

Yes. Um, anything else? And I'm good. Okay. Do you mind if I reload my table? Go ahead. Um, uh, let's see here. War fortune night. Number one is going to attack Valis with his long sword. Uh, that is a crit. That is 18 damage to Valis. Boom. Uh, that will take Valis down to 79 hit points. Uh, night number two is going to do the same thing against iron hide. Do these are the best roles ever? Not just that, but you have a plus 19. I know. I'm not saying like, I'm just saying like you are doing good roles. Just all right. That's 14 damage. Yeah. And a 50. Uh, fortunately number seven is going to use his long sword against fee.

That's going to hit. He takes one D eight or something. No, nine. Then it's just straight nine damage for not talking. Nine damage. Gotcha. That's going to bloody fame straight nine damage. You put 18 on there. Uh, if he takes damage equals nine, uh, equals 18. Oh, you get a five resist. Yeah. Okay. Just add back five. Yeah. That's the damage automation thing. I don't have much of a say in it. Um, Malchus, your turn. I will fire an Eldritch bolts at, let's see. So I've got a plus two. Yeah. Plus two power bonus to my attack role from hitting with soul leader. So I will Eldritch bolt, uh, war forge number four there.

Uh, so attack and then plus two for the previous hit. That is a hit. Cool. Damage D 10 plus 14. Uh, these works, no extra bonus that will kill him. Yay. I'm good. Okay. Uh, war forge night number eight is going to stand up. Uh, and he, he's going to take, uh, he's going to use Knight's honor against fee and Una. Uh, that is a hit against Una. That is a hit against fig 19 damage. So 14 damage to fig. So I got it. You're down to 13 hit points. Uh, Una is down to 52, Bree's turn. Um, I'm wondering if we could do something like tandem here. Uh, Bree is going to kind of sidle like catty corner to, uh, war forge number eight and use, uh, force blast.

Uh, that'll hit damage 20. That'll kill him. Woo. Uh, Jad's here. Your turn. Okay. I am going to use my minor to take a potion. So that's going to be 10. So I have two potions left after that. So I'm not bloodied anymore. Then I am going to infernal moon curse number, uh, I should probably move first so I don't shoot through Duncan. I was going to move last, but one, two, three, and now I'm concealed again. Then I'm going to use infernal moon curse on number, fuck it's blurry. The one in front of Duncan six, five, five. I need glasses and I work at a glasses store.

Hit. How do you say infernal moon curse all chipper? Just do it. That will kill him. It was my favorite. My favorite, uh, iron hide your turn. All right. I'm going to use, I'm going to use deep freeze on obviously war for two, uh, 32. That'll hit. Um, now I'm going to roll for damage. 21. He's bloody. He is bloody. Excellent job. Anything else? I'm going to down a potion for my minor. Okay. That was the noise. That's the post noise. Duncan your turn. Have any of the war forage not been hit yet? Yes. One of them. Uh, three, three. Okay. Sounds good. Going right there. Um, I am going to use, I'll just let me, let me check my power here real quick.

Yeah, let's try it out. I'm going to go ahead and use a war song strike. Okay. Uh, war song will be Mr. Roboto cause he's robot. It's a little racist, but all right. I'm a, I'm a, I'm ignorant. I'm a, I'm a dwarf. Remember? So that's pretty racist. Well, that's what you said. I'm just stupid, smelly dwarf. What do I do? I accidentally clicked myself. Is there a way to get me off of myself or wait, you click, Oh, just cancel and click on the, I tried that and it keeps the one on me. Just roll it manually. Okay. I'll do that. Oh, damn it. That's going to miss anything.

All right. Anything else? Um, uh, fuck it. Action point. Oh, shoot. I'm going to hit somebody. Um, let's see here. I don't have a lot of attacks. It's mostly buffs. Um, okay, I will try ballad of the zombie King against him. So I won't click myself this time and let's try this again. Damn it. That's gonna miss too. My God. What is wrong with you? Rolled another 18. Yeah. Now you're physically out of stuff to do. So yeah, that's the worst man. I got cool shit too, and I can't do it cause I can't hit anything. Give it time. You will get, okay. Valus is going to use his broad sword against, uh, but war forts one standing in front of him.

Eee, that's going to miss. So Valus is right there next to Duncan right now. Now it's not the time. I'm sure I'll get to do something later with him. War forts night number three is going to use Knight's honor against Duncan and Thor. That's going to hit and that's going to hit both of you. So let's see what the damage is going to be. 15. So that's a bad thing. Yeah, I'll take it away there. Oh, okay. I was just about to do that. Yeah. I don't want to double damage you. Una your turn. Alrighty. Um, I'm going to run up behind number seven and use just regular old, um, Ardent Strike.

Meat and potatoes. Yeah. That's going to miss. Oh, nothing I can really do, but with my minor I'll pop divine challenge on him. Everyone roll perception please. Oh fuck. Sorry. I was throwing something away and I felt like that was me. I'm sorry, it's some sort of cat name. So perception, huh? Guys, I have witnessed every single perception roll this entire game. Welcome everybody to blooper reel number three. I can't say sorry enough. This guy came out. Okay. Okay. What did I not see? Uh, let's see. It's more here. There's some site involved. Una, Thoril and Malchus.

Una Thoril and Malchus are going to first see in the distance, uh, what looks to be not a lightning strike because there's like nothing is coming from the sky, but what it looks to be is this nasty arc of electricity. Oh, please. coming from the far distance and then slowly but surely there's this, uh, there's something covered in a tarp, not a tarp, but like this, this huge piece of cloth, like something that that's being kind of shielded from the elements, uh, being like taken here. And then imagine what like a rusty metal tower falling over would sound like slowly.

And that's, that's the sound that's kind of coming from far, kind of far in the distance. Um, uh, this time, uh, let's do fire pots. Um, so catapults are going off in the back. Uh, now there are, there are big boulders being flicked at the walls and for the most part these, these big ass strong sturdy walls are kind of repelling this, but every once in a while I want to really crack into the wall and kind of just break at it. So I mean there will be like right now it's not too bad, but there are repairs that are going to be to be done and like one goes stray and kind of flicks into the city itself.

And like you can only imagine what kind of damage that's doing from the other side. You just hear chaos and screaming from, from, from the rear. But we are going to do, they are also firing, uh, these, these, uh, barrels kind of filled with some sort of flammable liquid and being set on fire. So it's, um, do is pick one of you. So we're going to roll a D10. Let's not have it before again. Six. Who's number six? Malchus. All right. So we're going to attack Malchus. D20 plus 14 versus AC. 26. That will hit. Okay. 3d12 plus 10. 40 damage. Yeah. What kind of damage?

Fire. The kind against which I'm slightly resistant. You are? Yes. So 30 damage instead. Okay. That's still a lot. Uh, the world, your turn. Well, that's pant shittingly frightening. Um, let's do, uh, let's see aspect of the cunning Fox. Um, and then melee basic attack on three and that's a miss. Um, you are not having much luck in this fight so far. No. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I can do something. Alter fate. Wait. Mm. Enemy within 10 squares of you is hit by your allies attack and takes an extra one d 12 damage. Shit. Boom. Huh? Uh, so then I roll damage. It's a hundred.

Add a one d 12 to it. All right. I'll, I'll roll it first and then I'm going to roll in a way. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. That's no an enemy within 10 squares of you was hit by an allies that he didn't hit. No, but I'm saying it's a, Oh, it's a trigger. Oh, sorry. I thought it was, I thought it was altering the attack. Right? No, I get it. That's too strong. Sorry. No, it hits. Fuck you. It turns out. Fuck you. That's what happens. Well then I apologize. I missed. I accept your Thomas. Tom, is there like a fan going on in your background? No. Okay. All right. Well, even though I missed, I was, I'm able to use a free action to shift 12 squares, two squares, and I'm going to shift behind him to give both Duncan and I a combat advantage.

Oh shit. That's hot. That is a fantastic idea. Speaking of combat advantage, let's go over to fee who has it with Una right now. Hey, cloak of the walking wounded. I think it is. It is. So I'm going to use my second wind and I get two healing surges instead of one. So he said is two, just HP. There we go. Back up to 45. And then just the standard me though, basic attack with a plus two for flanking. No, that's a mess. That's everything. Uh, yeah. And where'd your turn? Okay. What I'm going to do here is they have the wrong hand. I'm going to take one step this way for, and I am going to hurl storm render at number two.

Really? Yeah. 20. Uh, that's going to miss. Wait, what's that versus versus a city. Oh, that's going to miss. Hold on. Does it stretch? Uh, you know what? I'm not, I'm going to save that for later. I missed. What do you think? There's something bigger coming. Yeah. This is their arms right here. Dude. There's making sound effects in the background. Like, uh, we'll, which number one, uh, is going to use this long sort against Valis. Uh, Ooh, that'll hit 37. We'll, we'll definitely hit, uh, 14 to Valis. That will reduce him to 58 hit points. War Forge Knight number two.

Uh, same thing. Long sword against, uh, iron hide. That'll hit. Uh, 16 damage. Uh, War Forge Knight number seven is going to swing at Una. Ooh, that'll miss. Crit one. Totally, totally missed. Um, Malchus, your turn. Really again already? Um, so skip you if you like. No, no, no. Uh, I was just going to come around pretty quick. That's cool. Um, so if I were to make a stealth check, like I described earlier, how many people would get to perception against it? Like is it literally like nine perception checks against me? Cause then it's not worth it no matter what the role is.

No, no, no, no. It'd be, uh, anyone who is within like four, uh, uh, four squares of you. Uh, I am going to take a standard action and shoot a shot at number two there. Uh, who's in front of iron hide. Uh, do you do do powers? Um, bolt, uh, attack. Um, no, I don't have any bonuses going. Oh, he's bloody. Uh, plus one cause he's bloodied and I have that teethling blood feast thing. Cool. Uh, and plus one bonus and roll. And then I'm going to, uh, step that way and in my turn. Okay. All right. Breeze turn. Uh, she is going to move down. Okay. She's going to move down and, uh, she is going to, uh, force blast number seven.

That's going to hit 22 damage. And it's going to knock him back into this bush and Breeze got to charge her next turn. Jadzia your turn. All right. First question. Um, did I get number five soul when I killed him? I didn't say. I'm going to say you're still getting used to it. I'm going to give you this one. Thank you. I'll try to remember. That's okay. Okay. And then I'm going to move one, two, three, four, five, six. And then I'm going to curse number one. And then I'm going to use dire radiance against number one. Miss I am going to use heroic effort, which will give me a plus four.

So 23 sweet. All right. And then damage is that nine plus one, 10. And then I'm going to tell Valis to move back towards me. Like I'm going to yell at him, like, come here. Cause if the guy moves closer to me, he'll take damage on his next turn. All right. Uh, iron hide your turn. All right. I'm just going to use a green flame blade, I guess on a number two. Definitely going to use number two and I'm going to roll please hit that hit. Oh, 17, 17 will hit. What are you talking about? That's damage. I mean, 17 or 10 that hit that you hit will totally hit. Uh, 17 damage.

Uh, yep. He's, he's already bloodied. So anything else? More than ever. I'm just going to pop another potion. All right, Duncan, your turn. Okay. I'm going to hit somebody this time. Um, but first I'm going to use majestic. I'm going to let, uh, thorough use majestic word. Um, so he gets to spend a helium burst for healing surge plus one D six plus my charisma modifier. Um, I guess I roll the one D six. Yes. Okay. My charisma modifier is five. Okay. A little more. And roll. That's not right. Um, 25, including my healing search. Okay. I can't clear my toolbar. The bottom won't go away for some reason.

Hit the clear button. I can't hit it cause the toolbar on my computer won't go away for some reason. That's what I'm saying. Okay. Then I'll roll it for you. Okay. Thank you. Three to your healing plus five. So eight plus five, eight plus the 18. Yes. And then, and then I'm just going to do a melee basic attack. Okay. Um, on good old number three plus two because I'm flanking and roll. Didn't work. Let's try that again. Let's do and roll. That time it worked 17 motherfucker. It was going to hit. That's why it didn't roll the last time. I can ever hit. I don't know.

You and Doral having a terrible day. Anything else? Um, I use the minor action. I'm good. Okay. Uh, okay. So Valis, uh, Valis is, okay. You want him to move back before he does. He's going to like kind of like he hears you. He's like, come on back this way. And he's like, okay, just like one more time. It's like, I'm going to hit him one more time. Just like, just swing first before he walks away. Uh, that'll miss. Okay. So he is going to move back and which is going to get a, he did not take it that way. Uh, that'll be a hits. That was very literal. Uh, that will bloody Valis.

Well, now I guess I'll give him a potion my next turn. He's fiercely loyal, not incredibly intelligent. He's just big and stupid, regular face. Uh, warforged knight. That's stupid. Uh, warforged knight number two. He just, he's just eager to please. Uh, longsword attack against Duncan. That'll hit. Ooh, that's a crit. 18 damage to Duncan. Uh, that's stupid. Bam. 18 damage. That'll bloody Duncan. Oona, your turn. Okay. Look back at Bree, grin, punch the sky. Yeah. Woo hoo. And run up to number seven. I guess I'll just, I don't want to get right in front of him, but that's all I have the capacity for because I'm slow as fuck.

Um, and just a regular old virtuous strike here. You get a plus two for him being, uh, doesn't matter. Yeah. And um, as a minor divine sanction. Okay. Uh, that is the end of the round. Uh, it's time for more arrows guys. Woo. Arrows. Not me, not me, not me, not me. Two. Okay. One, two and five. Sorry. So Duncan, Oona, tits and tits and Yenwoo. Tits first. Yeah, you're fine. I'm the tits. They are targeting tits tonight guys. Targeting uh, Yenwoo's tits. Yeah. Good thing he's wearing bikini mail. Others. I get that reference. Here we go. Going down the line, starting with Duncan. 23 versus AC.

No. Uh, 29 versus Oona's AC. Yep. That's a yes. Um, 16 versus Yenwoo's AC. Nope. My monster lips. Well, I mean, you didn't take damage, but you did get, like you did get hit. Like it bounced off. Right. Uh, Oona takes 17 damage. Oh God. Fly into the mantra, Justin. Okay. Actually, you know what? Yeah, you are. I'm imagining him chanting the mantra and then watching all these arrows all around him. He's just like, Hey, winner, winner, chicken dinner. Okay. From the back of this field, you're hearing the sound of a rending metal. It sounds horrific as this giant creature stands up.

Shit. And it sounds like it's letting loose a roar. That's not exactly what's happening. What's happening is that, uh, it was powering up and it just kind of like, it's, it's, it's almost like it's stretching and as it's doing so, the metal that comprises it is rubbing against itself. It sounds horrific. It's, it's just this ear splitting shriek. Um, and it's going to start, uh, after, after a moment, it's going to start walking towards you and the city. Uh, Thor on your turn. Uh, Christ. Uh, I guess I'll do, let's see. Uh, well shit, my aspects don't really do much as far as my stances are concerned.

So I guess I'll do aspect of the cunning Fox again. Okay. Uh, then melee basic attack on three. That'll miss. Miss. You know what? Uh, let's do heroic effort and see if that does it. Yeah. That'll do it. And that'll be 18 damage. Let's do offhand. That'll miss. Jesus Christ. Uh, well I think that's it. Uh, Fi your turn. Okay. Um, so tactical trick will get me up to there. Um, and give me combat advantage because he is next to one of my allies. Jeez. I'm going to go for the high ground. My allies. Okay. Um, and just the main. He's link prone too, so. Okay. So I'm gonna have basic with a plus four.

That's everything I can do. Okay. Yenward your turn. I want to give those chaps some assistance. Sorry, I was muted again. I'm going to go back to the well and uh, Chuck the storm rider at number two again. That will miss. Yeah, I know. It's a crit miss. I'm sorry. Uh, we're going to catch my thing. Uh, we're tonight. Number one, uh, is going to move towards Chad. See a fuck. That's my third mess. Uh, nine damage. Who's going to fall down dead. Oh, okay. What you got? Oh, that's adorable. Okay. Um, war fortune knight number two, uh, is going to use his long sword attack against uh, iron hide.

Yep. That's that. That'll hit and 13 damage. That'll bloody iron hide. She's my soul fortune. War fortune knight number seven is going to stand up. Uh, and he is going to take a long sword swing at Una. Uh, that'll hit and 11 damage. Uh, Malchus your turn. Okay. Um, yeah, I'll fire at number seven. Okay. Another eldritch bolt. Uh, plus one because he's bloodied. That'll hit. Uh, and then damage. 19 damage. That will kill it. Cool. Now I'll kind of sidestep up here. Okay. Anything else? That's it. Uh, Bree's going to charge 27. That'll be a plus five to our next attack.

If it lands Jadzi, your turn. All right. Um, Jadzi is going to pass Valis the potion and she's going to say very sternly, don't die. And then she's going to run back into battle. And then she will hit number two with a eldritch blast. Yes, that'll miss. Sadly, I can't wait. What's iron hide to hit on? I'm going to use my magic weapon. The one that can hit two and I'll aim the next one at number three. That'll also miss it. The exact same. Wow. Oh, well worth it. Two sevens lucky number. Jadzi, uh, Jared. Go again. Fuck it. Jadzi again. One more time. Okay. Iron hide your turn.

Uh, green flame blade on number two. I miss. He's really good. Nope. I'm going to use motherfucker catch up with you. He's lithe as hell. I get to, um, I think that's what it does. A close blast three. It gives you a sword magic. Uh, each enemy in the block. No, this isn't it. The fuck? What you doing, bro? Echoes of sword magic is if I miss, then I get to. All right. Trigger. You used a sword magic at will attack power that turns that, uh, that turn that didn't hit the target. Okay. So, yeah, guess 42. Okay. That will kill it. Oh my God. Thank you. Thank Jesus. All done, sir.

Oh, I will down a potion. My last potion. Minor action down a potion. That's 10, 10 hit points for you. Uh, Duncan, go ahead. Okay. Minor action. I'm going to use dwarven resilience. Uh, so I get my second wind. That is healing. Surge is a plus. Okay. Anything or is it just the healing search? Uh, healing search. Then you get a plus two to all your defenses till the end of your next turn. Okay. So I'll go ahead and add that myself. So you're not, yeah. Um, and I will use war song strike against my agile buddy. Number three here. And no, wait. Okay. Yeah, I hit him. That's a hit.

Okay. Jesus. Okay. Um, so, uh, that was one D eight plus nine. Okay. 13 damage. Never bloody it. Woo. Anything else? Um, if anybody hits him before the end of my next turn, they get a plus four temporary hit points. Okay. Uh, Valis is just going to take his turn and side over right up next to Jadcia here. We're working with three, uh, is going to use his long sword against Duncan. Uh, that'll hits and damage is 15. That'll bloody Duncan. Ouch. Uh, Ooni, your turn. Okay. Um, I'm going to spend my move to get up like two squares because I'm slow as fuck. Uh, yeah. Okay.

Um, and then I'm going to spend my standard to do a heel check on myself. Do I need to roll for that? Uh, yeah, that's just pretty much to activate your second wind. You just, you just activating your second wind or you just using a heel check on yourself? Um, I would just say heel check for now. Yes. That okay? Yes. Okay. Good. Okay. Do I need to roll heel? Yeah. That will not quite do it. Damn it. Sure. Um, anything else? Um, uh, fuck. Um, guess not. Nope. Okay guys, that's fifth round. Here's what's going to happen. First of all, we're going to throw another fire pot into the pit here.

Uh, two. Who's number two? Uno, dos, no. All right. D 20 plus 14 versus your AC. 21 versus your AC. Yes. Hey, that will not hit you. So this thing's going to come crashing down and you will be able to protect against it. You will not be able to protect against. Uh, here's what we're going to do. Um, we're going to add three more war forge Knights. And that, that big thing that you were hearing, he left. I left the gas on. Shit. That's what he was doing. His cuss. Fuck. Sorry guys. Uh, he, let's add him. There he is. Oh, back to the top of the, Oh, wait, wait, sorry.

Jeez. I forgot to roll initiative for these guys. That would have been embarrassing. Right? Come on. So this bears a striking resemblance to the war forage Titan that you fought before, but this is larger and he's coded in these huge, like, uh, these serrated saw blades. Uh, and we'll get to that in just a bit. Uh, back to the top of the order. Start. Oh, uh, Jason, I almost forgot my worst song was kill them all by Metallica in honor of the, uh, Metallica album cover that you described earlier. So all right. Um, so let me see where, uh, I guess I will just do aspect of the combo.

Actually. Well, you know what? I'm going to, I'm going to wait on that. I've got an idea. I don't know how, if I can pull this off, but I'm gonna try this, um, melee basic attack and kinda, kinda depends on whether or not I can actually kill this thing. Okay. That's helpful. Well, that's a hit and 20 damage dead. Yeah. Cool. And you get plus four, uh, hit points. Very good. Cool. I'll add that right now. Uh, actually I don't know how to do 10 points. I'll take care of it. You go ahead. Um, let me see. Um, I'm going to try to get just a little bit out of the way of this thing since I haven't moved yet.

Um, one, two, four right there. And then I'm, I'm going to use healing lore and, uh, have Una spend a healing surge. Oh, thank you. Just don't hit me again. Okay. So because I spent a healing surge, I can spend another healing surge, right? Yes you do. And you also get five temporary hit points. Oh yeah. Uh, Fi, your turn. Um, I am going to delay. All right. Yanward, your turn. Okay, hold on. I'm trying to get to the power I want to use. I have something called mighty surge. When you use a healing surge, I don't want to move. Um, but this is special. Uh, you get, you spend a healing surge and you also gain a plus two power bonus to all defenses and a plus one power bonus to attack rolls until the end of your next turn.

Hmm. Yeah. Until the end of the encounter, each time you spend a healing surge, you gain a plus two power bonus to all defenses and a plus one power bonus to attack rolls until the end of your next turn. So yeah. Yes. I'm doing that. Can you hit that for me? Because I have this big loading thing in most of my life. That's what now? What power? Sorry. Um, it's just a healing surge. Oh, just a healing surge. Okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I gain a plus two power bonus. Boom. You're back up to full health. 92. Okay. Anything else? Nope. That's fine. Lord of the forged. Good luck guys.

I really do wish you the best of luck. Thanks. It's the most sarcastic. It's not sarcastic. No, I, I, I was more talking about Tom's thanks. Like, Oh, okay. Um, this thing is going to move forward and each time it's stuck, it's just this, this, this, it's almost like it's destroying the ground beneath it as it moves. And it's again, just coated in like these serrated blades and it's going to hold its one arm up and there's no hand attached to the one arm. Um, and it's going to start firing saw blades at you. Oh my God, that's really scary. You have to kill man, go home.

And he can do that. Let's see. Not me, not me. He can fire at up to three of you. So uh, let's do Thoril, Bree and Una. All right. This is versus your reflex. The matcha works guys. Crit mist to Thoril, definite hit to Bree, definite hit to you. I could have used a win there. 29 damage. She's standing on the, uh, okay nevermind. Can I, can I jump back in after this? You sure can go right ahead. Okay. Um, so I'm just going to move back up. So one, two, four, five, six. Hold on. I can get there with six, can't I? Hold on, hold on, hold on. Okay. So, uh, Hunter's quarry.

Uh, designate your nearest enemy. Um, that Lord of the forge is three squares away from me as is war for tonight. Number 11. So I'm going to designate the order of the forge as my quarry. Um, and I'm going to, uh, I'm going to use backstab as well. And my, on my range basic set. So I get a plus three to that and I still fucking miss. That's everything I can do. All right. Now kiss your turn. Let's see. Stealth check. How many rounds has it been? Uh, this is the sixth round. So I get a plus 12 to stealth. Yep. I will vanish into the crowd. Uh, so I'm rolling D 20 plus 17. 25 and there's no one within four spaces.

No, it wouldn't matter. Yeah. You're you are essentially unnoticed. Cool. Uh, I ditch my tracker necklace. Okay. And I start heading back toward winter Haven. Okay. Uh, is that the end of your turn? That is the end of your turn. Uh, is that the end of your turn? That's the end of my combat. I think the fuck are you doing? Okay. Being a little bitch. Leaping us up to dry. Come on guys. This is all about the war. Now, now that it actually happens, um, I'll be back. Never. He breaks. Wow. Okay. A war force. War force night. Number 10. Two, three, four, five. I'm going to move towards the world.

I'm going to use night's honor. That will hit damage 17. War for tonight. Number nine. I'm going to move towards fee. I'm going to use night's honor. That'll hit 14 damage. That'll bloody fee. Oh God. Breeze turn. Oh. We, ah man. What? Just trying to think of what to do here. I mean, this. Breeze down to 12 hit points. Like all of her dailies involve getting close to this then. I'll wrap to her, give her a potion. I can also use, um, uh, divine bodyguard on her. Okay. So look, here's what we're going to do. We'll take some of the damage leads. This could all fall apart.

She's going to, she's going to back up one and use force blast against this thing. And that Jesus 25 is going to miss. Um, that's weird. Yeah. Is it really? Uh, Jatsu, your turn. All right. Um, I'm going to move up. One, two, three, four, five. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. Wonderful. All right. I am going to use hunger of hate are, which, um, does stuff. We'll see if I hit it. Ooh, stuff. Yeah. Fuck. All right. I am going to use my lucky charm. Um, miss with an attack or fail a skill check. Isn't the best. Um, the village checker, saving throw a roll a D six and add the result to your attack.

Well, that doesn't sound like it'll be enough. That's one. Okay. Wait, I have one more cheat somewhere. Um, I think you can use lucky charm twice a fight. No, no, it's daily. Um, you can however use dark ones on luck. That's what I was looking at. I roll a role. I dislike I am going to roll again because this is a daily and I won't fucking use it. Fuck. It's less than the first one. Okay. That was going to be really cool. It was going to engulf him in darkness and stop. You guys don't have any idea. It's going to be awesome. It's going to be so cool. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.

Sorry. Um, I have hidden sniper power, which means when I am concealed, I get a plus two to all attacks. That's still going to miss. That's the sixth turn. Ironhide your turn. Well, it was a 17 the first time and then it was an 18 that was a 19, but that's still going to miss. Okay. He's going to move right here. It's going to use whirling blade on the Lord of forged. That's going to miss. And then he's going to use no. Anything else, sir? Um, yeah, Duncan, your turn. Okay. Um, first off, I'm going to use glimpse the future. It's a daily. Um, I get to roll three.

I get to roll D 20 three times and I keep the highest role. And then once before the end of the encounter, I can use that role to replace any, anybody within 10 squares of me, uh, their D 20 role. So needs. Yeah. Hopefully, except I've been rolling twos and threes this whole time. So let's see what happens here. Uh, there's a one, there's 12. There's 20. Okay. So, uh, I get to keep the crit and replace that with someone else's role later. That is bad. Which quarter are you going to keep though? I'm going to keep the 12. No, I'm going to keep that. Um, uh, and then I'm also, I'm going to use another daily on, uh, the Lord of the forged.

It's malevolent mischief. Um, I'll probably miss, but Hey, let's give it a shot. Right. Okay. Let's 10 roll. Hit. I hit him. Okay. That is a hit. And let's do, yeah, let me give you a hint. Don't target his fucking AC. Yeah. That was, that was reflex. No, I'm saying, yes, that's the one you want to target maybe. Um, so that was a 18 damage. Yep. Um, also, uh, he's affected by ill luck. So um, no good at the craft stable. If anybody hits him every time it says, uh, when affected by ill luck, the target is slowed until the end of his next turn, whenever you were an ally hits it.

So he can shoot blades at people. I don't think he's going to be worrying about like speed, but that's good. I hit him. I'm happy. You did. I'm going to back up. So I hate to interrupt, but I was just reading the power that I was using and I don't think I have to hit him for the effect to take place. Could someone read it for me in case I'm reading it wrong? Let's see. Hunger of hate. Which power? The birth creates a zone of darkness until the end of your next turn blocking lawn of sight creatures that enter start the zone. Take damage. Oh yeah, no, no, no, no.

That's just to do a secondary attack to hit. Cool. Yeah. All right. It's going to engulf him entirely, but no one else. That's what I liked about that attack. Oh, um, I'm also not going to count this cause I fucked up, but willing blade actually attacks another person in five blocks. That's my fuck up. So I'm not actually going to like campaign to like do that right now. I fucked up. So there you go. Just tell me. Let it ever break down. We all hate you for it. That's that's appropriate thing. I salute you now and thank you very much. Hey, did Rob say he dropped his little medallion thing?

Yeah. Yes. Don't worry. Yes. Could one of us pick it up? I don't know where it is. Like you're a little busier at the moment. I just wanted to note it for later. So right. Yeah. Let's focus on not dying and then how about you see if you live first? Yeah. Okay. So, uh, okay, so then the, uh, Valis, um, man, one, two, three, four, five. He's going to cycle next to chat. See, I have, I have one ranged one, two, three, four, five. I guess Valis is going to use the cat and hunt. It's not going to drag him towards him, but I mean, you know, uh, yep. Awesome. Rip his head off.

I doubt it. 30 damage. God damn it. That's pretty good. Yeah. That's go Valis. Uh, War Forged Knight number 11. It's going to get up next to Fae, use his long sword and that will hit. Uh, 14 damage. Amuna, your turn. Alrighty. Okay. Um, divine bodyguard on Bree. All right. Um, so I'm going to take half damage for her until the end of the encounter. So I'm going to die this time. Um, and let's go. Shit. Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit. Um, okay. Second wind. What does that do? Exactly. Uh, second wind, you get to pop a healing surge, uh, and all of your defenses go up by two until the end of your next turn.

That is a standard action that you won't get to attack. But, kinda useful, ah fuck. Okay, yeah, I guess I'll pop my, um. All right, that'll put you back up to full health. Yep. All done? Yeah, divine challenge on, actually never mind, I can't do that. Okay. Yeah, you already, okay. Um, god, time for another fire pot, guys. Yay. Seven, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, nine, ten. So you're number eight. Fuck. You know, I realized a flaw in your own system just now. What's that? They can never hit Valus or Bree. They can. You roll ten, right?

Valus and Bree are nine to ten. Oh, that's true. Oh, oops, yeah, sorry. I was here. Anyway, I'll take it. You had me second guessing myself for a second. Oh, okay. 29 versus Jadzi is anything. Anything. We're not supposed to see Valus and Bree, right? Not their hit points, no. Valus is gonna use bodyguard. Oh, shit. 3d12 plus ten. 34 to Valus. He's very much bloodied. Yeah, he is going to kind of jump in the way of this fire pot and eat this fucker. Now, the one good thing about this is he is fire resistant, so shave ten off that. Oh, that's helpful. Okay. It is.

He still took 24 damage, so he is still bloodied and down to 29 hit points. Doril, your turn. All right. Aspect of the Cunning Fox and then melee basic attack on War Fortune 9 number ten. Yes. Hits. That's a crit. Oh, sorry. That was a hit. It is almost a crit. Damage. 21. Natural 20. Offhand. That'll miss. Shit. I'll take a free action to shift two spaces over here. Kind of put him in between me and the forge, yes. The forge, yeah. That big fucker. Yeah. Let's put something in between him. Yee, n-word, your turn. Okay. So what I want to do is I'd really like to use bull charge against him, but I don't know if that works out logistically.

Six, seven. What's your move speed? You just head on his toe. It's adorable. I'll get him there on seven. Yeah. Okay. I can use that. Go ahead. Yes, okay. Go ahead and just move him right up to him. Bull charge. It's going to be versus his 42. That'll be interesting. Yes. 36. 36 will hit. Great. Okay. Now, on bull charge, it says I get to make a secondary attack after I hit him. Is that anything I want it to be? The attack is strength versus fortitude. You not get prone. I bet you think it's like a melee. It says you push the target one square, you then shift one square to a square the target vacated to make a secondary attack against the target.

Okay. So is that- Oh, oh, don't do that. Don't do that. Yeah, you're in the fire, man. Yeah, don't. He's already done it. He doesn't have much- Use the sands of time, quickly. You're going to take damage. Okay, fine. If you enter, start your turn in the zone, you take 2D10 necrotic. So let's roll 2D10. I'm sorry. 10 damage to you. It's fine. I have a lot of health. It sucks. He does. I'm going to roll the damage for the charge itself. Can the secondary attack be anything I want it to be? No. Okay. What is that? Basically, you're rolling the bull charge again. Oh, okay.

I like that. Because that's 4D10 plus 8, everybody. And I get that plus 1 power for the mighty surge earlier. So what do I add to this whole equation? Plus 1. Hey, why don't you go ahead and add 1D12 extra damage for alter fate while you're at it, since you're kicking him so hard. Okay. Ok, I'll just roll it, that's it. 1, 2, oops. Just have to do a little math. No, I only wanted 1. I'm sorry. 4. So that is 33 damage? And I get to roll it again? That'll be fun. 4, 32. 32, now this doesn't- no no no no no No, hold it back. back back back back back back back Back up, you're just rolling the attack again.

If you land the attack, it knocks him prone, that's all it does. Oh, I got you, ok I misunderstood what you said, I'm sorry. I thought I was really about to fuck him up. Well, I mean knocking him prone is good. My mistake. 37. That knocks him prone. Nice. That's pretty sexy, yeah. Anything else? Back up. Oh, I'm gonna be there. Dangled it in front of him and took it away. It's cruel. I forgot. The Lord of the Forge is going to stand up. Take 17 damage. And then he's gonna take- ok. He's gonna take 17 damage. Not because you said so. It's his idea, not because you told him to.

See, it was useful, it just also hurt the Minotaur. He is going to use stomp. Shat hole. And he's going to raise his gigantic foot and it's just this screeching fucking sound of metal. Is he? 23 versus reflex. Even if you pop that it wouldn't matter. 3d12+15. 38 damage to Yen. Shit. The cruelty is that he does an attack against his reflex anyway. Yeah. Yeah, that's true actually. So he is going to bring this foot down and stomp Yenward into the ground. Ah, Fi, your turn. This is looking bleak. Okie dokie. So, tactical trick. When leaving squares adjacent to your allies you do not prevent attack of opportunity.

So I'm gonna go over to there. And then, is neck and a potion a minor? It's a minor, yeah. Yeah, it's a minor. I'm gonna neck a potion then. Neck. Yep. What do I have to... It's just a minor, it's a +10 to your hit points. Oh, ok. I'll take care of that, you go ahead and do your other thing. Okie dokie. So, backstab for a +3. It doesn't specify that it has to be a melee and psychic surge. Which is the only thing that I have that targets reflex. That hit. So I get... Ooh, 2d6 backstab. 5. So that, plus 5. 11 damage. 11 damage, alright. Is that it? That's everything.

That's very pleasant of you, thank you. Longsword attack to Thoril from Warforged number 10. That will hit. Shoot, damn. Go right into damage. 16 damage to that old bloody Thoril. Number 9 is going to swing at Una with a Longsword attack. That will hit. Do I still have the +2? Not that that matters, just kidding, nevermind. 18 damage. Oh man. 3. Ok, when she does decimate, it makes her take damage too, right? She takes a quarter of whatever she deals out. But she can use Overload, which does no damage to her, but she'll be right next to this fucking thing. Is it... can she grab Potion from me on her way there?

No, that's kind of, yeah. Um... Man, she's at 12 hit points, that's... 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. *sigh* Uh, she's gonna use Overload. That is a miss, she does half damage on a miss though, so... Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, I wanna credit. I wanna give her my 20. Yes! Fucking sexy. Wait, what happened? Remember, I have... Oh, he banked it, yeah. I banked the thing from earlier, I had a crit. Oh, geez, you're handing her a critical? Yeah, 'cause that's what Glimpse the Future does. When I rolled those 3d20, I get to hold onto it and give it to someone else later when they miss.

Oh, Daniel, I love you. Daniel from the third. Fucking damage. Can I check it? 82 damage. Oh, gorgeous. Bloody's the fucking titan. 1, 2, 3. Brianna is knocked back three squares with the force of her own blast. Uh, and lands prone next to this fucking... This, uh, this warforged... This asshole. This guy. The shotgun blasted herself. This warforged, the Lord of the Forged, is going to timber. Just clean... It's going to knock it clean over and it's going to go prone. Again, horrible noises. Jadzia, your turn. Awesome. Okay. First I'm going to point at Valis and say, "Take the fucking potion." He will.

Okay. He totally will. Then she's gonna move. So I'm concealed. And then I'm going to use the Iron Spike of Dis. Oh, also, should I, um... Question mostly for Yenn-ward here. Should I sustain that area? Because it will do damage to you again, but it will also do damage to the robot again. You can let that go. That would be great. Okay, I will let it go. I wasn't sure how low you really were. Okay, then I will let that go in a second because right now I'm doing this. -Pit? -Pit! Alright, Iron Spike of Dis. Boop! 27 damage and the target is immobilized. And we win the war.

-And it's immobilized. -Yeah, that. Prone, thank God. Immobilized in prone, yes. So he has to beat the immobilization before he can stand up again. Wow. Bitch! Hit my boyfriend? Fuck you. Not really, not yet. Anything else, move? I'm good. Alright, Ironhide, your turn. He's gonna let loose a nasty scream and then run right up to him. Gonna use Dimensional Thunder. Please hit. That'll miss. Okay. He's gonna use an action point and go for a Purify Wings. Hit. That will hit. It's gonna do this stuff. Okay, there's gonna be a fire damage on him. Save ends. That's gonna be 5 damage every turn.

Please say it's a lot of damage that we're gonna hit him for. 32! 32 damage, gorgeous. Hey, I got news for you. That first attack, did you add 2 because he was prone? Oh, no I didn't. Well then that hits. Oh shit! Purify Wings also hit. I'm happy. Plus another 20. 20 damage, gorgeous. Anything else? Well, I mean, don't think there's anything else I can do. Oh, a Miner. I'm gonna put a Geese out of a sword on him. Okay. He has to hit me. Duncan, your turn. Alright. First off, I'm gonna move right about there. Secondly, as a Miner action, I am going to do another Majestic Word on Thoril.

So, he gets a healing surge plus 12. So, okay. There you go. And also, if you want to slide one square for some reason, Thoril, you can. I don't know. It's up to you. Then I'm going to use Tune of Ice and Wind. Now, here's what it says. Standard action area burst 1 within 10 squares. Right. So, you pick an area within 10 squares and you target it and then it just bursts one from there. Like, let's say you picked, like, right here. Yeah. It would do these squares here. So, basically, I'm just hitting cowboy here. Yeah. Okay. Sorry, I didn't mean to say that. It's old habit.

I know. It's okay. It's okay. Well, I'm actually gonna do it, like, right at the top of him. Okay. So, he gets the End Word. Good. Well, it's gonna get the End Word in there, but it's enemy within the burst. Right. It doesn't matter. The reason is because if I hit him, it says, "Effect, you slide each ally into the burst of three squares." So, I can slide the End Word if he wants to go. Ooh. So, I'm going to attack him and it's plus 2, right? Because he's prone. Yep. Okay. Let's see if it works. Nope. It didn't. So, but does the effect still happen, even if I don't?

I'm gonna give you the plus 1 for being speedy because you did kind of have things planned out right away. So, that'll hit. Okay. So, it hit? That hit. Sweet. Okay. Then I will just roll my damage on him. 10 damage. 10 damage on him. On top of that, he is, I mean, he's slowed to my next turn, or still savings, but he's not really moving, so it doesn't matter. And also, like I said, the End Word can slide if he wants. Alright. Valus's turn. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Ahhh. Valus is going to... fuck it. Let's pop a daily. From Hell's Hearts. Yeah. That's a fucking crit. Nice. Woo!

Good job! That will kill, that will kill the Lord of the Forge. I imagine they're all fucked and they're just gonna start retreating now. And then we win the war. Oh, yeah. We did it, guys. Wow. Warforge Knight number 11 is going to raise its longsword. Oh, no. And stab down at Brianna. Do it, bitch. That will hit. That will knock her out. Una, your turn. I was muted. Oh my god. I would take half damage for her. Oh, Jesus, you're right. Okay, so that will not quite knock her out. And you're gonna take... okay, cool. Okay. Now it's my turn? Now it's your turn. Okay. Shift over 1.

Throw the potion down at her and tell her to get back. And... Cocksuckers. You know what? Win Fury Assault, just for funsies. I'm not even gonna fly, but fuck it. Let's do number 11, 'cause fuck that one. I don't get any pluses, do I? Nope. Nope. That's gonna miss. Crit miss. Cocksucking. Fuck waffles. Okay. Well, that's shitty, but I can at least put a Divine Sanction on it. Anything else? That sounds like you want it to be, but there isn't anything else. There's nothing that I can do, but I'm so angry. End of the round. These warforged are going to start letting loose these godawful sounds.

Like painful shrieks, is what it is. As the ones around you start to twist, their facial features are just going to contort in agony. And their metal skin is going to start to corrode and rust. It looks like they're dying a very painful death. And each and every one of them that are in your presence are going to drop dead. Ironhide, roll an Endurance check, please. Aw, shit. Noooooo. Let me, hold on. Okay. 26. Ironhide's going to live, but he's going to be in a tremendous amount of pain. That hurts. My heart doesn't want to be inside of me anymore. It wants to climb out of my fucking mouth.

It's a good play, Brianne. He's fucking dead. We're done. We're fucking done. We're in to the end of the fucking encounter, thanks. I didn't wait until anything. You're going to have to take that up with Malchus Grimness. We're going to talk about that in just a second here. Like you couldn't have done that when it was like- Five turns ago? Wasn't my choice. I'm not the one holding the orb. So what the fuck is this like? Is it like, we're slightly at the end of- Sorry. At the end of Return of the Jedi? No. What's happening- Like he's tearing apart. Okay, let's- okay, one thing at a time.

Scanning the battlefield, you can see that the same thing that happened to the Warforged that you were fighting is happening all over. And it's- they're dropping like flies. Now, that is a good thing in that the army you are fighting has just been- not just cut in half, like it's gone. Like almost completely gone. Beyond a few scattered Warforged that are still rusting, but standing. They can fight, but it's not nearly going to be the same impact. Sadly, the Warforged that were on your side have also begun to drop. And even Ulfin Titangriff is dead. Gone.

Corroded and just rusted to shit. It looks like they're- of the 900 that were brought into battle, it looks like maybe 15 or 20 are left. Would Jadzia like to do an arcane check here on Ironhide? Yes, I think I'll do an arcana check. 21. 21. Ironhide isn't dead. But that doesn't mean he's not dying. Picture this like cancer for Warforged. Shit. Where are we? That's, uh... Looking around, Malkus Grimness is nowhere to be found. He appears to have slipped clean off. Okay, just to know the nature of this, how's Fae's arm doing? Fae's arm looks to be- looks to be fine, actually.

So it's what, like corroding their soul? Or- and yes, it's- Yes. Um... Yeah, this is- this- like his arm appears to be fine for the moment. It doesn't appear to be attacking like a lone appendage. This appeared to be targeting just the Warforged. I think that's probably a pretty good time for us to stop tonight. I love you, this is awkward. I've gotta take the longest walk ever. Hi Rob. Rob, you can suck 80 dicks. 160. I'm torn. I heard what Ironhide was saying before the battle. Actually, it was kind of a dick move to wait until we've killed the biggest one to do that.

You guys doing this? Alright, cool. Yeah, it's, um... Your thoughts? Really unfortunate thing. Like, it would have been okay, like I would have understood if it had happened before the big guy dropped. At least I could have understood it. We were all fine, nobody even died. Hey guys, we're forgetting something much more important. Duncan's pretty cool when he gets dumped out. Dude, that crit was so good. That was the most satisfying thing. Brianna and Valus got to do stuff. I know. Okay, here's the deal. If I do that against a notable kill, can I get an assist?

Oh yeah. That's an asterisk. That's totally, that's an assist. Cause I'll never get a notable kill, but I can get an assist. You could be the Scottie Pippen to a Michael Doolittle. Did you even make a basketball reference to him? Oh Jesus Christ, I think I did. Was it accurate, Tom? It wasn't accurate. It wasn't accurate? Okay, see, it was. It said it was accurate enough. It was? Thank you. Yes. The John Stockton to the Karl Malone probably would have been more accurate. Give me, Jesus, come on, give me a break. I got it ballpark. That's pretty good. Yes. Two guys, same sport, same team.

That's an A+ for Jason. Thank you. They're all black. Oh, that's terrible. Okay. Do you guys, do you feel like we lived up to the hype in this episode? Do you feel like we gave listeners a payoff that they're going to... Are we going one by one or are we... I don't care. Like, I mean, fucking talk all over each other. It doesn't matter. We're done. I think we started slow, but we picked up. Yeah. I'm going to go punch through a fucking wall now. So yeah, I think so. Goodness gracious. Oh my goodness. I'm sorry. I know it's selfish, but it feels good to do something cool for once after being in Rodswell for so long.

He never did anything cool. He was right there. He was pretty bad. He was pretty righteous. He was cool with the kids. He was just like, oh, I'm going to heal you. There's not even a good heal. I guess Rodswell did some cool stuff on group three, but... Yeah. Becoming a clown shoo. Nothing really is more cool than being like, oh, you got the huge daily that you're doing here. Let me give you a crit die. Yeah. Oh well. But anyway. That was awesome. The show was pretty cool. That was really cool. I like that power. I like the show. I liked it. I had fun. It's long. How many episodes is this going to be?

One. Whoa. It's the greater good. It's one episode and I will stay up all night. I thought you might split it into two and put one out Monday, one out Tuesday or something. Nope. Man, it's going to take me three days to download this. There wouldn't be a really good middle place to stop anyway. I'm looking for the battle, I think. No, I think one big because we haven't had one huge one forever. Man, Justin is pissed. No, I can't... Okay, so... Not dead. If I killed Ironhide, feasibly I could take his soul. But then what the fuck would we do with it? That's an interesting question.

We can't put it in a new Warforged, obviously. The problem is though, he doesn't have a soul. Yes, he does. That's the entire fucking point of the moral decision. They have souls. I just thought he... No, I didn't mean as a Warforged, I mean as Ironhide, he doesn't because he's a dick. That was my point. Yes, he's a dick. Yes, he's the dick. You came back from the dead and you were just making judgment calls about things. You heard about the film and you were stuff, but it was like, nah, you're a dick. It's much easier if you're just a dick. You totally grouped me in with those dudes and I didn't do anything.

You were just like, I don't care about that group at all. Let's kill him. And it's like, I didn't... I didn't say let's kill him. I know you didn't say let's kill him, but still, I think Duncan feels a little upset because he didn't do anything to make you angry and you just called him worthless. So you say like, "Eh, I have a soul." Oh my god, you're jumping to eleven. It's pretty racist. No, I'm sure plenty of Warforged have souls. Just not the ones in your neighborhood? He doesn't like you. He didn't... Look, I have plenty of friends that are Warforged, okay?

Trust me. They're just saying, Darmok had a soul, so everyone gets a soul. That's true, yeah. Anybody who listened to that episode, holy shit. Yeah, that was gruesome. That fucking awful... That is... Ladies and gentlemen listening at home... Feel free to send us an email at dnrpodcast@gmail.com. That's d-a-n-d-rpodcast@gmail.com. And let us know what is on your mind. Because I think, you know what we should do in June, we're all gonna be kind of sitting around together, let's do a fucking mailbag where we're all in the same room and just answer questions and record it.

Why not? That sounds awesome. Yes. Alright, so that is what we'll do, guys. We could do it as video. Well, yeah, we could. We'll see what happens, but I mean, yeah, I definitely want to get it in audio at the very least. But yeah, send us email about anything. But yeah, your thoughts on this. I'm wondering if anyone, like, I'm wondering what the split is now. Like, is Malchus Grimnus a hero? Are the Power Rangers heroes? Are any of us? I'm a hero. The Power Rangers are! Well, the Power Rangers, well, yeah, okay, that's a given. Yes. Did you hear this new movie coming out?

New Power Rangers movie? Really? Yeah. A reboot. I could get into that. Sounds cool. I mean, how corny could it be? Right. Exactly. Oh, god damn it. Oh my gosh. No, no, no. Can the prosthetics man build a whole body's worth of prosthesis? Well, again, it takes blood magic to bond it to something, so it's not really, it's kind of a stopgap measure, like to bond it to a human. Okay, let's suck the soul out of someone and then put Ironhide's body in them and then resurrect him. You mean Ironhide's soul? Because putting his body in there would really bring building.

Yeah, I mean, grind it up and, like, insert the screws in various orifices. I mean, you can try, you know. In various orifices. Did you just say that? No, you heard me wrong. Okay. She said something really pleasant. I don't think we did. Glorious borifices. I'm pretty sure I heard various screws and... I heard daffodil. I don't know. Daffodils? Fucking fun-erific daffodils. Fun-erific daffodils. Oh, god. God. I am drained. Find a way to make Ironhide stay alive somehow. I want to go hug my son. Oh, he's still to do the drawl. We still have to deal with Ian. Oh, yeah.

There's lots to deal with. He's got to deal with Malkus. So dead. I don't think Malkus wants to be dealt with. Huh? I don't think Malkus wants to be dealt with. I'm just rousing how much pain he's going to be in. How long is in his hit list now? So long. Not long enough, though. God, that... How did we get to the name of the weapon that he used to destroy so many fucking people? It's called the DR-SCI, which in elven means "clean slate." Nice. The final surge. It basically is! Malkus Grunis is kind of Hitler. No, I think really. I'm sure there's someone out there who's going to make the argument that...

Well, he did what he had made the tough choices. He did commit genocide. I mean, the hard numbers of it are. He could have said, "Why don't you do what's best for Germany?" He could have told Ironhide, "I'll give you a fighting chance. Get on the horse and fucking haul." Nothing. Nothing was said. Yeah. Poland was full of beast races. What could he do? Wow. Wow, Tom. Justin, if you need to unwind or something after this... I'm going to punch a wall or something like that. Just go off on a wall or something like that. And knock it down. That's the thing, like, you don't...

I mean, there's no... Here's the thing. None of you... Okay. You didn't know that there was a weapon. You didn't know that there was anything to do... The only thing that you know is Malkus disappeared during a fight. Which is bludgeoning worthy at the very least. If Ironhide took so much shit for standing in a fight and not helping... Imagine being in the fight of your life defending Winterhaven after all this stuff... And he just disappears. He walks out. Same battle that he said that we could just let them overrun him. We could see what they had. He was there at the end of the day fighting one of the biggest monsters ever.

Yeah. Against people. That thing was the largest thing you guys have fought so far. Okay, that's what I meant. That was bigger than the Titan Elite. That thing had some nasty stuff coming up. That's pretty fucking useless. At the end of the day, he's fighting things that don't have a mind of their own. They're in there, but they can't do shit about what they're doing. You know what the funny thing is about this, though? He could get around the whole thing with one bluff check. No, if Darcia sees the orb, all she has to do is see it. She'll have a +12. He can get rid of it.

He threw it in the river. Yeah. He gets rid of it and he's like, "Guys, I was fighting another one over there." And then bluff check. "Oop, okay, we're done." He's still cowardly enough to kill straight up as of Haladin's Chord. Leaving the battle of your life protecting innocents. But that was the thing, that he stealthed away, so really we didn't know. But we know he left the battle. Like I said, but now he can lie and say, "Hey, I was saving children on that side." He could totally bluff his way out of it. It's like, "Yo, guys, I went to the gate," because they were right there at the gate.

I have a good passive insight, so... Yeah, he'll have to out-bluff every single person in our group. Okay, but at the end of the day, we know it's somebody on this side. They wouldn't do that to their own forces just to kill off 900 more. We don't know anything. For all we know, it could be a disease. I'm saying, so, metagaming this. Imagine you're Rob Weezan. How long did he wait to use the stealth check? He waited until it was almost assured that he was going to... It would have to be ridiculous that he would fail. Why would he come back and try and bluff an entire party of people when the party is at fucking eight people with him in it?

Why take the risk? So you think he's just gone? I don't know what he's gonna do. He's shitty, he's just gone. Manhunt for Malchus. Not to mention, Malchus' bluff is at a plus 18. And the highest is Una at 23, so unless he fails miserably, he could very easily just bluff his way out of it. True, but there's also the mages. If they want to get cocky, they'll just say, like... They know at the end of the day what happened. And it doesn't really have to be passive insight, because if someone rolls an insight check, it'll still count. If they have reason to believe...

Didn't they roll an insight check when Draconis was bluffing about the... Nope, it was his passive insight. Oh, it was his passive? Never mind. I thought they rolled. No. It's totally possible we did it once on the show. Dan wanted to roll desperately. Yeah, I wanted to. Oh, fuck. Here's the thing. This isn't... An entire fucking race of people just disappeared. This isn't over. This is one bluff check wouldn't solve the... Oh, well then I guess we'll just stop looking. Things are going to be done about this. Every choice has a consequence. This is a big fucking choice.

At the end of the day, so many souls died today. All in one hour, pretty much. Just boom. They're all just gone. Well, speaking of boom, just gone, I'm going to go. My baby's crying, so I don't want to leave Danielle with that. Go punch your baby. I'm going to go punch your baby. Shake your baby till he stops. I'm available whenever, so just hit me up and we can do another one. Do we all have to do this again? Like all of us? Yeah. Kinda. Well, at least we have to start it with everyone. Yes. Okay, hopefully next week. Next week's group two. The week after? Well, I'm not saying I can't do it on Saturday, but Sunday's group two.

I'll just have to, I could do it on Saturday. It'd have to be afternoon, but I could do it. Okay. I'm free. I can do Saturday after like five. Alright, perfect. Okay, I'll talk to you guys later. Cool. Alright. Bye. Is Rod Swell around? Just out of curiosity. He sure is. Just like with no backup, just by himself. In the safe behind the walls of the Overwatch. Yeah. I'm gonna hem him up. Just walk in, they'll allow it. They'll allow it, dude. You're cool. There's nobody there anymore. There's a lot of shit for the people. Oh, there's a full, see here's the thing. There's a fully functional city behind the fucking Warforged threat, so there's still an army.

So there's gonna be a massive fight. Still a fight? God damn it, I can't believe I got that roll. Whew. Yeah, it was close. Yeah, can you imagine if you didn't? Oh my god. What was the minimum I had to get in order just not to die? What, just to not die? Yeah. 25. I hit it? He rolled a 26. Shite. That's what I was gonna tell you before you rolled. It's like, well before you rolled, oh never mind. And you just did it. And I was like, okay, well, never mind, you did okay. I didn't want to know, I just went to win. Oh, dude. We didn't die, you guys. Congratulations, well, one of you has- It's like a hollow victory.

One of us has super aids now, but- Hollow Warforged. It'll work out. Did you see, like, did you see the mood shift, like in the chat, where the- Wow, Rob, the ball's on you. Sorry, he's still hit. Wow. Did you see the mood shift, like you guys down that titan? The fucking Lord of the Forge. Like you down him, of your own accord. Didn't need to, like you did it by yourselves, you fucking, like, two crits on a daily, and like everything, you're just beating the shit out of this Avengers Assemble. Then seconds later, the entire mood shifts. We've got the last hit. 'Cause it was like- Ballas.

Ballas, yeah. Ballas fucking A. God, that fucking- Why did he wait? I'm so angry. Was that one of the things that had to happen? Like, oh wait, wait until they finish the battle, and then- I think he came down to, like, his turn. Right? Nope, nope, nope. Browns went by and he wasn't there. It'll be revealed. People are gonna notice that, like- Unless he spent that time killing Ian? Yeah, ah, we think alike. Yeah. That. What's up? He couldn't have killed Ian by himself, though. Why not? Like, Ian's got a fucking sword of- But he's invisible, he's just stabbed in the back.

Yeah, if he imagined between the Warforge dying and, like, the Thunderstrike or whatever, like, causing chaos inside the town, I can only imagine that there's just a whole bunch of chaos. He could probably try to get in through the- Even if he did kill Ian, fuck that kid. What he had to do is, like, run back to the wall, through- like, we're circled by a battle, so he had to, like, slip through those guys, climb up the wall, put the canister inside the, uh, inside one of the catapults I imagine, and then set it off, right? What, you mean the orb? Yeah, I mean, like, the- Oh, he just twists it and it just happens.

So he could just drop it and just haul ass. You can- yeah, it's just in his hands, he twists it, and boom. Like, he could've been ten feet away from us or a hundred miles. Okay, bye, Brie! Alright, I'll see you guys later, next week, hopefully. Have a good night! Fingers crossed. Yeah, yeah. I really want pleasure. See ya. You don't need Rob, technically. Nope, we don't. So, see ya. Take that, Rob, I know you're listening. Wow. That was an eight hour session, guys. Yeah, holy shit. Dude, Kat, thank you for sticking around for a forever ended day. Dude, Kat, you're the- you're the hero of the day, seriously.

I would not fucking miss this. It's like, you know, it's- it's Monday morning, um, so, there isn't that much work that I'll be getting done anyway. It's just, like, routine basic stuff, so, unless anybody manages to fuck their computer up royally, touchwood that they don't, um, it shouldn't actually be doing too much, so... God, the fucking- it's so sallow in here, it's just fucking just, ugh. I don't think I've been personally this angry at, like, like, personally. *laughter* It might sound a little petty, but I saved all my good attacks thinking we were gonna fight more than one of that big thing.

I feel a little jilted. I feel a little jilted too, just being like, "Okay, we're gonna- we're gonna- I saved it for the big guy." And I was like, "Oh, well, we're gonna fuck him up." And then, yeah. No Bone Crusher, no... I was wondering what the fuck you were waiting for. I thought there would be more, I thought there was gonna be waves and we were gonna keep going, and then... We could have. I was gonna plan on just using it on a number 10 since the Titan died. Just fucking crack the shell. The thing is, I was saving, like, a couple of my other stuff, what's- last of the good stuff I had for the Titan, and then it went down, and I was like, "Well, fuck it, I'll just use it on- on who I'm fighting now." There's still a lot of, uh, loose ends to tie up.

Yes, there are. Carter's alive, fucking Rodswell doesn't have my axe in him yet. The way I- that problem- Graddick, then, uh... Graddick needs to build me some shit. Maybe Graddick can build... ...Ironhide in Ubi. Fucking... Proved Ironhide. Wait, those- those were forged. Did you say that they disintegrated? Not- more like rusted and corroded and- and just kind of fallen- they're scrap, essentially. I like that. Yeah, they're just slag. Fair enough. I was thinking if they were still, like, fairly whole pieces, I could take them back as, like, a down payment.

It's like, "Look, you know, I can't pay mine, but here's a whole bunch of other arms and legs and..." Does that count for all the other ones that we dismantled or no? 'Cause technically they don't have a soul, they don't really- they're just there. Like, suits of armor almost. The ones we killed, yeah. Yeah. I mean, this would have ravaged the ones you killed too. Okay, okay, that's all I wanted to know, like- Like, pictured as a biological weapon that's just been fucking released into the atmosphere, that's kind of what it is. It is a spell that is meant to target war- it is- it was meant as exactly what it sounds like.

This is a clean slate, and this is the reason they didn't activate it before. It's like, this isn't their fight. They don't want anything to do with this. They don't want- it's like, okay, this is your choice. We're gonna give you an out if you want to take it. If not, we don't care. Like, they truly don't care about you. So... that is pretty fucked. For some of us, yes. So... let's metagame just for a second. Okay. Let's play a fun little game. Let's say that you were to find out that Malkus Grimnus was behind this. And let's say you found him one day in an alley.

Gergon. Well, like, who would find him? Let's say the party. Let's say that the wronged party is here. Like, everybody who was abandoned in this fight and is still alive, which is everyone, what would you do? You know what, to be honest, just to play devil's advocate, I ain't got no dog in that fight. I would smash his joints. Yeah, I'll let her do it. I'm out of it. I'm kind of the same as the Ener- I don't really have much of a person- Creator good, that makes sense to you, Ener. Wow. I mean, I love Ironhide, he made it. And I'm happy. But, you know. What if he would have died?

That'd be different. I think it's more of a thing that, it's not that we would be cool with it, it's just, if Ironhide wants to do something about it, feel free. It's just not, maybe it's just not our place to do something personally. Yeah, so like, with Fee, he hasn't had too much interaction with Group 1 up until today. But like, he wouldn't really have had an issue. It's mainly a case of, well, I'm alive, so, you know. Fee I get. Yeah. Because you don't know Ironhide from shit, and the only interactions you've had with him, he's been kind of a dick. Yep.

The Warforged I have any feelings for is okay, kind of. So, you know. He has terrible fucking cancer, but like, you know, whatever. Yeah, he is gonna die. We always figure something out. Yeah, he's Hitler. Well guys, I think it's a pretty good time to let everyone go, and thank you very much for sitting down, thank you for all finally banging this episode out, and thank you for sitting here for eight long hours while we did it. You are all champs. It was fucking great. It was fun. Great episode. No one wants to get off this call. Like, I feel like there's this sense of abandonment if I leave it.

Okay, ready? Five, four, three, two, one. Bye, kids.
