And then finding the trail and tracks and then we're into the gloaming quarter. And here's what Ruby thinks immediately. She's going to, she's going to realize that the Gereheart is behind the church. She's going to have a couple of feelings at the same time. Part of it is is dread because the Gierheart has been taken by Vettie. Or she just knows that the Gierhurt was taken, but she assumes it was Vettie. There's destruction where she's assuming that it's once again destroyed. She doesn't know if it's going to be fixing itself again. This is all very confusing.

She's also going to feel a lot of relief when she sees it. Because it wasn't crashed into the side of a building and left there. It was taken somewhere and then deliberately taken around to the back, pushed around. So what that says to her is that things are at least manageable. Like somebody's doing this on purpose. So this wasn't like this was. deliberate, which is the fire can go down a notch a little bit. For Nithera, it would be, the pieces would be, okay, it looks like it came here, wasn't a crash, someone put it behind, which means the people were looking for are probably inside.

So Nysheera's instinct would be, because we just found out too, that a T-fling was killed at Grizzle bits. So not only is Ninthira worried about the children because Chet was shot through the chest. And now a teafling was murdered. I need to make sure all of our people are okay, the children and chimera and Lager. And I understand like the Gearheart is very important. She would first, she would think, well, they didn't dump it. They hit it. That's good. The second thing she might think is, is somebody in it? Like, are they hiding? So if Nithera starts to peel off to go into the church, she would, you know, whatever unspoken, yeah, yeah, you go that way, I'll go this way.

She will go check out the gear heart. But to be clear, I mean, 10% of it is that she's like, how's it doing? But the other part of it is, is Chet in it, is vet in it, is vet. Is this where they're hiding? Are they trying? What's going on? Is there any, is our friends here? So it's kind of like split up and try to figure out what's going on. Yeah. Give me. They probably got stuck and then just burned. Right. You know, so there's a lot of, uh, there's a lot of, uh, that there's a lot of. cosmetic damage. And it looks like, yeah. She wouldn't care about the cosmetic damage too much. She would look at it again as a machine that's beautiful and alive. And she would look at it and be like, oh, you got some scars. She's going to see the top.

And Baz is trying to hold down his shoulders. And they are trying to remove the crossbow bolt from him. And at the same time, deal with the poison because it is obviously causing him a great deal of pain. So there, you know, a couple of people would look back just to make sure it's like, shut the door.

And by the time you're there going down the list, she's quickly assessing that. And then all she does is get behind you and without touching you.

Just like listing stuff out. Yeah. Yeah. And most of those are fairly common. There's a couple that I would love to roll to see if the church has. There's a couple because like I'm guessing they do. None of them knew what this was or that there's a custom poison specifically.

There's two options for this because it does. We're at a point now where there's a chance this cures him because it's pretty advanced. So there are two options. One, you pour this over the wound and you will also have to inject it into him. And then it's kind of a waiting game, right? It might even be like a skill check challenge with medicine check. and things. Or we dump the whole thing into him and give him fresh blood along with it.

And that will increase the chances. But it's also kind of making the decision to finish. You know what I mean? It's like, hey, let's let's just go full vamp. So. So for I would give you odds. there's a 65% chance the antidote will just fix him. And I'd say there's an 80% chance that combined with fresh blood would fix him. Neither is a full, you know, it's advanced. Like it's been hours. Okay, here's the deciding factor. Mm-hmm. Does this rely, does the success for the skill check challenge for the first option rely on theorism. Or could she instruct someone else?

They have healers. You're giving them the tools to succeed, right? It's like, hey, I made this. Here's what you got to do. So this is more you directing. You're giving instructions. Ruby's going to just sort of roll her eyes like, she fucking chat. I don't get a shot is his fault. No, no. Just just. What a fuck up.
