Howdy everybody out there, welcome to another brand new episode of Dungeons & Randomness. A couple of really quick things before we get started. If you noticed there was a weird thing with my particular sound, that the track there's like a muffledness that happens every once in a while. I'm tracking that down and I think it's a processing error, like when I render the track something happens and I'm looking into that now, but it'll be fixed within the next like week or so. I just need to figure out exactly what is happening. The other thing is no latency.

A cyberpunk podcast that the host Paris was kind enough to have a bunch of us on. Myself, Ryan and Ryan and Ian were guests and we did four episodes of the show. I believe the first one's up on their Patreon, but it'll be put in their main feed within the next couple of days. So please go check out No Latency, there's a little ad for this right after this bit. And after all that, let's get on with the day's episode. This year on No Latency Side Quest, Glitch Miss Greed, Retro, make some new seasonal friends. Do I know you from somewhere? Special guest from the podcast Dungeons & Randomness.

I'm Neon Pos by the way. Ian Duncan and Jason Massey. Uh, Blumen, is it okay if I take pictures of literally everything? And two Ryans? I'm Cargill Forge. Uh, Vex. So how long is this going to take? Retro's just trying to make a little extra money this season. Be haunted by that for the rest of his life. Well, no, but that's the goal. We need to shoot him. Because this year it isn't just a game. What are they putting in this game? Also seeing symptoms of rage, violence and inhumanity. A high score isn't the only thing they've got to lose. Beat hot lead. It's getting messy, Chum.

It was looking great. Retro's got to save Christmas again. Hey Neon, you still want those recommendations for Mod? Yes! Cover me. I got to get this fixed. Are they going to let you walk out of here? Can you pick that up and shoot them already? Get ready for adventure on No Latency Sidequest, Glitchmas Greed. Listen to No Latency Sidequest, Glitchmas Greed. Every Wednesday throughout December on all good podcast platforms. With early access to patrons Black Friday. This year it's not just a game. We'll see you in Night City. Let's do that thing where we go around the table and introduce ourselves.

I'm Jason. I'm the Dungeon Master going around the table. Starting with Lisa. Hey, I'm Lisa and I play Vella, the Minotaur Rogue. I almost said and introduce your baby. Like I like it's it's a little early, like, you know. And here in roughly seven to eight weeks, Mary. That's her name. That's what you're going with? Mary, yeah. That's my wife's family name. Yeah, that's my wife's name, but she hates it. Jamie. Hello, I am Jamie. I play Tatiana, the Human Rogue. And Zach, what's up? My name is Zach and I play Blevins Elmar the third. And Jameson. Hi, I'm Jameson.

I play Funculus Honey Hugs. Karen. Why do you why do you look like I was going to pick on you? There was something about your face that was like he's saving me for last for some reason. Have I developed some sort of reputation that would make you think I put the spotlight on you on I was just like, I just didn't know which one it was going to be. Like, is it going to be the subway? What's going to be the candy corn? Your pick. Look, we're going to in arc six, we're going to try to hobble our food tangents and things. Yeah, but everyone, but this is still arc five.

So arc five and get it out now. You held up pounds of candy corn earlier. I think the call reacted the way it should have. So that's you know, I don't feel the need to bring the listeners into it unless they want to comment. But Karen. Hi, I'm Karen. I play Josephine, the Human Cleric, who loves candy corn. Oh, that's a debuff. What's negative inspiration? Hold on. I'm going to invent that. My God, the Vantage of the Empire episode. We we we've talked a lot tonight about essentially what's next for you guys and everything. But I'd like to like to paint a picture here because.

The last time we sat down. Tati was able to tie up a pretty big loose end, right? And that being Ripley, Ripley's dead, totally gone. You know that there are feral vampires out there in the city, but as far as the castle goes, like there is this weird. Just this very strange feeling. And I would say for a solid minute after dealing with Ripley. It's silence. Nothing happens for just a while. And since we started, it has been one bit of misfortune into the next. There have been no real campfire chats. There have been no real, you know, let's stop in this town.

There's nothing to do. It was get out of hell, then you're out of hell, but you're in the basement of this castle. You're attacked and then you just you just keep going up, much like you didn't help. And this is the first time. Where it's got to be like you get used to the sound of cicadas, right? And then all of a sudden it stops. It's like, wait, what's wrong? Like you just you're just constantly used to screaming and things running at you and, you know, fireballs and stuff. And this is just nothing. And then that castle is going to kind of shift again.

And it's like, OK, all right. Does anyone? I think even Ian would recognize that, like, OK, this is a big the big moment for Tati and whatever, but like I think a minute would be the brink of like it's like, all right, someone's got to say something to move this along. But does anyone like. Does anyone, I guess, question Tati? It's like, hey, what? There seemed like there was history there. There was like, you know. No, I mean, when we ended, Blevins was gently floating above Tatiana like a serene angel on her shoulder telling her to kill this vampire. So Blevins is just floating, looking very solemn, but pleased in that decision.

I would. No, I was just laughing. So I was like, oh, yeah, he cast fly. So he's just like. I imagine, though, his his new luscious locks are just like also floating. Jet black. Illustrious. Yes. Love it. I can't deal with a god and get that man in a heart. Whatever. Like just in a kiss some feet. Yeah. But if no one is going to say anything and if you'll allow Jason, I would like for Ripley's death charm to show up on Tatiana's belt because she's still claiming souls as they die in front of her, and I would like it to be a replica of the dagger. If that's OK.

Absolutely. Yeah, yeah, no, we talked about that. That's totally fine. I think you earned it. Like, that's definitely. We killed the thing. When you claim souls and you can like, you know, you can get the charm to make it look like is there like a generic version of that where it's like and I don't know, thug like whatever this one's obviously like the dagger, like I care about this one, but mostly a number for her. Right. Do you care what form it takes? I you know, I've never I don't think the closest I think we've come is the suck you by to any sort of minions.

I don't know that Tati would know what would what would sort of show up for something like that, but I only have a certain number of I only have four slots at any given time. So maybe it's sort of like, oh, I'm not taking minions soul. I'm going to wait till I get rid of boss soul number three and then I'll fill that up. I don't really know. No, no, no, that's fair. I think that's fair. Like, yeah. Yeah. So saving the major health potions in an RPG. But I think she will sort of hold the charm in her hand and maybe even play with it in her fingers during that moment of silence.

And then when it breaks and the castle sort of shifts, maybe she stands up from the sort of kneeled position she was in and she's just going to look towards the group. We've got to get out of here before this place crumbles. Anybody see a way out? One of you is from here, probably be. Yeah. Can I would I just know or should I like reception? Check it. I mean, in the in the centuries, like they've probably it's like, oh, they added a wing, something like that. Give me like a survival check with advantage. Oh, good. Like it's with advantage and it's not it doesn't have to be like sniffing the air and like wiggles his mustache and he's like that way.

That's the way we want to go. I am probably sure. And that's he starts. Honestly, again, getting out of here, you're kind of keeping a brisk pace. It's like, all right, let's go. You know, but you're you're not you're power walking at best. There's no sprint. There's no like the place isn't falling down around you. That bit back there was definitely falling down around you. This is the hallways and stuff. This is more the front space, not the big interior. That was the the that big worshiping chamber where they were digging a hole and everything like that.

That's going to collapse. You getting out like you'll see like you'll see like hooded figures downed and like, yeah, like they're dead, probably by now dead. But these were like sacrificial people and stuff. There's a few hallways that are going to be more like you would definitely have to sneak through had the ravens not already been through here and dealt with a couple of things. And eventually you're going to get back out to a place that's much more furnished, not secret passageways in the castle. This is more fluttering curtains and big, big blackout type curtains, but like gorgeous furniture, lots of lots of purples, very prints.

And then like and the entrance is just around the corner. Like you're fine. Like you're you're out. And that's what Foculos say, too. You'll see the entrance is easy. I told you we were fine. People have been used to a lot of fly pass and say, look, Ambry has shown us the way. No, that was me. OK. Has it been discussed like I know we know out of character what city we're in, but has it been discussed in character like what city we in? Do we know? I think we do. I think we do. I feel like that was discussed. Yeah, it was part of like the whole yeah, the end of the trenches and stuff like that, because OK, because Foculos would know to like, you know.

OK. Oh, I was just saying, I don't know that in canon, our group knows that it like we are under some night. The city is under some night spell. I don't even know how long that actually lasts. Right. It's like or if it's even still there. Right. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know how long it's been. It hasn't been that long. It's there's a lot more night to go. Yeah. Yeah. Which is great for Foculos. Yeah. Big fan. It's easy to travel with you. But you're in my backpack anyway, so. That's true. Yes. Yeah. Well, not at this moment, I don't think. But I just killed somebody, so we're probably running.

So there's the door. I mean, I'm sick and tired of this castle. Let's go. Let's get out of here and I'll kick that sucker open. What's Ian doing? Is he freaking? Ian? Yeah, she's following orders finally. OK, look, the order is to leave this place like that's the. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I want to leave. Like, that's exactly what I want to do. So like it is the most like, yes, our our goals align. Like, let's you know that type of. Yes, I'm leaving, but not because you told me to. You're doing so. You kick one of these big double doors open and it swings and you could tell in its prime, it was probably very imposing.

There are cages outside where they kept people. They they were they kept them basically, and they would just kind of like pop one like a Capri Sun when they needed. And then they ran out of people and they they were not great city planners is the thing. And you can like it is, you know, pitch black and you're going to be able to kind of walk up to this little hill ish like cliffside and you can look down and see Esterholt. And normally this place would be lit up with, you know, lanterns. And even at night, there's there's a little bit of commotion. It's a big city.

There's just nothing down there. Like you'll see a couple of flickering lights, but they're very small. Like there's nothing. And you know. That there's a city full of vampires down there, but they can't think they are completely rabid right now. Some of them might be able to recover when they feed, but until then. Yeah, there's just a couple of hundred thirsty ass vampires down there. And it's not very impressive right now, but obviously the city would be much larger than the last time Foncula saw it. If it were lit up, it'd be more impressive. Yeah, and he's just kind of looking over and he's like, wow, what a shame.

What a shame. It's could have been a nice place. He's just like taking it because he can see perfectly fine, it's not pitch black at all. So he's like whatever the gruesomeness there is. Right. He can see it. Oh, he's like just kind of like, you know, not impressed, a little disappointed. Things account just could have done better. We were like. It's like, oh, this is much nicer as a small town. It's the problem they put in that Walmart and like things went downhill like it like, is it like is it just the fact that it obviously now it's all run down and covered in blood like, you know, it just looks like it's been mismanaged.

You know, it looks like, you know, it looks like they didn't have a firm hand on top and they let it go, you know. No accountability. Yeah, honestly, like that's what happens when you let people fail upward into positions of power. So they should have hired the assistant countess or like. Yeah, I'm just saying, like, you know, hire the person who's appropriate for the job, not just whoever has the highest rank. You know, so on the way down, whatever winding staircase is from here or whatever it is, Funky List is like talking about how they should have done it, you know, being like, so, you know.

Oh, I remember they had like a like a governing body here that was like three counselors. And they used to trade. They used to actually trade a hat that they would wear. And whoever was wearing the hat was the one who got to talk. And then just just like it was a ridiculous form of government. They got nothing done. They bickered constantly. One would constantly undo the other ones decisions and all this. And now look at it. It's absurd. I think I do. Oddly, actually, oddly, Blevins is right there next to you, still floating. You have to float so low to be next to him.

You're right, Funky List, you're right. You know what? It's quite a shame. Hang on. Do I have. I want to Jason, if I can, can I roll a history check to see how accurate this shit that I'm saying is? Because he's going to say it anyway, but I would like for it to be accurate. This is a chance. This could be like the Alzheimer's rambling. That's all used to be farmland. Like it's that kind of fucking. Yeah, no, it's yeah. There's like grains of truth to it, but he's clearly filling in gaps. Did you saw a man wear a hat once? Like, yeah, it's like I met the governor.

He had a hat on and I just assumed. Yeah, just whatever. Just started like really chilling off into madness. Like, well, Raiders used to come to the city and really clean it up over the riff raff. Oh, those were the good days. Funky List? Yeah, that's the ditch where they threw the bodies. Those were the tasty ones. Oh, the cannibalism back in the day. Too soft now. So he'll spin off from the history of it to sort of like how they should have done it, right? How they should have managed it. But he's going to go until somebody stops him. So well, I'm going to guess it's probably a long walk and I want to ask.

Maybe on one of his tangents, Tatiana can pick up a thread of, well, Funky List, when were when were you like, I don't know, are you created a vampire or are you like poisoned? I don't know how it works, but like you seem old. So like when did this all happen? Referencing like how did you become a vampire? So that's actually a very funny story. So I used to be, well, it's no surprise. I'm a honey hug. So I was part of the honey hugs trade empire, you know, back in Ebony Harbor. And we used to trade in skins. You know, one of the things we did, one of the many things we did, we were trading skins that hunters would bring in and trappers and monster slayers.

And I thought that those stories were the most fascinating stories in the world. I used to listen to those adventurers and the adventures that they had. And I used to wish that I could go with them and I would tell them that. And one day this group had invited me to come with them because they were going to go east and they were going to go come to Esterhold. So I went with them to join them on their adventure. And wouldn't you know it, they ended up trying to rob the Countess here in her castle. And they left me literally holding a bag in the front parlor.

Yeah, I was holding a bag with the candelabra in it and that was it. And they made their escape. Listen, I've been on the end of a bad heist before. I know how that is. Yeah. So wouldn't you know what she had me do was she turned me into a vampire and sent me to go hunt them. And he'll pick up the gilded mask of a top of a skull that he's wearing and say, and this was their leader. And that was quite an adventure chasing them down. They were very slippery, but we did it. And we went back and she was so proud of me. She put me to sleep for 200 years. Oh, I mean, I'm skipping ahead a few details, of course, but.

I like that that's the interpretation. It's like, and I did such a good job. I got to take two centuries off. I mean, wouldn't that be nice though? Hell of a vacay. Right. The rest you feel from that now. That's what I was just thinking. I could sleep for two centuries. That's what this character is, is wish fulfillment. Wish I could sleep for a decade. But yeah, so he'll he'll he will go into again until somebody stops him in intense detail about how he caught each member of that party and the fight that they put up. A little bit of style. Kind of. Yeah, a little bit.

And yeah. And he only kept one trophy, though. I only kept the one trophy. This is the one I was proud of. And the rest went back to the Countess. Brought two of them alive. That's impressive. I know. Thanks. Well, it seems like in the end you've won over the Countess. I mean, with the castle in this kind of condition, though, did anybody really win? It just feels like such a loss overall. Would have been nice to to wake up and still have it be in its heyday, I think. Enjoy a little bit of time here. I haven't got to read like six books in this library and it's gone now.

There was time. All you had was time. So now I don't know. Um, I guess this place is feels unsuitable, so I'm not sure. Maybe I'll go back, see how the honey hugs Empire is doing. See if I can collect my own inheritance. Well, technically, and I'm I'm just saying this because I'm a man from older laws that you might be accustomed to. You are still dead. There is no inheritance. I see what you're saying. But I think it's worth investigating. Yes, it really just reiterates most laws, especially in this area called the mainland. Your existence by in fact is outlawed in most cases.

Is that true? Is that true? And he's going to look to whoever's next to him on his other side. Am I against the law? I mean, there aren't a lot of lovers of vampires that I've met. I don't. I mean, you seem fine. You seem that. The Countess had a lot of lovers, but, you know. It's like a revolving door up there. Again, I think. Let me roll that history again. No, no, no, that's that's true. That's probably true. Yeah, no. Could you see her? Yeah, yeah. That's like, could you believe them? I am a shadow sorcerer. I was on the ceiling. I was just waiting for my turn.

Could I do like a history check to see if I've heard of the honey hugs? Because I mean, I was looking at it's like, Thunder Spire isn't too far from Ebony Harbor. So like, yeah, maybe. OK, I don't know what she'll do with it, but you know. Man, if this was Ella Rath, it'd be a lot easier. I know that. So I was like, oh man, she would know. 20. Yeah, like that's like, look, like in terms of where we are or at least where she was when she died, like, oh yeah, there's still they were still around. Yeah. Or like there's a street name, Honey Hugs in Ebony Harbor.

Right. Yeah. Like the name is probably like almost a brand. Do you know like like Woolworth or something or like Sears and Roebuck? It's like, who the fuck is that? Like it's like big important names, but they live on as landmarks or something like that. I don't I at the Honey Hug name might not be. It's like, oh yeah, Johnny Honey Hugs. Oh yeah. But like it would be more like here in the harbor or something. Right. Like, oh, they helped found that. This is the Honey Hugs wing of that type of thing. But like, yeah, if you ask me to pick out Roebuck of the Sears and Roebuck.

Like, oh, yeah, like I passed through there a time or two in the, you know, that business was still going. Yeah. So, OK, she might say it's one of those phrases that's inexplicable now, like, oh, he gave him the honey hug, you know, it's got an etymology to it. Yeah, she might just like pop up and just be like, oh, yeah, you know, before I died or whatever, you know, they were still doing pretty well, you know, so who knows? That's amazing news. Maybe I'll walk back home and and right into the arms of a career. Maybe. I don't know. That sounds boring now that I've said it.

I mean, you really only had one adventure, so. That's true. That's true. But it did get me killed. I've been put to sleep for 200 years. Yeah, that part was OK. Except for all the things I missed. Hmm. So is that is everything like this now? Is it just all just blood stained walls and just filth everywhere? Pretty much, I mean, at least it's in Brightport. Ian would actually speak up. Well, in places they don't allow vampires, it's much nicer. See, that's what I'm talking about where I'm like not a lot of vampire lovers. A lot of hate in people's hearts looking over at Ian with some big eyes.

OK, there would probably be a second. It's like he said, look, like I'm right. Why are you booing me? Like I. The worst guy you know made a great point. The technically correct is the best kind of correct. Yeah. Uh. Fuck you, let's go out a little bit about that and not say. Let me roll. Let me roll for something. I. There's two roads now. Now, never mind, that's a three, because if I roll a little higher, it's like, well, I could show you a nicer place if we could maybe, you know, cork your fangs or something like that. That's like we can, you know, like holster those, but not with a three.

No, playing with it the whole time. Yeah. I just pictured like little mini marshmallows. Put a cone on him so we can't get them off. So as we're walking, uh, Blevins is going to kind of like. Ask everyone if it's all right, if we kind of search the city for remnants of like maybe stragglers or like, um, like refugees, innocents, things like that. People hiding people that got away from, um. The vampires that hid away from long for long enough and are ready to come out. Well, if no one else has anything, this would speak up. It's like, wait, wait, wait, wait.

I thought we were just going to try and descend the side of the mountain here. We're not going through the city, are we? My question as well. Well, I understand there are a lot of vampires left in the city. I just there's a certain pool in my mind that tells me people need help. That's all. You think there might really be survivors in the city sort of looking at the ashes? There's no telling. Not at all. Maybe we really don't know how long it's been like this. The other group didn't say anything about potential survivors or. She's like, both of us are trying to genuinely remember, like.

Honestly, it's there was a there was a quick download, but it's there's a lot to they said. It's like, yeah, they met one vampire that was not insane. The rest would have torn them apart if the sun weren't beating down. And yeah, they didn't see any people. They did say they did tell you that. They did tell you that there is at least one captive that's alive, but I believe the way they phrased it was they're keeping. They're they're eating the dogs is how they kind of phrased it. Like they they they're keeping captives there. They made it sound like it's a global problem, like it's a big thing.

So what if we were to yell and see if anybody yelled back? Wouldn't that gain the attention of said vampires? Or survivors, I guess it would depend on the nature of the old back. Well, we could set a trap. We could yell and go somewhere else and see who comes to this spot instead of the other. Ian would kind of nudge. Nudge, Vunculus, you small man. These are your people, right? You could just talk to them. He's never seen a feral. He just thinks that's a vampire. Like it's just it's like, oh, yeah, they're all fucking monsters. They're all feral monsters. You don't speak vamp.

Yes, I can. I can absolutely talk to them. Let's yell. Who's for yelling? I know louder, louder. I don't want to say I'm for the yelling plan. I feel like that's going to gain the wrong type of attention. Trap trap sounds good. I have to say, Vunculus, I do agree. Yelling seems quite barbaric and he'll slightly pull out his whistle whistle stick. I could do you one better. Well, there you go. I just feel like, you know, if we know that there may be captives, they're probably not like available to yell back or to come wherever. Like they're captives. They're probably locked away.

Well, I could tell you from firsthand experience, the captives are very fond of yelling. They do it constantly. Not that kind of yelling. Well, that's the kind we should listen for. Desperate yelling. Well, Vunculus, do you know where they would keep prisoners potentially in a city like this where they just need like feed? Well, mostly back there. He points to the castle and it's a tower like. It was bent on her before, spent a little time there. Is there like, can I do a check and be like, oh, this would be like a good place to hiding people or hiding spot?

Yeah, well, yeah, definitely. Let me say I would say, give me wisdom check. Just just a flat like just what you remember because you were here much more recently. I sure was. 16. So, OK, there's OK, look, there's a couple of. There's a couple of spots that. If you could if you could make it there, there is a. Basically, I think the way you would put it is if there are people alive, it's because they're hiding and they're hiding in one of like two or three spots that like. That they haven't been found because their smell is masked, so there's actually. Gross.

Sorry. Well, you know, like the fucking sewers. My God. Look. Yeah. Yeah. OK. Yeah. There's the. There's there's also. So. Some older kids dug some trenches underneath the stables as a place to like hide from from people, it was like, yeah, we can get out of shores this way and that. But like some adults knew about it and like definitely, you know, like it's one of those things that's like, I think they'd find us there, but you're not going to be able to hide in the closet. Like they'll smell you eventually. And the more feral they get, the more their sense of smell perks up like.

Yeah. But you'd have to like you have to go through the city to get to spots like that. Like it would be not on dangerous. Well, the one handed man, so I could just talk to them, so we'll see. They would almost be like. You you can actually talk to them like he's just kind of drops the facade of nobility for seconds, like, but can you not talk to them? You're talking to me. You just we're not a demon like you, like we're not we don't get a pass because. You know, I think what Ian is trying to say is that you guys have similar characteristics and that maybe they can sense that in you and you have a common.

Factor might be able to get through to them better, right? Sure. Just just it just it's like, look, man, the night's not getting any brighter. Let's yeah, sure. Like, yes, I. So he was going to give give Blevins like a little like, go ahead, like a. I feel like he's been just like waiting with his whistle stick, like ready, like waiting. Absolutely. You're the nudge and he'll he'll give you a nod and say you're doing the right thing. This will be a cause to celebrate. And then can I roll like a performance to kind of really I want to I want Blevins to, you know, his his fly spell kind of wearing off.

It's been around 10 minutes and he wants to kind of settle down on because we're on a kind of a mountain ridge scaling down. So he wants to put one foot up on the mountain, really have the moon in his back. You have his whistle stick up to his mouth and just really blow on that whistle stick. I yeah, let's do it. Give me give me a performance. I would even say like, OK, look. This is going to echo. It's just going to roll like roll with advantage because like. Nice, you have the high ground key here. Very good. Yeah. Amphitheater. Oh, oh, wow. Almost a one. Well, we'll drop that one and take a goddamn 19.

Oh, my God, that modifier. OK. I want you to imagine how far off you are because you can look down and see the city. Right. And it's not like it's miles away or anything, but the distance is at an angle. So even the closest buildings are, you know, quite far. So there's definitely some kind of movement down there, but you're not going to be able to hear it because they're not tearing apart anything. But when you like you, you start playing this and. It it sort of. It's really going to do a lot to carry this the sound outward, and it's almost you're almost not prepared for it.

It's a little shocking. It's like, oh, shit. Like that's that's really loud. Like, oh, no. And when you stop playing, there's going to be like just a beat. And then like. Almost. It almost sounds like distant insects. It is a clamoring a you're even going to be well, I mean, those of you who can definitely see them, Vongulus are going to be able to see dozens upon dozens of shapes because some of them probably stumbled outside of the city looking for food. But most of them are just so brain dead that like they that hunting instinct, it's got to be something that hooves in front of them at this point.

And this is. They're running to this like sprinting, climbing like. 20 days later. Yeah, dude, it wouldn't be it would not be at all. It would be like it's like, do you hear that? And then like this is them scaling wooden walls, like digging into them, climbing, knocking over ladders and barrels. And like it is just whatever the quickest way from point A to point B is. They are definitely coming. I had a feeling. I'm rolling insight on those vampires. We got a 10 10. Hunger, like you're picking up hunger. He's peering down. He's got his his like skull mask.

He's like lifting it up like they're bifocals. And he's like. I can't talk to them. We should run. Quickly, and I'm going to climb up Tatiana and enter her backpack. You should run. It's down the steps or back up the steps. Well, we're down the side of the slope of the mountain, right? OK, no, like this is so we just use the mountain as like a you know that. So here's the thing. If you picture. OK, let's picture the castle itself. And there's like a large platform. We have art and everything, but like the angle that you're at is so. You could OK, your two options are take the path that leads back to the city, which I would not do now or.

Try to try to get down the side of the mountain quickly. Like I don't like that's what we were doing, wasn't that where we were on? Because obviously we weren't going to your path to the city. Yeah, like you're at a point where like. It's not such a like such a grade that you could just like slide it down. So you'd have to start climbing or, you know, repelling like you could tie ropes off and stuff like that. But like this is. Yeah. So what I can do actually from the backpack is I have a cantrip called Mold Earth. I can move five foot blocks of stone. And I can do two at a time.

So I'm going to Super Mario Bros. step us down the side of this mountain. Here's OK, here's what we're going to have to do. OK, here's what we're going to do. We're going to we're going to do a bit of an epic role. And what we're what we're seeing is that we're going to do a little athletics test, basically. And it's not going to be crazy high, but more of the party needs to succeed than fail. And as long as a majority of you pass, I got to count Ian too. So that's six in the event of a tie, then I don't know. I'm going to backpack. I don't think I should have to roll for this.

You know what? Fair. That's fair. Can I assist with an Arcana check because I'm doing the the moving stone? I. I think that would keep it from being disadvantaged for Jamie because Jamie is going to be off kilter because there is a second man in her backpack. No, but like, you know what I mean? I'm just a little guy. Yeah, I mean, you know. Well, like it's got to be at least what, 60, 70 pounds somewhere there? No, no. OK, I don't know. Like the size of a child. That's probably fun. Please watch as his weight. Excuse me. Yeah, right. You've been laying around for 200 years.

I'm just saying like I just Googled what the gnomes weigh and it said 40 pounds. It can't be a board gear about 40 pounds. Yeah, what a role for it. No, no, no, no, no, no. It's not it's not that much. I feel like we're getting lost in the weeds here. A lot of 100. You're a weight level one. So my intent is to look at various. Trust me, like, you know, much. All right, so here's what we're going to do. We're going to do athletics. And I'd say it's a DC of 12, I would say. All right, so instead of trying to create steps on the way down because we're just trying to scale down this mountain, Fonculous will keep that spell readied in case somebody falls and we'll try to catch them with them.

OK. Oh, I didn't add into it, damn it. Yeah, well. OK, for you guys, just click that little die there in the middle and we're shooting for well, I have to do this. God, I do the disk, right? No, you don't. Oh, shit. OK, so 20 for Joe, three for Vella. OK, yeah, you guys are fine. 13 for Tatiana and what was it? 18 for 19 for for for Blevins. I'm going to roll for Ian, but like it's just for show at this point, it's fine. It's fine. Jesus, 24. That was a good roll. Shit, he's fine. Bella's so distracted by like the screeching Ian has to like, come on. I think part way down, you're going to hear them clamoring up there, right?

And they're going to go to the source of the noise. And that's you've long since moved, but. Just a few hundred feet above you, there are tons and tons of these vampires, just. It would be a sea of them, but you're going to get to the bottom and you are outside of the city of Donhurst now. I mean, I think it's safe to say that there aren't any survivors. I think that's. Well, in the very least, we accomplished getting the infestation out of the main city. Well, a lot of it. And there's no telling where they'll go. Hopefully they kind of lead out trying to follow us and they deal with the harsh elements of the area.

That's kind of the hope. But at least the town. Could naturally recover by itself with people. More easily than infestation. So you don't think those vampires are just going to come right back down when they don't find what they're looking for? I mean, I feel like they're brainless, right? So they just should wonder where they are. How good are they? Are they tracking? Well, they're real good at smelling, but like you guys are. Yeah, honestly. They could probably smell us. Here's the thing. If if you're so one, they're above you, you're not they're not downwind of you or anything like that.

I think honestly, at this point, they would be more likely to go into the castle and find dead followers and stuff and feed on them, then jump down a mountain to follow you. You know what I'm saying? They're going to go for the easier, you know? OK, because that spells concern like great. They're like bloodhounds. They're like bloodhounds, you know what I mean? Like, yeah, now they know where we are. Bloodhounds. Yeah. There would be. First of all, obviously, very, very dark out, but that's only going to affect a few of you. But there would be a point where you're probably waiting to see once you get down this this mountain and like you can like you could see in the distance where the road is and, you know, like where you're kind of getting your bearings.

There'd probably be a moment where it's like, OK, hold on. Are we being followed? Do we need to be ready to fight? And then once you realize they're not following you, then it's OK. Where are we? Are there is like a wild boar going to jump us or some shit next to you? Just again, waiting, you know, and it's not silent because you can still hear them clamoring around up there. But the the kind of nighttime like we're going to feel cricket sounds are kind of taking over a bit. Again, you guys are out of the city. You've done it. Let's get the fuck out of here.

Or you can. That's fair. Well, in that case, I guess Blevins will clap his hands together and say, well, plan will execute it, if I say. How about we go on our merry way gang? The idea where the road is? I don't know, but I smell a celebration on the horizon. Drinks are on you. It's a cat Blevins on the back as they start just walking aimlessly, trying to find the nearest road. I think it's over there. Oh, boy. You haven't been wrong yet. There used to be a road over here. It's not my fault if they moved it. What path? Bustling highway. That's the turnpike now.

They put a rotary in it really helped. There's going to be like a series of lightning bugs out and like that is going to light up this little area more than like the moon's not even out right now. Like it's just dark. So like kind of like floating around and flying in and kind of like. Stopping short and then just kind of like hitting the ground, there's going to be there's going to be this this red bird. Kind of not a cardinal or anything, but like like kind of like almost the size of a chicken, something like that. And it's just going to kind of like sit and like look kind of look at the party for a while.

And it is. Creepy in that it feels like it is like purposefully looking at you. Anyone in particular? It's kind of like going down the line. And like just kind of like almost like it's measuring you up, you know what I mean? It's like, oh, you be taller, that type of thing. But like it's just a little bird. I'm starving and touch takes out her bow. We should just hunt it. It's not very sporting. Like it's just it's like. Listen, I did the whole time we were in hell, OK? That's a whole mechanic that we could have gone over. It's like I. Well, we were dead, right?

So I didn't think you really do that. Yeah. That's a what version of hell you're talking about. This bird. Are you the ones? Like, that's all it's going to say. Blevins will look at everyone else. Fonculous, you are doing your things again. I don't know if we should start celebrating now with our tricks from a backpack goes, this one isn't me. But I'd like to know who it is. There was supposed to be a half work with you. Chachi lowers her bow. And just kind of like looking at it, this one wasn't on the list. Little bird, you know the legend of log. I know who's on the list.

The list for. He's like the birds kind of kind of like to look around like as someone watching him. I really shouldn't say, but. The list is very important. You are on it. Little bird, whom do you serve? Well, no one now, I suppose. But. Well, if you tell me whether you're the ones I'm looking for or not, I could tell you more, but I can't tell you if you're not the ones I'm looking for. A bit of a catch 22. Well, then how did you know that this one wasn't on the list? We're on the list and you're not. He's kind of this. It's nonsensical, but there's going to be like, I want to get my fucking list.

I don't know what it is. No idea what it is, but it's like, you know, why are we in line? That type of thing like it. Yeah. Well, I'm I'm the herald and most of you are on the list. So I'm going to go ahead and say that this is the group. Sure, sure. I don't know how we would know if we were supposed to be the people you're looking for. Because that seems pretty vague. I've never thought of it that way. That's fair. Well, I'm the herald. So greetings, good night to all of you. And the bird's going to kind of like, yeah, like just kind of like spread a wing, just kind of like, you know.

In a somehow not creepy way for a bird. Yeah, well, I mean, you know, going to do his best. Well, you're about to be attacked by the living nightmare. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up. You've been selected to someone somewhere down the line. I didn't want their bad luck and decided to pawn it off on. Well, you, I guess part of the thing is they're not supposed to know you, so it's just kind of they didn't select you, I guess. They did, though. They did. Kind of. They did. We're only given a couple of options and it's really a blind box situation. So.

No, let's hold back. This is pretty much done. So there's very little you can do. That's true, but in person is a different story. Dragon comes for or Thanksgiving, whatever. Like you. Let's go back to the part where we weren't on the list. Yeah, I don't think we were on the future better. It must be a different list. I think you need the complete list before you can attack someone with a living nightmare. Yeah, it's regulations. Honestly, usually we're a little more swift about this, but we got held up and. I'll be honest, you coming out of hell really threw us off.

That's kind of a new thing. Can we demand a hearing before this? I think we've hit the statute of limitations on this sentencing. Well, I don't know what any of that means, but I'm the herald and I'm just supposed to when when when the nightmare is about to get here and they should be getting here pretty soon. Although I will say two of you aren't on the list. Two of you aren't on the list and one of you is missing. So. So maybe you should postpone this until all of us are together, right? And on a list, the paperwork needs to check out, you know. The bird looks genuinely kind of like, oh, man, like as much as a bird can show in his face, it's like, oh, you're right.

Shit. Oh, this is this is rough. I don't want to fuck us up. Like it's that this wasn't in the training. May I ask you something, little bird, please? Do you know who the god of the celebration is? What? I have a job. Blevins is going to like kind of whisper to his party or kind of like nudge to his party as quietly as he can. This bird operates on the old ways. Birdways. He's a bird of a different feather. And I just, you know, reiterate Blevins means he thinks the bird is mentally stuck in the old era of the gods, and he's acting in order from that is what he's surmising.

Oh, he's due for a patch and just hasn't got it. Yeah. Yeah. Got it. Got it. Oh, you haven't heard. Oh, we're on the new gods now. If you serve technically no one now, then who's to know? If we don't face the nightmare, you don't have to answer to anyone. Well, the nightmare would know for sure. And I would, they'll kick my ass. What am I going to do? I, I don't I don't know if the name gives it away, but, you know, not great. Look, OK, I'm I'm supposed to find the group and. Here's what we could do, and this might make all of our lives a little bit easier. You could just pick another group.

And if they're whole and. You know, I can return to sender. Well, I can't. They've already it has to be someone outside the chain. It has to be someone new. What about those vampires up there? You want to fight those? You want to fight them? There's a group there. That would be a hell of a fight for the nightmare. I would be like one for the books. Legends would be made. The birds like looking up. Hold on a second. Don't screw us bird. The birds going to take off and like, like just like flutter away, just kind of disappear into the night for a second. Book it.

Let's go. Let's go. We just take 30 seconds or so. The birds going to come back. They they are near each other. They don't seem to be working together very well. It's not a group. Well, I I can I cannot stand. Josephine couldn't stand her. Not for one iota of a second. When you imagine grouping with her. Well, if you're kicking her out, technically, she's a new group. So we can just you can't have a group of one bird. True. We should just put it on Ian. Kick him out. The only thing saving him, it's like he's not even on the list. He's not even one of the ones I was after.

But we can give it to a new group. A group of Ian's. What's the collective noun for Ian's? I have a hand. A hand. Oh. OK, so what happens if we don't make a decision ever and we just ask you to wait and you become part of our party because you're with us for so long waiting for an answer? Well, I don't count on the Herald. Herald. You're a part of our party. We accept you. I don't think that counts. I don't think it doesn't count. Well, consent is key. We don't consent to this. Yeah, no, yeah, we don't consent. We don't want to fight the nightmare. Well, no one wants to fight the nightmare.

No one wants to join our group. Look, you're a part of it. Press gang into D&D party. Can you roll a persuasion check? Actually, let's see if like I don't think you want that. Don't want that smoke. Oh, five. What is your modifier? Yeah, I mean, performance, I got plus one for each toe. I kissed that way. God damn. OK. OK, well, you rolled a five and got a 17. I mean, I'm going to join the party now, so I'm talking to the herd would be like, OK, huh? I don't want I don't want that. I don't want to be I don't want to I don't want to I don't want to I don't want to be I don't like you guys all that much.

You're making my job very difficult. All I'm supposed to do is just find the people. So look, here's OK, here's what we can do. The nightmare doesn't really cross the T's and dot the I's. So if I tell the nightmare that this is the group, then this is the group. I did the vampires do something bad, at least. Oh, yeah, terribly so. Just take a look at the city right here. Wait, little bird, did we do something bad? Oh, I don't know. I'm not told that kind of stuff. I'm just like you're you're just one of the guys like you're you're younger than I thought you'd be, though.

Oh, thank you. What do you do with your hair? Well, it's just this little revitalization revitalization process that just takes about 40 years. That's all. Nothing to it. Now, I could tell you more if you join our party. No, no, no, no, no, no. Look. OK, here's what we can do. If you don't tell anybody about this, I'm going to forget this entire thing. Tell anybody about what? What thing I'm doing for you, the thing like the birds, not like. Yeah. You know what? Just get out of here. Just go. Just go, OK? Thanks, Harold. Harold, before we part, I just want you to know you are the most vital member of our party.

I will never forget you. Thank you so much. Never. The bird sighs like just it's a weird little like it probably takes a second to just like, OK, that's that's I've never seen that before. And it's just it's going to start to take off and to cover for a second. Just don't you know, don't tell anybody. Normally, you got to pass this type of thing along and someone's got to face ultimate judgment, but they're they're pretty kind of sentient. I think this will work out. I think you know what it is? There's the stock isn't great, but there's a lot of them. And I think, yeah, I think I think that'll be the thing.

So and, you know, I don't I don't know the nightmares deal, but if you give them a little blood, they'll get even more sentient for you. This this bird's going to take off and like I'd say a solid minute and a half goes by. And anybody with dark vision, like not even superior, dark vision, just dark. That bird did not lie to us. Please don't tell me that. No. Well, you're going to see something. Some blurry shape, some large shape, as if falling from a great or jumping a great distance. It's going to almost plummet like a meteorite into the sky. To the side of that castle.

And you're you're you'll definitely hear it. And then it's just this ungodly roar and screams. Can we see it? Can we make a perception check? Well, I mean, so this is a once in a lifetime thing. And like, yeah, I mean, like you like here's the thing. If you don't see it, you definitely get to hear it. It's a matter of insight. For many months. And now it sits in a little box and you don't have to you don't have to. Patreon content. Jason, you and I will sit and we will roll out the compact between a thousand vampires in this night. Put it on Patreon and then somebody is going to listen to it.

It's going to be the best thing they've ever listened to. I guarantee. I'll do it. I'll fucking do it. It'll be great. Can you imagine? Glorious. I was still drinking. I would set up like shots for every round. And then I walk you die in a call and then like, you know, not per vampire. OK, OK, OK. Not for every round of combat. You know, I was about to say it's like, no, that's why you're not drinking. Like, that's a good idea. I would guzzle a handle of vodka and we would play D&D until one of us died. Do I have to drink? Because otherwise I'd have an edge. Game would never finish.

Yeah, don't forget to tune into our Dark Web Patreon where we do stuff like that. Anyway, comment below if you want us to play D&D until the thousand vampires die. I love that you're supposed to be the one who's like, hey, we got to finish that book. And like you're like, or we could find a thousand vampires when the book is done, when the book is done and my spell is broken and I'm free. Yes, we wouldn't. We can we fight a thousand vampires. You know what? As a celebration. Yes, let's do it. Name it at cranberry. If anybody seriously, if anybody actually wants this mentioned in the discord and maybe we'll talk about it, I think if nobody wants it, I'm not doing it.

Yeah, that was. Yeah, if literally no one wants it, then yeah, that would be. Yeah, but but I will do it if somebody wants it anyway. I want you to do it if only you will give every vampire a different accent. I don't have that many accents. I don't know. Could they have could they rotate accents with different tones? Yeah, there you go. Different pitches, different tones. You'll be fine. Well, that'll give me a couple more. What do you think I talk? Why do you think I play my gnome with this voice? I don't have that many voices. We got to work on our sex that we got to expand that range.

Yeah. So yeah, it's a real shame that Castle just seems like it wants to fall down at this point. So I think I think we'd better just run the world against it. It's just doomed. It's going down no matter what we do. So before before we hightail it away, can we really not like catch a glimpse of this thing? Is it like a movie situation to where like you just kind of everything just lines up perfectly to where you just can't catch a glimpse of it as we're trying to banff out of here? No, I mean, like you'd definitely be able to again, if you have dark vision, you'd see it like it's it's massive.

And what about the rest of us muggles? I I don't know what to tell you. Like, look, you're not the ones who made perpetual night happen and you're not the ones who sick this fucking nightmare beast on you. You know, you just you know. That's well, thank you for admitting I'm the victim. You definitely the victim. Yeah, no, that that thing was going to fucking cream you guys like don't. Yeah, no, I I've been, you know, lifting weights, got a new God. OK, really? Honestly, it would have been tough to tell. It would have been so cool. Like we just ran out of budget is the problem.

And so we just had it smashed his castle for a billion, half a billion Michael Bay explosions. That's a cool explosion to walk away from, though. Slow motion. All right. Well, I, I, I'm going to Winterhaven as soon as we hit the main road. So have any of you ever traveled to the Divide before? Yes, actually. Sure have. When? Roughly 200 years ago, and it was lovely. What a treat. It is no longer lovely. Yeah, but neither are you. So I can't really trust what you say. Why wasn't I on the list? I think that's a great question, Ian. I, I don't know. I can understand why the vampire wasn't, but I wasn't on the list.

It's just it's not right. You've been along our sides ever since you were that delicious little meatball. All of meat. I prefer not to talk about the meatball times. I, I just I know we never talked about this, but I wanted to devour you. I just think I should get that off of my chest. I, I had a dark inside of me and the mixed amalgamation of us. Just thought you were wholeheartedly delicious. Like a little candy, I just pop right in my mouth. That's what I thought. But it turns out you are a man. In a Lord. Good for you. Just horrified like. You don't have to come if you don't want to, but.

I can guarantee you all a royal treatment if you do assist me in getting through this small patch of forest. This is so as as he's thinking about like going through the divide, he's realizing he needs to ask for help, and he's not doing such a great job if you haven't noticed. It's actually a massive, expansive forest. And maybe it's been a while since you've been through it, and it's very big forest is quite large. It'll take us several days to go through it. It is. It is a dangerous place, and the last time I went through was in armored wagon. I. Do not have that luxury currently.

And I. Could. You. Funky list is going to spend a sorcery point to subtle spells so nobody can see him cast it, and he's going to cast a message directly into Ian's brain, and he's going to say. It's OK to be afraid. You probably should be afraid. Just stand standing there looking at him. Damn it, I'm going to have to have a wisdom saving throw type of thing to see if he looks insane. His wisdom is not great, guys. Fine, here we go, OK. That's a five. He has negative wisdom. God damn, he's not. He's not actually a lot of his choices make sense now. He has intellect.

He doesn't have. He I think he sees what he thinks should be, not what actually is. So I think something ruling class here. Yeah, yeah. Strong, though. So, OK. This is not the first time you've done this, and he's he so he's going to meekly kind of mumble out that he needs help, and then that's going to happen. I will kill you if you don't stop like he is going to lean down and just like apropos of nothing to the rest of the group. I'm in a backpack. Embarrassing for you, Ian. Blevins will kind of pick up on the wrong signs. He'll say, Ian, Ian, Ian, it's all right.

We are friends who share in the glory of Ambry, and he'll come in for like a brotherly hug. Just like bring it. Of course, I'll help. I don't know about everyone else, but I will assist you on your journey of getting back home and spreading the word of Ambry that you so desire. Well, some of that. Goodness. Like he's kind of kind of like they're they're like kind of like kind of hug. You know what I mean? Like the way you'd hug a co-worker almost like it's like, yeah, good friends. Good friend. Yes. And he's speaking inside my skull. Who is? The little monster in the backpack.

I. Oh, OK. Are you OK? I'm fine. OK. It's a violation. I don't feel you're as upset about this as I am. I just never experienced that. I'm so sorry. Like, I don't know what to say. That's awful. But I would like to go in your direction. So I can help you out, like just trying to like. All right. Move it along. Like. Because my goal is to get to Thunder Spire, so. I would like to go with you. I. I've been to Thunder Spire before I can help you get there after we're. Safe. It's kind of like kind of rub his back a little bit, like I think that's a good idea. I think he'd even I think he'd even looked at Joe and Tatiana.

I can pay you once we get to Winter Haven. I think I would prefer to pay you, actually. We're on like we're like just outside of the. The Fed or not, I'm not the fence, but you know, like the big. Yeah, like you're outside the city gates like, yeah. The gates, that's the word. Thank you. It's what I'm here for. Yeah, I think Joe is going to like look back up at the gates and like the city and. I don't I don't know if I can leave here without looking for survivors. I have left the city once before. And it was not it was better than it is now, but clearly something was happening.

And I don't think I could leave it again. Without making sure there weren't people who were trapped inside. Even with that nightmare thing. It's up there. Cut the nightmare. Just smash. Ripping vampires apart. I know of a couple places where people might be hiding, and I just feel like if I can quickly. Explore those places just to put my mind at ease, then I can. We can I can move on from this town. Well, the rude vampires are distracted right now. I'd say we have a fighting chance. Yeah, and I'm going to go ahead and say, and I know you think you're a lord and whenever still, but you even then probably could not afford me.

So I'm going to probably just go along with people who have actually had my back this time. Good luck. Stay on your side of the continent, deuces. I'm sort of like I'm done now. Bye bye. I do not want to help you. No, that's fair. That's fair. That's fair. That's fair. Hmm. You know what? I'm going to roll a die just to see if he like fuck. OK, well. Well, I thought marching a few hundred miles in the opposite direction of where you used to live might help you date up from now on, but maybe this is where you belong. He's just got to get a look at like, Velen and I guess Blevins and just.

Well, we should probably find a place to camp until daybreak and then we could. It's just I can't remember the last time we actually slept, so. Yeah, no, it's not a bad idea. And you're sure you want to come with us looking at Blevins. Well, you see, if I if I go with you and I have a greater chance of spreading the word, the mission I've been sent on, however, Josephine, I didn't know you were so interested in saving whoever you could in the city. Now things are different. Now I hear a call in my ear to do the most immediate right thing, and that is to charge back into the city and save any forlorn soul I can.

If you, Ian, cannot wait, then I understand. And we shall find each other again, good friend. He's gently pushing Vella while like you're up to saying no. Just well, if that's what you need to do, let's go, let's go, let's go. Like just trying to like this, like she's like already like turning away because she's like, nah, like I'm like I'm sorry, guys, but I just I can't. I can't I got to go. You can all do what you want, but you know, it's suicide going back inside there, right? Well, we've all died once and they're done. I didn't even funk you this. Now I think about it.

Well, some of us were murdered and we don't want to get murdered again. So good night, everyone. Vella, it was a pleasure climbing out of hell with you. Yeah, it's going to give a firm handshake. Yeah, she'll return it. Good luck, you guys. I just if I go again, that's not how I want to go. So I got to at least try to see my family. That's commendable. You realize you'll always be welcome here in our retinue. You'll always be a friend. Thank you for a hug as well. She'll do it. She'll be like, all right, come on. She'll give him a hug back. Please, once you get to your destination, have a hearty celebration for me.

Absolutely. A feast for the ages. Besides these two walking off into the night, like, there's just the front gates waiting for you guys. And I think it's a good time for us to stop for the night. You were out. You were out. You had it. I got a little a little heavy at the end there. And people saying, you know, how they really feel about Ian, all that stuff. I felt like I was always pretty honest with Ian about how I feel. Yeah, true. But it's just like rough, you know, when you have that final goodbye. But it's like a fuck you. It's like, oh, man, I guess that's it.

No mending that bridge. Sometimes bridges need to be burned. He's a hard guy to like. He's he's. I genuinely think that half of Vella, it's like a sunk cost fallacy at this point. Like I protected this creature. I brought him out of hell. He turned into this hot guy. I got to see it through. He likes you. Yeah, maybe he's in the forest. Yeah, you can fix him while he's not around us constantly jabbing at him. Yeah, I can see that some of those rough edges. I feel like the next time we see Ian, he's going to like have his arm back. He's going to like just be reformed across the board.

Just give him a better man. Like, hey, guys. Yeah, I missed you. He's all friendly. I'm really sorry about before. Fuck you. He's like, no, fuck you. What a what a. It's a tough this a tough session to like plan out, because when we're not like wrapping things up is always much more difficult than starting something. So like this is obviously like having to make decisions based off of real life stuff is never fun, but like I feel good about what we did here. Like and I think we could definitely catch up with. With Villainy and his characters like like. Right, because like because we could have easily continued just all following Ian and just started a new adventure.

Did something crazy. You why would you? Especially when you move. It's only a hundred thousand miles this way and it's through a dangerous forest. So let's get going like. Fuck. Hey, I know I do want to hear more of the love story between. Yeah, you're for it. Jamie's here for it. I feel like a series like a like a little mini series. It's like day two on the road and then you flash forward 10 days. What's the name of Ian's son again? Who's the Nathaniel? Yeah, can you imagine in returning home? Be like I'm back from the dead and meet your new mom. It's a cow lady.

I want to see that scene. That'd be great. She's like, do you want a little brother? He's a half cow. Quarter cow. Just got hooves. Four of them. Oh, that's unfortunate. She's trying to open doors. Mom, no, no. Clop. Honestly, I would love to let me like, I guess. I guess you should probably have a baby first. We can I would safely say I'll know more tomorrow because I have my next growth scan tomorrow. We're on your schedule, honestly. No, I know. I was like, I think I have at least six weeks. So if we want to try and do a couple like fireside chats. Yeah, I could try and do that.

And the rest of you guys will just schedule the session. Well, for us, you could just you could just have an episode that's five minutes long and says we walk back in the city and we all die instantly. It's just only when I find Trent. Just put the AI AI group chat or talking to each other. It's like, oh, they just die instantly. I love to just got to find Trent like that's kind of like Trent guys. I love I love the reality, though, of like judging someone else's piece of shit boyfriend. But my boyfriend's totally my O.G. I was slumming it way before you were that like.

I mean, he ended up dead, though, so. It was something Karen, but isn't so Joe's from Donhurst, right? Like she was like climbing or jumping down the walls with her or no? When we first met Joe, she was escaping Donhurst. But OK, Joe is from Brightport. Oh, OK. Got it. Yeah, but she was like a member of the guard for Donhurst or something like that. Where was she? And then shit was going down. OK, that sounds like it was like that. She was like when the demon stuff started happening. I was like during the great Paxton revolution in Brightport. Because remember, you guys were like coming to Donhurst.

I was like, I'm just like, oh, we could just like meet up in the city. And he's like, well, and I was like outside of the city. Yeah, just like had escaped my memory because it was like 10 fucking years ago. I was like, oh yeah, that's where we met her. Yeah. That was a fun little all that to say. That was a fun little brain jog. I was like, oh, yeah. Man.
