I was going to wait until something really bad happens and be like, "I want that thing now." But you're just jumping right in. Yeah! Here's the thing. He's probably just going to be staring at the tablet of like, "All right, it's mission time. We got to go." Yalda, I can't remember who took the necklaces, but she's probably figuring out who they go to. Like, obviously Corvus gets Raven Queen, and obviously Gaius gets the goddess of nature. And like, just handing out those. She's problematic, so something I could take care of in this moment.

Here's all these things. That's what she's doing. Man, those are going to be collector's items soon. Oh, what? Tell me about it. I have some questions. Don't worry about it. Not be ruined, but it's like, uh, it's magically doffed. Just like, boom! Like stripper clothing. Like, he gets hit and it's just, like, Magic Mike out. But it's really cold. So, instantly, obviously his skin is going to fall off. His skin is going to start to freeze after seconds. But, from the ground, these leather straps are going to start to wrap. Wrap around, uh, Yegman. And this is real... Oh boy, like, late 90s hot topic.

Very moody. Oh man, this is that weird awkward phase where they had some Nintendo licensed stuff, and most of it's Nightmare Before Christmas. How many belts and buckles? Oh my god, a Final Fantasy level of belts and buckles. Are there any, like, chains leading to a wallet? Yeah, how many wallet chains? How many wallet chains? I gotta get two character art. Can I get a D6 to see how many wallet chains? How many chain wallets? How secure! So, okay, Yegman has one coin purse. Okay, one coin purse with five chains? Yes, no one's taking... That makes you five times as cool as someone with just one wallet chain.

So how stealthy is he going to be with all these chains, Raph? They're all latched up to a big leather daddy harness. Yes! Oh, he's a centibike now. This could be very awkward when I send it to the next character art that I have to do. Like, just make him a leather daddy. Yeah. But with chains? Hot. I'm curious. Specifically only five? Well, to be fair, I don't think Yegman was very stealthy before. Oh no, no he was not. But now he's less so. And it's, these chains are just cold, and so he's probably, there's a moment, it's like, "What the hell?" Like, he's looking around, it's like, "ching!" Like, it's very dangly.

This armor is called the Leathers of Withering Death. Sounds good. It's a really metal name. Now, the good news is, that's not Withering Death for you, it's Withering Death for your opponents. Essentially, anyone who attempts to attack you is probably going to die a very gruesome... Oh, so the best armor I could get for a tank. That's what you tell me. Yes! Yes. It can be a little overzealous at times, but I'm sure it won't come up. 95% of the time it works every time. Every time. So, that's fine. Congrats on that. This thing's like a bit it's a chonker, like it's big. And I don't think you would know this. You can give me give me give me an inch check, just a raw just for history. You can give me history, too. That's fine. OK. Oh, no, no. You may have forgotten things about this if you did know so. This great sword. Is called the Persuader. This thing. You know, Wonder Woman's lasso. Picture a much more violent version of Wonder Woman's lasso.

You're kind of on the right track. So torture the truth. You got to do you got to stick it in them to get it to work. It can be near them. You could threaten them, you know. But yeah, no, it's meant to be used as a information gathering tool. Let's call it. Also, it does hecka damage. So you all know, picks us up, but like awkwardly, not like a firm grip, but like a like a three fingered grip, like she does not swords. So she picks us up and she's like, huh? So that was just in the snow. There seems to be some curious things occurring around us. Let me Corvus checks. He kicks some snow around to see if he can find any treasure. Clears out more land. Yeah, then the Bane and then her Arcana check. And then the legendary card after that. Yeah. Well, that's next. Jesus, guys, out of wine, guys. One, two or three. I got you, bud. One, two, three. OK, I'm going to do D6 and then one, two is one. So on and so forth. So two. Sounds like a cracked die. I don't know. I was weird. I was like landed on the edge. Yeah. I didn't know what it was until it showed it on there.

Oh, God, that one's really sealed. I didn't want this open. Oh, please. Not that one. All right. I just love the reaction. That's why I want to wait. Wait. All right. Can you tell me this part? Does it affect someone else other than Susan's character? No. OK. You wanted to go out and that's. I did. I did. I think we just showed them what a legendary. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. As long as her dads are OK. Oh, no. So it's a leather daddy day for Vanguard. Yes. OK. Ah. Oh, boy, Yegan got the better end of this deal. So this is Bane lucky number 13. It's not. It's not good. Define torment. I think I think rares are worse than legendary. I'm just going to put this out there. So there's a little bit of good. And there's a lot of bad. There's a lot of it. A bad with this one. So this is going to replace the armor that you're wearing right now. Leather. Yeah. Well, OK. Yeah, that's cool. But the way this the way this armor fastens to you is to hook into your skin. And it doesn't tear the skin. It almost creates eyelets for for you. So it will always stay on. It is incredibly painful. Eventually you get to the point where you can function, but it is incredibly painful.

Now, the good the good bit of news. You know, this is halfway decent armor in that this is a plus two to your armor. Yeah. Yolma needs it. Yes. So she said a nine. Everyone nine. I like how we're continuing with the hell raiser motif here. It's very hell raiser all of a sudden. Yeah. Jesus. We got two demigods to try to catch. We got to we got to step our game up. So scare them. So you are now vulnerable to piercing, slashing and bludgeoning damage. That's not great. Anything anything that physically makes contact with you just wrenches on those hooks and it is nightmarish.

By the way, this is a thing that's happened. So while Yolna is kind of like looking, it's like, oh, does anyone need the sword? These things, it's almost like a face hugger. Just just grab her and just like it's going to pull tight. And it's it's it's it's honestly nightmarish. I. Yeah. Corvus stops looking immediately. Yes. So she picks up the sword. Does she get out here? She says, does it does anybody need this? And then she just collapses on herself and you see blood dripping, because, I mean, it doesn't wrench the skin, but it still makes those eyelids.

And then she's on the ground. Yeggeman's going to like almost like step over and like make sure nobody comes near. He's going to look over and you can go, this land is cursed. Don't come next to us. Stay where you are. Because he thinks it's like just this little spot, like, you know, you step on a mine and all this stuff happens. That's a fair assumption. Yeah, Bella's going to ignore you. She's going to go straight to Yama and she's just going to like make sure she's OK. Like gentle touches. And then she's going to flinch away because like this is her whole like the skin.

Oh, no. And she's like digging our hands into the snow, like and like arching her back, like on all fours. And then she's and then she's still going to do her arcana check to figure out what the fuck is happening. God damn, that is dedication, though. While that's going on, though, Yeggeman's going to use his his healing and just put it kind of like hover gently over what's happening and try to heal her for a little bit. Oh, no, I wanted that to be high. Eleven still average. She is in a lot of pain. I was going to. So, yeah, I mean, I feel like she's distressed enough to get disadvantage.

Yes. Yes. Or what the healing make up for that? Eleven was the disadvantage. OK, so we're going to go with eleven. Still average average. This obviously there's some arcane shit going on, but this is not it's. Pardon the expression too fast, too furious, it's too much all at once. This this isn't coincidence. So either, yeah, maybe this land is tainted or cursed, some kind of blight or there's just you already know demigods are in play. You spoke to gods like something fucked up is happening and it's happening very quickly. So I think that's all the information like I feel like basically Yona would walk away going, this is above my pay grade.

I do not know what the hell. So Yona on all fours is going to quickly wipe the tears out of her eyes because sudden pain. She wasn't ready for it. And then slowly and shakily stand up. I am unsure of what is occurring. We we should leave. Are you OK? Can can you take that off? I think it would be painful to try. And Yegman's eyes are still closing like he's mumbling something in his hand is glowing, but you're going to get 30 points of healing just to like make sure like up to 30 points like you're just going to make sure that everything's OK. Nothing's happening.

And I imagine it'd be like a momentary relief, but there's still things digging into her skin. Yeah. Yeah. And that's why he's trying to like do it a little bit over time, like do two points of healing. Wait a second. Do another two points of healing, like try to make it a little bit longer. So even maybe when she wipes her hand and then she like puts her hand down, there's still like a drip of blood that goes down her hand because there's these holes in her skin. Yeah. Yeah. There's like blood on the snow. Yeah. Susan. I'll make a deal with you. Oh, my gosh, I already did.

This isn't about this isn't about. Yes. Stop it. Right now, you're in a very bad way. I would say any combat that might happen, you probably have disadvantage on a lot of stuff right now. Right. I will tell them what I did. How many legendaries have been played today? Five. And so we're halfway through the legendary. And I'm still getting out scot free, baby. Exactly. See, that's what's bugging me. Maybe I lied. Maybe there's never been a thing. And we get through all 10, Jason. And you've lied. If there's one that says I have to shave my beard, I mean, I know I'll take it for you. I'll take it for you. I would say I volunteer tribute to shave James's beard. My chin disappears. Just from all the stuff that's been happening, like I've done healing chains and leather flying around. Corvus is staying put. And then I think it's kind of like look back at the big like kind of building that we just crossed and look back at everyone else. I think we may be punished by the gods and the demons right now. For what? We didn't sign up for this, but we have good and bad stuff. I don't care. All these gods are tricking us. This is all part of my language, but it's crap. But if we get to have that conversation, isn't it worth it? OK, now let's just try to ease out of this and he's literally just going to do what Yeggman does and tiptoe backwards because that's the safest way back.

Where should we go now? Should we head? Should we head back to the city? We've got these pelts. Do we just head out right now after these demigods? I think the best thing would be to head back to Saunt only because that is the nearest civilization and these demigods probably would want to go where they could show their power. And then she's like that whole time just like, you know, like that pain face and like. If Yeggman looks at the tablet, where do where are those like pings coming from in relationship to the city? It's a bit north of where you are now, but it does seem like they're wrapping around, like maybe going around, maybe just exploring the area like they don't seem to be on any kind of timetable like.

But they're kind of like looping back towards where the city is, like they're going at that general. If they did like a like kind of a conch shell thing. Yeah, they would end up there. But right now they're just kind of out and about. Next thing, is there any other civilization here? I was just about to ask that. Technically, yes, there are two outposts. Well, you know what? Let's bring up the map. How about that? You know what? I think we got map stuff to do. Do do do do do. And I. That is no fun. The the leather stuff. Not not great. Just playing it up. I'm fine.

But they're around. I know Bree's hoping you run into some eventually. So is Lisa. Oh, they're pretty friendly. So is he? I feel like that's sarcasm. No. OK. No, they're huggers. Oh, would you say they're cuddly? Are they ferocious looking? OK, let me put it this way. Are they kissers? Picture a race of John Goodman's. Oh, I love them. Just kind of big barrel chested dudes, kind of heavyset, kind of friendly, like like like season six Roseanne. Like that's, you know, just pink like Lisa. I already love them. Oh, no, they're hot. Why should we describe them this way?

So, Jason, real quick on the on the map where they're like the five foot circle thing is put on there. Is that where those pings are? Yes. In that area. Right near Sauns. Yeah. So the reason why you all know why I want to ask this question, because you all know, it's going to say it. The next closest civilization is on. If you were a powerful demigod, wouldn't you want to show your power? Let's get going. And Yegman's going to just take tablet, put it in his backpack and try to like at least like put his hand out because he's afraid to touch. But he's going to put his hand out to help up again.

Six foot seven. And you're like, oh, yeah, you put something. It's something. OK, you come up to you on this knee. All right. How about this? He'll put the spear down, like hold the spear so that we at least have like something to help up. That's cursed. She's not touching it. What does she do with the sword? Oh, yeah. She's true. She collapsed after grabbing it. So it's on the ground. So she probably picks it up and just puts it in her backpack. She can't use it. Someone can get any is the only one that can use it. Sure. Can the shovel cleric shovel? Can the shovel cleric upgrade?

I mean, I'm not sure if clerics can use great. I'm pretty sure they can, but I don't think it's a great sword. It's a what? Two handed marshal. Yeah. OK, never mind. Nope. Yeah. I think Corvus is is is into his shovel. That's his is amazing shovel. This thing. But you're dreaming. I guess. Yeah. If it becomes a burden on something, you know, he'll he'll take it and kind of carry it. But he's just going to become an MMO character with 17 weapons on his back. Yeah. And a bunch of like straps and chain. Exactly. Straps, chains. He's literally going to be just out of Final Fantasy then.

I feel like he already has multiple weapons hanging off his belt and back and all that. Well, I guess let's see real quick. I like the idea of Yegman just collecting larger and larger weapons. At least just a monster hunter character. Yeah. Like it looks like he has the Game of Thrones like throne behind him. Like a man of weapons. I'm coming. I mean, he has the shovel of spreading the spirits of reality, a small shield, a few javelins, a few warp. You have you javelins are taller than him. Oh, that's like the little flag. Like he has a little flag. So that way when he's walking through and you don't see him in the snow, you just see like the little orange flag that's on like the little trike bikes.

That's exactly what it is. I don't want to be accusatory here, Ryan. You're coming off as a bit greedy. I'm saying if nobody else can use it, like he'll take the burden, carry it from someone else. But this isn't the one ring like you like. It was a boon. I don't think it's I don't think it's greed. I think it's hoarding. Maybe. You might have a hoarding problem. So most of them is exposed, feet included. They're not bothered by the cold. So it's not like they're going to get frostbite against steely, like very, very pale blue eyes and big, pearly white teeth like. It's back for. Can't handle it. So they had these big, thick, like the basey tails, like big old basey tails that kind of. You're noticing that when he walks, he's dragging it behind him like this to cover his own tracks. Like it's just instinctual, like it's just like, oh, yeah, let me clean up after myself. They also travel in single file to hide their numbers.

I mean, they're they live here. They know what's up. So you'll kind of like, OK, I'm trying to like he's kind of got a not a meandering walk, but the Dragonborn you've probably run into are kind of stiff and regimented. They're very honor driven and and proper. And this guy's kind of like it's like, all right, let's go out. Come on, we'll talk on the way. That type of thing. Very, very friendly, kind of relaxed, not really worried about being attacked because, well, he's fucking huge. So like, I mean, you know, a tiger is not going to bother him all that much.

So Corvus will go. I'm feet or I'm Corvus. We should probably go with you and talk to your leadership or whoever in charge. There is a threat that is out there and we should warn your people so they can prepare. It's part of the reason we're going to Saunt and we do need to get there. So. He's going to be kind of like nodding along while he's listening. Oh, if it's more tigers, we can handle tigers. It's really not a big deal. Nope, not tigers. Nope. So Yegman will interrupt and be like, we came across something that's information that should be shared, but let's get moving and we could talk about that on the way and kind of like right after that, Yegman is going to kind of turn around, start walking, put a hand on Corvus's shoulder, be like, breathe boy.

So he's going to he's got like while walking, he's going to kind of like duck down and kind of wrap an arm around Corvus. Just kind of like, hey, not for nothing, but you're going to want to cover up your face more. It looks like you got really wind burned. It's bright red. It's going to stick right out in the snow. And he's just going to. Corvus just like pulls, he like pulls the scarf or whatever, like up over his face. Right before the scarf kind of goes over your eye line, you see Yegman in front of you turn back and wink. It's it's going to be it's going to be a few hours trekking in the snow here, but after a while, you're going to get to this. This wide open kind of cave system. It's it's not really internal so much. It is a giant, rocky overhang that kind of blocks wind and stuff like that. And after you get get over this this hump, you're going to notice that there's there's there's buildings, there's full fledged buildings and stuff like that.

You're going to see a bunch of people who look like Nat kind of like strutting around and doing their stuff. And most of them right now are gathering this huge pile of wood and they're kind of organizing things. But when I say gathering wood, I do not mean like for a campfire, a big bonfire. I mean like trees. They're they're they're like logging like that's what they can carry. So they're just like, OK, and boom. So they've got like the stack of like eight or nine and they've got these sticks to kind of keep everything in place. So they have like a tree pyramid going on so he can bend Corvus any way he wants.

Oh, that's telling me what I'm saying is he's good with wood. All right. All right. So just for my own canon and my own head, did Yolna know of this settlement so close to Sont? I don't I don't think there's any reason for her not to have known. It's more like, hey, they're doing their thing. It is true, you cannot die technically while wearing this. That does not mean you can't be horribly maimed, set on fire and just keep ticking. But you'll never die. OK. So it's a monkey paw within a monkey paw. Yeah. So Yegman's heart's going to start racing because he knows he has five years left. And he's been debating like he's never even thought about the opportunity of living past those five years. And so all those thoughts are going to start racing through his head as soon as he gets this realization that this is what the armor can do. And he's probably going to go very quiet.

Well, while we're dealing with the silence. That's pretty huge for Yegman, though. That's a big deal. Yeah. You guys notice that today people are drawing stuff that's kind of personally. It's kind of it's. Yeah. Did you work that in like was that mean I didn't. Here's the thing. You guys are picking them. So I didn't set up who got what. But did you think he's there on the line?
