Welcome to another new episode of Dungeons & Randomness. This week we're catching up with Vanguard. Now obviously we have to do a bunch of stuff with demigods. And you guys had tons and tons of questions about the new gods.

And everything that happened during Theriathon this year. So we did a Living in Theria over on our Patreon at patreon.com/dandr. And answered 30 of your burning questions. And everyone's been talking about it on Discord and stuff. And I really appreciate you guys taking the time to ask questions. And I'm glad a lot of it was satisfying enough. Obviously we don't want to give spoilers. But if you're listening to Living in Theria you're kind of getting some anyway. And you know that. So you can find that over there on our Patreon. Of course we are getting ready to give an announcement about our next Kickstarter.

So please stay tuned to our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, whatever. We're going to post it everywhere. Don't worry. But we're really excited about this because we've been really working hard. We released a survey to you guys about what you wanted to see. And we're kind of retooling things for this next one. And I think you guys are really going to dig it. So I'm going to get out of your way. Listen to these words from our lovely sponsors. And we'll get back and listen to a brand new episode of Vanguard. Don't go anywhere guys. We'll be right back. Oooooooh!

Let's do that thing where we go around the table and introduce ourselves. I'm Jason. I'm the Dungeon Master going around the table starting with Lisa. Hey! I'm Lisa and I play Vella Nimblehoof the Rogue Minotaur. And Ryan, go! [Laughter] Screw you, Jason. Hey everyone! I'm Ryan and I play Yegman the Gnome Paladin. And James. Hey it's James. I play Gaius Rehn the Human Druid. And Ian! Hello! I'm Ian. My pronouns are he/him. And I play Corvus Eben the Human Cleric. Everything that I'm saying right now is pre-scripted! [Laughter] That goes for the entire show. Every time we laugh, everything that sounds like an odd joke, all scripted.

We recorded a whole laugh take. Rigorously. We record the show 40, 50 times sometimes just to make sure it sounds... The footage is drilled, Ian, for multiple minutes. Yeah, we've got a lot of content. Bad wording. Bad wording. Bad wording. I don't know. I think they're appropriate. Yeah, no. It's really tricky. If you listen to what I said and you just listen to the sounds that came out of that... That's true. I mean... I'm into it, Susan, so... Okay. [Laughter] You can visit our Patreon at patreon.com/dandr and watch Susan drill Ryan. Oh, sorry. Watch Susan drill Ian.

Wrong person? That's next time. That's a different video. That's next time. I'm sorry. Spoiler. Susan's gonna go around the whole cast eventually and drill everyone. [Laughter] It's like the book version of it. [Laughter] It's the Patreon goal! Hold on a second. I love you guys to death. You are my family. I don't know if I want to be "it" close with you guys. I mean, like... Oh, yeah. [Laughter] Alright, I love how it took us an hour and a half to start this and we can't even finish the intro. [Laughter] Hey, I'm Susan. I play Yom et Elri, the Artificer Quar.

And that was completely improv, baby! How do you do it? [Laughter] How? [Laughter] Comes off so natural. [Laughter] Well, at the very least, there won't be the distractions of envelopes. In this particular session. Ooooh. Look, I think we've... I need to get my wine. I'll be right back. You know what? Let me pull Kelsey into a call here. [Laughter] You look them in the eyes. I know. What happened with that? Oh, no. You know what? Never mind. I want to listen to it. Yeah, there's a bunch. So, you are in the middle of this Dragonborn settlement here. This little... it's actually quite a nice bit of luck.

You guys got fed, you found some armor, you talked to the locals, you made friends with Nad. I guess my next question here is, what's your next step? You know you gotta find these... You know you gotta find these demigods. And I believe one of you has a message that they have to deliver to the world? That's Ryan. I believe that was Ryan. Yeah, Ryan has to deliver it, but you were gonna tell me what it was. Yes! That's what. Oh yeah, that's right. Yes, yes, yes. Orbus received the message to tell Yegman. Yegman has to deliver it. Got it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, there's some new gods in town, guys.

This is a big deal. You guys are the first people to hear anything about them. Honestly, there's a living in Daria we're about to do, but beyond that, I haven't talked about them. So, you guys are it. You're the first. There's a whole new pantheon of gods. Everything's changed, ground up, like new management. The old gods, demon lords, they are gone. Picture that they all broke themselves down and formed one big ball of energy and then created new entities from that. Which comes with some drawbacks and some advantages. One, they're corporeal. They exist on Daria.

You could technically go and speak with them. Technically, they could die. Physically. Like, that's one of the big drawbacks. One of the big advantages is that this is kind of a fresh start. There's no more infighting. There's no more... How can I put this? It's not like there's two parties fighting against each other constantly, stopping there from being growth, their progress. So, that's one of the big advantages. And they're trying to sort of reboot things. And basically the message is, look, look, things are going to be changing. Don't panic, but you'll be receiving...

Corvus is going to be... Like, you subscribe to text messages. It's like, every once in a while, send me your newsletter. So, Corvus is going to be getting updates from the gods, telling him what Yegman should say. Oh, okay. I do have a question about that for Corvus. Your god is essentially no more. True. Is that universal knowledge now, or is that just Corvus is the only one that knows all the old gods are gone? Yeah, Corvus is it. Oh, that chat's going to go well. Yeah, your lady queen is no more. But even from there, I mean, Yegman finally got a chance to talk to his god.

And then he's also... So, like, with the group doing everything they're doing right now, he just received a suit of armor that drastically changed a big part of his, I guess, destiny or future, you could say. Yeah. And so he's just sitting there staring at this piece of armor. I feel like at some point after Vel has been patched up, because she did get her leg clamped in a bear trap, if I'm remembering correctly, or the equivalent of a bear trap. And ouchie. Yeah, and ouchie bibbles. More precisely, I guess. I feel like at some point she would actually find Yegman and go sit down next to him and ask if he could talk for a second.

Yeah, so you probably have to say it a couple times, like one of those scenarios where he's just zoned out doing something else. And then he'd eventually be like, "Um, yeah, of course, of course." But he's not breaking eye contact from the suit of armor. Oh, okay. She'll just probably be really awkward then and just like... Pretty much the same thing I'm doing with my hands, which is just some awkward hand motion. I don't know how to express myself properly, but... I just wanted to say thank you for standing over me when I was trapped. I'm still getting used to having people that are willing to step up and protect me and help take care of me instead of just attacking me.

And it meant a lot. So I just wanted to say thank you. You'll see a smile come across his face. And he'll break away from the armor just for a moment to look you in the eyes and just go, "You're more than welcome. That's what we're here to do." And then he's going to crack another smile and then look back down at this armor. Okay. Yeah, she should probably just kind of laugh. Just be like, "That's... It's just not how I was raised." And I find myself wanting to do that for everybody else too. And so I just... I appreciate it. She's just going to awkwardly get up and go get food.

Thanks. [CHUCKLES] Just one thing I didn't talk about. I can tell you guys about the Pantheon if you want. Yes. Sure. Nah. Can I ask one quick question? Absolutely. I just need a reminder from last recording. Do we all... The whole group knows what happened with the gods? Corvus knows. So we don't... Not yet. No, no, no. Okay. Good to know. In total, there are 13 gods. Again, no demon lords, no nothing. So it's just... So... The gods aren't good or bad. They're just kind of entities, right? There's the god of willpower. The god of nature. The god of merriment and celebration.

The god of chaos, entropy, and randomness. The god of balance. [CHUCKLES] The god of affection. The god of change and renewal. The god of aggression and violence. The god of knowledge and wisdom. The god of beasts. The god of fear and the unknown. The god of sin and virtue. And the god of life and death. They sort of compacted that job into one. So we've moved on to our Greek mythology of gods. A little bit! Like a tiny bit, you know what I mean? Like they kinda... It's like, wow man, we need to hire on some more people. We need to... But we're also going to...

Yeah, we're also going to make you do double the work. So it's very American. [LAUGHTER] Less pay, double the work. Absolutely. Health plan sucks. You're privatized. Your copay is 50% of... You're all on Cobra now. Fuck. And we're getting you stoked on the lie that if you work even harder and the more miserable you are, the better you're doing. Yeah. And forget about dental and vision. That's a specialty. [LAUGHTER] James, you don't need to worry about this. You're fine. [LAUGHTER] I'm okay. [LAUGHTER] So... So Corvus just knows all this now, right? Is that kind of how that happened?

Yeah, it's like... It's not like someone read it to you or anything, but it's like a feeling. It's just like, oh wow. It's like... It's like remembering where your keys are or something like that. Oh God, I gotta tell... Well, I gotta tell Yegman, and Yegman's gotta tell everybody. Okay, so it's built in there that... That is a big part. Those would be the first words. It's like, hey... They're being very passive aggressive. It's like, you tell Yegman that I... You know what I mean? Right. Does Corvus... Using this download of information, does Corvus know how he fits into this at all?

Or is it just like, that's a mystery? I think... I feel like in that first boom of information... That's enough. And it's like, you digest that. We'll have more in the coming days. Just kind of, you know? Got it. Wow. Okay, so that's a lot, especially for Corvus. He wanted to have a nice meal and be left alone. And maybe stare at handsome dragonborns from across the way. But yeah, it's just like... He drops whatever he's holding and he's just dumbstruck. And I think at first he's really shocked and then... Yeah, he's kind of sad that everything is different and changed without him getting a chance to speak with the Raven Queen.

I think he knows he has to talk with Yegman. And he doesn't know how. He does not have the words yet. That's a tough talk, right? Yeah, this is gonna be something like... He's gotta figure out how to bring it up and he's not confident enough in himself to be able to word it right. But he's looking around for help! Please! Oh, I was about to say, is this anything visible? Oh yeah, he looks like a deer in headlights. And he's dropped his stuff. So I think Yalna... She's not partaking in it? I think she broke out like a go-gurt, you know? Astronaut food! Yeah, her astronaut food at this.

And she's just kind of standing there having already eaten. And then Quirvis all of a sudden, his food... I'm not sure if he's at a table or he goes to his lap and he's just looking around like... Yalna will approach. Is something the matter? Um... Uh... Yeah. Short answer is yes. What is it? I can't talk about it right now. And I can't talk about it with you. Something's happening to me. And to everyone. There's some changes happening. To my body. Oh, young one. And then Yalna's gonna sit down next to him. All of our bodies go through changes. It is something we must all partake through.

Hair is gonna grow in places you did not know it was. And you're gonna start to have feelings. That you never experienced before. For this Dragonborn. Um... No, I mean, I appreciate. Thank you. I've gone through that bit. I've got the hair and... Perhaps... Don't they call it on the land the birds and insects? That's... Yeah, that's it. You got it exactly right. The little flying ones. We don't have them here. They're big and bulbous. What are they called? Bees. Um, this is really... This is different, I think. Big, big different. It's much, it's much bigger than, than originally...

And it's much different. It's gonna change everything. I know that it feels that way right now. I'm sorry. Okay, have you ever, have you ever, have you ever, um, thought or, or knew something that you just couldn't express? But you have to express it? And you have to tell someone? But you can't? [laughs] I know that these feelings are very big and new and exciting. Perhaps you have not experienced this before. And it feels like you can't express it, but... I'm sure the one that you feel this for, or the ones, will... Ones? Thanks. Appreciate it. Okay, that's good, helpful, I guess.

Um... Thank you. Yes, sure. We'll circle around to that. We gotta, we gotta tell these, we gotta tell these Dragonborn that they're in danger. That's what we came here to do, right? These feelings aren't dangerous. No, I know that, I know that, but, and that's very confusing too, and I'll have to unpack a lot of that later, because I'm feeling a lot of new things here as well. Dragonborn didn't think I was into that, didn't think it was something I wanted. I don't know. Also, all the bare feet everywhere. Huh, gotta deal with that sometime. And, uh, there's a lot going on, but one thing at a time, there's safety, the safety.

We have to tell people how to, what's coming and how to prepare. The demigods! Oh, yes. That is correct. But, I don't want you to neglect these feelings. Maybe think on them, and you said there was one person that you could tell them to. Don't feel intimidated, and know that your feelings are valid, even if they're not reciprocated. Oh, my gosh, that was actually really nice. That actually helped a little bit. Okay, okay. Um, okay. What would you say? What would you say? I would analyze what I'm feeling, and express it to this person in clear, concise language so they are not confused, and let them know my intentions.

What does that mean? Oh, sorry. No, no, no. Go ahead. What if it means it's gonna ruin that person's life? Maybe their hopes? If this is something you need to tell them... It is. Then you must. And know that you've done what is right for you. Okay, I don't like that answer. I'm gonna be honest, I don't like it. But, it's probably the most truthful. And at the end of the day, I'll be here for you. And will be here for you. Thanks, Yelena. Thanks. I'm glad to be of assistance. Okay. Okay, so let's assist the people who are helping here. And we gotta get back and tell your people.

Yes, I will seek out. The someone of authority here to let them know of the threat, and you seek out the one that you need to express your feelings to. Cool, I'll get right on that. Okay, good talk. Bye. Just know I am always here for you, young one. Cool. Thank you, Yelena. I'm gonna take this to the crowd. I love that. It is absolute gold. So, a little bit of time is gonna go by while you guys are talking and eating and stuff like that. Who's actually gonna walk up to you? Are you all sitting kinda like relatively together? Because if not, he'd probably just approach like Corvus or something like that.

I think Corvus is like, he's in that like he can't do anything, but he can't just sit still. So he's like trying to like, like try and do something. So fidgety. And I think he's avoiding Yegman. He's just trying to like be away from him. And Yegman's not, he's not gonna move. Like he, from what I remember, like he made his way like halfway back to the group, realized what this armor was, and then just sat. Oh. So he's kind of in the halfway spot. So he's not back where the group kind of was with their food meeting. Hmm. Well, that's gonna walk up and kind of try to get your attention.

If, if Yegman isn't there, then it's, you know, I was thinking, it seems like you guys are pretty off course. You're not lost, but you need to be somewhere else, right? Quickly. If you want, you could use the ghost to... A what? The ghost to. It's well, it's not really a to, but... Is it really a ghost? It's really tough to describe. We call it that because it's just easier. Well, the shaman over there knows more about it, but essentially it's this chanted glass ball thing, and it sort of cycles around the continent constantly. And all you have to do is touch it when it stops at a place that you want to be, and it kind of just pops you there.

It's unpleasant, is how I would put it. And you can see ghosts. I think they're ghosts. You think they're ghosts? I don't have proof. Is it, and is it like a physical unpleasantness or like a mental unpleasantness? Oh, like the whole thing. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Like head to toe, not fun. Good. I mean, it gets you there real fast. And you can go, and where does it go? It just goes everywhere? No, no, no. Well, it's like a, it's like, like there's only like eight or nine spots it goes and cycles through them every hour. I think it was created because they wanted to avoid traveling in nasty weather, something like that, but we haven't figured out how to make it, you know, stop somewhere or go where we want it.

It's just, you just got to sit and watch it for a while. Yes. Yes, sure. Yeah. Where's your shaman? Are they in charge? Are you in charge? Who's in charge? Oh, oh no, I'm not, I'm not in charge. I'm more of a, well, you could say I'm the welcome wagon for you guys, but I can get our shaman if that's, that's actually, you know what? You should probably go to her because she is very old and frail. So yeah. Is she the leader or leadership of this village? Yeah. I mean, she's the most knowledgeable being really old. So yeah, we, we, we pretty much take care of her and she's, yeah, she's, I guess so.

I never really thought about it. Now I'm thinking about like my place, like where do I belong? You're very- There's gotta be a chain, right? You're obviously very important to greet emissaries to your village. Right. But how important? Like, where am I? Like, what, like I'm, I'm not leader. I'm not even like top three, but like, where do I come in? Is my question. Well, you're leading us to them, which puts you in a place of importance because not everyone can lead to the leader. So if not second, maybe third. That's my logical assessment at least. All right.

I'll let people know. Anyway, I'll, I'll let her know you're coming and I'll set everything up. Do you guys know where you're going? You had a mark on the map. I did. Yes, I did. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You guys have the tracker. It was like northeast of the mountains. Yeah. You're pretty far away. No, northwest. Where are we going to go to the, the settlement first? Where we, the city we came from? Sont? Just to like, Sont. Yeah. Are we going back there? I thought we were going to like go back there to like warn people and dump some stuff off before we headed out. Well, cause that was also like the largest settlement, like the largest and closest settlement.

Everything else was kind of smaller. I thought we went here because this is along the way to where the demigods were. See, I thought we stumbled across this. Yeah, they kind of. Because we were fighting Sabretooths. You were fighting Sabretooths. Yeah, they just, they just kind of brought you in and like, hey, coming out of the cold, have some cocoa. I went back to Sont. That'd be the other direction from the demigods if I'm remembering correctly. Yeah, I think you're right. Really? Well, here. But is that what we want to do? I mean, do we? I want to get on this ghost tube.

Yeah. Yeah, I definitely want to do that. I have a question, I guess. Maybe it's meta. Are the demigods even still a thing? Yeah, they are. Okay. Yeah, so. Their dad kind of disappeared. Exactly. It's like there's a lot going on. And that kind of, you know, yeah. Does that mean any agreements not to mess with them are now out of the picture? Maybe that's a character question. You gotta, yeah. But we don't know yet. Yeah, I know. Sorry. Yeah, that's true. Yeah. Has their power changed? Has their power source been messed with? We gotta see. Are they only half the men they used to be?

Wow. It's a valid question. So, real quick, after a little bit, Jegman's gonna come over to Gaius. And just kind of clear his throat. Gaius, can I talk to you over here real quick? Yeah, yeah, sure, sure. What's on your mind? He's like clutching this set of armor. And like both hands. And he's gonna lead you over to the side. I don't even know where to begin with this. But, okay, so remember the curse that Namine and I have? Yeah. This, I don't know how it got to me. But this means I don't have to worry about it. This negates the curse while I'm wearing it? Like, I'm still figuring that part out.

But... Yeah, I'm not sure how that would work. But you sound maybe like you're conflicted? Yeah. I... I kind of came to terms with it. Yeah. I knew that I'd be able to see her after. Well, I guess you gotta ask yourself if you feel like there's more you could do here. You will see her. That's guaranteed. Yeah, it'd just be longer. It'd be longer. Okay. Gotta do some more thinking, then. He's gonna kind of give you like a half-hearted smile of like... He's still thoroughly confused. Just not knowing really what to think. Yeah, I know I'm not the best for these chats.

But, I mean, if it's any consolation, I'm not ready to see you go. But I understand. I really do. Well, thank you for that. I, uh... To tell you the truth, I don't know if I'm completely ready, either. We got a lot going on right now. You can probably see that through, at least. Oh, of course. I forgot, actually, the timeline, but it was still a couple years. I mean, who knows how long we'll be chasing these demigods around. That's true. Okay. Maybe I won't put it on just yet. Maybe I'll put it in the pack. Think about it a little bit more. Well, is it to do anything else for you?

Well, I guess it's just armor at that point. So maybe a little bit more protection than what I have now? I'd have to look at it a little bit more in detail for that, but I... I was just... I couldn't get over the fact of... The blessing it would give. Kind of like it was almost meant for you. Do you think they gave it to me? I know you don't have the best relationship with the gods, but... Maybe. I mean, I don't know how else you would have ended up with it. Yeah, they... I went over for some meat. Someone said, "This armor's just been laying here. No one else is gonna use it." And told me to take it.

Didn't have to buy it. Didn't have to get it from some wild adventurer. Literally handed to me. I don't know much about coincidence, but... I think you learned it. Thank you. I've been apart from the group for a little bit, so why don't we go finish our meal? And he cracks another big smile across his face. Yeah, that soup looks pretty good. You always go for the soup. And then they'll walk over. Yeah. At what point would you... I mean, at what point do you tell them about the ghost tube and all the other... The other stuff is probably a bit... But like... Yeah.

Corvus is... I think Corvus is like... He's trying to get everyone to go to the shaman. Like, "We have to talk to this person. We have to tell them." So he's just kind of like running around. And he seems extra panicky. You're doing okay, son. Yeah, fine. I'm good. I'm great. I'm good. We got to... Okay. Breathe. We have to talk. We know time to breathe. Have to talk. We have to go. We have to talk to this shaman. We have to let these Dragonborn know they're in danger. And there's a ghost tube. And I didn't get to finish my food. And nads may be important. And there's just a ton.

And... Oh, cool. New armor. And that. And then there's that. So let's go. Come on. Okay. Come on. Come on. And you hold the hand. Corvus, his plate that he discarded in between them, because they were sitting right next to each other. She'll hand that to him and turn to Yegman and say... He takes it and puts it right back down. He's like, "Thank you." And then puts it down and... And then even... She won't see that because she's turned to Yegman at this point and she's looking down at him and saying, "The ghost tube will transport us to somewhere on the continent.

It's a fast transport device." And then looks to Gaius as well, because he wasn't there either. "And it will be a fast transportation for us." Ghost tube. That is what they called it. Like they turn us to ghosts, we get thrown into a tube. Is it like a coffin? I'm not getting in a coffin. Your earlier description was more apps. It seems like it's a... It gets us down to our microscopic forms and transports us across great distances at a vast speed. I'm not sure if it could be translated into a scientific term to describe it to you, but magically, we go poof in one spot and then go poof in another.

That part I got. Okay, I'm good. She's starting to understand how to describe it to Yegman. Like five-year-old terms. It's probably good for Gaius too. And we can know all about that and more if we just go talk to them. Okay, okay. He's gonna reach over, grab just a handful of meat and just bring it with him. I was gonna say, Yellin is so long. She probably just leans behind Corvus without him noticing and picks up the plate again. Just 'cause she knows he's gonna be hungry at some point. So, yeah, and then we go talk. Yeah. That sounds like... Shummin'. Nat's gonna take you up these...

It's mostly rocks, but it's staggered, so it almost looks like steps. They're just uneven and craggy. And there's this beaded curtain thing. Very '70s chic. Very, you know, just weed. You could smell it a mile away. So, when you walk in, this very old dragonborn woman, you could see creases in her face, and she's just very... She's up there. And she's sitting there, and she's eating a sandwich, but very slowly. Just kind of taking small nibbles and then just kind of letting it... The sloth. Yeah, like she's trying to... Does she have a little teeth? Flash! Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Flash, Flash, 100-yard dash! But I think it's more of a saliva thing, like she's trying to moisten it, and it just takes a while to get the works going. If you just chew the seeds a little bit longer, I mean, it softens enough to swallow. She's gotta lube it up. Yeah, just... She's gonna see you and just kind of motion. Come in! Come in! And Yegman walks in and grabs a spot, like one of the warmer spots that he could find, and just kind of plumps down. It's actually quite warm in here. Close the curtain! It's very... You're letting all the heat out? Yeah, Corvus just looks and drops the beads.

I'd like to think this guy hasn't brought a bowl of soup with him, so he's probably just looking around and sipping his soup out of the bowl. It's kind of nice in here, like it's a little warmer. Like, man, you walk in and it's a good 40 degrees in here. It is... It's sweltering compared to out there. But it's nice, it's kind of a warmer light in here, like dim candlelight, that type of thing. Her eyes need, you know, the bright snow. Messes 'em up. Nod said you needed something. Ghost tube? What? Ghost tube. Oh. Yes, did not tell you the risks involved. He looks over to Corvus like, "You didn't tell me this." He said it was very unpleasant physically and emotionally, and that you might also see ghosts.

But he didn't know if they were actually ghosts. Well... Are they actually ghosts? That's a tough question. Nat's a very nice boy, but not the brightest. Um... How much time do you have? Not a ton, if I'm being totally honest. Alright, well then I'll keep this story fairly short. This was created long before my time. And to understand, I'd have to tell you all about the period in history in which... She's gonna go on for twenty minutes. Oh my god. Stay in there, nursing the sandwich. Yep, just like, every once in a while. Just like that. Like, she's got that big fucking dragon mouth and it's just like, just the tip of the sandwich.

She's still working on the crust. It's like, "Gah!" And that brings us up to about the last century or so. It was very cold that year. Um, if I may just kind of interject something here. Your tribe's in danger and we gotta go warn other people. What kind of danger are you talking about, young man? Alright, take it from here, boy! And he kind of like, pats Corvus. And then leans back and starts to eat more of his meat. The tiny, the tiny frail one. What's your name? Corvus Eben. Corvus Eben. Ah, Corvus Eben. You're adorable, by the way. Thanks. Didn't catch your name.

It's Bacall. Call. Wow. That is short. So are you. Yeah. That's in character. So there are some demigods that have been released onto the world. They were trapped for a long, long time by a kind of really unjust... Well, they were murdering people and that wasn't great. But they were just sort of locked away without any real discussion about what was going to happen to them. And then they got out and now they are on their way to who knows where. And they are very powerful and very dangerous. And you are close to them. So we just want to give you a heads up that you need to, I don't know, maybe get out of here or start a bulwark.

I'm not sure. Jegman's going to pull out the tablet real quick and he's going to glance at like their location versus where the two are. Yeah, it's several miles away. Like they're, it's quite a hike. Like it would be days. So he's going to step forward and kind of like show this tablet and be like, we're here. This is where they're at. We know it's going to be a little bit, but there's a possibility that they come through here. Why are you talking louder and slower at me? Because I had to talk louder and slower before. And he's still going to keep it going because he doesn't know what else to do.

I know all about the magic prison. Did I not mention that in my story? No. Oh. No. But I told you how they braided their hair back then. Yes. Yes. Yes. And in all the ways, in all the ways. Which was the style at the time. But the important thing was I had an onion on my belt. We learned about French braiding. I do not know the origin of this word or Dutch braiding. Where does the word Dutch and French come from in Theria? And I don't know if they sound like weird, crazy, made up words. Oh, that's a made up. So you already know about them. Oh, yes. Okay, then you know what kind of danger that they pose and they're out now.

Oh, I'm sure they don't mean us any harm, but even if they did, we can protect ourselves. I assure you. Do you mean to intercept them in some way? No, we're trying to avoid them. We're just trying to keep tabs on them. That's not important, but they are dangerous. They might mean you harm. That's kind of been their history. It's the reason why they were locked up. You know that. They're very powerful, so please don't try and defend. Just get out of here. But I'm so warm. You can be warm somewhere else. Yes, but with quite a lot of effort. Look, I know it may not look it, but I have quite a bit of magical knowledge.

I could defend this entire colony in very short bursts. If the fight is short, I'd like them to make it short. I don't think that they will. Well, I have this sandwich I was trying to work on, so if there's nothing else... If we can't convince you to go anywhere else, is there anything we can do to help you prepare? Well, I just don't think all the science is in yet to know that there's any danger. Join this Facebook group. Look, do your research. But there's still a risk. There's still the risk. I have weathered quite a few storms in my day, and we've always managed to protect ourselves.

Did I not mention that I can cloak this entire facility? No. We heard about five different soups, but no. I did describe all five, though, right? Yes, in great detail. You brought the recipe book out, and it's very lovely. I love what you've done with it. Oh, there's a book around here somewhere. Just hold on. I need to tell you about the stews. I've already prepared three of them. Yes, I can actually turtle up, as it were, and just make this look like snow. I swore I mentioned that. But how will you know unless it's too late? Well, after you leave, I'm just going to do it for a few days.

Okay, okay, okay. He's like looking to the rest of the group like, that's good, right? This is good. Yeah, Yeggeman gives a nod. Yalna will as well. So, you came here to learn about ghosts, if I remember correctly. Well, the ghost too. The what? The ghost tube. There's no reason to yell, young man. Boy, you're up. And he's going to lean back again. Ghost tube. And Corvus goes to sit down, and there's a plate of food that Yalna has put, and he's like, finally, they're going to make the invisible, I'm going to get to eat, and he reaches for the thing, and then...

Yeah, this is not an area where food stays warm very long anyway. So while you're passing the baton back, she's just going to take another bite of sandwich. She's three regular average human bites in by this point, but she's been working on it for a while. Or a decade. And there's one piece of meat that just kind of slipped. It looks like it's got a little mayonnaise on it, like it's just there, and it's like... And then eventually it falls into her blanket. Oh dear. In my mind, that's what her blanket looks like. It's like a big afghan. That's what she uses her magic for.

That's how she actually just literally blankets. Just covers it in a big crochet blanket. Just yarn and meat droppings. Bella's actually over there just inspecting her yarn stash, and she's like, "Ooh, Pakal, I want to talk to you before we go. I knit too." "Join this Facebook group." "Is there a circle? Like a knitting club you go to?" "It's a web ring, actually." Half our audience is too young to get that. So Corvus is up again. Yeah, Corvus is like... Asks her what she can tell. I think what he wants to know is, is it ghosts? But more importantly, what's the pain threshold of the uncomfortability?

And I think he'd be like, "Would you..." And I'm trying to put this delicately, but at your age, and considering that you like to be warm and comfortable, would you yourself go through this tube? What are you trying to say? And she's going to squint her eyes just a bit. I mean, is it something that you would recommend to be done? Like, would you yourself travel through here? Is it safe? Well, safe is a relative term, really. I could do it, but I'm quite warm. It will get you where you need to go very quickly, but many people experience nausea, and they've described it as discomfort for the most part.

But those people were... How can I put this? Man-sized. You are, by Dragonborn standards, like one of our calves, or like a less meaty thigh. Thank you. No, I'm sorry. I'm worried about your bones. I'm worried about them too. At worst, one or two things break, but that's only because of you being pulled apart and shuffled. Sort of like... Have you ever skipped stones across the lake? Mm-hmm. Well, that would be you. Okay. The stone or the lake? Well, the lake would be the continent, and the stone would be this child, and then... Oh, okay. The ball would be the person throwing the stone.

Gotcha. Okay, all right. And then he leans back again. Got it. Thank you for not shouting. Mm-hmm. The ghost portion of it. There's flashes of the past, sort of. The entire continent has a history, and it's just... You might see travelers or, you know, beasts that don't exist anymore, that sort of thing. They can't harm you. Not physically, anyway. Right. Emotional damage. Well, and mental. A little. Like, there are some things that are extinct for a reason, and there were no sentient creatures here when they existed. And, yes, the odds of you seeing something like that are very slim, though.

It would be like one in twenty. Almost like a twenty-sided die. Where do these skips happen? Do you know? Well, it depends on where you're going. And you won't physically be hitting anything. It's... Imagine... magic... shredding you into tiny, tiny pieces, and then sort of sneezing you at a location, and then scrunching you back together. It's very vivid. It could feel like a vigorous workout, and a night drinking. But dragonborn workout and dragonborn drinking. Could we get to Sond? What? Could we get to... He just gets closer to her. Could we get to Sond? Oh, the city!

Yes, yes. Close by. I don't know if it... I haven't looked at the thing in quite some time, but I remember it could get somewhere near there. Do you want to use... I'm trying to eat lunch. I say let's do it. It's dinner time. Yeah, exactly. She just kind of sits in this room. Six hours. Yeah, it's just been... Yeah, Incorbus is like, "It's dinner." It's not worth debating. Yeah, it's just like, sits softly to himself. Yeah, do we want to try and go to Sond first and warn people there? Was it our understanding that the direction that the demigods are heading are away from other civilizations?

Yes. Okay. We probably would want to warn civilization, because our whole job was just to keep an eye on them. True. And if they're going away from civilizations at this point... True. We're probably okay. Well, we could always go there, warn them, get the equivalent of like horses or something, and then give chase. Yeah. To kind of make up for time. We weren't supposed to engage. Just know where they are. Can we get on this ghost tube anywhere? Or is there only one... No, there's like nine locations. We could just keep using it. Oh, I mean, like you... Okay, you have to use it from here.

There's only one ball. Unless you took the ball. Don't take the ball. The ball's in the Dragonborn encampment, right? Yes. Yeah, it's their ball. Got it. So the ball itself doesn't move. It just sneezes you out. Yeah, you just touch it. Think about, you're at a Spencer's gift, and you touch one of those electroglobe balls, and yeah. It's next to the pornographic greeting cards and the dark light Insane Clown Posse posters. And the assorted squishy things. I was thinking of the Bachelorette party paraphernalia. Yes. Uh-huh. And the Joker We Live in a Society t-shirt.

Mm-hmm. All makes sense. I know exactly where this is. Spencer's gift has not changed in like 30 years. No. [Laughter] How do they stay open? Does anyone go there to buy dildos and shit? Like, how do they stay open? I don't know. I guess there's always a market for that. But would you do that at Spencer's? Right, but like, they sell a lot. Yeah. Like, half the store is dedicated to getting off, so like... There's just a quick PSA. Don't buy dildos that you're gonna use to insert your body at Spencer's. They are usually not body safe. They are in touch there. Like, no.

Well, it's mostly just kids going in there and touching and breaking things, right? Yeah. Kinda, yeah. Or stealing. Yes. Fun fact, this episode is brought to you today by Spencer's Gifts. It's how they're supporting themselves. Yeah, this is the best they could do. It's us. Oh, what if they sponsored the show? I would fucking kill those ads. Are you kidding me? Oh my god. That's the only holdover of the old mall style. It was them and that one arcade machine where Aerosmith fights against the corrupt governments of the future with machine gun CDs. It was that.

Oh, yeah. I remember that. I mean, Spencer's... I don't, but I would play that. The last time I was in there was like two years, two and a half, maybe three years ago. And the whole front of their store, like the front, like right of their store was footie pajamas. So I'm pretty sure there's a market there for like a concert. There's something. I'm sure they have like some kind of like D20s or something like that. And then like there's that then you get to the drinking game section and then it's all dildos. You've done bad drawing, so... I mean... They just lean more into the role play part of the show than...

Yes. They're like, well, we use dirty dice. It's kind of the same thing. I've already thought of three ways to push that shit. Now I'm going to hit up Spencer's gifts. That's happening. OK. I want to manifest it. I'm going to make it happen. The hell are we talking about? Oh, yeah. GhostTube. Yeah. Yeggman kind of like... He kind of leans forward. I'm good for this. We need to get there now, horn people, and then get on our way. And he starts to look at the rest of the group. Do you... Is it... Do you think... This is a question for Yolna. Would it be... Like smart to...

Like if the... Would it be smart to get the Dragonborn to that city? Like if they... Could they get protection there? They probably could. But I'm thinking, and I don't want to speak for all of Quar culture here, but this is where Yolna's leaning. Like, the older you are, the more wisdom you have. And if this older, wise person has said, "We're going to stay here, and I'm going to try to... mask the city," she's going to be like, "Well, that sounds good." She knows the warning. She's taken it in. We have given it to her with all the gravitas it deserves, and she said, "I'm fine." So, she's going to respect... that.

-Makal? -Oh, God. Okay. Yeah, and Yegman would back you up kind of in that, I guess, debate or whatever, just kind of like laying out the reasons of like, you know, and then starts to go into like the martial aspect of like, you know, well, you see what one of them can do, and they have a whole camp of them. How big can you make the blanket, the invisible? Could you do it for a city like Sont? Not from here, no. It would have to be where I am. Could you, would you... take your people and find refuge at Sont, and then, together, you can protect each other in case, just in case, something does happen.

One in 20 chance. I understand your concern, and I very much appreciate it. I do. But there's something I need to stress here, and it can't be understated. I'm very warm. (Laughter) Yes. So, Yolna was going to do this regardless, but she's going to pick up a rock. Grab that old bitch and let's go. (Laughter) No, no, no. She was going to, she picks up a rock, like a nice size rock, and then casts magical tinkering. I could spark magic into mundane objects. Remember when I made the sign outside of the Bear Cave glow saying, "There are bears here. Don't go"? Yes.

So, it says, "shed a bright light." Emmits the sound of recording. Emmits a noise, an odor, a nonverbal sound, winds. I think I could translate that to warmth. (Laughter) No, it lists like 10 things, and it doesn't say heat source, but it says just a... You made a heat rock. Yes. And, but Yolna, I promise you, I was going to do this even if we just left, just as a gift. I don't think it's like breaking the game. You made a... You're trying to make a mobile terrarium. Like it's not... Yeah, it's like... And I could only do this five times, and I'm keeping track.

It's the bear sign and this heat rock. (Laughter) But she was going to do that, so she could have picked this up and infused this kind of large rock, especially for her hands, because she's six foot seven. So it's like a rock that fills both of her hands, and she's picking it up, and she'll set that at maybe an end table next to... Oh, that's nice. ...McCall and say, "To keep you warm." Oh, it's like one of those little Amish fireplaces. Oh, man. (Laughter) I don't know if they work or not. Vella would have been rummaging in her pack and in the process of pulling out a scarf, and she's like...

"Oh, she might need that too." She's like, "I can't compare with a rock." "I just made this one." "I made this one the other day." She's like, "Keep that for me." "See? We can keep you warm in Saun, and you'll be warm. You can keep your people safe, and the core can help keep you safe, and you can help keep the core safe." Core of this. They made their decision. "Your friend is rude." "Which one?" "The rude one." "The dwarf." "The d--" And she kind of ignores it and goes back to Core of this. (Laughter) He's a gnome. Gnome. She's already made her decision.

"Are you so hairy?" "But it's not..." And then you almost look to Michal and be like, "I have that same confusion." It happens all the time. "All right." "Will you stop nagging me if I speak to everyone and we take a vote?" "Yes." "Will you leave while we do it?" "Yes." "You're so warm." (Laughter) "Trust me, I get it." Yeah. Core of this is like, "Yes, yes." "If you are going to be in some sort of eminent danger, at least I can protect you from the elements a bit. Thank you for the gift. I really do like this rock." And she's gonna like, start to like, stretch her arms and shit, and you're just gonna hear like, crackling.

Just like... Like she's made of old sticks and like, just like... (Laughter) And then she's just gonna raise her hands, and she's gonna throw a spirit bomb and just kind of like, wiggle her fingers. And from the base of this cave, there's going to be almost like, um, lit veins that start to... Like, like, the whole goddamn cave has RGB. Like, and it's going to kind of light up here, kind of a pale blue and green. And all of you are going to feel way warmer, like it's a perfect 70 degrees in this cave. (Sighs) That'll last for a day or two, but hopefully you'll be done doing whatever it is you, um, were going to do.

Even if you're naked. I wouldn't. But if that's the kind of thing you're into... Is that the kind of thing you're into? Yolna looks at Yegman. (Laughter) We all like, give a knowing look, like we were all naked with each other, picking chicks. Oh my God, it was an "it" moment almost. Yes! (Laughter) Yegman like, starts to say something and then just kind of like, "Uh, no, I can't answer that." There's no shame. We're an open culture. How, uh, progressive? Quite. I'm... Is she just disrobing? (Laughter) She's going to lean forward, it's like... Touch the orb now.

I'm into smaller men, actually. And she's going to be looking at Corvus. She's openly hitting on Corvus. Corvus is gonna get laid if he stays here. By something. Corvus goes bright red and he's like, "Oh my, um, well, uh, did not get any of that food. Gotta go, uh, good luck with the vote. Can't, bye." And then he just exits the room. Yolna's standing next to McCall and she goes, "He just learned of the birds and the small flying insects today." Poor boy. Wait, he did what? The birds and... What did he call them? The bees. The bees. Bees! Oh, I should have kept this in confidence.

Okay, I have to have a talk with him now. He looks awfully young to be having that talk so soon. This is the old lady hitting on him. Yeah. I mean, she was gonna teach. To the ghost tube? To the ghost tube. Ghost tube! I could play this old lady for hours. I don't know what it is. I didn't want this to be the whole session. Do we get to work with her with us? Just in a chair, dragging her. There's a hot rock in her lap. Is she still telling stories the entire time? Just doesn't stop. And she's still got the sandwich. The entire campaign, a hundred episodes later.

It's just all meandering stories that don't go anywhere. She'd be the perfect distraction. We found the super weapon. That's it. You just gotta amplify her voice. So, ghost tube. There is a... Well, it's a crystal ball. And it's fairly sizable. Almost like a basketball. Something like that. And if you walk up to it, there's kind of a... You can see it's showing you different portions of the continent. And it changes every five minutes. It takes a while to kind of cycle through. And eventually, you're gonna have a choice. Because what it's showing you is a live representation of what's going on there.

And there's this beautiful shot over the mountains. Like, someone has a drone. And you're gonna see a series of tracks and two distant figures walking. Is that Dan? Is that the... I mean, who else is out there? In a pair. But Sont hasn't shown up yet. Which means you could either wait... Or go. Totally up to you. Oh, so we could go to their location right now, or... I mean, you see them. Or you could just wait for it to come around again, which would be a while. Nine times five. This is every five minutes. There's nine locations. It's a better part of an hour. Yeah.

Oh, you're doing math. Nerd! Oh my gosh. Okay, so according to the bulb, where are they heading? Yeah. Well, it's a little tough to tell from here, because what it looks like... Is they're wrapping around a mountain. But here's the thing. You got a tracker. Yeah. If, uh, if... Yeah. I was kind of wondering that, like, if... If we're looking at this tracker, yeah, could we... Could we tell roughly, like, if they were headed in the same direction that they were going in, like... Like, roughly where would they end up? Even if it's not a city. If it's, like, the coast, or, like...

Can we gauge, like, trying to find out where they're trying to reach at all? And to kind of parry off of that, is it more of, like, a direct line? Or is it, like, you know, going more south, and then veering off to, you know, a certain side, and kind of going back and forth? Paying attention to where it was going, and judging by this ball... It looks like they're wrapping around that mountain, and then heading back down south. So if... So they'd be heading that way. And that's where the boat dropped us off. Yes. Okay, so they want to get off continent. That's what it feels like.

Not a ton to do here. Also, this is where they were imprisoned for hundreds of years, so, you know. Also, I mean, if nothing else, getting to Saunt would give us a head start to that, too. And we'd have easier travel, because we could go through that tunnel, which puts us to the edge of the mountains near the coastline. Yeah. True. Okay. And, yeah, we should definitely... And we could rally an army to fight these guys. Maybe not with Quar. Well, I was going to suggest, I mean... Out-math them. I know I was pushing hard to go to Saunt, but now that the Dragonborn are considering going there, do we want to wait for them to make their decision?

And if they decide to go, go with them? Or do we want to, like... And do it that way? Or do we want to go right now and be like, "Hey, some Dragonborn might be coming?" Yegman's belief is that part of the deal was that we go now while they make their decision. So we could tell them that they may be coming, but... I think Mikal said that. She said, "We'll do this. You leave." Yeah, you were annoying her eventually. Like, you just kept telling her shit that didn't go anywhere, and you kept talking in circles. It was really annoying, honestly. Oh, really, Jason?

Dude, old people are hypocrites, don't they? She was getting annoyed, but she was getting horny annoyed. I mean, less talking. This'll shut 'em up. We should probably go back to the city. What's it called? Saunt? Saunt. Because that's kind of where our mission started. At least report in, let them know what's going on, and then follow these demigods. I don't know if they're just gonna walk the bottom of the sea to the other continent or what, but... And you guys could get paid. Mission complete. You found out the source of the sound and turned it off. We did.

True. That's true. And we could sell those first. Maybe get a boat. Yeah, get our own boat and crew. It didn't turn out well the last time I was on a boat. I gotta be honest with you, it's not a buyer's market here on Keon. There's not a lot of manufacturers up here. Well, let's just chip off some ice. Oh, yeah. Float. Just polar bear it all the way out. Yeah, I guess we wait, go to Saunt, watch these demigods walk across the frozen nothing. Well, if they're headed to the coast and are planning on leaving the continent, we're gonna have to figure out a way to follow them, right?

Yeah. That's gonna be tricky to like. Well, I think that's one of the advantages of getting to Saunt and getting ahead of them, you know, days or weeks ahead of them, and being able to have more time to secure that, if even feasible. Well, first, we gotta navigate the coast to. So, about 15 minutes are gonna go by and you're going to like. You almost definitely gonna notice it's like, I know that block, like it's you know what I mean? Like you're close enough that it's like, that's the one because it's it's not gonna get closer than that. Let's it's like in your fucking apartment.

Like it's it's that that's close enough. That's boom. We're like an hour away if we go now. Okay. Who's gonna touch it? Yegman. That shocks me not at all. He'd be the first one as soon as he gets like confirmation of like, oh, that's it. Boom. Just like, I gotta press the button. Yegman's gonna reach out and touch the ball. How you doing? Oh, no. Do we all need to be holding hands or is this? No. It's a galaxy style. It's gonna look like something punched Yegman. Right in the stomach. And then tears through his body. His body's going to stretch out. Have you ever watched Ghost in the Machine or Lawnmower Man like that early 90s CG?

Oh, yeah. Like everything gets all bendy and that's what it's gonna look like. And then it's gonna snap and he's going to collapse back in on himself and fold and disappear. It did not look pleasurable. I don't want to go anymore. Gaius is going to have a piece of paper out and he's writing Ghost Tube on it and then putting a checkmark beside it. He's going to tuck the piece of paper away and put his hand on the ball. So, as soon as Gaius touches it, he's going to explode. Boom. But not in blood and gore. It's just going to be like, like he's just gone. Yolna's gonna hold a hand out in front of Corvus.

Together? Yeah. Yeah, together. Bella, you want in on this? I'll go after you guys. You go ahead. We're gonna get fused together. Yeah, we're gonna become one entity. Oh, gosh. Yolvis. Oh! Fusion. And then Yolna's gonna touch it. Yeah, both of you are gonna kind of corkscrew and then poof, disappear. Oh, that sounds fun. Ouch. And then that just... That's all the drilling. That's just Bella. She'll probably just like look around because, I don't know, I feel like she really enjoyed this like Dragonborn settlement and she'll just like kind of like nod, maybe give like a little salute and then actually slap the ball.

Nobody can see her, silly, if it's she's by herself. Never slap the ball. Too bad. Never slap the ball. It's a little playful. So it's like as soon as you slap it, your hand's going to expand like a like a goddamn cartoon character and then just something I did not mention. Oh, come on. There's a small chance of a fly scenario. If people are touching each other when... It's just a small, small chance. Like a one in 20 chance. It's not, it's not, it's very rare that anybody gets cold-bloomed. It's very rare. Don't look at me. Susan, you knew it. You knew it. You see, you knew.

Look, I, you didn't ask. Susan, you got any demigod in you? Uh, so let's resolve that last. Ryan, do me a favor. Give me a Constitution saving throw. I was just trying to be helpful. Yeah. Well, you should have pushed it. Think about how helpful you could be if you were one. Oh my gosh. Oh, no. Oh, that's a bad way to start off. That's a crit one. We'll come back to that. My plus five did nothing and it was like on the 19 and also just like, boop. It's the thing you weren't touching. Well, okay, maybe that's the crit one though. Maybe it's gone. The thing you weren't touching anyone.

I don't know if it's directed at me, Susan, but I feel like you're just like, I took it from you too. So it's, it's, it's okay. Yeah. So everybody else is going to succeed with, with blind colors. James, give me a Constitution saving throw. Oh, shit. That was almost a crit one. Not great anyway, but yeah. It's a 12. It's a, it's, it's, it might as well be the moon compared to like, it's amazing. Okay. Hey Lisa, give me a Constitution saving throw. Sure. Now I'm nervous. All right. Constitution. Go. Okay. Well, it's not a one, but it is a second. It's one better than Ryan's.

This is... Okay, let's keep the trend going. I slapped the ball. Okay. You disrespected it. You disrespected the ball? And which one of us? Yeah, which one of you guys wants to, well, I mean... Y'all need to touch the ball. Yeah, yeah. To be fair, I think it would be Susan. So just don't roll a one. Just, I need a flat d20. Then you guys can roll your con saves. I just need to know. I think, you know what? Here's the way we can do it. Either one of you can roll, or both of you can roll. And as long as the total is above five, we're fine. Okay. I like that. What do you say?

Yeah. Okay. It's a con, right? Oh my gosh. No, no, no. It's just a flat d20. Just a flat d20 right now, then the con. Okay. Oh my God, that's a three. Oh, six. Oh my God, guys. None of us above a 10. Double digits exist. I swear to God. Well, at least we're not gold. No one's getting gold bloomed today. But I do feel way closer to y'all than I ever have in my whole life. Yes. I had these mechanics worked out. It was going to be great. But anyway. For a second, they merged together and then split apart. So they were one for a moment. Just a second. Could both of you guys give me a con save?

Maybe try to roll for like a 10 or an 11. Why? 16. How about a 23? And a three. And we're back. The story checks out. I believe I got the second highest award. The story checks out. Join me, Corvus. It's a bad night of Dragonborn drinking and exercise for Corvus. So before we get to this, I wanted to because we're not working on Kion right now. But just because we did get to the white Dragonborn, they are their own species, their own race. And one of the perks they get is called put some weight into it, where they can choose to kind of take this massive swing and add a bunch of damage on it.

But it lowers their chance to hit. And if they do that so many times, it exhausts them. But you can cleave someone in half like pretty quickly. So, yeah, it's just them throwing their weight around a little bit like they're big boys. Built in barbarian stuff to the basically. That's what I think. I was like, shit, that'd be nice. Oh, a barbarian white Dragonborn would be fun. I want to be a chunky boy white dragon barbarian. Can we get John Goodman? But he has to be on the finger. Oh, absolutely. I thought that went without saying. You have a Dragonborn finger.

You have to have that slots mania money to get John Goodman these days. It was a ghost tube incident. Oh, yeah. Oh, no. Can I can can I can I reckon something a little just a little bit? That's seven. No, not the rolls. Oh, good. Good. While all this is happening, can we cut to the shaman Dragonborn? And she's been given a note that was written by Corvus. And on it and like on it, it says to Nadd. And it says, thank you very much, Ned. I want to see you again. Corvus, Evan. Oh, you're going for it. I'm so proud of you. I'm so proud. Your feelings are valid. They would make a cute couple.

We'll see if it goes anywhere. See, man, we got to get some art for that. That's got some good character art right there. Oh, and you know what? I think you all know would know that if she and Corvus are one for a second. Oh, is there like knowledge? Oh, yeah. Do you want to do that? Because. Yeah. Oh, that might be interesting. Does would you all not be like, get any of that? God stuff? Yeah. Do me a favor. Each of you roll a flat D 20. The higher it is, the more you know about each other. I love it. Let's I would just bring in box. Oh, my God. That's a three and 18.

Holy shit. You want me to send you my back story? Download. I want to download. I mean, it's three pages, so. Yeah, that seems like. Just give him everything after this. I'm just going to message you. OK, that sounds good. Yeah. Go ahead. Sorry. With the three, I don't know if you'd know his favorite breakfast cereal. Like, it's very vague. It's like, could we say this? You know that Corvus took you up on your advice. That's all, you know, she'd be so proud. That's really recent. And probably anybody could see that pretty flustered. So you're all going to come out the other side.

Yolma is just going to poof and feel absolutely fine. Like it's like, oh, oh, I was expecting the worst type of thing. She'll see it soon. Followed by Gaius. Gaius is going to come out and just, man, it feels like you got into a fight. Like you feel sore. You just feel it's like, oh, God, like it's man. Then the rest. You guys are going to come tumbling out of here like you fell out of a goddamn clown car. And each one of you are going to retch and vomit everywhere. That's first. I need to roll to see if you guys broke any bones. Oh, no. So each of you give me a D 20 as long as it's not five or below.

You're fine. Oh, God. Actually, I just realized what I asked of you. All right. Okay. Yeah, that was a 24. No, you're fine. Oh, my God. Oh, God. Not Corvus. Oh, seven. Why the skin? What is happening? Ian, I feel like we bump heads as we're throwing up. Totally, yeah. We get like goose eggs. It sounds like a coconut. Yeah, this is just food poisoning, violent retching. Like you can't stop. Like you're just on like you can't even hold your body up anymore. You're on the side and just like, oh, like it's it's so you just feel so. Trained and fucking sick and just. Is it safe enough to compare like severe food poisoning type of thing?

Yeah, I'd say, yeah, like real bit like like there's a point where you're like, look, I don't want to die, but like you just like if it makes this stop, there's one more role. There's one more role, the one in 20. And since Ryan was the first one to touch the ball, could you give me and I cannot stress this enough to our listeners. These roles have been butts, so I am a little worried about this. So let's see if you peered in the eyes of an ancient evil. All right. Hey, yeah. OK, eight. OK, it's better than half the roles. No kidding. It's true. That's very true for you all.

Let's not get into combat today. Let's just not. That would be a good idea. Stay in the town. So as you guys are laying there and it's it's going to be quite a few minutes before, like you start to feel like you're calm. It's like, oh, God. Oh, God. Like that that type. I think that's a good time for us to stop this evening and we're going to pick up with a with a quick jump to Saun. And yeah, we're going to pick up there. You guys were the shit out of me. Why? I'm fine. What's up? Yeah, I think you almost like holding hair. Yes, they. Here's some ginger. You know, those rubbing backs and holding hair and like putting them on their sides.

So when they throw up, it doesn't like, you know, bring a good reference again. She's actually reading the hair the way that the call. I picture Yegman being like the loudest to throw up, like it's not just like a quiet. No, he's putting every bit of himself into it. I wish I wasn't that guy, but I am. I'm like, great. Yellin, why don't you want to have kids? I am hoping that next time when we get to Saun, Corvus greets her father's by their names because he just knows it. It's true. In like traditional choir greetings, like he knows the fist bump combo.

He knows all of it. We'll be right back after these words from our sponsors. Please don't go anywhere. I love the white dragonborn. I hope you guys enjoyed this week's episode, please.
